Blaine’s phone rang a minute later, making him lunge for it and answer without looking at who it was. He automatically assumed it was Kurt.
“Kurt! Are you okay? I’m so sorry!” He cried down the phone.
“It’s not Kurt, its Tina. I was calling to ask about Kurt, if you’d seen him.”
“No i haven’t. I made a huge mistake and I broke up with him and i kicked him out of his house. I’m a huge dick. He’s been so amazing especially since the accident, he took amazing care of me and I love him so much. I accused him of cheating on me and i broke up with him, he was so heartbroken. I don’t know where he is and i’m really worried.”
“He came to mine last night in a really bad state.”
“He did? Is he still there?”
“No, that’s why i called to see if you’ve seen him. He wanted to stay but my parents wouldn’t let him. So he went, i don’t know where but i’ve tried calling him but he’s not answering his phone. I’m worried Blaine, i’m going to call everyone in glee club that knows Kurt.”
“Thank you Tina. I need to find him.”
“We will Blaine, we will.”
Burt was also worried about his son, no one had heard from him and he wasn’t answering his phone. The boy had had his heart broken and was kicked out of his home, he must be feeling alone and Burt didn’t want that. He had no idea where Kurt would go, maybe to his former glee club friends but he didn’t know who was still in school and who was at college. He went out in the car to look for Kurt but he couldn’t find him anywhere so he took a little walk through the park. There he didn’t find anything so he started making his way back to his car when he trod on something. He looked down and saw it was a smashed up phone. Burt picked it up and looked at it, pressing a button and his heart stopped. The picture on the phone was of Kurt and Blaine. This was his son’s phone. He started to panic and worry that something had happened to him. He saw that there were a lot of missed calls and texts from a number of people, one being Blaine. He listened to one of the messages that Blaine left and knew that he had to call him and let him know what he found. He got his phone out of his pocket and called Blaine.
“Burt, i’m so sorry about everything. I’ve been horrible and i feel really bad about it. I keep calling Kurt and he’s not answering, but he’s not answering anyone else either. He went to Tina’s last night but her parents turned him away. I said things that I didn’t mean and I’m so worried about him Burt.” Blaine said before Burt could even speak.
“I know why he’s not answering any calls. I found his phone in the park and its smashed up. I’m even more worried Blaine and i’ve looked everywhere for him. He doesn’t have any money on him to leave and neither Rachel nor Finn has heard from him. If he’s not home by tonight then i’ll call the police.”
“Oh god Burt, this is all my fault! I was so horrible to him, i accused him of things that he didn’t do and i broke his heart. If anything has happened to him-“Burt heard Blaine crying really hard and he did feel bad for him but he did mostly blame him for Kurt’s disappearance. He didn’t hate Blaine, but he was angry with him and he had a right to be.
“He’ll be okay Blaine, he’s Kurt, and he knows how to look after himself. He’s smart Blaine; he’ll find somewhere or someone to take him in. He’ll be okay; he’ll come home eventually because he won’t stay away for too long.”
That evening Burt Hummel reported Kurt as a missing person, he had been missing for twenty four hours. The police said that the following morning they would start looking for Kurt since it was too dark and getting cold during the night. It was a really difficult time for Burt; he couldn’t believe his son was missing. He was petrified that something happened to him, if someone took him or... No he couldn’t think about it. He refused to think about it. He refused to think about the possibility that someone might’ve murdered his little boy.

This chapter was awesome. It was nice to see that Blaine really was regretting everything and that he was well aware that Kurt possibly being missing was his fault. I like that Burt is willing to let Blaine off the hook for what he did but is still willing to keep him informed of what is happening. I can't wait to see what happens next.
