Blaine was thinking about a large number of things, but his thoughts were interrupted when he opened his eyes to look at Kurt instead. He smiled widely as he stared at him, planning in carrying Kurt outside whenever they went and after they cleaned. After a few minutes of silence, Blaine reluctantly said “Um… babe, as much as I hate to say this, I think we should start cleaning.”
Kurt heard the words he didn’t want to hear, their last time like this in Vermont was over, they had to get up and soon they would be leaving. His eyes slowly opened and looked at Blaine, pouting. “I guess we should, the only thing left to do that i know of is this room, just making the bed, thats it. But we have one slight problem, i can’t move, my legs have gone to sleep.”
“They have? Oh… Sorry about that…. do you want me to give you a piggy back ride while I make the bed or something? Or do you just want to jump around a bit until they’re awake again or do something like that? Oh me still sitting on your legs doesn’t help that either does it… sorry I’ll get off.” Blaine rambled on, starting to unwrap his legs from Kurt to climb off of him.
“Baby it wasn’t you, don’t worry, we’ve been sat here for a while and i haven’t been able to move them. Its okay honestly, a piggy back sounds great, i was hoping you’d suggest that.” Kurt smiled giving Blaine a quick kiss, his arms around Blaine even though Blaine was unwrapping himself from around Kurt.
“Oh okay…. piggy back ride it is then.” Blaine said with a smile, his legs no longer wrapped around Kurt’s waist but were still on either side of him, his own arms around Kurt’s neck as Kurt didn’t move his. He silently laughed to himself, he wouldn’t be able to get up if Kurt didn’t move his arms.
Kurt smiled at Blaine, still keeping his arms around Blaine, not wanting to move them at all. Blaine would have to unwrap them himself because Kurt wasn’t going to do it. He just sat there and smiled at Blaine, Blaine’s arms weren’t unwrapped from around him either, it was the only thing holding them together. “You’re going to have to unwrap me if you want to move,” He grinned.
Blaine looked at Kurt’s arms that were around him, not wanting to do that. He looked back up at Kurt with a small pout as he unwrapped his arms and took Kurt’s off of him, pouting even more. His arms immediately went back around Kurt’s neck when he was done. “And the same to you.”
Kurt felt Blaine’s arms go around his neck again after removing Kurt’s from around Blaine’s neck, he didn’t want them to be moved, so he took Blaine’s from around his and just held the hands in his own. “Right piggy back time, how are we going to do this?”
“Like this, I guess.” Blaine said, giving Kurt’s hand a quick kiss before freeing them from Kurt’s hands and scooting off of him. He slipped off the bed and straightened his clothes more before motioning for Kurt to get up. Once Kurt was up on the bed, Blaine turned around and patted his back so that Kurt would just have to jump down onto his back.
Kurt got up with a struggle, his legs were like jelly and almost fell off, it was lucky that Blaine was already standing up so he just jumped on his back. He held onto him tight, wondering if this was actually okay, he thought that making the bed and keeping Kurt up would be tricky and/or may hurt his back.

Blaine smiled when Kurt got on his back and held on tightly, him holding on to Kurt to the best of his ability as he started to make the bed. He thought it was going to be extremely difficult with Kurt on his back, but it wasn’t that bad. As usual, he started to hum as he made the bed, like he always did when he cleaned.
Kurt smiled hearing Blaine hum, still clinging onto him tight. He watched the bed being made and smiled at him proudly when he finished. “Well done, it doesn’t look half bad.” He teased still smiling at him.
Blaine finished making the bed, Kurt still on his back and not falling even once. “Yeah, it’s okay.” He teased back, turning his head to look at Kurt and smile back and a little bit more to give his fiancee a kiss on the cheek. “Right… where to next? The river, that’s right, you ready babe?”
Kurt grinned widely as Blaine’s lips touched his cheek, they seemed to like each others cheeks today. “Of course i’m ready, i’m up here that makes me ready.” He smiled back and looked at Blaine in return wanting to kiss his cheek in return but Blaine’s head was already facing the front so he could watch where he was going as they walked out of the room.
“Alrighty then, let us go down to the river then!” Blaine said, adopting a British accent as he headed out of the room. He held onto Kurt’s legs tightly and started walking down the stairs, being extra careful so that he didn’t fall or drop Kurt or do anything that could hurt either of them.
“Oh yes, jolly good.” Kurt replied back in a British accent, holding onto Blaine tighter as they went down the stairs. He trusted Blaine with his life so he knew that he wasn’t going to fall and if he did it was no fault of Blaine’s. Once they reached the bottom of the stairs Kurt clapped proudly. “Well done youuuuuu,” He smiled kissing Blaine’s ear since his cheek and lips were out of reach.
“Why thank you. I would bow, but, you know…” Blaine teased, patting Kurt’s legs before grinning when his ear was kissed. He walked towards the door, kicking it open and kicking it closed when he was out, turning back to the hill and letting his eyes adjust to the outside light. There were clouds overhead, Blaine noticed as he started to walk down to the spot where he proposed.

