Author's Notes:

Review and stuff!!! And I have a question I need you to answer in the comments; should Kurt tell him or no? Im honestly super torn. So you get to help me play with Kurts brain for a moment. Till next time!

August 14th, 2020

Kurt was so happy it was Friday. He had been so busy all week that he barely had a moment of down-time. He was still trying to learn how to work his new phone and had no idea how to check his email. Work was kicking his ass and Charlotte was, well, Charlotte.  A rambunctious, overly excited two-year old who found out the door locks in her bedroom ... so Kurt had to buy a new door knob today, one without a lock.

One thing that had luckily remained constant all week was Blaines never ending texts. They never talked about anything really important. Most of their conversations consisted of how annoying coworkers are or how delicious their lunch was. Sometimes Blaine would text random song lyrics, sometimes his own or sometimes someone elses words. Either way, Kurt always felt a little better after reading one of Blaines texts. They made the week a little easier.

Kurt had seen Blaine a couple days at the daycare, but usually Sophia was picked up earlier than Charlotte. They hadnt kissed or done anything more than what went on in the diner since then. Though Kurt knew that they were planning on talking to Natalia soon, Kurt couldnt but feel guilty every time he saw her, especially whenever the baby was brought up. Kurt just sort of creepily stares at her stomach and bites his lip worriedly. What would happen after they told her? Would she keep the child away from Blaine? Would she keep Sophia away? Kurt shuddered at the thought.

Ding! Kurts phone went off, alerting him that he had a text. He grabbed his phone and read it with a small laugh.

From Blaine: Nick and Jeff are making out in my office... I was gone for five minutes! Theyre like two horny teenagers.

From Kurt: Sorry, sweetie. Just drink your coffee in the break room and wait for them to stop, I guess.

From Blaine: Howd you know I was drinking coffee?

From Kurt: Its noon. You always drink coffee at noon.

Blaine: You know me so well... have you heard from Rachel again at all?

Kurt grimaced at the text. His conversation with Rachel was strange on Sunday after he got home. Rachel was asking weird questions and being very cautious on how she worded things. It didnt take that long until he realized what was going on.

"We need to talk," Rachel said over the phone. "Oookaay," Kurt dragged out the word, "About what?" "Have you dated anyone since... you know... Aaron?" Rachel asked quietly. Kurt raised an eyebrow, "Uh, no. Being a single parent isnt the best way to get a guy. Why?" "I think you should. Start meeting people I mean. There are a lot of single gay guys in New York," Rachel said. "There are also a lot of taken guys, Rach. Im also not really looking to date anyone. I just got here," Kurt said as Charlotte hugged her doll tightly.

"One-nightstands then?" Rachel asked. Kurt paused and widened his eyes, "What? No! No guys, Rachel. I have a child. I cant just invite random guys to come stay the night." "Just Blaine then?" Rachel said bluntly. Kurts breath caught but he quickly shook his head and spoke, "What? You think Im hooking up with Blaine? Hes straight, Rachel. And married."

"Yeah, I know. I do. I just hope that you know as well. But I saw the way you were looking at him. I dont want you to do anything stupid," Rachel said with a sigh. "Im not going to force myself on him," Kurt snapped. "Im not saying that. Im just saying that even if you just confess you feelings for him-" Rachel began before getting cut off.

"What feelings?! Hes just a friend! Can I not be friends with a straight guy?" Kurt said, irritated. He just wanted her to go away. "Okay, fine. Whatever. But I saw how you two looked at each other. Thats not something you can lie about. I dont know whats going on in Blaines mind. I honestly think it doesnt matter what hes thinking right now. He has a wife and children and if he is not in love with her right now and has no intention of fixing the relationship he needs to tell her," Rachel said firmly.

"I dont know anything about this. Im not the person you need to talk too about this. Not that I think you should butt in anyway," Kurt stressed, hoping Rachel would just drop it, "Now I have to go. Charlotte needs to take a nap. Please, leave this alone." Rachel sighed, "Fine. Bye, Kurt." Rachel hung up and Kurt quickly sent a text to Blaine.

From Kurt: Rachel knows.

From Kurt: No. Have you talked to her?

From Blaine: Shes acting pretty normal. I dont think shell say anything. Jeff and Nick just walked out of my office fully clothed. Hooray for small victories!

From Kurt: LOL. Yay! Now go do your music thing my little artist.

From Blaine: (:

Kurt pocketed his phone with a chuckle and focused back on the computer screen in front of him. He just couldnt focus on the words in front of him. His mind kept straying to the drawer, the drawer with all those articles he sometimes typed up when he had time. They always used to stay in his cherry wood desk at home, but one day he just felt like taking them and keeping them at work for reasons hed never admit to.

