He smiled and chuckled softly “Positive” holding the test.

Blaine looked at him “Are.. Are you sure?” Kurt nodded, still smiling as he put the test on the bedside table. Blaine then tackled Kurt into a hug making them fall backwards on to the bed, he kissed Kurt so happily and he even felt Kurt smile against the kiss.

“Oh my god” Blaine said as he held Kurt him his arm, and being the big kid he was he felt a few tear fall from his eyes.

“Hey” Kurt wiped the tears away “they better be happy tears” he laughed as Blaine nodded. Blaine kissed him a few more time before he realised Ella was standing in the door way.

“El how much of that have you heard?” Blaine asked worrying her Christmas present was ruined.

“Just daddy saying ‘they better be happy tears’ why are you crying Baba?” Ella asked. Blaine turned to Kurt and smiled then back to Ella “Because we just found out that Santa has got you a very special present”

Ella smiled and skipped out of the room, with no questions for once.

Christmas Eve

“Daddy, Baba, Santa’s coming tonight!” Ella said running through the living room, finding her fathers laying on the couch. Blaine was resting his head on Kurt shoulder with his hand on Kurt’s stomach, with Ella still not knowing.

“Yeah he is El you having you been a good girl?” Blaine said joking standing up and knelling down to Ella’s height. “Of course I have been you know that” Ella said smiling. She walked over to Kurt, who was now laying a cross the couch.

“Daddy are you feeling better?” She asked. Kurt smiled “Yeah baby I am” He said smiling. Ella then climbed on to the couch and stood on the little space there was and then decided she too wanted to sit down. She dropped down to sit on Kurt’s lap but missed and landed on his stomach.

This made Blaine quickly react seeing that, 1) it looked like it hurt and 2) she landed right were the baby was. He saw that Kurt was worried but they didn’t want to scare Ella. “Ella why don’t you go in your play room?” Blaine asked quickly.

“Okay” she got up and ran off down to her play room.

Kurt immediately sat up “ahh fuck” clenching his stomach with his hand. Blaine sat down next to him wrapping his arm around him “are you okay? Is the baby okay?” Blaine said quickly worried.

Kurt let out a sigh as he rubbed the spot Ella sat on “Yeah” he sighed “I think im okay”

“Do you want to go to the doctors to check and make sure the baby’s okay?” Blaine asked pulling Kurt in tighter. “Nah, ill be fine don’t worry” He kissed Blaine’s cheek. As he stood up and about to walk into the kitchen Blaine grabbed his wrist.

“Don’t scare me like that please. I love you so much and I really don’t want something to happen to our baby” Blaine whispered as he rested his head on Kurt wrist. “I promise, love you too” Kurt smiled kissing the hand that was on his arm.

When Kurt did get to the kitchen, he got himself a glass of water then turned to see Blaine was leaning on the door frame watching him. “What?” Kurt asked after taking a sip of water and putting it on the counter next to him. “Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?” Blaine said moving towards Kurt taking his hand.

Kurt nodded and smiled “Almost everyday”. “Nah, I mean your twice as beautiful pregnant, your glowing and you just make me happy. Also this is the first Christmas that I know of that you haven’t been stressed or worried about anything” Blaine said leading Kurt into the living room and sitting on the couch.

“You know im that far along right?” Kurt asked smiling at Blaine, he nodded. “Yep but still”.

“Well, it does help that Finn and Rachel are hosting the dinner this year” he said as he rested his head on Blaine’s chest and putting one arm around his waist. Blaine smiled and put his arm around Kurt, “Yeah, I mean after 6 years of it here I cant wait to be able to eat Christmas dinner then not washing up” he joked. Kurt chucked softly, then got brought back reality.

“When do we tell Finn, Rachel, Dad and Carole about me being pregnant?” he asked looking up at Blaine, Blaine bit his bottom lip.

Its not that they wouldn’t be happy. But Burt was the one Blaine worried about, when they told them about Ella, Burt didn’t talk to the couple for a while trying to get over the shock at least that what he told them. But he did come around in the end, about 7 months later. During that time Kurt was depressed and Blaine tried to cheer him up but nothing worked.

“Were telling El tomorrow and you and I both know what a blabber mouth she is, so maybe we wont have to tell them” Blaine said. “Maybe but what if they think it’s a joke, I mean, Carole and me took Ella shopping earlier this year when we were in Ohio and she wouldn’t stop talking about wanting a brother or sister, and I told Carole if she heard her say it just laugh along with it” Kurt said snuggling closer in to Blaine’s chest.

“I don’t know how, but by tomorrow they’ll now, you okay with that baby?” Blaine said resting his cheek on the top of Kurt’s head. He sighed “Yeah, I guess”

Blaine kissed his forehead and smiled.

“Ella, come on get to bed!” Kurt called from the hall to Ella who was in her playroom. She came out and crossed her arms on her chest “No” she stomped her foot.

“come on Ella I know your exited for Christmas but the sooner you get to sleep the sooner you can wake up” Kurt said smiling at Ella who was trying to be angry but was pretty cute.

“Fine, but only if you can promise me ill get all the presents I asked for” she said. Kurt chucked softly “I promise, now bed” he pointed to Ella’s room.

“Okay” she smiled then went off downstairs to kiss Blaine goodnight. Blaine smiled and stood up picking Ella up, “Now we can put the star up” Blaine said as Ella smiled wide. Blaine passed her the star and reached up at Ella placed it on top of the tree. Blaine let her down when she was done and wished her goodnight before giving her a quick kiss on the cheek. She ran back upstairs and went to her bedroom.

“Night daddy love you” she said as Kurt kissed her goodnight. “Night baby, see you in the morning” he smiled turning off her light and closing the door gently.

He walked down stairs finding Blaine on the couch drinking a glass of wine. “Your trying to make me jealous right?” Kurt said as he sat down on the couch next to Blaine.

Blaine took another sip of the wine “I have no idea what your talking about” he joked “come on fancy the mince pie Ella left out for ‘Santa’”.

“ugh, no even the thought of it makes me feel sick” Kurt sighed. “What do you mean?“ Blaine asked. “Most people have cravings, I get put off food, and mince pies are making me sick” Kurt explained, Blaine smirked and disappeared into the kitchen then returning with the mince pie and glass of milk. “Here” he said passing Kurt the glass. “Thanks” Kurt said drinking the milk.

“So, when does Santa come?” Blaine asked taking a few bits out the pie. “I would say about now” Kurt said “Even if it is only 9pm one of the two Santa’s is too tired to wait till midnight”

“Kay, come on” Blaine said jumping up and pulling Kurt up from the couch. They went down in to the basement to retrieve the presents they stashed down there.

They placed the presents under the tree, and finished up quickly so they could go to bed.

They soon getting changed in to their pyjamas and were lying in bed. They were lying in their normal position, with Blaine cuddling Kurt in a tight grip that was full of love. “Night love” Blaine whispered in Kurt’s ear even though he was already asleep.

He sighed and laid his head against the headboard and watched the cloak on the wall tick away. He continued to read a bit more of his book, Kurt didn’t need to know how much of a sucker he was for a romantic book.

It wasn’t till 12:04 that Blaine fell asleep knowing it was Christmas.
