“Hey sweetie.” Blaine said as he entered Kurt’s room. Kurt had been allowed to go back up to his room with some help getting upstairs.
“Hi!” Kurt grinned at Blaine, patting the spot on the bed next to him. He felt the mattress dip and knew that Blaine was next to him. He snuggled up against Blaine and kissed his chin.
“Guess what I did today.” Blaine smiled and held Kurt in his arms.
“Oooooh, did you buy me presents?” Kurt asked.
“Yes but I also wrote my Christmas list to Santa.” Blaine beamed like a child.
“Santa? Really Blaine? Okay, what did you ask for?”
“I asked him to help you see again. I know you being like this makes you miserable and I just want you to be happy. I even prayed.” Blaine said as he stroked Kurt’s hair.
“I’m sorry. I really am trying to adjust and be better.”
“Hey, don’t apologise. There is only one person who should be apologising and he’s locked away.”
“Will I be seeing you on Christmas?” Kurt asked the one question that he had been dying to ask.
“Of course.” Blaine smiled, kissing the top of Kurt’s head. “My parents are leaving to visit Cooper halfway through the day so I get to spend some of it with them. Cooper is too busy to come here to they’re going to visit them. After visiting Cooper, they’re going on a business trip so that’s why I’m not going.”
“I’m sorry that you don’t get to spend time with your parents.” Kurt stroked Blaine’s chest soothingly.
“Well if they were staying then I wouldn’t get to see you.”
Christmas came and Kurt was so excited. He had gotten so many new clothes from his father and Carole as well as movies and books, Finn had got him a razor set but Kurt had to remind him that he hadn’t even started shaving yet. He was really looking forward to dinner and seeing Blaine. He wouldn’t get to see Blaine until after dinner but that was okay with him, as long as he got to see him. Well hear him. He spent his day trying to read his books, despite the fact that he couldn't understand it all yet and texting all of his friends from McKinley and Dalton. Everyone was having such an amazing Christmas and got so many amazing presents. But the one thing that Kurt wanted, what both he and Blaine wanted, wasn’t going to happen. First off, there was no such thing as Santa so he couldn’t make that happen and two; he could possibly be blind forever.
“Hey buddy.” His dad said, poking his head inside of Kurt’s room. “Enjoying your books? You don’t have that one, do you?”
“No dad, I don’t and it’s so good so far. Thank you.” Kurt smiled at his father. “Thank you for all my presents. They’re amazing.”
“You’re welcome, son. Thank you for the presents you got me to. I’ll be sure to use them. And don’t worry about the shaving set; if you don’t use them then you can just give them to Finn for his birthday.” Burt smiled more, walking into Kurt’s room and looking around.
“Yeah I suppose.” Kurt smiled. “Blaine wrote a letter to Santa.”
Burt couldn’t help but laugh at that. “He did what? Why on earth would he do that?”
“He asked him to help me see again.”
“He’s sweet. You guys are so good together.” Burt smiled more, looking at the picture of Kurt and Blaine on the bedside table.
“I really love him. I know that you’re going to say that we’re kids and we’re too young to know what real love is but I really do love him and he loves me. I want to marry him one day when I can and –“
“Stop, Kurt, I know all of this already. I know how much you and that boy love each other and I’m happy that you’ve found someone who loves you for you. I know how much he loves you because he organised a concert for you to help raise money for all the things we needed.”
“Thank you for letting him come over today. I know today is about family but one day he will be family, he’s as good as family now and his parents are going away.”
“Kurt, I know. Come on, let’s go downstairs because that Christmas movie you love is on.” Burt took Kurt’s arm and led him down the stairs.
Kurt absolutely loved Home Alone, the story of a boy who was a royal pain and got left behind accidentally his family when they all went away on holiday. He loved how Kevin managed to defend himself and his house on his own, he was only a boy and Kurt couldn’t even defended himself and he was almost a man. Most of all, he loved the relationship between the mother and Kevin because as much as they fought, they loved each other so much now matter what and always came back together. He loved watching this movie with his own mother even though they never fought angrily, it was still their favourite Christmas movie.
There was a knock at the door and Kurt knew it was Blaine so he went to answer it. He opened the door and instead of seeing black, he could see a blurred outline of his boyfriend. He gasped.
“Kurt? Kurt what is it?” Blaine asked worried, even more so when he saw the tears in Kurt’s eyes.
“I can see.”

This is amazing! I'm glad kurt is starting to see again. Things will be so interesting now Oliver is back!
Oh things will get interesting with evil Oliver. He's going to ruin Blaine's life. YAY Blaine story!
How can Kurt read books if he is blind? He has not been blind long enough to learn Braille!
He has a tutor that has helped him. Since he was able to read before and write, it's easier to trace the words but I should've written that he tried to read. I don't know how it works. It's just a story. Oh well. I tried.
I love cuteness :D