In his brain, he always said that he had them at work to use as a guideline of sorts. Something that helped him figure out what articles fit his idea of interesting based off how they ranked alongside his. If he was being honest though, hed say it was because if one day he decided he wanted to sneak one of his articles in he would have a whole stack to decide from. Aaron always told Kurt that he should go to school to be a writer or a journalist but he just never did. He was good at his job and forgetting all that to take a chance on something he might not even be good at was too big of a risk and not one he was willing to take.

Kurt sighed and sat back in his chair. He rubbed the heel of his hands against his eyes, hoping itd help him snap out of his thoughts. He leaned forward again and stared at his computer before groaning tiredly and standing up. Coffee. He needed coffee. Kurt walked to his door and began to open it when he heard talking outside his door. He knew it was wrong, but the second he heard the name ‘Natalia he couldnt help but listen in.

"Natalias pregnant?!" One of the girls said who Kurt was pretty sure was named Holly. The other girl, Whitney, shushed her. "Sorry," Holly said quieter than before, "Shes pregnant? Does her husband know?" "Yeah. She said he was pretty distant last week but seems pretty excited now," Whitney said. Kurt knew that. After the baby name conversation and a talk over the phone afterwards, Blaine had said he was actually kind of excited now. The baby got to grow up with three parents and a sister who will love him or her unconditionally. Well, at least two parents and a sister. Natalia barely even seemed to care.

"Thats a good thing, right?" Holly asked. "It would be if she planned on keeping the baby. She told me she plans on giving the child up for adoption. She considered an abortion but said that she wanted people who had no child to be able to have one. A kind, twisted heart if you ask me. She hasnt even told her husband. Apparently he was playing around with some names they could use. I just feel bad for him when he finds out."

Kurt saw red. That bitch!  She planned on giving the baby up for adoption! She never even talked to Blaine about it. Kurt had stayed up last night talking to him about the perfect fucking colors to paint a nursery that could be classified as unisex. Now he was going to find out that there wouldnt even be a baby to sleep in a nursery. Kurt breathed deeply in attempt to get the anger to subside. It was useless.

"Wow. How do you think hell take it?" Holly asked quietly. "Well Ive only met the man once but my guess is not well. Hes really good with kids and is super close to Sophia. Hell probably fight tooth and nail against Natalia, but we all know who is going to win," Whitney said with a sigh. "Poor Blaine," Holly said sadly, "Natalia shouldnt do that shit, you know. Blaine is the childs father. If she doesnt want a child she needs to talk to him first so they can come up with a plan."

"Agreed," Kurt thought. Holly was going to get a fruit basket for her common sense. Kurt decided then would be a good time to make his presence known. Mostly to get the two to stop talking. Kurt opened the door and smiled kindly at the girls. "Hi, Whitney," Kurt said as he looked at her. Whitney was one of the nicest looking girls in the office. She was known to flirt with almost every one of the male gender in the offices. She had silky brown hair and was of average height. She was about twenty-eight and childless. When Kurt first saw her he mistook her for a model before realizing she wasnt tall enough. Kurt had been turned off by her flirting tendencies but quickly just accepted it about her because for as big as a gossiper as she was, she was quite nice and an extremely talented designer.

Kurt turned and nodded politely at the Holly woman who was about five years older than Kurt. They had only ever met in passing. Kurt had heard good things about the petite redhead and he was genuinely looking forward to getting to work with the sweet photographer.

"Holly, right?" Kurt asked. The girl looked as if she had been caught stealing a cookie from the cookie jar. She nodded and forced a smile on her face. "Youre Kurt Hummel. The editor in chief. I dont think weve been formally introduced. Holly Jacobs," Holly held a hand out for Kurt to shake. Kurt shook it with a smile, "I am indeed Kurt Hummel. Its nice to meet you. Im going down to get a cup of coffee if youd care to join me. You can too, Whitney."

Whitney shook her head, "I should probably get to work. Ill talk to you later, Holls. Bye Kurt." Kurt waved goodbye as she disappeared around the corner. He turned back to Holly with a smile that hopefully didnt look too forced. "Coffee?" Kurt asked. Holly nodded and said a sure as they made their way down the halls to the break room. They each got a cup of coffee before sitting down at a small table in the corner.

