Kurt held the microphone in his hand, overwhelmed by everyone that had happened. His boyfriend had put on a concert for him so he could buy some special things to help him. There were tears in his eyes and his hands were shaking, he had to think of something to say and quick.
“Thank you all for coming. I had no idea that this was happening until I got here and I am overwhelmed. I know half of you have no idea who I am but I’m so grateful that you’ve turned up to support me and help me. Thank you to all my friends who sang tonight and a special thank you to my best friend and also my boyfriend, Blaine Anderson. I actually tried to break up with him when I found out that I’m blind. I didn’t want to hold him back because he is such a special person and he’s amazing. But he didn’t take it, he refused to leave me and I love him. This is the first time I’ve made it so public as to how much I love my boyfriend but this is so special and perfect that I have to tell the world how much I love him. I actually want to sing to him.”
Kurt turned to where he thought Blaine was, which was right, and he smiled and his eyes lit up the way his eyes always did when shining with tears. He held the microphone to his mouth and opened his mouth, letting his angelic voice do what it was supposed to.

The applause was enormous, this what it would feel like to be on stage and have a real audience and Kurt felt incredible. But something Kurt didn’t expect was a pair of lips to come crashing onto his, he gripped onto the body in front of him and kissed back. More music started playing and he knew the tune very well because he always wanted to sing it to Blaine, now was the perfect time. He knew that he was going to sing it with Blaine when he heard Blaine’s voice.

Kurt held Blaine’s hand tight and started singing, he had dibs on Nicole Kidman’s part and Blaine always sounded so much better singing Ewan McGregor’s part. This was a dream of his, to sing this song with Blaine on a stage in front of people and now he was.

“Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place
Suddenly it moves with such a perfect grace” Kurt sang with the biggest smile, squeezing on his boyfriend’s hand.

“Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste” They both sang together, their voices went so perfectly together. It was like they were made just for each other.

“It all revolves around you” No truer words could’ve come from Kurt’s lips. Blaine was everything to him, especially now and he was happy with that. When Blaine wasn’t around there was like this hole inside of him that was Blaine shaped.

And stars may collide” Blaine pulled Kurt closer as they sang together, their arms going around each other and their foreheads pressed together. They had forgotten that there was an audience, screw what they thought, this was their night. Nothing could ruin it now.

I will love you,“ Tears were still streaming down Kurt’s face from happiness, he was so happy that it was like a dream that he was terrified of waking up from.

Kurt kissed Blaine once the song was done, holding onto him and kissing him deeply. The show was over and they had risen more than enough money to get what Kurt needed and he was beyond grateful. That night, Kurt and Blaine sat together and they went online to buy lots of things to help Kurt. The next morning, Burt called some people who would help put in rails and other things in the house for Kurt. The rest of the money was put away in case anything happened or that his things needed replacing if they broke. Kurt had never been more proud of Blaine or more in love with him than what he was during that concert.
