So... Um... Barbie, babyfoot, etc. were supposed to be big things but I kinda gave up on them... And also if you could maybe comment ideas for who should win, etc. I would be so thankful. Now Im gonna post the next chapter, then im done.
Rachel stumbled in her heels. Barbie was making her walk across a room with five and a half inch high heels on. Although Rachel was used to heels, she had never walked in ones so high before. Or with three heavy books on her head.
She didnt get what the point of this was. Why did she need to know how to walk in stilettos with books on her head? It wasnt like she was training to be a princess. She was only practicing for interviews. Also she would be sitting for the whole time. And it was only three minutes!
As Rachels thoughts wandered, she tripped and fell on her face.
Barbie sighed. "Whatever, I guess were done for now. Take thirty."
...
"... So when Caesar says something like do you like anyone?, tell him you do. Even if you dont, make something up. Itll make you seem more appealing. At the moment, youre just kind of blah. Nobody likes you. You seem cold and aloof-" Brody droned on and on.
"Brody, can we be done? My brain feels like its melting." Kurt whined.
Brody looked up at the ceiling probably thinking something along the lines of what do I do with this pathetic shit?!. "Fine."
Kurt walked out of the room, thinking of how mean he was to Blaine. The poor boy had looked like a kicked puppy when Kurt walked away. Needless to say, he felt terrible.
There was no way he could let anyone know how he felt, though. He was supposed to be cold and aloof as Brody had put it.
There was a nagging voice in the back of his head squeaking wow his eyes are so beautiful, hazel with flecks of gold, and his hair is so fluffy looking! I just wanna touch it-
His thoughts were disrupted as Rachel literally ran into him. She had turned a corner and fell right on top of him.
"Ew, Rachel! Get off me!" He said loudly, in disgust.
"Jeez, you act like I have cooties or something." She said standing up, and holding out a hand for Kurt to grab.
He grabbed her hand, and she pulled him up. She was surprisingly strong, considering her smallness.
They walked down the hall making small talk as Kurt tried unsuccessfully to ignore the urge to run to the twelfth floor and apologize to Blaine.
...
Santana woke up at 5:32 that morning.
She sat on her bed, staring down at the ground, her nails digging into her palms.
She couldnt believe she told Blaine she loved him. What if he thought she was joking? He probably did think she was kidding, he was super oblivious to everything.
There was a small knock on the door. "Santana, its time for breakfast, then you have to practice for the interview." Wills voice said through the door.
She heard him walk away, and stood up. She hadnt realized it, but tears were streaming down her face and into her lap, and her hands were covered in blood from her nails cutting into her palms.
Santana cleaned herself up and walked out in a daze. The only thing she noticed at the breakfast table was Blaine. He looked up as he heard her walk over. His face clearly expressed that he wanted to talk to her about the night before.
After she had confessed to him, he just stood up and walked out without saying anything. Like hell she would talk to him after that.
She picked up a lemon poppy seed muffin and returned the favor, walking out without a word.
...
Blaine picked at his food, waiting for Santana so he could talk to her about what had happened the night before.
He had just been so shocked, he couldnt do anything but run. In all the four years that they had been friends, hed thought that she hated him, but just hung out with him because he was there. Apparently not, though.
When he heard footsteps approaching, he looked up and saw Santana. He was about to start talking to her, when she walked away.
He hoped she wouldnt be like this in the arena, or else he had no chance of an alliance.