"So, I heard you were a former worker of Elle Magazine," Holly said as she took a sip. Kurt nodded as he sat his cup down, "Yes, I am. I lived in London for eight years before moving back to the U.S." "Wow. London. Thats a big commitment for a chance at a job thats difficult to get into," Holly said with wide eyes. Kurt shrugged, "I had met my husband the end of senior year when I took a trip up to NYU because I was going to go there for theater. He was going to go to NYU and take psychology.

"Then he ended up deciding to stay in London and taking psychology there. It was around August at that time and we had only known each other for two months but I was in love. I went with him and ended up taking fashion design and climbed my way up the ladder. And here we are," Kurt said with a smile. Holly nodded, "Are you two still together?" "No," the answer was automatic, "He passed away a couple years back. He and my s-son were in a car accident. Neither of them survived."

"Oh. Im sorry. I didnt mean to-" Holly started with a frown. Kurt smiled sadly and shook his head, "Its okay. I know you meant no harm." Kurt looked at the clock and sighed tiredly. "I probably should get back to work. Thank-you for having coffee with me, Holly," Kurt said as he stood. He turned to go when Holly started talking.

"My wife," Holly said abruptly causing Kurt to stop. He turned, confused expression on his face, "Huh?" "My wife passed away four years ago from brain cancer. She was only twenty-seven. Im remarried now to my husband, Isaiah, but I miss Jenny every day. Never forget him, but I hope you find love again someday." Kurt thought of Blaine dancing around to ‘Something Stupid last week. "I hope I do as well," Kurt smiled kindly before walking out of the room and straight to Natalia Andersons office.

"Kur-" Natalia began to say when Kurt cut her off as he shut the door. "Dont talk. Dont fucking say a word before Im done speaking. Got it? Good. Now I just heard some people talking about giving the baby up for adoption and that you havent even spoken to Blaine about your decision. Can we discuss how cruel that is? That is Blaines baby, too. You cant just decide you dont want that one without even having a conversation! This is something you need to talk to your husband about," Kurt snapped angrily. Natalia stared at him with a stony expression.

"This doesnt concern you. We cant be parents to another child. We have enough on our plates with Sophia. Adding another child to the mix is an awful idea," Natalia hissed. Kurt glared at her, "You dont get to make that decision by yourself. Blaine deserves to know what youre thinking about concerning his baby. And what about Sophia? You think this wont affect her? You think she wont be upset that her sibling is being put up for fucking adoption!" Kurts voice grew louder the longer he ranted.

"Shes five. Her opinion doesnt matter in this," Natalia said. "Hell it doesnt!" Kurt yelled. He looked at the time to see it was nearing one oclock. Blaine wasnt leaving work until around four and Natalia usually always stayed until about seven or eight.

"Why do you care?! Why does my marriage and family mean so fucking much to you? You want the truth, Hummel? I have a shitty marriage, a shitty child, and I couldnt care less about the thing growing inside me! I loathe children. Theyre annoying and bratty and I dont even the one I have now! I hate my life, Kurt! Now Im sorry you feel so strongly about this adoption thing or whatever but its happening. I dont want another child so someone else can have it," Natalia was breathing heavily by the end of it. Kurt swallowed. Dont cause her too much stress.

Kurt just looked at her disapprovingly before walking out and closing the door lightly. He sighed tiredly, ignoring the stares of the people walking by. He pulled out his cell to see another text from Blaine.

From Blaine: Santana just brought a whole box of donuts to the office shaped as male genitalia. Most delicious dick ever!!!

Kurt laughed quietly before sending him a text.

From Kurt: Save me one. I have to see how they compare. Im on my way.

From Blaine: Yay!!! Compared to what? How many dick shaped donuts have you ate?

From Kurt: OMG!!!

"Santana? How the hell did you find these?" Jeff asked as he bit into one of the suggestive shaped maple doughnuts. "I made them. Brittany owns this little bakery by Central Park and I took advantage of the kitchen to make these things," Santana said as she took a sip of her iced coffee. "Well they are delicious, Santana. Thank-you," Blaine said from his seat with a smile. Jeff laughed a little as he realized how inappropriate it looked as he licked off the glaze. Nick rolled his eyes and drank his Pepsi.

Santanas phone began to blast out some Stephen Lynch song. "Hummel?" She asked as she answered the phone. Blaine watched her as she talked, unable to hear Kurt on the other line. "Why?" She asked. She raised an eyebrow and looked at Blaine curiously. Blaine ducked his head and stared at his lap. "Okay. Strange reason to show up here but whatever. Who do want me to......Blaine? Kurt needs you to go downstairs and verify that he can come up here." Blaine nodded and stood up, "Okay. Be right back." Santana hung up and Blaine walked out.

