Chapter 25
“I love you,” Blaine continued whispering.
Kurt giggled, eyes teary. “Why such a sudden change? Did my dad threaten you or something?”
“I was talking to him,” Blaine said, still holding Kurt as if he could suddenly disappear. “I saw how much he loved you and I couldn’t believe that I was letting you go. After many years I want to be just like your dad – I want to be in our kitchen talking about you. I want to be telling our grandchildren how much I love their grandpa. They would look at me with disbelief though.”
“Why?” Kurt asked frowning a little even though Blaine couldn’t see him.
“Because not even five minutes ago they had heard you scolding me for my poor choice of clothes.”
Kurt pulled away from Blaine grip and pressed their foreheads together. “That’s impossible–”
“I know–”
“–because after so many years together I would have either taught you how to dress or started choosing your outfits myself.”
Blaine let a shaky giggle. “I’m crazy about you,” he said and kissed the boy he loved.
After a few minutes Kurt gave him the last chaste kiss ant looked into Blaine’s eyes. “We still need to talk.”
“I know. Let’s sit down, okay?”
Kurt nodded and they both sat down on the bed, not leaving any space in between.
“I hurt you,” Blaine started.
“You didn’t,” Kurt cut in.
“I did. You know that,” Blaine said moving his hand over Kurt’s thigh gently. “I scared you so much. And you kept telling me I hurt you and I couldn’t do it anymore–”
“What? When did I say that?” Kurt asked confused. He couldn’t remember saying anything like that; he would never say that in the first place.
“In my nightmares. Every night is the same. It’s you dead, telling me I don’t deserve you,” Blaine smiled painfully. “And that’s true. After what I did I really didn’t deserve you. I still don’t. I… I listened to that voice. I know it’s just a dream but it’s how my subconsciousness must be working. I decided to be a jerk to you so that maybe you wouldn’t want me anymore. I wanted it to be your choice to break up with me because then it would hurt less…”
Kurt look at Blaine not really sure what to say. “Baby, what happened on Christmas is not your fault. Yes, I was scared but I don’t blame it on you.”
“You could have gotten hurt or killed there. I would have never forgiven myself,” Blaine said, tears running again.
“Please, look at me,” Kurt asked and cupped Blaine’s cheek forcing the other boy to look into his eyes. “I didn’t have to go there. I chose to go rescue you because I love you. If I could turn the time back I would still do the same. I know this whole agents’ relationship is difficult but we had already talked about it. I knew what I was getting myself into. You knew it as well. This is just a small bump in the road; we are stronger than that.”
Blaine leaned closer and kissed Kurt again. He couldn’t get enough of that. “I’m so sorry…”
“Don’t be. I understand. And now we are okay, right?”
“Yes, we are okay. I love you,” Blaine whispered, a huge grin on his face.
“I could never get tired of hearing that,” Kurt giggled.
“I could never get tired of saying that,” Blaine kissed him again. “I love you.”
“I love you too.”
<~*~>
The boys spent the next few days at home, relaxing, watching films or just cuddling. They ended up sleeping in Kurt’s bedroom and holding each other. Surprisingly they had nightmares very rarely. Kurt of course took an opportunity to remind Blaine that he had suggested sleeping together ages ago.
On Monday Burt came back from work a bit later than planned. He saw Kurt and Blaine in the living room; Blaine was watching a film, Kurt was sleeping. The man smiled and went to the kitchen to have a drink. Not long after that he heard steps and turned around to see Blaine.
“What’s up, buddy?”
Blaine struggled with words. “You mentioned having been contacted by Tom and later calling Sarah. I was wondering if you still have anything to do with the C.A.T.”
Burt frowned, sitting down with a glass of juice in his right hand. “Why are you asking me that?” he asked but Blaine didn’t answer. “Let’s say I’m a bit more active than most of the ex-agents.”
“My mom and dad wrote that I can trust you,” he started.
Burt shrugged and took a sip. “I won’t say you can because the words are empty. I need to gain your trust first. But if you need to talk about something, my lips are sealed.”
“I trust my parents’ judgment.”
“People change,” Burt smiled.
Blaine rolled his eyes and sat down in front of the man. “Do you want me to trust you?”
“Of course.”
