Chapter 7.
Where is my Diary?

"I am not kidding, where is my diary!" I shouted, shoving the pillow from the bed, "Where is it?!"

It wasn't in my bag, it wasn't anywhere where I'd normally put it. I swallowed and sat on the edge of my bed, my shakes prevented me from standing up without feeling my legs grow incredibly hot.

Kurt:
"Rachel, I can't find my diary!"

Rachel:
"Where did you last have it? x"

Kurt:
"I take it everywhere with me..it was in my bag when I got to school!"

As soon as I sent that text, my heart fell straight down into my stomach.

What if I'd left it at school?

What if someone had found it?

"Kurt!" Dad's voice shouted up the stairs, his feet walked along the floor, the noise echoing down the hall. When he reached my room, he knocked on the door. "Kurt?" He asked again.

My voice was stuck in my throat, everything was in that book. Everything. The handle pushed down and I saw him standing there, straight in the door way.

"Kurt?" he mumbled, placing a hand on my shoulder, I flinched back. "Kurt what is wrong? You're as pale as a sheep."

I swallowed. "Nothing.. I just want some space.. need sleep."

"Do you want some dinner? Maybe we could go for a kick about later or something."

"No. Can you just leave me alone, please?" I sighed, my eyes running over the room, trying desperately to see the book propped up on my bed, in a small space.

"Sure, Kurt." He said, the sound of the door closing announced the tears to fall down my face.

It didn't matter if anyone knew, it wouldn't change anything. Would it? I sniffed.

I picked up my laptop and clicked onto my blog.

_____
"Write a new post."

"Today must have been the worst day of my life. Why do I live in a world with such animals?"
_____

I wiped my hands over my face, as the post loaded.

Bowties; says: I liked your song, Kurt.

I saw the message and felt a surge of heat run through my cheeks.

Kurt says: Please, leave me alone. I've been crushed enough. I don't need your sarcasm.

Bowties; says: who's being sarcastic? I happened to generally like it.

Kurt says: It was the worst idea I've ever had, not to mention I look absoultely idiotic.

Bowties; says: Don't take compliments very well, do you?

I ignored that comment.

Bowties;says: Do you want to talk about today?

Kurt says: Not really, reliving it might send me into madness.

Bowties;says: Keeping it bottled up can lead to extreme madness, So I can assure you, You'd be doing the right thing.

Bowties seemed nice and as creepy as it was, he wanted to know me, or get to know me. I swallowed and scratched my head, was I really about to do this?

Kurt says: I got to school and the video had been posted up everywhere, I don't know who did it. People didn't react nicely to it, I've had my diary stolen. Don't even get me started about the new guy in my class.

There was a pause, it was strange for Bowties, he was a quick replier, and the quotation underneath had said he'd been typing for a near 5 minutes.

Bowties;says: If you liked the video then I don't see why anyones opinion should change that, unkind words should be blanked out. Don't let them scar you. Your diary? Jeez, ouch. I can imagine how painful that can be, it'll turn up where you least expect it. This new guy in your class... Is he horrible to you then?

Kurt says: More imtimidating. The guy can sing, everyone pretty much loves him.

Bowties; says: Kurt you're an amazing singer. No one should make you feel imtimidated. And I'm sure your friends love you to pieces.

Kurt says: Rachel is all over him already, I can't figure him out.

Bowties; says: Figure him out then.
