“Because you? What? What is it?” Kurt asked, restraining himself from reaching over and taking Blaine’s hands.
“You are the best friend I have ever had and you will always be my best friend. I lo... I admire you and...” Blaine cut off and jumped out of his chair, practically sprinting to the door. Kurt was so confused and his heart sunk as he turned round and saw Blaine kissing Mandy. He picked up his coffee and knew that was his queue to leave. Blaine turned round and saw that Kurt and gone. He really didn’t want that to happen, he wanted to get rid of Mandy so he could talk to Kurt but that wasn’t going to happen.

“What were you doing there?” Mandy smiled as she kissed Blaine, they were now at Mandy's house. “I missed you and I noticed you weren’t in Algebra so I got that dorky Berry girl to start singing and create a distraction. I’m so glad to see you.”
“I’m so glad to see you too. Come on, let’s go.” Mandy took Blaine’s hand and took him back to her place. “Remove your shirt, I want to see that hot body.”
Blaine took a deep breath and went to remove his shirt, pausing after opening the first button. “I don’t want to.”
“Okay, how about I remove mine and then you can touch?” Mandy removed her shirt before Blaine had a chance to answer; she was now shirtless with a pink bra. Her boobs weren’t that big or great, Blaine was going more and more off girls by the second.
“Those are some nice boobs.” Blaine lied, looking at her face.
“I was going to get implants soon to make my boobs bigger but since Santana got them, Coach Sue has been all bitch about it. Santana isn’t hot and her boobs don’t look that great, do you think she’s hot? Does she have good boobs? Come on Blaine, tell me.”
“I don’t think Santana is hot, I’m being completely serious about that. I really don’t think she has great boobs either, I’m not a boobs person. I love...”
“Oh my god! I love you too!” Mandy squealed and pounced on Blaine, hugging him tightly and kissing his neck. “I love you so much. I’ve been waiting for you to tell me this, I was going to wait until the end of the week and if you didn’t say you love me then I would’ve broken up with you.” Mandy’s voice was so creepy when she spoke the last line, it was like the crazy popular girl from a teen movie. Blaine didn’t love Mandy one bit, he didn’t even like her, in fact he actually hated her. He really loved Kurt and he was starting to think about maybe it might work with them. Popularity wasn’t everything now, it was getting a bit boring but Kurt was still there and not the tiniest bit boring.

Kurt was at home, sitting on the couch with a drawing pad on his lap. He was drawing a picture of a mannequin with a dress on it. He loved fashion and he loved designing outfits. He was comfortably sitting when he heard a knock at the door. He sighed and put down his pad, moving to the door and opening it. He was surprised to see Blaine there, even more surprised to see two coffees in his hand.
“Blaine, what are you doing here?” Kurt asked, leaning against the door.
“I came to see you, I got you a coffee. Can I come in?” Blaine smiled that charming smile of his that made Kurt melt inside and want to giggle like a teenage girl.
“Yeah, come in.” Kurt moved and held the door open. “So, how’s Mandy?”
“I’ll be honest with you, she’s annoying.” Blaine gave Kurt the coffee and went up to Kurt’s room with Kurt following.
“So if she’s so annoying, why are you with her?” Kurt asked, feeling a sickness in the pit of his stomach as he wondered whether Blaine was in love with her. “Do you love her?”
“No! I mean, not yet. I don’t think I will ever love her, you know what it’s like, the cheerleader and the quarterback. I really can’t stand her.” Blaine sat down on the bed and just laid back, embracing the comfort and remembering how Mandy thought that he was telling her that he loved her, when he wasn’t. “I will never love that girl, never. She is insane!”
Kurt sat down next to Blaine, looking at him with a soft smile. “I’ll be honest with you; i think she’s a complete bitch.”
Blaine laughed and sat up, his face not far from Kurt’s. “Yeah she is, god I hate being with her. I’d rather someone nice, talented and stunning with the most beautiful eyes.”
“Can you think of anyone you’ve just described?” Kurt asked, his voice only just coming out as he noticed how close he was to Blaine and how his eyes kept going to his lips. He wanted to kiss him so badly, his lips were right there! All he had to do was lean in and press them together, just see what Blaine does and if there is something there then just keep kissing.
“I can but I don’t think that they’re interested in me.” Blaine’s eyes went from Kurt’s down to his lips. Blaine wasn’t sure what was about to happen, whether their lips were going to touch and they were going to kiss or not. He wasn’t sure that if there was a kiss, whether Kurt would kiss back, especially after the whole Karofsky business.
“How can you be so sure?” Kurt asked. He couldn’t believe he was so close to kissing Blaine, he wanted to so badly but he didn’t want Blaine to be a cheater but then Blaine didn’t want the relationship.
“Because they’re way too perfect to be into me.”
“Who is this person?”
Blaine leaned in a little closer, the gap closing between them as their eyes closed and they could feel each others breath on their parted lips.