Kurt buried his face in Blaine’s neck when they walked outside, the morning light was really strong and sensitive to his eyes. He looked up a moment later so he could get used to it and watched where Blaine was walking. In the past few days he had been carried three different ways, he loved each of them. Just being carried by Blaine in general he loved.
Blaine had started getting closer to the spot, knowing what the weather was like in Vermont and having a feeling that it was going to rain soon. He loved the rain, and he was planning to do something in it anyways…. Blaine snapped out of his thoughts when he was at the spot, expertly turning Kurt around without dropping him so that he was carrying his fiancee like he was earlier. “This place look familiar?”
Kurt helped Blaine twist him round so he was like how he was that morning, his arms wrapped tightly around Blaine’s neck, his legs not wrapped around him though, they just dangled. He looked around and smiled, his favorite place, apart from their bedroom of course, both places something special and life changing happened. “Yes it does, its amazing.” He smiled, he looked at the sky and felt a drop on his cheek, it was starting to rain which only meant one thing… a kiss in the rain.
Blaine saw the raindrop on Kurt’s cheek and smiled as the rain started coming down in a sprinkle. He looked at how they were becoming a bit wet now, neither one of them caring about it at all. “Hey, Kurt, I think we’re getting a bit we-” Blaine said before stopping in the middle of his sentence to kiss Kurt, finally giving him a kiss in the rain as it fell down harder.
Kurt had expected a kiss as soon as it started raining, he once again didn’t expect to be kissed mid sentence but it didn’t stop him kissing back. “You have given me everything i’ve ever wanted Blaine Anderson, i love you so much.” Kurt said against Blaine’s lips as he kissed him again.

Blaine grinned hearing Kurt’s words, kissing him deeper as the rain started pouring down on them, both of them now soaked but neither one of them really caring. “And you’ve given me everything I’ve ever wanted and more, Kurt Hummel, I love you sooooo much too.” The kisses deepened again and Blaine wrapped his arms more tightly around Kurt as they did.
“You beat me to it, was about to kinda repeat myself i missed a bit. I’ll say it now, you’ve given me everything i’ve ever wanted Blaine Anderson and soooo, soo much more. I love you soooooooooo much, so so much.” Kurt managed to say before the kisses deepened, they were both now soaked and surprisingly Kurt didn’t care. He wrapped his arms better around Blaine’s neck as they kissed in the rain, on their proposal spot.
Blaine didn’t want to respond right then, he didn’t want to repeat himself and he really didn’t want to break their kiss. Kurt was right, kissing in the rain would be an amazing thing, and it lived up to all it sounded like it would. Then again, he was kissing Kurt Hummel, and all of those kisses are amazing.
Kissing in the rain was amazing, truly amazing, more than he ever thought it would be and he had kissed Blaine underwater. Kurt adored kissing Blaine, one of their favorite activities, but this was just incredible, something like he had never thought he would get. Blaine had given him exactly what he wanted and so much more, like their duet, Blaine had given everything back that Kurt had given him.

Unlike underwater kissing, they could take a breath in between their kisses, therefore it could last longer. He loved the fact that he could give Kurt a kiss in the rain on the spot where he proposed to him, he was thinking that in the summer if they come back, they should mark the spot somehow even though they would never forget it.
This spot where they were standing would always be so special to the two of them, they should mark this spot somehow even though they would never ever forget it, but how? Kurt’s arms wrapped more around Blaine’s as the two got more and more soaked, their caring about it decreasing.
Blaine tightened his grip around Kurt when he felt Kurt do the same to him, thankful that Kurt didn’t seem to care about getting wet, since Blaine sure didn’t. As long as he was kissing Kurt, he was beyond happy, and it being in the rain made the kiss even better. Blaine smiled against Kurt’s lips as he kissed them, still keeping the level of deepness and passion the same as Kurt’s.
Kurt had honestly expected Blaine to put him down by now, he was glad that he hadn’t been though. Kurt was beyond happy, he was with Blaine after all, he was so happy to just be there with him, kissing him on their proposal spot. He felt the smile against his lips making one appear on his own, much larger than Blaine’s though, even though he knew because of the cycle that it would change any second now.

