After Kurt saw Blaine and that guy kissing, Kurt knew that he couldn't stay in Ohio anymore. He had planned to stay for the summer and then go but he just couldn't. He had hope that one day he and Blaine would reunite but after seeing that kiss, his fears came true. He really had lost the love of his life forever.
Kurt went to take out the trash when he saw Blaine and the guy kissing, he dropped the bag on the floor and stood and stared. Tears welled up in his eyes and he felt sick and angry. How dare Blaine bring his new boyfriend home! How dare Blaine do this to him! Kurt slammed the door and ran off to his room where he grabbed his bags and threw his clothes into it. He was going to talk to Rachel and then they were going to leave Ohio for good.
"Kurt!" There was a knock on his door. It was Blaine. "Please talk to me."
Kurt didn't answer, he refused. He couldn't talk anyway since he was crying so much. He really was stupid. The amount of times that Blaine had broke his heart and he still kept forgiving him and letting him back in. Blaine broke his heart, he didn't love him anymore and they weren't exactly friends now so they should really just not see each other again. Well only on family occasions, that's it. But he'd have to watch as Blaine brought his new boyfriend to dinners and watch them stick their tongues down each others throats. He couldn't bear seeing it.

The following morning, Kurt got up early to get ready, he needed that extra few minutes to get rid of the bags under his eyes. He got himself mostly ready before realising that he left something that he needed in the bathroom at the end of the hall. He had to walk past Blaine's room, so he took a deep breath and started walking past it. He got halfway when he heard Blaine moaning James' name. His hand flew to his mouth and he leaned against the wall, tears streaming down his face. He couldn't believe it. Blaine was sleeping with this guy, they were having sex and they weren't being very quiet about it. A minute later, the guy came out.
"That guy is so hot!" James told Kurt. "He is incredible in bed and the things he wanted to do to me was just... wow! I won't be able to walk for a week. I did ask him whether we should do it here and he said that he wanted to. He said that you two were over for good, he didn't care about you and he said that he didn't care whether you heard us. He said you should get used to seeing him with other guys. He also said that you probably won't ever get another boyfriend or ever get laid again, so he suggested investing in a dildo so you can screw yourself since no one else will want to do it." James smiled and walked away.

Kurt hurried up and got ready, he left way before Blaine had planned to leave and headed over to Rachel's. He needed his friend and he had to ask her something anyway. The second she opened the front door, he fell into her arms and just cried. He told her everything and Kurt had to beg her not to go and find Blaine and give him a good slap. He didn't want Blaine to get hurt.
"When are you leaving for New York?" Kurt asked.
"I'm leaving this weekend actually." Rachel told him.
"I need to go soon, like really soon. Can we go early? Say after Graduation?"
"That is early. Help me pack then." Rachel smiled.
The two of them packed Rachel's stuff before heading off to Graduation. They made sure to hide so that Blaine didn't see them. Even though it shouldn't really matter considering what James said. He was sat with Rachel when he turned round and saw Blaine with a group of the glee club kids. His heart beat faster, he felt sick, his stomach was in knots and he felt like crying again. He hadn't been able to stop crying! It wasn't long before the Graduation ceremony began. When Blaine's name was called, Kurt froze and stared at Blaine. He looked so beautiful. It wasn't long before Rachel went, then some more of his friend's. Just before him was Finn and then it was his turn. He forced a smile and pushed through the curtains, kicking his leg up high. He was crying. But for a change, these tears weren't sad ones. They were happy ones. He could finally move on.

When Graduation was over, Kurt went home and grabbed his stuff, telling his father and Dianna that he was leaving. He hugged them both and Aria, escaping before Blaine came home. They were going to meet up with Finn and then leave. The three of them in New York together. But Finn didn't go with them to New York. He broke up with Rachel just before they left so the two of them left together, heartbroken. They found an apartment that was amazing, Kurt fell in love with it and he and Rachel rode round it on bikes. It was fun. He almost forgot everything that happened. He spent most of his time in his room, lounging around and moping. Blaine Anderson had broken Kurt Hummel. He was sad all the time and as time passed, he didn't seem to get any happier. He was getting so many calls from Blaine and he didn't answer any of them. Why would he? Well why would Blaine be calling anyway? It's not like Blaine cared about him.

He spoke to his dad a couple of times a week but one day it wasn't like his usual phone call.
"I miss you dad." Kurt said to his father. "Do you miss me?"
"Of course i miss you too buddy, it's not been the same without you." His father said.
"How's Blaine?" Kurt asked after a minute of silence.
"Blaine's okay. He misses you."
"He doesn't miss me. But i miss him so much. I still love him dad and nothing is getting easier."
"I know son. I know its hard and it will be every single day. Even coming back here..."
"I'm not."
"What?"
"I'm not coming back."
"You're not coming back?"
Kurt bit his lip and listened to how sad his father sounded when he spoke. He felt guilty and he knew that he should but it's facing Blaine. Something he couldn't and wouldn't do. He tried to explain when he heard his father shout.
"Hey! Blaine! Give that back!" His father shouted.
Kurt's heart skipped as he heard Blaine's voice.
"Kurt, don't do this. You can't not come back, you have family and friends here...."
But Kurt couldn't listen to him. He didn't want to listen to the guy who broke his heart, so he hung up and turned his phone off so no one could try calling him again.

Rachel decided it was time for Kurt to move on and date other guys so she set him up with some guy. Kurt didn't even know his name. They went on the date, they sat and he listened to the guy talk , well he didn't really listen. He just sat there while the guy talked. The guy didn't even notice. He wasn't even very good looking anyway and he can't be that great if he didn't notice that Kurt was upset. Kurt told the guy that he didn't feel well so he went home early and just went straight to his room. He was in there for a long time, just watching movies and pining over his ex. Kurt Hummel was officially broken.