“So I will then. My friend found out that something strange had been happening in the C.A.T… ”
“Did you talk to Jeff?” Burt asked, suddenly serious.
“You know Jeff?” Blaine asked confused. Burt apparently was full of surprises.
“Of course I do. So you know about the deaths and disappearances,” Burt stated playing with his glass.
Blaine nodded. “Do you think there it’s something to be worried about?”
“We’ve been looking into it for a while now. Tell me, what is your relationship with the head of the C.A.T?”
“Tom? I don’t know, professional I guess.”
“Do you trust him?”
“Don’t trust anyone – the main rule,” Blaine grimaced.
Burt sighed. “When I found out that he had decided not to send help when you had gotten caught, I started to look deeper into all that mess.”
“Wait, are you saying that Tom has something to do with it?” Blaine was taken aback.
“We don’t have proof yet but Jeff and a few others are working on it.”
“When you say ‘we’, what do you mean?”
“The board,” Burt said simply.
“You are in the board? Wow,” Blaine shook his head. Yes, Burt was really full of surprises.
“I’m glad I am, given that my three sons are there… I mean–”
Blaine gave him a small smile. “It’s okay. What should I do now?”
“Try not to get into trouble. Watch over Kurt and your friends. Keep an eye on Tom. Help Jeff as much as you can. If you need to contact me, ask Jeff to do it. The members of the board contact him quite often so it won’t be suspicious at all.”
Blaine looked genuinely surprised. “And I didn’t even know… He is more secretive than I thought. He would be a good agent, I think. I can’t understand how Tom can’t see it.”
“I have a theory. Normally I would say that he loves Jeff so much that he doesn’t want him to get hurt. But to be honest, I think that Tom believes that it’s wiser for Jeff to focus on all that computer stuff. I think it’s a waste of talent though,” Burt finished his drink and put the glass on the table.
“So you agree that he should be an agent?”
“Yes.”
“You don’t like Tom, do you?” Blaine giggled.
“Is it that obvious?” Burt laughed and Blaine nodded, a grin on his face.
“What’s obvious?” they heard Kurt’s sleepy voice and Blaine turned around to see him coming into the kitchen.
Burt smiled fondly at them as Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine’s waist. “Blaine has just pointed out that I don’t want you to leave.”
“Oh, dad,” Kurt smiled. “We still have a few days.”
<~*~>
In the morning Kurt woke up way before Blaine. It was calming watching the boy asleep – finally peaceful, without nightmares. Kurt stayed for a few minutes like that, ignoring his bladder because he didn’t want to wake the other boy. He felt Blaine moving closer and saw him opening his eyes.
“Good morning,” Kurt whispered and kissed his forehead.
“’ove you,” Blaine said sleepily and pulled Kurt closer possessively.
Kurt giggled. “I love you too but if you don’t let me go, I will pee in the bed.”
“You and your peeing,” Blaine laughed, still half asleep.
Kurt didn’t understand what it meant but decided not to question his boyfriend’s sleepy mind. He got out of Blaine’s grip and went to the bathroom. When he came back he found Blaine fully awake, the bed tidy already.
“Finally,” he sighed exaggeratedly and went to the bathroom.
“Come to the kitchen when you are done,” Kurt shouted and went downstairs.
He found Burt and Carole having breakfast. “You are early,” Burt said instead of ‘good morning.’
Kurt shrugged. “I woke up early so there was no need to stay in bed. Blaine will join us in a minute.”
“Or earlier,” Blaine said entering the kitchen. “Good morning.”
“Good morning, dear,” Carole smiled and pushed the plate with waffles towards Blaine. “Help yourself.”
“Thank you. It looks and smells lovely.”
Burt nodded. “And it’s very delicious. So, what are you up to today?”
Kurt shrugged. “Staying home, watching some films. The usual. Why?”
“Nothing special?” Burt asked, a slight disappointment in his voice.
“Why would we do anything special?” Kurt couldn’t understand.
“Well, couples tend to do special stuff on the Valentine’s Day,” Burt laughed.
“What?” Kurt looked at his dad shocked, Blaine hit his head on the table. “Is it today?”
Carole giggled. “I take it, none of you realised it.”
Blaine raised his head. “I can’t believe I forgot it. I’m an awful boyfriend. I have no idea how Kurt puts up with me.”
