Kurt was shocked after what just happened, he had no idea what was going on and what promoted Daniel to do that to him. He was pretty clueless. Stay away from Blaine, they were just friends, yes he was in love with him and his best friend but he wasn’t going to stay away from each other. No way. He got to his feet and brushed himself off, the other Warblers around him and buzzing, wondering if he was okay. He was fine; he was just worried about Blaine who had been dragged away from him. They had gotten so close during that dance, his heart was beating so fast and it was like it was only them in the room. He had kept his eyes on Blaine’s the entire time; their eyes locked and didn’t leave the others.
“Kurt, are you okay?” Thad asked, helping brush Kurt off. Like Kurt, everyone else was confused; they had no idea what had brought that on. The Warblers all wanted Kurt to be with Blaine, they weren’t the greatest fan of Daniel, he was nice but there was just something about him that was weird. Kurt and Blaine had chemistry, they fitted together so well and they were just meant to be, it was just a matter of time.
“I’m fine.” Kurt said quietly, picking up his bag and leaving the room.

“What the hell Daniel?” Blaine shouted as he pulled Daniel’s hand from his, he was pissed with him.
“What the hell? Me?” Daniel spat. “I’m not the one cheating.”
Blaine looked stunned at Daniel, he wasn’t cheating, and he had no idea what made him think that. Blaine wasn’t the kind to cheat, he wouldn’t do that, ever. His jaw dropped a little and he stepped back, how could Daniel think that?
“I’m not cheating on you. I wouldn’t.”
“Don’t lie!” Daniel shouted. “I know you have, the love letters, the dance, when you hang out, the flirting, I know!
“Okay first off, what love letters?”
“This one!” Daniel shoved in Blaine’s face. “It’s to you, from Kurt. Saying how you enjoyed the other night, how he’s in love with you, how you two will be together forever, teenage girl stuff.”
“I have never seen this before, i swear.” Blaine said as he went over the letter, this wasn’t Kurt, he was sure of it. “This wasn’t from Kurt; someone is trying to break us up.”
“Kurt maybe, he wants you Blaine and will stop at nothing to get you. Come on Blaine, open your eyes!” Daniel was mad; he was so mad and wanted revenge on Kurt for trying to take Blaine from him. “Have you two kissed?”
“No!” Blaine said quickly, they hadn’t but they wanted to. “Nothing has ever happened between me and Kurt, I swear Daniel. Please believe me.” He stepped forward and reached for his boyfriend’s hands.
Daniel pulled his hands away and pushed Blaine back. “I don’t... I can’t... I just don’t know Blaine. Maybe you and I shouldn’t have happened.”
Tears stung in Blaine’s eyes as he shook his head disagreeing with what Daniel said. “No Daniel, we should. We’re great together, please, please don’t do this.”
“I’m sorry Blaine, we need this time apart. The last time we had apart was for you to decide who you wanted, you said you wanted me but I’m not convinced. I know you have feelings for Kurt, its so obvious and everyone knows this.” Daniel’s lip quivered, he brushed his own his out of his eyes and slowly started moving away.
“So what does this mean?” Blaine asked his voice shaky.
“We’re taking a break Blaine, maybe for good.” Daniel began crying as he said it, not able to look Blaine in the eye and walked away.
Blaine just stood there, tears in his eyes, unable to take in what just happened. He just got dumped, dumped because of something that isn’t true, he wasn’t cheating, and he wasn’t a cheater, never.

“Have you seen Kurt?” Blaine asked as he walked back into the practice room, looking around to see if Kurt was there, feeling disappointed to see that he wasn’t. He had to make sure that he was okay. The Warblers shook their heads; they hadn’t seen him since he walked out after Daniel shoved him. “I need to find him.” Blaine told them. “Do you know if he’s okay?”
“We don’t know, after you left we asked if he was okay, he just said he was fine and walked out.” Trent said as he helped pack his aunt’s bag up, this hadn’t gone how any of them had expected.
“I’m sorry dude; we were just trying to give you and Kurt a nudge in the right direction.” Wes shuffled his feet, feeling bad about what happened.
“A nudge in the right direction? You do realise that I’m... I was with Daniel. You just helped break us up, thanks guys, thanks very much.” Blaine snapped, turning on his heels and walking out in an even worse mood than what he was before.
“At least they can get together now.” Jeff said, Nick nudged him in the ribs again.
“You gotta stop doing that.” Jeff winced in reply.

Kurt wasn’t in his room, he thought it would’ve been a too obvious place to look so he went outside and found a tree to curl up behind. He had gone there a few times before, he wasn’t even sure if Blaine knew he went there, right now it would be bad if he did but then also good. He had pulled his knees to his chest and wrapped his arms around them, keeping them there as he rested his head against them. The push just brought back what happened at McKinley, daily locker shoves and the bruises on his back, he was upset about it all. All he wanted right now was to be held but there was no one that would do that. The past month things had gone really bad for him here, his fall out with Blaine, the picture being sent round, this, it wasn’t good. They had told the teachers about the picture and they said they’d look into it and try and sort it but so far nothing. He was scared, scared about what could happen here in his final days but more scared about going to McKinley and facing Karofsky. Going back, he knew that it wasn’t over, he knew he was in danger.

This is sooo frustruating ... Your fic is what a soap should be, and I don't mean it in a negative way, your work is well written, not annoying, building up , and I think is not easy to handle that amount of characters in a story, so keep going...for my sake keep updating :P

Thank you so much, I love reviews, they help me make my writing and future chapters better. I am actually working on the next chapter now, a lot more drama to come in the build up of Kurt leaving. I thought I'd add more characters in case people thought it was annoying that there was very little, the Warblers are really only around in the rehearsals, it is only Oliver, Wes and David who are not and they have a bigger part and have their own perspective of things. I'm so glad you enjoy it, the next chapter should be up either today or tomorrow. Thank you :)

Ouch... poor Blaine... and poor Kurt... I could see him breaking down completely soon.

I just want to take Kurt away and take care of him
