Author's Notes: Sorry for the wait! Holidays and whatnot got in the way.
"Blaine, you know I can't do that. I have to take care of my father and - I don't have a place in Westerville," Kurt sighed, pushing away from Blaine slightly.

Blaine pulled him back and stroked Kurt's hair. Kurt instantly started to calm, shoulders relaxing, and Blaine took this as an opportunity to care for Kurt's neck. He caught Kurt's collarbone between his teeth and began sucking until a bruise began to form. Kurt clutched at Blaine's back, balling up his shirt in his grasp. Blaine swiftly removed his shirt and moved to do the same for Kurt's. As he reached for the hem of the shirt, Kurt froze and looked at him fearfully.

"Blaine, please don't," Kurt said, trying to remove himself from Blaine's hold. Blaine let go immediately as Kurt stood and wrapped his arms around himself. He looked so broken.

"Wait, what's wrong? Did I do something, or-" Blaine started, noticing the tears staining Kurt's cheeks. He was getting worried. Had he hurt Kurt? Had he been moving too fast?

"No, not wrong. I'm just...I'm not comfortable with you seeing my body," Kurt admitted, tears running down his face quicker as he looked down, ashamed.

"But why, Kurt? You're beautiful," Blaine insisted.

"You say that because you haven't seen."

"Then let me see. Trust me, Kurt. Please?" Blaine breathed, inching slowly back to Kurt until his hands were on the other boy's hips.

Kurt stared for a minute, as if deciding. Finally, he nodded slowly and Blaine kissed his lips lovingly before raising the shirt. Once it was off, Kurt tried to wrap his arms around himself again to hide, but Blaine took his hands in his to stop him. Blaine brought his hands to his lips and kissed his knuckles before looking back to Kurt's body.

He instantly saw what Kurt had been insecure about. His ribs were noticeable, as if he hadn't been eating properly for weeks. Blaine ran his hands down Kurt's torso, and looked up into his eyes, which were shining with worry. Blaine smiled and kissed Kurt again, swiping his tongue across Kurt's bottom lip, asking for entrance. Kurt obliged and their tongues danced with each other, wet and slick, with a clang of teeth every so often. Blaine pulled back and brushed the tears from Kurt's cheeks.

"You are absolutely perfect. Thank you for trusting me with this." This made Kurt start sobbing, more forcefully. Blaine sat them both onto the bed, waiting for Kurt's crying to calm.

"You do have a place. You can stay with me. You'll never have to worry about money or food again," Blaine whispered, reaching to wrap his arms around Kurt's waist. Kurt smoothed Blaine's hair and pressed a kiss to his temple.

"That's not what I meant. I'm not cut out to live in a place like Westerville. It's exciting and grand. I'm ordinary and, frankly, a bit pathetic."

"Kurt, please. You are the farthest from pathetic. I have a feeling you can be both stubborn and forceful if you want to be," Blaine quipped, cupping Kurt's cheek in his hand and smiling.

Kurt laughed. "Well, if you ever lose your looks, you'll always have that charm of yours." He crashed his lips back to Blaine's and they pushed themselves further onto the bed. Blaine lay on his back while Kurt straddled his legs, smirking at Blaine's hardness.

"Someone's eager," he laughed, then his lips were back on Blaine's. He moved down to attack Blaine's jaw and Blaine moaned, frotting against Kurt's thigh. Kurt returned the motion eagerly, feeling himself growing harder by the second. The moan that escaped Blaine's lips was so delicious that it gave Kurt every incentive to try again, frotting his hips harder into Blaine's. Kurt was starting to feel the familiar coil of heat when there was a knock on the door.

Kurt sprang up from the bed like it was on fire and quickly grabbed his shirt, tossing Blaine's toward him. Blaine looked dazed and wrecked, but understood to put his shirt on as well. Kurt smoothed his clothing and flattened his hair before answering the door.

Burt stood there, eyebrow raised, and Blaine could feel the blush creeping up his neck at the knowing look he was receiving. He reached for a pillow and laid it on his lap to hide his obvious erection, and embarrassment took over.

"People are startin' to raise suspicions. They're startin' to go lookin' for you," Burt said gruffly, looking at Blaine, not like a prince, but like a boy who was having their way with his child.

"Of course! I should get going then," Blaine said, eyes wide as he stood, still holding the pillow to cover himself. Burt huffed, then turned out of the room.

Kurt shut the door and couldn't stop the giggle that escaped. Blaine looked at him incredulously as Kurt moved to wrap his arms around his neck.

"You are painfully adorable when you are embarrassed. Did you know?" Kurt asked, smirking at the blush still on Blaine's face. Blaine narrowed his eyes and tossed the pillow back on to the bed. He grabbed Kurt and pulled his body flush against his own, making sure to squeeze Kurt's ass.

"Oh really?" Blaine asked, but Kurt seemed too distracted to answer. Finally, Kurt managed to huff out a response.

"Yeah. You were like a child who broke something and got caught," Kurt challenged.

"A child? Oh sweetheart, I can assure you, I am very much a man," Blaine answered, grabbing Kurt's hand and placing it on his still hard erection. Kurt began stroking, a moan escaping his lips, before shaking his head and stepping back.

"Really, Blaine. You should go. If we start this again, I'm not going to want to stop."

"That was my intention," Blaine smirked, but his face fell. "Yes, you're right, I should go. There is no way that you'll come with me?" Blaine asked, hopefully.

"I'm sorry. I just can't leave my father so soon after his illness. He's still weak, whether he wants to admit it or not."

Blaine pressed his forehead to Kurt's and sighed. He knew that Kurt was right, but it didn't lessen the pain of wanting. Burt called Kurt into the kitchen, and he left with a sad smile, leaving Blaine alone in his room. He looked around, and found a pad of paper. Searching for something to write with, he sat down to write Kurt a letter.

My dearest Kurt,
Please do not think I have given up. I will always want you there with me in Westerville, regardless of how much time it takes. Please, just think about it for your own sake, not for mine, and not for your father's. You have so much more potential than this village is letting you see, Kurt. Don't trap yourself just because you think you may not have more to offer. I see a fire in you that can't be extinguished so easily. You are my heart, and I beg that you rethink my offer.
Until we meet again,
Blaine.

Blaine folded the letter and laid it on the pillow, along with a sack of gold coins, and left the room. He met Kurt and his father back in the kitchen, where they were talking in hushed voices. Blaine cleared his throat to signify his presence, and they both looked up. Kurt strode over to Blaine, wrapping his arms around his neck, and kissing him deeply. Blaine kissed back with just as much force, allowing their tongues to slide together. Burt coughed, and the boys reluctantly parted. Kurt kissed him quickly one last time before helping Blaine sneak around the back of the house.

Once he was far enough from sight, he whistled sharply for his Palfrey to find him. The horse galloped over just in time for Blaine to secure himself onto the saddle and ride off before the villagers could catch up.

The commotion was wild again, with all of the villagers asking questions as to where the prince had gone and why he had left without a word. Kurt could only smirk and play along, asking questions he already knew the answer to in order to keep up pretenses.

End Notes: TBC Sorry it was a short update, but I needed to get back into the swing of things.