Blaine felt Kurt smile, which in turn made him smile more because of their cycle. He had an idea that he had seen in movies before when couples kissed in the rain, which he decided to do. He fixed his arms around Kurt so that he was holding him better and started to spin them, the smile growing as he did.
Kurt felt them start spinning which made him smile widely, he pulled away from the kiss and leaned back, since Blaine was holding him he knew he wasn’t going to fall. He held his arms out as wide as they would go and leaned his head back feeling the rain on his face, as they continued to spin, he then put them back around Blaine and leaned his forehead against Blaine’s.
Blaine watched as Kurt leaned back, and he grinned and continued to spin him. He knew that he wasn’t going to drop him, so he grinned even more as he watched him. He leaned their foreheads even more together when Kurt did, grinning as rains drenched their face. “Hi there.”
“Hi,” Kurt’s smile growing even more than before. “That was amazing but we’re a little wet.” He laughed, holding onto Blaine. He leaned him and gave him a long deep kiss before leaning their foreheads back together. “Soo this spot seems to be a good one for us, proposal and a romantic kiss in the rain. Whatever next.”
Blaine returned the deep kiss and kept the grin on his face as Kurt leaned their foreheads back together. “I don’t know about you, but I think that getting soaked was worth this. And yeah, this spot… it’s just so amazing. Proposal, kiss in the rain, partial KST for the first time, what else could it bring….”
“I definitely think that this was worth it, i do know though that we will have to change into new clothes.” Kurt smiled more, his jaw was aching from the smiling but he was far from moaning. “All of those things have been pretty amazing, proposal, happiest moment of my life, partial KST i enjoyed most thoroughly and kiss in the rain, magical.”
Blaine grinned as Kurt was talking, they were both soaked to the core and both smiling insanely. He tightened his grip around Kurt, not wanting to set him down at all. His hair wad getting a bit in his hair, but he honestly didn’t care right now, as long as he still had Kurt right there, he was happy.

Right now there was nothing that Kurt cared about but Blaine, just being there with him and embracing the moment. Like he had already said, it was a magical moment, thats what it felt like to him anyway. Usually he would care if he got even the slightest bit wet but with Blaine the usual was the unusual.
The hair in his face was getting a bit more into his eyes as his hair got even more soaked, so he had to shake his head a bit to get them out. A few decided they liked it where they were and stayed in place, but most of them moved out of the way. Blaine couldn’t stop grinning at Kurt, not even slightly caring that he would have to change when they got back up to the car.
Kurt saw the hair in Blaine’s face used a hand to brush his hair back, giving his forehead a kiss when he was done. He couldn’t stop grinning Blaine, nothing mattered but them right now and it was amazing. He was very happy up in Blaine’s arms, looking down at him, the rain pouring down on both of them and both of them completely soaked to the skin.
Blaine decided that he was either going to set Kurt down or wrap his legs around his waist, just which one? He didn’t particularly want to set down his fiance, and they could probably be closer if Blaine did wrap Kurt’s legs around his waist. His arms moved a bit and he did just that, hoping Kurt wouldn’t mind.
Kurt was about to wrap his legs around Blaine’s waist, he wasn’t expecting Blaine to do that for him. He made them better and more comfortable since it was hard for Blaine to do that, he was hoping he wasn’t making Blaine’s arms ache in any way. Kurt’s arms slipped back around Blaine’s back as their foreheads leaned better against each other.

