Okay so what did you think? Please leave comments, they mean the world. Thanks for reading!

Blaine took a deep breath as he was dropped off at the training site, taking some calming breaths as he kissed his mom and hugged her tightly, before doing the same to his bother who had come to see them off, promising hed make them proud, before reporting to the main office, noticing the sign that said Sargent Hummel on it, knocking before doing his best to stand tall and not look as nervous as he felt.

Kurt sat in his office. He had been filling out forms all day, making sure every bit of paper work was in a perfect order. A knock came at the door. "Come in." His voice was high and soft.

When Blaine opened the door, he swore he felt his heart pick up and his eyes widened slightly at the other man. He was pale and long limbed and utterly stunning. "H...hi Blaine Anderson reporting for duty sir.." He breathed out, fighting back a blush.

Kurt stood slowly, his eyes glistening in the warm light. He had seen many young men join the army and pass through here, but none as intriguing as Blaine. "At ease" each word was slow but serious.

Blaine relaxed a bit and smiled at him, biting his lower lip. "Thank you.  I guess Im just a bit nervous." He said softly, wishing he could be as confident as the beautiful man in front of him, his golden eyes meeting Kurts.

"Thats to be expected. Ive seen people faint when they come in here.... Im not even that scary." He jokes, smile beaming at Blaine. "You say your name was Anderson? Blaine Anderson?" Kurt starts slowly, carefully, sifting through some sheets to find Blaines details.

Blaine smiled a bit shyly at him. "Glad I at least didnt do that." He chuckled. "And yes sir. Though Ive spend more time performing and winning choir completions then fighting, I hope I can become a good soldier." He said sincerely.

"Show choir? I was in a show choir?" He chuckled softly. "Dont let the guys round here know though, youll never hear the end of it. Friday nights we have a games night and sometimes the idiots do karaoke. And because they all know I can sing, I can never get out of doing karaoke." He smiled softly, seeing Blaines shyness and hoping to ease it.

Blaises eyes lit up at that. "Really?! Thats awesome! I bet youre an amazing singer." He grinned a bit. "I was a member of the Warblers in high school at Dalton Academy."

He chuckled slightly at Blaines reaction. "Your grew up in Ohio? I was in the original New Directions from McKinley." Kurt finds Blaines paperwork but doesnt say anything.

Blaine looked surprised. "Wow thats awesome small world. I think we competed in sectionals." He said thoughtfully. "Oh Im sorry Im distracting you from your work." He said as he realized he was gushing, cheeks coloring a bit as he rubbed the back of his neck.

Kurt smiled gently. "Overseeing all the recruits here is my job. Anyway... You will be staying in 4508.... Ah thats my squadron! So youll be with me. Ill show you around. But first, do you have any questions?" His eyes shone, the beautiful blue matching the colour of the clean sky outside.

Blaine smiled brightly when Kurt said he would be in his care, feeling a bit better already. "Good at least it will be someone Im comfortable with." He said with a small grin. "And not really..Im sure I will...but right now Im just hoping that I can make it through training." He chuckled

"Youll be fine. Ill make sure you are. Im always around if you need to talk or have questions or anything." Kurt grinned slightly. Remembering how he was supposed to treat Blaine, Kurts look hardened slightly, smile fading. "Grab your bags. Ill show you your bed."

Blaine gave him a grateful expression and nodded. "Thank you.." He said softly, before he saw Kurt transform into the Sargent and nodded. "Yes sir." He said he shouldered his bag, taking a deep breath, telling himself he could do this and with Kurt...maybe things wouldnt be so bad after all
