Author's Notes: Not a very happy chapter... More to the Karofsky story
“Do you think dad was alright?” Kurt asked Blaine while they were snuggled up on the bed together, watching a movie in the dark. Kurt’s head was resting on Blaine’s chest and had Blaine’s arms around him, stroking his arm with his thumb.
“Yeah i think he was fine. I’m thinking maybe he had a lady friend over and didn’t want you knowing what he was up to.” Blaine grinned and kissed Kurt’s head.
“A lady friend? Like Carole?” Kurt smiled and grabbed his phone; he decided to text Finn the good news. “Glad to know our parents are hitting it off. They both seemed to have had some fun today ;)”
Almost instantly there was a reply, Kurt frowned and showed Blaine the message that read: “What are you talking about? My mum’s been working all day; i had to meet her there after school.”
“So if dad wasn’t with Carole, who was he with?” Kurt asked.

Burt made sure the coast was clear before letting Dianna out of the bedroom; he could hear Kurt’s television through the closed door so he knew that Kurt and Blaine would be busy for a while. He snuck Dianna down the stairs and let her out, closing the door behind him and hurrying to the couch and putting on the football. He had to think of some excuse in case Kurt started asking questions but he hoped that Kurt didn’t ask a thing. It wasn’t long later that Kurt and Blaine came down the stairs and saw Burt on the couch, they looked at each other when they reached the bottom of the stairs.
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” Kurt smiled and led Blaine to the door, stepping outside for a second so he could kiss his boyfriend goodnight. “I love you.”
“I love you too. I’ll come and get you at our normal time, so be ready.” Blaine smiled, kissing Kurt again before heading next door. Kurt waved his boyfriend goodbye before closing the door and looking at his father with his arms folded.
“So, what have you been up to today?” Kurt asked his father.
“Nothing much, been a bit busy you know what it’s like.”
“Busy doing what?”
“Stuff. I had Carole over earlier, getting to know each other a bit more.”
“Oh really? Yeah, you see that’s what I thought so I told Finn the good news and he said that Carole’s been working all day.”
“Oh.”
“Yeah, oh.” Kurt gave Burt a look that reminded him of his wife, also the fact that Kurt looked like her so much.
“Does it really matter what I’ve been up to?”
“If you’re seeing someone dad, you don’t need to hide it. You can tell me, if you don’t want to see Carole then fine but don’t lie if you are seeing someone.” Kurt moved his arms from being folded to having his hands on his lips. “I thought we had an honest relationship.”
“We do Kurt but she doesn’t want anyone to know.”
“Why?”
“She just does! Okay? It’s my business.” Burt snapped.
“Fine. Goodnight!” Kurt sighed and walked off upstairs to bed.

“And then he just snapped at me for asking why she doesn’t want anyone to know. I know it’s his business but he’s my dad and I want to make sure he’s happy and he isn’t going to get hurt. I worry about him.” Kurt told Blaine as they sat in the Lima Bean having a coffee before school.
“I know Kurt, I understand. I don’t want him to get hurt either and it’s been a long time since he was with a woman.”
“All I want is for my dad to be happy. What if she’s married?! What if its an affair?” Kurt gasped. “That would explain why she doesn’t want anyone to know!”
“Maybe Kurt, maybe. But for not, let’s just sit back and see what happens.” Blaine smiled.

“Hey fag!” Kurt heard a voice and froze in his spot. He knew who that was and became terrified; he didn’t even have Blaine there. No one was there; they were in an empty classroom. “No boyfriend today? Or did he finally grow sick of you?”
Kurt heard a click and knew that the door was now locked so it was just him and Karofsky. He was shaking with fear as he remembered what Karofsky said to him.
“Why did you lock the door?”
“Why do you think? We have unfinished business, don’t we?” Karofsky smiled and unbuttoned his belt.
“Stay away from me!” Kurt shouted at him, getting ready to fight Karofsky if he had to. He wished he could get his phone out and call Blaine but he couldn’t.
“Don’t tell me what to do fairy. I need to know what I am, I need to know if I’m gay so one fuck and i’ll know.” Karofsky grabbed Kurt’s arms to pin him down against the table.
“Help!” Kurt screamed but Karofsky’s lips covered to silence him. Karofsky’s weight was crushing Kurt so he couldn’t get up and that allowed Karofsky to free his hands to undo Kurt’s pants. Kurt’s hands began trying to push Karofsky from him and hitting and scratching whatever he could. But Karofsky wouldn’t budge.

Blaine had been waiting for Kurt for a while but he never showed, so he went looking for him. He went to the classroom that Kurt just had his class in but the door was closed, he tried opening it but it was locked. Then he looked up and his heart stopped. There was Karofsky on top of Kurt, it looked like Karofsky didn’t have anything on his bottom half and neither did Kurt which made him panic more. He could hear Kurt screaming and trying to fight Karofsky. Blaine repeatedly threw himself at the door but it wouldn’t open so he screamed for help, for anyone.
“What is all that racket hobbit?” Sue Sylvester yelled from the other end of the corridor.
“Help please!” Blaine shouted, absolutely terrified.
Sue walked over to the classroom, looking inside and gasping in horror. She pulled her arm inside her sleeve and smashed the window and unlocking the door that way. Sue stormed inside the classroom and threw Karofsky from Kurt.