Kurt took Blaine’s hand. “I will forgive you this year given that I also forgot about it. Besides, we can always choose any random day and call it the day of love.”
“But it’s every day then,” Blaine smirked and kissed Kurt.
“Awww,” they heard Carole’s voice. “You, boys, are so cute,” she laughed.
“Yeah, and your waffles are getting cold,” Burt said, pouring some more juice into his glass.
Kurt blushed. “Sorry, dad.”
Burt laughed. “Apologise to your food,” he said. “Seriously, I don’t mind you two being affectionate towards each other. I’m happy for both of you.”
Kurt eyed Burt for a moment, trying to catch him lying or faking emotions. But the man seemed genuinely happy. Kurt couldn’t really understand that. He thought that his dad would be more protective, maybe feel a bit uncomfortable around them. Instead of that Burt was stuffing himself with waffles and looking at Carole with a smirk. His dad was really full of surprises.
After breakfast Burt and Carole got ready for work. “Go do that nothing special you had been planning to. We will see you in the evening,” Carole said and kissed both boys on a cheek.
“See you later,” they said in unison and were left alone.
“So, what do you want to do?” Kurt asked and looked at his boyfriend to find him staring at him with puppy eyes. “What?”
“Please, let me suck you,” Blaine said in a high pitched voice.
Kurt started laughing. “Oh my god, you can’t say things like that in this cute voice while looking at me like you are right now. It’s not sexy, it’s adorable.”
“Adorable is the new sexy,” Blaine grinned, finally in a normal voice. He placed his hands on Kurt’s hips and started sucking on his neck. “I want to taste you, I want you to come into my mouth.”
Kurt shivered. “Bedroom.”
<~*~>
A day before they had to leave Kurt and Blaine found themselves walking around Lima. Kurt showed him his school even though it didn’t have too many positive memories. When they were walking through Kurt’s favourite park where he had spent many evenings with his dad as a kid, they heard someone sneaking behind them. They turned around just in time for Blaine to catch a baseball bat with his right hand. It was Kyle.
With one strong tug the bat was in Blaine’s hand completely. He threw it away.
“What kind of man are you?” he spat on the boy’s shoe. “Do you want to settle this like real men?”
Kyle snorted. “Do you call yourself a man?”
“Let’s go, Blaine, he is not worth it,” Kurt whispered, taking Blaine’s gloved hand into his. He really didn’t want his boyfriend to get into a fight. He hadn’t been training since before Christmas and no matter how strong he was, Kurt was worried that it could have affected his body in some way.
“Shut up, Fagmel, or I will–” Kyle began but didn’t finish. After a second he was lying on the ground unconscious, his nose bleeding.
Kurt sighed. “How is your hand?” he asked Blaine who was shaking it a bit.
“It hurts a bit but in a very satisfying way,” Blaine giggled. “Let’s get out of here.”
“How about him?” Kurt asked motioning towards Kyle. He hated the boy but he really didn’t want to leave him alone in the park on a cold winter day. No matter what Kyle had done to him, Kurt was better than that.
Blaine smiled at his warm-hearted boyfriend. “Once we are far from here, we will call ambulance and leave an anonymous message. Does that sound okay?”
“Yeah,” Kurt said after a few seconds. “He won’t get cold if we hurry up.”
They started walking towards the home direction. The park wasn’t very far and after good five minutes they were safe at home. Blaine dialled the number and reported having found an unconscious person in the park. Kurt looked relieved after he had done that.
<~*~>
“Can I talk to you for a minute, Blaine?” Burt asked as they entered the airport. “I promise, Kurt, it’s a short friendly chat.”
Kurt rolled his eyes. “Just don’t scare him away, please,” he said and watched the two of them walking away. A good indication was that they were both smiling.
“What did you want to talk to me about?” Blaine asked once they were at a safe distance.
Burt frowned a little. “Look happy; I’m sure Kurt is watching us,” he said; the way they were standing neither Kurt nor Carole could see his face.
“What’s wrong?” Blaine asked, a warm smile on his face even though he was getting worried.
“I was contacted by Jeff three days ago. He will tell you more details. I just wanted to give you the heads up,” Burt explained. “Tom is no longer the head of the C.A.T. He is most likely going to spend the rest of his life in our special prison.”
