It was May 7, 2011, Blaine just finished school for the day. He was very excited to see Kurt for a dinner date at Breadstix. At Breadstix, Kurt hasnt arrived yet, leaving Blaine a bit worried and concerned. He tried to call or text message Kurt, but no answer was returned. With that, Blaine leaves Breadstix to look for him and heads over to Kurts house first. He knocks on the door and sees Kurts dad Burt answer the door. 

Blaine asks Burt, "Good evening Mr. Hummel. Have you seen Kurt?" Burt replied back to him, "He might still be at school with the glee club. Oh, here comes Finn." Just then, Finn has arrived home. Blaine asked him if he has seen Kurt. Finn replies, "I havent seen him since after school. I thought he was supposed to go to Breadstix to meet with you." "I know, but he didnt return my calls or messages. Im very worried" says Blaine. Finn said, "Lets look for him together, Ill call the others to help find him."  Burt agreed to help in the search for Kurt too.

An hour later, theres still no sign of Kurt. The Glee club, the adults/teachers, and a couple of the Warblers split up in pairs of 2 in search of him: Rachel/Finn, Brittany/Santana, Tina/Mike, Mercedes/Artie, Sam/Quinn, Puck/Coach Beiste, Joe/Sugar, Wes/David, Will/Emma, and Burt/Blaine. 

Burt and Blaine head over to McKinley High School and Blaine tries to call Kurt once again. At the same time, a cell phone was ringing. They both ran to the source where the phone was ringing. They find the phone in the courtyard of the school. It was Kurts. Blaine noticing the missed phone calls and messages that he sent earlier. He wonders where Kurt might have gone to. Not far from where the phone was discovered, a piece of paper was discovered on the steps. Burt felt suspicious. "Something doesnt feel right," he says. Blaine picked up the piece of paper and read it. It said: "Make your way to Lima Park. Signed, your secret admirer."  Blaine says, "Lets head over there immediately before it gets dark."

Arriving at Lima Park, the Glee club, the 2 Warblers, and the adults/teachers met up. The park is very huge, almost equivalent to Central Park in New York City. Once again, they resume their search for Kurt. Burt decides to stay behind along with Emma at the entrance of the park and relay phone calls from the group once they find Kurt.

Blaine teamed up with Mr. Schue in the search for Kurt. Blaine gets more worried, hoping for Kurt to be okay. The two came across a trail, leading towards a bridge. It wasnt just any ordinary bridge. This bridge had several love locks signifying a couples love for each other. Several of the locks had different colors and ribbons as well as the initials of the couples inscribed on them. The keys to the locks were in the bottom of the pond below the bridge. Blaine felt interested in it, hoping one day him and Kurt will be together by having one of those. After crossing the bridge and being fascinated by it, the two noticed a figure lying faced down not far from the bridge. 

Blaine runs quickly to the person lying down and turns him over. It turned out to be Kurt, looking all pale and weak. Mr. Schue not far behind. Blaine tries to wake Kurt up. "Kurt! Its me, Blaine. Wake up!" he says. Blaine discovers that Kurts bleeding from a stab wound in his abdomen. He then puts Kurt on his lap. Kurt barely wakes up to see Blaine and Mr. Schue.
Kurt gasped upon seeing them, "Oh....Blaine! Mr. Schue! I need help! How did you guys know that I was here?" Blaine said to Kurt, "A piece of paper back at your school told us to come here."  Kurt coughed and asked curiously, "A piece of paper?" He remembered something back at school. "Thats.....right. Earlier, I received one in my locker. I thought...it...was...from...you." he says. Blaine replied, "From me? I didnt send you one." Kurt gasped as he was wincing in pain. "Ow! Ouch!....my stomach!" Blaine said, "Youre bleeding Kurt. Can you remember who did this?"

"I dont remember the guys name." Kurt said as he continued to gasp and cough. "He was wearing... black attire...from head to toe." Kurt gasped and coughed continuously to the point he started to choke blood. "He gagged me....from....behind.....at school. Then....he stabbed me here after we had a...confrontation. Next thing, I woke up....to....find...you...two." 

Blaine caressed Kurts hair and says to him, "Say no more, Mr. Schue and I are going to get some help to take you to the hospital right away."  Kurt was getting even weaker. He says his last words to Blaine before he smiled and passed out into unconsciousness, "Blaine, save...me...please! Find...whoever did this...to me. No matter....what happens, Ill....always....fall...in...love...with....you." 

Blaine cried out, "Kurt! Oh god! Hang in there. Please dont die!"