"Who is Hummel?" Nick asked curiously. "Friend of mine. Pretty sure hes banging Blaine," Santana said with a shrug. Nick paled but Jeff just laughed. "Im pretty sure everyone bangs Blaine mentally at least once have you seen his ass?" Jeff laughed. Santana rolled her eyes as Nick forced a small laugh and looked away. Hopefully they werent doing anything. It made Nick want to puke at the thought of Blaine throwing himself at a guy as he continued to be in a marriage with Natalia. Gay or not, it wasnt right.

"Donuts are in here. Kurt? Did you seriously just get distracted by something shiny?" Blaine asked as he yanked Kurt through the break room door. "That is a Grammy, Blaine. Im allowed to get distracted by that," Kurt defended as he walked inside. Blaine rolled his eyes playfully, "Kurt. This is Jeff and Nick. Nick doesnt actually work here. He just never leaves." Kurt reached out and shook each of their hand with a smile that looked a little to forced to be genuine.

"Hey! Want a dick doughnut," Jeff asked with his bright smile. Kurt laughed, "Of course." Kurt grabbed one of the chocolate doughnuts and bit into it. He smiled, "I can feel myself blushing." Jeff laughed as Nick eyed the man warily. Blaine was staring at him as if he was the moon and the stars. If Kurt even thought about hurting Blaine hed throw the pale man off a cliff. Kurt finished licking his fingers before turning hs head towards Blaines ear and whispering hotly, "They dont even compare to yours."

"Wheres Charlotte?" Santana asked as she licked some of the frosting off her hand, quietly noting Blaines deep blush. "Daycare," Kurt said. "Who is Charlotte?" Nick asked. "My two-year old daughter." "Oh! So youre married," Nick asked hopefully. "I once was," Kurt said quietly. Jeff noticed the sadness in the room and was quick to change it. "Do you sing, Kurt?"

"Uh, sorta." "Oh, dont let him lie to you. Kurt has a fantastic voice," Blaine said with a grin. Kurt blushed, "I dont sing very much anymore." "You should," Santana said, "Kurt is pretty amazing. He was always fighting for solos in glee club. As annoying as it was, it always nice to hear him sing." "Can you sing right now?" Jeff asked excitedly. Kurt raised his eyebrows and looked to Blaine for help. Blaine just held up both his hands and shook his head.

"Im with Jeff on this," Blaine grinned as Kurt frowned a little. "I- Ive had a really shitty day, guys. I just want to eat a doughnut shaped like a cock and relax," Kurt said tiredly. Jeff sighed, "Thats cool. Theres a couch in Blaines office if you want to take nap or something." Something sparkled in Kurts eye as Jeff said that, causing Nick to frown at Blaine.

"That actually sounds fantastic. Blaine? Do you mind if I take a nap on your couch?" Kurt asked. "Of course not. Come on, Ill show you my office." As soon as the two left the breakroom, Santana began to laugh, "Told you! They are so fucking!" Nick shushed her quickly and looked at his cackling boyfriend. He couldnt believe they were just treating this like a joke. "If they arent yet, they will. Did you see how Blaine stared at his ass?"  Jeff said before laughing loudly. Nick swatted at the back of Jeffs head.

"This isnt funny! If they are... doing things, hes cheating on Natalia and that is wrong. Hes not even out if is even gay," Nick said firmly. Jeff rolled his eyes and dusted the doughnut crumbs off his hands. "Oh, please, Nick. Blaines hella gay. For a while Wes and I thought bi maybe but then just decided on gay," Jeff shrugged and Nick gaped at his boyfriend.

"You- You cant just decide hes gay!" Nick said incredulously. "No we cant, but its not hard to imagine." Nick shook his head. He couldnt believe his boyfriend. "No matter if Blaine is straight or gay, he has a wife. Are we just going to ignore that Blaine might be cheating on her?" Nick asked. Santana cleared her throat and smiled mischievously.

"Theres always a way to find out."

"Okay, lazybones. Why did you really come over here? Cause I know the need to eat some doughnuts wasnt it," Blaine said as he picked up Kurts feet from where they lay on the couch and sat underneath them. Kurt had one arm tossed over his face, shielding his eyes from the lamp above was Blaines guess.

"No offense or anything, sweetie, but I cant stand your wife," Kurt groaned. Blaine frowned and unconsciously began to rub his hand over Kurts clothed calf. "Whatd she do?" "Be a bitch. God! How did you deal with her for ten years?" "I didnt. There was never much dealing with each other. It was more of a tolerating relationship."