Blaine was still smiling no matter how shocked he was. He knew that Burt was not going to fill him in so he couldn’t wait to see Jeff and talk to him. He was wondering what Tom could have possibly done to get such punishment and how it affected his best friend.
“Until we appoint a new person, Sarah will be in charge. There will be an announcement in the base today but I’m not sure when. So when you arrive people may still not know anything. Just pretend you are clueless.”
Blaine nodded. “Will do,” he managed.
“Okay. Now give me a hug,” Burt laughed and embraced the boy. “Remember, stay away from troubles. And watch over Kurt, will you?”
“I promise,” Blaine said, returning a hug. “Thank you for everything.”
“What was that about?” Kurt asked him later when they had passed the security check.
“I like your dad,” Blaine laughed, never actually answering the question.
<~*~>
They came back to the base just in time for dinner. Kurt was very happy about the perfect timing because he had been complaining about being hungry for a while. They didn’t even bother with their luggage and went straight to the cafeteria. They found it much noisier than normally. People were talking in groups, going from one table to another. Blaine knew what it was about.
“Um, is it just me or does this whole fuss look a bit strange?” Kurt asked looking around while grabbing some food. “We must have missed something. Has anyone texted you recently?”
“No,” Blaine answered, trying to sound confused. “Look, Santana is coming with Sam. We can ask them.”
By the time they got their trays full of food Santana and Sam came to get something for themselves.
“Hi, Sam, hey, Santana,” Kurt greeted them. “We will go find a table. Come join us.”
Santana nodded and started talking to Sam about something. The boys easily found the table where they always sat. It was just like nobody else wanted to sit there. Kurt had a feeling it was because of a few certain ‘purples’ who used to hang out with them. Blaine and Noah being the main reason.
Before Santana and Sam could join them, Noah ran towards them empty-handed. Worry and excitement were mixed in his face.
“Do you know?” he hurried to ask.
“Know what?” Kurt asked. “By the way, good evening, Noah, it’s nice to see you.”
Noah rolled his eyes. “Yeah yeah. No time for that though.”
Blaine: Where are you?
Blaine sent a text and started eating. “Well, don’t waste it and tell us already.”
Noah leaned closer. “Did you know that–”
“Did you know that Sarah was appointed to be the new temporary head of the C.A.T?” Tina asked from behind.
Noah frowned and crossed his arms over his chest. “I was about to tell them. You stole my pleasure,” he pouted.
“You can tell them about Tom,” Tina smirked sitting down, Mike next to her. “That’s the most intriguing part.”
Jeff: Computer room.
“Okay, what happened to Tom?” Kurt asked with his mouth full. He was too hungry to think about good manners. Besides, he was surrounded by people who wouldn’t care about it.
Noah opened his mouth.
“Nobody knows,” Santana answered as she and Sam joined them.
Blaine: I will join you soon.
“But there are rumours,” Sam added. Noah’s jaw tightened in annoyance. “Some people say that he was responsible for many deaths of the agents since he became the head. But I haven’t found anyone with more details on the matter.”
“If that’s true, what is going to happen to Tom?” Kurt asked, swallowing the food.
Mike shrugged. “Prison most likely.”
Kurt glanced at Blaine who quickly stood up. “I need to see Jeff,” he said and left.
<~*~>
Blaine was glad that he had ‘found out’ what had happened so quickly. The curiosity was killing him. He was both anticipating the information and dreading it. He didn’t know what kind of reaction to expect from Jeff.
What kind of a friend am I? he thought, ignoring people who tried to stop him to talk about something. As Jeff’s friend he was supposed to know him. On the other hand, Jeff had never been the most predictable person. Nevertheless, Blaine was preparing himself for an emotional talk. But once again Jeff surprised him.
“I can’t believe I cracked it!” Jeff shouted once Blaine entered the room.
Blaine didn’t even ask how he knew it was him – obviously Jeff had been following him on the screens throughout his short trip from the cafeteria to the room.
“So, um, what’s going on?” Blaine asked, not sure where to start. He didn’t want to be straightforward. ‘Why was your dad sent to prison?’ didn’t seem to be a good starter for the conversation.
