Blaine.
"BLAINEY!" a voice screamed behind him. Blaine spun around, and his face spread into a wide grin when he saw his best friends running towards him. They jumped on him, engulfing him in a tight hug.
"Hey Guys!" he huffed out under the strength of their embrace, "What'd you think?!"
"B YOU WERE AMAZING!!" Jeff yelled, jumping up and down in excitement.
"BEYOND AMAZING! YOU STOLE THE SHOW! THE ENTIRE THING! THERE WAS NO DOUBT YOU GUYS WERE GOING TO WIN, AND ITS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU BLAINE! YOU WERE SO GOOD!" Nick cheered.
"SOOOOO GOOD!!" Jeff piped in.
"We were so proud of you Blaine! I mean, of course we've heard you sing before, and you've always been amazing, don't get me wrong... but something about tonight, about seeing you up there! You looked like a real singer Blaine! You looked like a professional! You looked HAPPY! It was incredible!" Nick said, clasping his hands on Blaine's shoulders and squeezing.
"BEYOND incredible!" Jeff beamed behind him.
Blaine couldn't help the tears that welled in his eyes as he looked at the two boys in front of him. God they've come so far in such a short time. He'd only met them a year ago, when he had first started at Dalton, but it seemed like so much longer. They were honestly the only people that accepted Blaine, that were there for him, that cared about him. From his lack of friends as a kid, to his almost non-existent older brother, and his cold homophobic parents, Blaine knew that these were the only people that loved him. They were the only people he had, in this dark world. The only ones he needed. Well, them and Jer that is... Jer. Blaine remembered, and pulled out his phone, still no text. Blaine felt his heart sink. Where is he..
"Alright superstar, celebratory dinner, on us! Come on!" Jeff said, patting Blaine's back and wrapping his arm around his neck, Nick wrapping his around Blaine's waist as they guided Blaine out of the auditorium. Even Blaine couldn't hold back the laughed that escaped him when they both started screaming "BLAINE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IM LIVING A TEEN-AGE-DREAM" as they moved through the crowd.