Kurt stayed silent as he thought of the conversation that had gone down in her office. He couldnt decide if he should tell him about the adoption or wait for Natalia to do it. If he said anything, Natalia would know Kurt had told him. That could lead to questions that both men were not ready to answer. If he didnt tell Blaine though, he would continue to grow more excited about the baby. It would only make the revelation more painful for it to be later on and may even cause Blaine to be mad at Kurt for not telling him sooner. Kurt sighed inwardly. He knew what he had to do. He opened his mouth to speak when he felt the word stick in his throat. With all of his thinking he had not even realized that Blaines hand had rose up his leg and was now rubbing against his inner thigh.

"Blaine? You know you have to finish what you started now, right?" Kurt asked with rising anticipation. Blaine nodded and moved to lay down on Kurts body. Blaine began to kiss Kurt softly; his hands on Kurts sides and Kurts arms wrapped around his neck. Blaine traced his tongue on Kurts lip before being granted access to Kurts mouth. The kissing became more fervent. Kurt moaned as Blaine began to lick at the sensitive spot below Kurts ear.

"God-Blaine," Kurt said breathlessly. Despite Kurts sound of disapproval, Blaine moved away and stood up. "Come here. I wanna try something," Blaine said. Kurt hurriedly stood up and kissed Blaine deeply. Blaine sighed and put his hands on Kurts hips as he softly pushed him back so his ass touched Blaines desk. Blaine began to suck the skin on Kurts neck. Blaine grabbed the back of Kurts thigh and hoisted him up onto the desk. Kurt wrapped his legs around Kurts waist and began to rut against him as he ran his fingers through Blaines hair. Blaine was unbuttoning Kurts shirt and kissing and sucking and nipping Kurts clavicle.

"Shit, Blaine," Kurt said as he grabbed onto Blaines face and kissed him roughly. His erection was straining against his pants and felt immensely grateful when Blaine began to undo his pants button. His shirt was already fully open and hanging loosely on his shoulders. Once Kurts pants were undone, Blaine tore off his shirt and undid his pants as well. He kissed Kurt fully on the lips before moving his lips down. He kissed across his jaw, his neck down to his chest. He sucked on each of Kurts nipples, who moaned brokenly in approval. Blaine pushed Kurts shirt fully off and bent down to blow on the light hair that traveled down into his boxer briefs.

Blaine pushed his hand against Kurts fully erect dick. Kurt moaned loudly and bucked his hips towards Blaine. Blaine palmed him couple times before moving to pull down the article of clothing. Blaine took him in his hand and held firmly. He pumped him a few times, completely mesmerized by the sounds coming out of Kurts mouth. Thank-god for sound proof rooms.

He continued to squeeze and twist and move his hand until Kurt was yelling out a string of expletives. Blaine watched how his eyes roll back as he came. How is mouth parted just slightly. How his name was said between each cuss word. Blaine became painfully aware of how close he was. Kurt was quick to realize that Blaine had yet to cum. Kurt smiled with a sated expression. He pushed Blaines pants down and set one hand on his shoulder and the other on Blaines cock. Blaine groaned as Kurt swiped his finger over the head. Kurt sucked lightly on Blaines neck as he moved his hand up and down. It didnt take more than a few pumps before Blaine began to cum.

Blaine rested his head against Kurts shoulder and pointed to his desk, "Tissues." Kurt turned and grabbed some. He wiped of both their stomachs were some had gotten on them as well as their sticky hands. Kurt tossed the used tissues onto the desk and began to pull his clothing back on. Blaine quickly did the same but left his shirt undone. He walked over to the couch and laid down. He made grabby hands towards Kurt and Kurt smiled at him.

"Nap time," Blaine said. Kurt rolled his eyes with a smile and moved to lay next to Blaine. He wrapped his arms around Blaines waist as Blaine snuggled against Kurts chest. "Youre beautiful," Blaine whispered as he closed his eyes. Kurt pulled his phone out and took a picture of Blaine snuggled against his chest. Kurt smiled softly at it and quickly set an alarm for twenty minutes later. Kurt kissed the top of Blaines head and held him a little tighter.

"Not as beautiful as you, my sweet." Kurt was quiet for a moment before sighing and pulling back from Blaine. He had something he was supposed to be telling him.

"Blaine... I need to tell you something."

Santana looked at both boys and shrugged, "Told you they were getting it on." She flounced away from Blaines now shut office door as Jeff chuckled a little and Nick stared at the door in shock.

What the fuck!?