Jeff turned around with his chair to face Blaine. What Blaine didn’t expect was to see a proud expression on his friend’s face. Sadness – maybe. Worry – maybe. Pride and excitement – never.
“Remember when I told you I couldn’t get into that one database that I desperately needed to see? Well, I finally did.”
“How?” Blaine asked even though the question was stupid – he wouldn’t understand half of the things.
“Oh, please, Blainey, you wouldn’t understand half of the things,” Jeff laughed and Blaine grinned as well. “Sit down and I will tell you what your brain can actually process.”
Blaine shook his head playfully and sat down on a small couch.
“All you need to know is that I got into the system,” Jeff started. “And I found what I’d been looking for. The statistics you faked not to be worried about and later told Burt all about it? Well, it wasn’t a coincidence. Agents were dying and disappearing because… of Tom.”
“I don’t understand,” Blaine looked at him confused.
“He was sending agents to various places without a real reason,” Jeff explained, his voice much more serious now. “They all had the same pattern – Tom sent an agent somewhere, they stayed for a few days ‘working’, and were caught and killed. Usually tortured as well. And Tom got paid for that.”
Blaine paled. “Sounds familiar.”
“You were one of his latest ones. And the only failure up to date. Well, he failed twice – you got rescued and he got caught.”
“I can’t believe it… He was actually selling our lives,” Blaine could hardly process any of the news. No wonder Burt didn’t trust Tom.
Jeff nodded. “That’s why I’m not sad about him going to prison. I don’t want him to hurt anyone else. And I’m happy I could help to stop him. Yes, he is my father but he has never acted like it. For me he is just another criminal from now on.”
Blaine watched Jeff with pride. Tom didn’t deserve to have him as a son.
<~*~>
In a few days the official announcement was made by Sarah. The full information was given about what had happened. They were also told about the future plans – until the end of May Sarah would take the role of the head. The new head, appointed by the board, would be announced along with the sorting.
“So now Sarah is responsible for sorting,” Mike whistled. “I hope she likes you.”
Tina giggled. “We went on a mission together; it should help. I mean, Tom would have probably deducted the points for that but Sarah won’t do it, I’m sure. She encouraged and helped us.”
“I was thinking about it, actually,” Santana said stretching after a workout. “Jeff was with us.”
“So?” Nick asked confused, watching them from the bench.
“I was wondering, if it is possible for him to become an agent,” Santana shrugged. “He already proved to be talented enough.”
“I never heard of anything like that happening,” Mike shook his head.
Santana stood up. “It’s pity. Look at how he is dealing with the whole daddy situation – it’s enough of a proof that he is a pro.”
Tina arched like a cat. “He has spent most of his life here, going to lessons with various squads. He is better than most of us. He should be given a chance.”
“It’s up to Sarah now,” Nick shrugged.
<~*~>
Soon enough things went back to normal. They all trained, went to classes, ate together. The only thing that bothered Blaine was the fact that Kurt became pretty secretive. He tried to talk to Tina and Jeff about it but they both said that Blaine was imagining things. By the end of the month Blaine was sure that something was wrong. He was afraid that maybe Kurt didn’t forgive him after all.
Blaine still had the same dream every night but now it was a bit different.
Blaine opened his eyes and looked at his right – Kurt was asleep. He smiled at the adorable sight. He always liked watching the other boy sleeping. He was so peaceful…
As if Kurt felt Blaine watching him, he opened his eyes, stood up, and left the room. Teaser, Blaine thought and sat down. He wanted to follow him but he couldn’t.
“Blaine!” he heard the scream. It echoed on the walls.
“Kurt?” Blaine started to panic.
He had to save Kurt. He had to be with him. But his legs won’t let him. All he could do was fall on the ground and crawl.
“I’m coming, Kurt!”
“Blaine!”
Suddenly he could feel his legs. So he jumped and ran into the living room.
“Kurt?” he shouted, Kurt nowhere to be seen. “Where are you?”
“In the kitchen,” he heard Kurt answering.
Blaine ran into the kitchen and saw Kurt cooking something. “What are you doing?” he asked.
“Cooking the rat stew, your favourite,” Kurt smirked and hugged the boy. “I love you.”
“I love you too.”
Blaine felt something soft on his face and woke up. It took a few moments to realise that he was woken up by a shower of kisses.
