"Blaine! Where are you Baaabe!"

Blaine was startled by the yelling and the stomping sounds filling his home.Blaine sighed and jumped out of bed hoping that his son had slept through the ruckus.

"Sebastian! Our son is in the other room sleeping!What the fuck is wrong with you?" Blaine hissed at the stumbling man in front of him started to smirk.

"Calm down babe your son is fine."

"Hes our son Sebastian!You have had way too much to drink."

" I only had one drink, and its your sperm that made the kid."

"That doesnt make him not yours."

"This s so stupid,youre freaking out."

Blaine shook his head as he slurred his words. "It is two am Sebastian, you need to stop."

"You sound like my mother.If I wanted a bitch Id get a real one." Blaine was taken back by the bite of his words.

"Papa?" A little boy called from the top of the stairs.He was holding a large blue teddy bear and looking with worried eyes at the spectacle below him.

“Hey buddy,let me get you back to bed." Blaine cooed and started up the stairs.

"Sebastian,you will be sleeping on the couch tonight,you have a job interview in the morning."

Blaine entered his sons room and sat at the foot of the bed.His son scooted closer to him and leaned on his shoulder.

“Papa? Why were you and Bas fighting?" Blaine shuddered at the name Sebastian insisted on being called.

“Things have been difficult lately but its all going to work itself out."

"Will you sing me a song?"He asked his honey colored eyes looking just like Blaines.

"Of course!"

"I wrote a brand new song today.It's got every little thing I need to say .Had it so long on the tip of my tongue .All these words left unsung .May not hear it on MTV,No big deal, fine by me .As long as you know I'm starting now to see what you see"

As Blaine started singing he tucked his son tightly into the red bedding.

"You take away my insecurities You make a day go by just like the breeze I must confess the mess I may reveal I'm half the man that you make me feel"

He started nodding off to the rhythm in Blaines voice.

"You know how to find the best in me You keep bringing out the best in me You know how to find the best So much better than the rest Just keep bringing out the best in me"

Then he fell asleep.Blaine sat and watched him for a few moments before getting up and kissing his son on his forehead.

"Goodnight Gage."

■■■ Blaine woke up to see Sebastian still lying on the couch.He checked the time and frowned.

"Sebastian!Get up we need to go!" Sebastian laid still and muttered something about needing to get another car. Blaine kicked the couch forcing him to get up and go change.

Just as Sebastian rose,Gage clamored down the stairs in jeans and a blue bow tie. "He even dresses like you." Sebastian muttered coolly as he disappeared into their bedroom.

"Hey buddy looking great!" Blaines smile was full of enthusiasm and adoration.Gage grabbed his backpack from the kitchen and then jumped into Blaine's arms.They were laugh when Sebastian came down the stairs and walked out the door. Blaine shrugged and exited the house with his son in tow.

■■■ "How did the interview go?" Blaine asked when Sebastian sat down at their table.

"Fine."

"The position looked great,youre perfect for it." There was an uncomfortable silence that ensued after he spoke.

Blaine looked up from his menu to see a man with striking features and deafening blue eyes.A smile appeared on his face and the soft curve of his lips made Blaine blush. “Hi, I'm Kurt I'll be your waiter for today what can I get you to drink?”

“Water please.” Blaine flashed him a smile that he hoped wasnt too flirty.

Sebastian was giving Blaine a look of disgust. “Bourbon.Can't do this one without hard liquor.”

Blaine arched his shoulders but decided to turn to Kurt. “I am so sorry for my boyfriend, he's acting strangely today.” Blaine stared into his eyes and found himself completely enamored,yet still upset by Sebastians words.

“Blaine, you don't have to tell the princess sorry for me.”

“I'll go get your drinks.” Kurt said sweetly,but Blaine was furious,he grabbed his hand and for some reason he never wanted to let go.

“No. Sebastian will apologize to you before he gets anymore liquor in him.”

“I'm not going to say sorry to the twink.” Blaine couldn't stand to look at Sebastian,he angrily stood up.

 “Don't come home tonight.” Blaine barked and ran out of the restaurant and it was only when he exited the bar he wished that he had brought Kurt with him.

■■■ The next morning Blaine woke up with his son in his bed.Blaine sighed and exited the room.He sluggishly moved into the kitchen and started the coffee when Sebastian stumbled into the house without a shirt on.

Blaine sighed as his boyfriend fell onto the couch. "Gage doesnt have school today so I need you to watch him while I go to the shop."

"Fine." Sebastian grumbled shifting on the cushions.Blaine poured himself a cup of coffee and shuffled up the stairs still looking at his shamble of a boyfriend.

As Blaine got dressed he started to think about the gorgeous waiter with the stunning eyes.Kurt.He smiled as he straightened his bow tie and grabbed his bag.He kissed his sound asleep son on his forehead and ran out the door.

On Blaine's way to the shop he passed by the restaurant where Kurt worked.Before he could think any different Blaine was already asking a large balding man if Kurt was there.

■■■ After a long day of running the music store Blaine almost collapsed during the trek to his door.Blaine was ready to completely fall asleep when he heard his son crying.

"Gage?" He called not expected to see what he saw when he entered his sons room.

Blaine looked down in horror at Sebastian.He was holding on tightly to Gage a large bruise formed on his shoulder and Sebastian was cursing and yelling about something in a slurred rage.

"GET OUT SEBASTIAN GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT!!!" Blaine shouted out the only three words he could muster.

Blaine grabbed his son in his arms and continued to yell until Sebastian stumbled out of the front door. Blaine squeezed his son and sat down on the bed.

In Between shaky breaths and tears he started to sing.
