The next day, Blaine woke up excitedly and started jumping on the bed to wake Kurt up. Kurt rolled over and opened his eyes, looking up at his dork of a fiancee. He grabbed Blaine's legs and pulled him down, so Blaine was sat on him, legs either side.
"Hey gorgeous, you're awake." Blaine grinned down at him.
"Yeah, thanks for that." Kurt smiled back.
Blaine leaned down and kissed Kurt, despite Kurt's complaints about morning breath. Blaine didn't care, he just wanted to kiss him. Blaine stroked Kurt's hair and smiled against his lips.
"Come on, Angel. We have places to go and see today. Come on get upppp!" Blaine said as he jumped off of Kurt and pulled back the covers.
"Why are you so excited?" Kurt asked as he sat up.
"Because today is going to be totally awesome!" Blaine grabbed Kurt's hands and pulled him out of bed. He held him in his arms for a minute, before kissing him deeply. "Get dressed, we're wasting precious time!"
"What is with you?" Kurt laughed when Blaine tapped his ass and pushed him in the direction of his clothes.
Blaine got dressed, fixed his hair and ordered breakfast, then went back to Kurt before noticing that he hadn't even finished getting ready yet. Kurt really look his time dressing but Blaine didn't mind too much, he just stood there and admired the view.
"Are you staring at me?" Kurt asked as he began combing his hair.
"You're just so beautiful, i can't help it." Blaine said as he got up and walked over to Kurt, wrapping his arms around him from behind and kissed his neck.
"What is with you today, seriously?" Kurt laughed. "You are acting more dorkish than usual."
"I am just in a really good mood." Blaine smiled against Kurt's neck.
"If you want me to hurry up and finish getting ready, you will need to let me go."
"Right yes, sorry." There was a knock at the door, Blaine knew it was room service so he hurried off and answered it while Kurt finished doing his hair.
Once breakfast was over and they had had their morning coffee, they went out for a walk and explored some more. They held hands as they walked and Kurt knew that he was being led somewhere, obviously he didn't know where.
"Where are we going?" Kurt asked, gripping Blaine's hand tighter so he didn't lose him.
"It's a surprise." Blaine said.
Not long later, they stopped outside the jewellers. Kurt didn't understand at first what they were doing there, but then when Blaine explained, he melted completely.
"We're looking for wedding rings. I want you to have the best and i will do whatever it takes to do that for you. You are my world, my rock and if you want a ring with a huge rock then that is what you will have. But i don't think you're one for rocks but if you want something engraved then i'll do that for you. I just want you to be happy and have the best in the world."
Kurt leaned in and kissed Blaine deeply, then leaned his forehead against Blaine's. "I love you so much. You are so amazing and i would love us to have matching rings with engravements on it. Oh! I saw this thing where you get your partners finger print on your ring, so you'd have mine and i'd have yours. That way you'd be with me when i'm not there."
"If we can get that done, then definitely." Blaine grinned and led Kurt inside. He walked them both over to the counter and smiled at the guy behind it. "Hi there, i'm looking for matching wedding rings."
"Men and women rings?" The man asked.
"No, two matching men's wedding rings." Blaine told the man, pulling Kurt closer to him. "This is my fiancee."
"Of course sir, let me see what we have." The man looked under the counter and pulled out a box of men's rings. "We don't have matching ones for couples but we have two of the same rings."
Kurt and Blaine examined the rings and picked out the ones that they liked but there were none there that they loved. Blaine hadn't planned on buying them right here, he had planned on shopping in New York to buy them but he wanted to know what Kurt would like.
After ring hunting, Blaine took Kurt out for lunch. They ordered the same and ate while discussing the rings and wedding stuff. Once lunch was over, they window shopped and just spent the day together, touring Seattle. But Blaine hadn't finished the surprises. When it got later, Blaine took Kurt out for dinner, it was so romantic and they stared a dessert.
"Today has been amazing, thank you so much." Kurt grinned at Blaine over the table.
"It's not over yet. Your biggest surprise is yet to come." Blaine was so incredibly happy, especially seeing Kurt so happy.
They left the restaurant together and walked a little while, it was such a nice night that there was no point in driving just yet. Kurt had no idea where they were going but when they stopped outside the Paramount Theatre he gasped and he knew that's where Blaine was taking him.
"Are you serious?" Kurt grinned widely, unable to believe what his boyfriend had done. This was absolutely incredible! "Oh my god baby!"
Blaine led Kurt inside and handed over their tickets before entering the theatre and finding their seats.
They sat and watched the musical, Blaine kept looking over to see the look on Kurt's face. It was lit up and he was so happy, which made Blaine even happier. This was exactly what he wanted. He took Kurt's hand and squeezed it, watching as he love swayed in his seat and sang along to the songs that were being sung on stage. Yes, this is what happiness is, Blaine just knew.