“Wake up, birthday boy,” Kurt whispered still kissing his whole face with soft lips.
“What do you mean?” Blaine asked smiling and opening his eyes to see his beautiful boyfriend.
“Happy birthday,” Kurt giggled and finally kissed his lips firmly.
Blaine stretched his stiff muscles. “Is it this year?” he asked yawning.
“Just like every year,” Kurt frowned a little. “Just because the calendar doesn’t say it, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate.”
“Kurt–” Blaine started to protest but was cut off with a kiss.
“Remember the first time we met? That day I promised myself to make your birthday this year unforgettable. I don’t know if I can manage that but we need to get out of the bed because we need to get going.”
“Where?” Blaine asked confused.
“Can’t a boy have a few secrets?”
<~*~>
By the end of the day Blaine realised why Kurt had been so secretive lately – he had a lot to plan behind Blaine’s back.
“Welcome to the British Library – the biggest library in the world!” Kurt announced once they reached the first place.
“Um, thanks?” Blaine half said, half asked. “What exactly are we going to do here?”
Kurt took his hand and entered the building. “You are short and cute so we are going to write short cute notes and leave them in books for readers to find them.”
…
‘All for one and one for all.’ Surround yourself with people you can trust, real friends. They will make your heart lighter. B.A.
…
No matter how others are treating you, know that you are better than that. You are so much better; don’t give up. K.H.
…
Don’t underestimate the power of love. I had never thought I would be as happy as I am now with my boyfriend. I wish you the same. B.A.
…
Dreams do come true. Sometimes you just need to be patient. K.H.
…
The world is dangerous. And you can be dangerous to the world. Make wise choices in your life. B.A.
…
I really want to kiss my boyfriend right now. K.H.
…
It’s my 24th birthday today. Happy birthday to me! The best gift ever? My lovely boyfriend. B.A.
…
I’m really hungry right now. I’m tempted to eat this deliciously looking cover. K.H.
…
“Kurt?” Blaine looked at his watch and whispered. “We have been here for almost two hours.”
“What?” Kurt looked at his phone and saw that Blaine was right. “I didn’t notice. No wonder I’m hungry. Okay, let’s get going.”
Blaine grinned. “Where?”
Kurt didn’t answer.
<~*~>
They were walking to some place that Blaine wasn’t sure about. He knew the surroundings but he had no idea what Kurt’s intentions were. He had a picnic basket with him that he refused to let Blaine carry, so he assumed that they were going to have a picnic somewhere. Unless there was something else inside…
“Let’s stop,” Kurt said when they were in the middle of the Millennium Bridge. “You are unpredictable and delicious so we are going to have lunch at a place which you would never guess.”
“Where?” Blaine asked, a wide smile on his face.
“Here,” Kurt said and put the basket on the ground to get ready for lunch. “I have the blanket, food, and cushions because we don’t want to get our butts cold. We are very lucky with the weather today, I must say.”
Blaine squatted next to Kurt to help him. “And I’m very lucky with my boyfriend every day.”
<~*~>
They ate lunch chatting about various things. It felt like nothing had happened to them, like they went back to the beginning. The only difference was that the feeling was much deeper, the connection was much stronger. And instead of ‘I care about you’ they could actually say ‘I love you.’
“The food was lovely,” Blaine said caressing Kurt’s hand with a thumb. “Thank you.”
“Don’t mention it,” Kurt said rolling his eyes playfully. “Let’s pack. We need to visit one more place before going back. And I’m sure you will want to spend quite a lot of time there. You can ask me where we are going.”
“Where are we going?” Blaine asked, even though he had a feeling Kurt wouldn’t tell him.
“I told you that you could ask. I never told you I would answer.”
Blaine laughed and bent to take the basket but Kurt was faster. He sighed and took the boy’s hand.
They found their car not far from the place they had been to. The driver was reading a magazine and it was obvious he was happy to be able to drive somewhere because he was getting pretty bored. Once the boys got in, he drove instantly without any instructions. Kurt must have told him the whole plan.
After approximately twenty minutes they stopped. “We will need to walk for a few more minutes,” Kurt said and got out of the car. “You are fun and childish sometimes. So I decided that the perfect place to celebrate your sixth birthday is… the amusement park.”
