Can’t wait for the movie, Rachel
Neither can I. Just like old times
Yeah :)
What time do you want to meet?
Two hours before the movie? Starbucks?
Works. We can taxi to the theatre
Great
:D I can’t wait to see you!
Neither can I
Kurt’s working
Oh. Cool.
If you wanted to come to the apartment instead
I’d like that
:D
Please don’t cook for me, though
Fiiiiiiiiiiine

Hey Blaine. I saw this guy walking down the street with a polo and a bowtie today, and I thought of you.
Haha, Jeff, really? You didn’t get a pic, did you? You never know, I might have been there.
Unless you’re like 60 years old and dating a 25 year old blonde girl, it wasn’t you.
Definitely not me. I’m after someone though.
Oh yeah?
Yeah. Do you remember back in sophomore year, when that kid transferred in around Christmas, and then transferred out? He was only there for a semester.
Yeah, what was his name? Kyle? Kirk? He hung out with Sebastian, right?
Yeah. Kurt. Is his name.
How exactly are you going about that?
Turns out he lives in NYC.
And, what, you ran into him? Is your life an episode of Friends?
Lol, sort of. At least since Eli and I broke up it has been.
Anyway, I’m planning this thing. I sort of got into a little fight, and I’m trying to make it up to him. Can I ask your opinion on it?
Wait, are you guys dating?
We’ve been out on a date, yes.
Okay. Go ahead, ask away.
Do you think it’s cheesy to call and leave a voicemail of me playing piano and singing a song?
With your voice? Never.
Really?
Do it.
I’m going to.
November 28
It’s been an entire agonizing day since Blaine’s spoken to Kurt. He knows that Wes is up to something, because Wes is always up to something, but he’s determined to ignore it. He will be making it up to Kurt, that’s for sure. Blaine has everything timed perfectly. He hasn’t spoken to Kurt since he asked to make it up to him last night. The grande nonfat mocha and pumpkin spice muffin are arriving now, and Blaine makes the call, knowing Kurt will be preoccupied for a moment.
~”Hi Kurt. It’s Blaine. I hope you like that muffin. I had one yesterday and it was fantastic, and I thought you might like one. Anyway, this is for you.”~
There’s a noise as the phone is set down, and then piano music starts. Vanessa Carlton’s ‘A Thousand Miles’ has an extremely recognizable intro. Blaine sings along to his playing, and when the song is over, he picks the phone back up.
~”So, yeah. I hope you liked that. I’ll talk to you later.”~
When Kurt gets the message, he stares at the muffin and coffee that were delivered to him in shock. He can’t believe Blaine went to that length for him. He smiles and takes a bite of the muffin, chewing slowly. Then he goes back to his computer at work, where he sees the date on his calendar. His jaw drops and he grabs his phone.
HURRICANE
Blaine stares at his phone for what feels like hours after he finishes his voice mail. In reality it’s only a few minutes, but the seconds seem to take forever. Finally when his phone goes off, he looks down, and smiles.
Umm... Sorry?
<3
Do you know what day it is?
Why, I do believe it is our first mistext-iversary. Happy mistext-iversary, Kurtlet, Darling.
Happy mistext-iversary. So, can I assume that the coffee, muffin and message are related to this?
They were actually my apology/making it up to you from the other day.
Oh, I see. Well, you are forgiven. Because I’m in a wonderfully good mood
I love when you’re in a good mood. :)
I love that you love when I’m in a good mood ;)
I love that you love that I love when you’re in a good mood. xD
I give up
You shouldn’t give up that easily.
Well, I do. Because somehow you manage to be more romantic than me
You think I’m romantic?
Don’t make me blush.
You’re the one who thought to sing me a song over voicemail
I didn’t really think about it much. Okay. I did. But, still. That’s like, everyday stuff.
You’re so adorable, Blaine Anderson
I love you, Kurt Hummel. (unsent)
Aw, shucks...
To be perfectly honest, I’d almost forgotten why we weren’t okay. That should tell you how angry I was/wasn’t
So, forgetting is a good thing, right?
Yeah.
I think
Is it?
I’m smiling. So, it must be.
Well that’s good. I’m smiling too
You’re my favorite. (unsent)
:)
[silence]
(:
[silence]
^_^
You’re cute
Oh, stop. I’m glad I’m home right now and not out somewhere, because my ears are red.
:) Sorry about disappearing, btw. Had an important call at work
Oh, that’s fine. It gave me opportunity to be ‘cute.’
Haha that’s true
You know, this is off topic, but I’ve been thinking about it since it happened. (unsent)
You know, this is off topic, but I was thinking about it earlier...
When we were at dinner, and talking about what it might have been like if we’d have actually met at Dalton. I mean, that stuff is probably good enough for cable.
That is really random. But now that you mention it, it does sound like something that would be on tv, doesn’t it.
What would you even call a show like that?
Boy Meets Boy?
Or, we could call it Dalton Academy.
(Not Quite) Friends (Yet).
Kurt & Blaine
What are your thoughts?
Just Haven’t Met You Yet?
I’ve got nothing
The New Kid
I kinda like that one.
I also like Just Haven’t Met You Yet.
I like The New Kid
because I’m totally the main character
I can deal with you being the main character, as long as it’s about you meeting me. And then the hilarity that ensues.
But of course ;)
And then somewhere around season 5, you realize you’re in love with me, and it’s not till season like, 8 that I catch on, but I’m all afraid or something and there’s more hilarity. And my butler and assistant are in on the whole thing, though the assistant hates you.
Wow, you’ve really planned it out
Nah. That’s the plot from the Nanny.
How did I not realize that?
PLAGIARISM :P
Okay, okay. We won’t go with that plot then.
How about this:
The first episode, half of it is a history, including how we met and whatever, and then it can be our new life in New York City. Snow in the Park. I’ll be the comic relief.
I don’t know if you could pull off comic relief :P
What? I’m funny. The other day, I saw this advertisement that said, “TV for sale: $1. Volume stuck on full.” I thought to myself, “Well, I can’t turn that down.”
See? Funny.
Haha. Yeah, that’s hilarious
You used to like my jokes, you know.
Sorry, I’ve just heard that one recently.
Oh man, someone’s stealing my jokes.
I’m sure it’s a well known one
I guess. I’m going to have to do some more research and get some new material then.
Yeah :)
I hate to do this, but I have a meeting right away. Happy Mistext-iversary <3 it’s been a fun text date
Aw, okay. Happy Mistext-iversary, Kurt. <3 <3 <3Comments
Wes stole Blaine joke...What the hell...that's not cool....I still need answers to my questions though....please update soon
How do you know Blaine didn't steal Wes' joke? xD You'll get the answers, just be patient. And you'll get your wish :D