“Hi there.” Blaine said with a small laugh, his hands moving to hold Kurt up better as Kurt wrapped his legs around his waist. His thumbs were stroking Kurt’s wet pants, neither of them even remotely caring anymore that they were soaked. All that mattered was that they were there with each other, rain or not.
“Hii,” Kurt smiled even wider, if that was at all possible. He was staring down deep into Blaine’s stunning hazel eyes, hypnotized by their beauty. This moment was like something out of one of Kurt’s romance movies or even something out of a novel, never did he expect for this to happen to him.
“It’s raining, just in case you can’t tell.” Blaine said, grin only increasing as he spoke. Of course Kurt was able to tell, both of them were soaking wet. Kurt’s eyes were absolutely breathtaking in this light around him, making Blaine only smile more as they stared into each other’s eyes.
“It is?” Kurt smiled, he had forgotten about the rain he was just so captivated by Blaine. He was smiling so much he was surprised his jaw hadn’t broken off from the aching, his legs tightened a little around Blaine as did his arms, holding them close. When it was suggested that they went down to say goodbye he didn’t ever think that this would happen, it was so amazing.
“Oh yeah, it is. Can’t you tell?” Blaine said, looking up at the rain and letting it fall on his face. He smiled and closed his eyes as he did, taking in a big breath and holding on to Kurt tighter when he felt his fiance do the same thing too. His fiance. Right in this very spot was where that title became offical. The thought made him grin even more.
“No, i was too focused on you.” Kurt smiled widely, watching Blaine look up at the rain. He closed his eyes and did the same, but only for a couple of seconds because he wanted to look back at Blaine again. He still couldn’t believe that right where they were standing they had got engaged, a week today. It was still a shock. His smiled was still growing, thinking about their engagement only made it grow more.
Blaine bit his lip and only grinned more when Kurt said why he hadn’t noticed the rain. He kept his eyes closed for a little bit and kept his face facing up towards the falling rain so he could feel it against his face, not aware that Kurt was staring at him. After a minute or two his eyes fluttered back open and he turned his head back to look at Kurt. “Hi again. You’re all wet.”

Blaine was so beautiful, even more in the rain as it poured on his face. Kurt couldn’t believe how lucky he was to have someone like Blaine, someone as beautiful as Blaine. “Hi,” Kurt grinned. “I seem to be a bit don’t i? You’re all wet too. You know its going to be pretty hard to change from these clothes, jeans tend to get a bit tight.” He bit his lip grinning.
“Oh is it now? Are you saying that you would like me to help you or the other way around?” Blaine said, watching as Kurt bit his lip. Kurt seemed to like it whenever Blaine was soaking wet, and Blaine wasn’t exactly sure why. “Because, either way, I know you’re happy to help and you knoooowww for a fact that I’m happy to help as well.”
“I think we should help each other, team work.” Kurt grinned, he hadn’t actually paid any attention to any other part of Blaine apart from his face, lips and eyes. “Well as we’re both soo happy to help thats what we should do, you always manage to get me out of my pants and we great ease.” He laughed giving Blaine a quick kiss.
“Oh do I now?” Blaine teased with raised eyebrows, returning the quick kiss given to him and still being extra sure not to drop Kurt. He knew that he wouldn’t, but he still didn’t want it to happen accidentily. “Same thing goes for you. And you know how much I love teamwork.”
“Oh yes you do, you’ve got me out of them sooo many times.” Kurt smiled, he was worried about when they walked back up to the house incase it was so slippy that they fell but he didn’t want to get down. “And you know how much i love it.” Kurt saw the hair on Blaine’s head slip down onto his face, he moved his hand again and brushed his hair away so they didn’t get into his eyes.
Blaine was about to respond to Kurt when a bit of hair fell back in front of his eyes, looking up at it and watching as Kurt’s finger moved it away. He looked back at Kurt, the grin still plastered on both of their faces, and gave him a kiss on the nose. “Why thank you Kurt Hummel. That was quite kind of you.”
Kurt’s hand kept stroking the front of Blaine’s hair even though it was all pushed back, he didn’t expect his nose to be kissed and it scrunched more than usual. “You’re welcome Blaine Anderson anytime for you.” The rain was getting even harder now to the point where it stung when it bounced off their skin.

Blaine felt the rain coming down much harder, and he was becoming a bit cold in his wet clothes, wondering if Kurt felt the same. “Hey, are you cold? Do you want to go back upstairs and change?” He asked, the rain hitting him and, surprisingly, hurting a bit as it did, due to the size and frequency of the raindrops.
“Yes i’m pretty cold, we’re going to have to go to the car to get some clothes but yes i want to get changed but i have one request,” Kurt smiled. “You have to help me.” The raindrops were hurting him a bit, he leaned over Blaine a bit more so they wouldn’t hit Blaine’s face. “Oww, can we go in now please? As lovely and romantic as this was, the rain is hurting me.”
“I know they are, it’s hurting me too. Hold on.” Blaine said, tightening his grip around Kurt and taking one last look back at the spot where he proposed to Kurt and gave him a kiss in the rain, then turning and walking back up towards the house. The rain wasn’t as much as his face now that Kurt was in front of him, but he still had to look down to make sure he knew where he was going and didn’t fall.
Kurt was watching the proposal spot as they slowly walked away from it, he knew it would be difficult for Blaine to see but he didn’t want the rain going into his face and hurting him. He would much prefer they hit his back instead. He looked back at Blaine once the proposal spot was no longer in sight, much preferring this view.