Blaine’s eyes widened. “Seriously?”
“Yes,” Kurt giggled at Blaine’s enthusiasm. “It’s a travelling amusement park so there might be a lot of people using the opportunity but it’s Wednesday so it shouldn’t be as packed as during weekends. At least I hope not.”
“It doesn’t matter, it’s still perfect,” Blaine said and kissed Kurt’s cheek.
<~*~>
By the end of the day they had tried almost everything in the amusement park. They were laughing all the time and Kurt was ecstatic to see his boyfriend so happy. He really deserved all the happiness that existed in the world.
“I didn’t expect us to win so many toys,” Blaine said laughing. “Who could have thought we would be so good at this?”
“Well, you are talking about the best secret agent ever. And you are not bad yourself,” Kurt laughed. “Are we taking all little fellows with us?”
Blaine looked at three bags full of toys they were holding. “When we were coming here, we passed an orphanage and I thought that maybe we could take the toys there? I’m sure kids would love them.”
Kurt felt his eyes getting teary. “Yes, yes of course. We wouldn’t play with them anyway.”
“But I want you to have one,” he said and struggled to find the one he wanted. “Here, I want you to have this. His name is Klainey.”
Kurt smiled and took it. It was a pink pig with purple t-shirt and hat, and a blue bowtie. “It’s perfect,” Kurt whispered. “Thank you.”
<~*~>
They ended up going to the orphanage that Blaine had told Kurt about. They left the toys and stayed for half an hour with kids. When they came back to the base, Blaine had tears of joy.
“It was perfect,” Blaine said when he was about to unlock the doors of their apartment. “The whole day, you… It was magical. The best day of my life. Thank you.”
“The day is not over yet,” Kurt smirked mischievously as Blaine opened the doors.
They entered the dimmed apartment, a slow song playing in the background. In the middle of the living room there was a table with plates and lit candles. Noah was standing by the table with a bottle of wine, wearing a suit.
“Good evening, gentlemen,” he said in a high-flown manner. “My name is Noah and I will be your sommelier tonight. Can I offer you some wine with your dinner?”
“Yes, please,” Kurt said, pulling a chair back and helping Blaine to sit down.
Kurt sat down in front of Blaine and waited for Noah to fill their glasses. “The dinner will be ready in a few minutes. The appetizers are on the way,” Noah said and left.
Just when we disappeared into the kitchen, Santana and Sugar came with a few small plates.
“Good evening,” they both said in unison.
“My name is Santana.”
“I’m Sugar. We will be your waitresses tonight.”
“If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask.”
Once the girls set all the plates on the table they left. Blaine didn’t say anything; he just stared at Kurt with loving eyes and a wide grin.
“Let’s start,” Kurt said motioning to the food.
“You know, I feel sorry for all the people in the world because they don’t have you as a boyfriend,” Blaine said serving himself with deep fried shrimps. “But I’m not sorry enough to share.”
<~*~>
The dinner went peacefully. After the dessert was served Kurt and Blaine thanked everyone and told them they could leave. Noah left with a knowing smirk while the girls winked at them. They finished the crème brûlée and stood up. Blaine was about to take the plates to the kitchen when Kurt stopped him.
“It’s not the only dessert,” he whispered seductively into his ear and started nibbling it.
Blaine raised him and made his way to the bedroom, Kurt sucking on his ear. He gently lowered Kurt on the bed and settled between his legs. Blaine pulled away and started kissing Kurt’s lips, requesting the permission for his tongue to enter Kurt’s mouth. It willingly opened up and their tongues started duelling slowly but firmly.
“Too many clothes,” Blaine said in a low voice and they started to undress each other.
Soon enough they were both naked, moaning as their hard cocks slid together. Blaine was attacking the other boy’s neck, smiling when Kurt made his favourite sounds.
“Kurt?”
“Yeah?” he breathed heavily, trying his best to answer.
“Will you make love to me?” Blaine asked and felt Kurt freeze. He looked up at the boy. “Only if you want to.”
Kurt looked into Blaine’s eyes that were full of lust and love. “I do, I do. Is it really what you want?”
Blaine kissed him to show that it was what he wanted, what he needed. “I love you. I want everything with you.”
