Kurt watched Blaine sing to him in that courtyard, again. It reminded him of when Blaine sang to him on those same steps during his junior year when he transferred back to McKinley but that’s a different story. Kurt wondered if what Blaine was saying is true. Should he go to New York? No plans, nothing he could see for the foreseeable future? Just go up there? Where could he ever find the courage to do that? He looked at Blaine, jumping around and being the performer he is. And Kurt finally found where his courage is. Blaine looked into his eyes for a moment and Kurt saw it. That belief Blaine had always held in Kurt. The love that they had shared as friends and as boyfriends. Kurt sat up a little straighter and smiled at Blaine. He knew that it was going to be lonely without Blaine there in New York but he only had to wait a year and Blaine would be with him. Kurt watched his boyfriend dance around and soon enough Blaine was right in front of him. Kurt had a flash of Blaine in front of him the same way but in his Warbler outfit singing the last notes to “Somewhere Only We Know” and as they say, “History repeats itself.” Kurt pulled Blaine in for a tight hug.
