Chapter 5.

"You made it after all," Sebastian smiled towards Blaine. "And here's me thinking you had more important things."

"Quit it, Sebastian." Kurt snapped, sitting beside Blaine and turning to face him. "Are you mad?"

"Of course not." His smile was weak. "I just didn't expect to see you singing a love duet with Sebastian."

"There was nothing to it, I swear."

"He had his arms around you."

Kurt breathed an exasperating sigh. "He did it, not me. I was just as annoyed as you were." He turned his head to face him using a finger against his chin. "I'd never purposely do anything like that unless it was with you."

He smiled. "You had too, for the kids."

__

"I don't know about you, but I think that was a success." Rachel grinned, leaning against Finn's arm.

"Good save with the Sebastian thing, Kurt." Finn smirked.

Kurt rolled his eyes, "Please stop saying his name. I've got a headache."

Blaine pouted and put an arm around him. "You don't look so good."

"I'm just tired." He reassured.

"Don't you think it's a bit strange that he wanted Blaine and now all of a sudden he''s after Kurt?" Finn asked with a curious tilt of his head.

"He doesn't want me." Kurt grumbled. "Now can we please stop going on about it."

"Kurt's right. There's no point putting words into peoples mouths. Maybe Sebastian was just acting the song out." Mercedes suggested, Sam nodded with agreement.

"I'm not reading into anything. You guys are-ugh, I feel horrible." Kurt complained, rubbing his temples.

"Have you eaten today?" Blaine asked, letting him lean on his side as they walked.

"Yes.. well no, not really." Kurt shrugged.

"Well you've run yourself into the ground today. When you get home, I'm cooking you something."

Kurt frowned. "Okay."

They got back home and Kurt cuddled Blaine into the sofa.

"You look terrible."

"I'm fine." He mumbled, arguing. "Just tired."

"Want me to get you some food?"

"I'll eat when I've slept."

"Okay. Love you."

"Love you more."

Kurt hears the chuckle before he drifts off into a much-needed sleep.

__

The light seeped through the curtains, awaking them. Kurt groaned and stretched out into the bed. He made a confused grumble, Blaine stirred beside him and smiled. "Morning sleepy head. Did you have a nice sleep?"

Kurt rubbed his eyes. "Did I sleep all that time?"

He nodded and cuddled closer into Kurt, "I moved you from the sofa, didn't want you hurting your neck. You didn't even stir."

"I was tired." Kurt nodded peacefully, a small smile on his lips.

"We've got an hour to get to school."

"Mmm, I need a shower."

"Okay. I'll make you a drink."

Kurt replied with a sleepy smile while struggling to sit up. Blaine slipped out from beneath the cover, leaning down for his boxers giving Kurt a nice morning view.

Kurt jumped into the shower. The water felt nice against his body, rushing down his pale skin in tiny little streams. Grumbling, he let his back rest against the shower wall.

"Hey, Kurt? Do you want me to make you some toast?" Blaine knocked on the door.

"Sure.." He answered while rubbing shampoo into his hair, closing his eyes. "Blaine?"

"Yeah?"

"Come here."

"Like in there?"

"Yeah."

The door opened and Blaine leaned his back up against it, closing it. Kurt put a hand out for him to grab. "Woah." He laughed, the water colliding with his clothes, washing through him and sticking to his skin. Kurt leans up against him, the kiss lingering into something passionate. Shocked as Blaine was for the invite he kissed back with just the same amount of force, his hands gripped tightly in his hips, guiding him to where he should go. Kurt's back squished against the tiles of the bathroom, smirking.

--

"Well that was unexpected." Blaine smirked. "But a lovely surprise." He towel dried his hair while Kurt did up his shirt.

"You deserved a treat." Kurt smiles, receiving a massive child-like grin from Blaine.

"We're going to be so late." Looking at the clock.

"Calm down." He chuckled. "So we'll be a few minutes late. It was worth it." He bent and kissed Kurt's lips gently.

Rachel:

Where are you?

Please don't tell me you're not going to show up for rehearsals!

Kurt:

Relax, we're on our way.

Woke up late.

"In all that drama yesterday, I never go to ask how your nan went." Kurt says to Blaine as they walked.

"Oh yeah, she's okay."

"Really?"

"I don't know, I mean she remembers me." He shrugged.

"Does it.. upset you?" Kurt wished he'd never said that, his face changed. How could he have been so stupid?

"I appreciate you trying to help, Kurt. But I'll shout for you if I need you." He smiled lightly.

"Agreed. Promise?"

"Promise."