“But I’ve never… What if I hurt you?” Kurt asked in concern, even though his aching cock was telling him to stop arguing and finally give it some release.
“You can never hurt me. It will be painful because it’s been a while but you can never hurt me,” Blaine said and gave him a chest kiss. “I want your first time to be special. I want our first time to be special.”
Kurt relaxed after his words. “Okay,” he said and rolled them over.
Blaine found lube and a condom in the bed stand and put them on the bed by his side. Kurt took the bottle and spread some lube on his finger, moving them for a little bit to make it warmer.
“Please, I need you,” Blaine begged, rutting under him, his legs spread wide.
“Anything for you,” Kurt said and lowered his hand.
Blaine let out a moan once Kurt’s finger started massaging the entrance. He shut his eyes and gave into the pleasure. Another moaned followed when Kurt’s finger slowly found its way inside. Kurt stilled his finger but Blaine whined and started moving. It was a perfect indication to continue.
“More,” Blaine managed after a few minutes.
Kurt was more than happy to fulfil the request and added the second finger, dragging them slowly in and out, scissoring and stretching.
“Feels so… good,” Blaine whispered and Kurt couldn’t take his eyes off his boyfriend who was literally fucking himself on his fingers, face full of pleasure, lips slightly parted. “More.”
Kurt didn’t hesitate to add another finger next to the other two. He knew that the third one was always slightly more painful so he stilled the fingers to let Blaine adjust just like he always used to do. And it hit Kurt that it wasn’t like any other time in the past. This time they were going all the way.
“Move,” Blaine encouraged him and started moving himself. For a few minutes they kept moving, harder, faster, but it wasn’t enough anymore. “I need you, babe. Please…”
Kurt nodded and watched Blaine rolling a condom on his cock, still moving the fingers inside him. Blaine spread the lube on Kurt with his shaky hands and settled back on the bed.
“I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you too,” Kurt said and pulled the fingers out.
He aligned himself with Blaine’s now redder entrance and slowly pushed in. He watched Blaine’s face to see any indication of pain but he could see only pleasure in the boy’s face so he kept pushing in as slowly as he could manage. After what seemed to be forever, his whole length was buried inside Blaine’s heat.
“Don’t move,” Blaine said biting his lip and placing his hands on Kurt’s lower back. “Give me a moment.”
“As long as you need,” Kurt said and started kissing Blaine’s neck making sure not to move his hips.
They stayed like that for a minute before Blaine got used to the stretch and asked Kurt to move slowly. The boy pulled out carefully until only the tip of his cock was left inside. It took his whole strength not to pound into him. He slowly pushed in; the slow drag made them both moan into each other’s mouth.
“You are so perfect,” Blaine said, his eyes never leaving Kurt’s now. He didn’t want to close his eyes – he needed to see that beautiful person he was with.
“Love you,” Kurt said, his jaw tight from trying to control himself.
Blaine placed his hand lower and made Kurt push a bit harder. They both moaned and Kurt looked questioningly at Blaine who did the same movement again and Kurt was lost. He started moving harder, increasing the pace with each thrust. He didn’t know how long he could last but he was determined to either make Blaine come first or come together. Kurt shifted a little to get a better leverage and Blaine literally screamed of pleasure. That was it – Kurt had found the perfect angle.
“Close,” Blaine managed in between the moans and incoherent murmurs.
“Come with me,” Kurt said, slapping even faster and he felt Blaine clenching around him.
They both came at the same time, screaming each other’s names. Kurt collapsed on Blaine in the mess of his come but he didn’t care. They both breathed heavily but smiled at each other once Kurt managed to get up a little bit. He pulled out, took the condom off, tied it up, and threw into the trash bin.
“It was perfect,” Blaine said, pulling Kurt closer to kiss him.
“Yes, it was,” Kurt smiled, kissing back. “Give me a second; I need to clean us up.”
Blaine was reluctant to let him go but Kurt managed to get out of his tired grip and brought a wet towel from the bathroom. He cleaned Blaine and then himself. The towel was thrown somewhere on the ground before Kurt went to bed and snuggled into Blaine who covered both of them with a duvet.
“Best birthday ever,” Blaine said and kissed Kurt’s forehead.
“I love you, birthday boy.”
