Author's Notes:

Soooooooooooooo? What do you all think? Yes? No? Was it bad? Probably right? Haha! Well I would love to know what you all think so please leave your comments below! Thanks again for giving my story a try! I will see you next time! XoXoX-M.M

"Here you are! You have a great day" I said as the woman kindly thanked me and also left a dollar in the tip jar.

"thanks!" I called out as the lady turned back around and just smiled as she left the shop. I sighed as I looked down at the dollar.

That was the most exciting thing that had happened all week. Well besides the man that spilled coffee all over a very fancy womens 20,000 dollar purse.

I know how much it cost since the woman kept screaming it to the poor guy over and over again.

Yeah, you would think that living somewhere such as New York meant amazing things would happen to you.

You would see Tom Hanks walking down the street or getting on TV or seeing Broadway shows every weekend and maybe bumping into those guys from Impractical Jokers,  yet it wasnt like that at all.

Im not saying that New York isn't amazing, its so beautiful here, the lights, the people and dont even get me started on talking about what its like during the holiday seasons with all the christmas trees.

At those times you really wonder if Heaven is real which I know, it is.

As I say this though I also have room to say that there are days just like this.

Absolutely Nothing happening.

Usually just cleaning the coffe grinds out of everything and getting peoples drinks ready. Thats All.

"Hey Blaine can you clean the bathroom before you leave?"

Jessica asked me as she walked passed to give a man his order.

Oh yeah there is also that, fun right?

Trust me there are so many other things that I would much rather do with my time then cleaning um...well shit out of a stall in a small coffee shop in the big apple.

Yet what else can I do? Im a college student I need to make money and make a living like everyone else.

Wait, that reminds me that i forgot to tell you all who i am. Well as Jessica said my name is Blaine, Blaine Devon Anderson.

Im 21 years old, a junior in collage and I have hazel eyes crazy curly brown hair and yeah dont laugh but Im 58 dont worry Ive been called all the nicknames, Hobbit Munchkin not tall enough to ride the rides, I get that all the time.

Something else about me though is Im just a normal guy, there is nothing special about me. Im going to school to be a lawyer and thats about it.

I dont have kids Im not married all I have is my cute puppy named Dalton after my high school.

Wait shit i knew i forgot something else, yeah you probably guessed that i am indeed gay. Was it obvious? Well if you could see me right now you would see that i always wear raspberry gel to tame my curls, bowties suspenders and capri pants.

Not much changed since high school. I dont usually go out and drink, i dont smoke and parties arent my thing. I would rather just curl up with a good book and thats that.

Wow i really use the word I a lot dont I? Well enough about what I am and my bow ties for now okay? Right now I am just working in ‘“Sweet Little Chocolates” my red apron on and nothing special. Its really late though I think like 9 or something and were about to close, Hince cleaning the bathrooms. As I walk to get the cleaning supplies (so much fun right?) The bell above the door rings, signaling someone is here. As I look up the breath leaves my throat because I dont just see the ordinary customer with a nice fitted suit or even a hipster with his "save the earth" T-shirt on in front of me. I havent even had time to look to see who it was but all I see is two beautiful bright blue orbs looking at me. Staring at me. Two blue eyes. Wait? Who...- whats my name again? This is where my story begins
