After the kiss, the boys decided to go to Blaine’s house. There they spent the whole day holding hands and talking about silly things. In fact, it wouldn’t matter even if they were quiet the whole time, they were just glad to be with the other. They could express their love now and that was just so good.
“It’s getting late, Blaine. I think I should go,” Kurt said, glancing at his watch. “My dad will be very worried if I don’t get home soon”
“You could stay the night if you want to,” Blaine cocked his head coyly. “My parents won’t be home until tomorrow, so it would be cool to be here with you alone,” Kurt smirked. “No! I didn’t mean it like that, you know I didn’t-”
“I would love to.” Kurt grinned.
“Really?” Blaine’s smile was so wide Kurt thought his face might split in two.
“Yeah. Let me just call my dad, ok?” Kurt stood up from the couch and gave his boyfriend – oh God, were they boyfriends? – a peck on the lips.
Blaine blushed.
“Are you going to blush every time we do that?” Kurt asked, smiling.
“I’m sorry, I’m just not used to it.”
“No, relax. I actually think it’s really cute.”
“Thank you.” He replied, face becoming redder.
“You’re welcome.” Kurt giggled.
At that moment, his phone rang.
“Oh, it’s my dad! I’ll be right back.”
He walked to Blaine’s room.
“Dad?”
“Kurt, where are you? It’s late, you always come home before this time, and you tell me before in case you won’t” Burt sounded preoccupied.
“I know, dad. I’m sorry. I was going to call you right now, actually. I’m at Blaine’s house. I’m going to stay here for the night, okay?”
“Um...okay, Kurt. Have fun.” Kurt noticed his dad’s voice trailing.
“Were you going to say something else, dad?”
“Yes, but we can talk later about it. I have to go now ‘cause your aunt is coming to spend the week here and I gotta go to the airport to pick her up”
“Aunt Maysa is coming? Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I’m sorry, kid, I totally forgot about it!”
“It’s fine. You should probably go now, we both know she doesn’t like to be kept waiting” They giggled.
“Yeah. Be safe, ok?”
“I’m at Blaine’s house. Of course I’ll be safe.”
“Sure…bye, Kurt. Goodnight”
“Dad!”
“What?”
“Text me when you’re both home, will you?”
“Ok, love you, kiddo.”
“Love you too, dad. ‘Night.”
When Kurt was going back to the living room, he heard Blaine talking on the phone with his mother.
“Yeah, mom. I know” Blaine blushed. “Look, I’ll talk to you later, ok? I love you.”
Blaine felt arms wrapping across his waist and tensed but relaxed as soon as he realized to whom they belonged.
“Was that your mom?”
“Yeah.”
“Can I ask you something?”
“Anything.”
“What did she say to make your face become so red, huh?” Kurt giggled and Blaine smiled shyly and amusingly at the same time because of the other boy’s adorableness.
“Um...it might have something to do with the fact that she knew about my feelings for you and she was extremely enthusiastic when I told her that we kissed.”
“You two have such a great relationship, don’t you? I really admire that. I’m sure that if my mom was alive today, she would be as supportive as yours.” Kurt said quietly, but loud enough to the other boy to hear.
Blaine hugged Kurt, sensing that the pale boy was in the verge of tears.
“I love you.”
“I love you too, Blaine,” Kurt whispered into Blaine's chest and then remembered something. "B, can I ask you a question?"
"Well, aren't you full of questions today?" Blaine said playfully.
"I'm sorry, it's just something I need to know before I go crazy."
"It's fine. Go on."
"What are we? I mean, we kissed and confessed our love to the other but we haven't put any labels into this and maybe that's not necessary but I just wanted-"
"Hey, calm down!" Blaine said, stopping Kurt's babbling. "Since you've approached this subject, that leads me to a question...Kurt Hummel, will you be my boyfriend?"
Kurt put his finger on his chin, pretending to think about it for a while but then he couldn’t take it any longer.
“Yes, of course! Yes, I’ll be your boyfriend!” Kurt launched himself into his boyfriend arms.
“May I…kiss you?” Blaine asked coyly.
“You know you don’t have to ask every time you want to kiss me, right? You can, obviously, we’re boyfriends now!”
So they kissed. They kissed until their lips were numb but they didn’t ever want to stop. But they had to, because as soon as they both fell in the couch, Kurt on top of Blaine, the latter felt all his blood rushing south, so he parted the kiss.
“I-I’m sorry.”
“ What happened, was it too much?”
“Yes, maybe. I’m sorry.”
“Hey…stop apologizing. We’ve just started dating, we should take this slow, right?”
“Yes. Thank you, Kurt. You’re awesome, did you know that?” He took Kurt’s hand.
“Yeah, I’ve been told” Kurt smirked.
“You must hear that often, I know. But if I may ask, who is the one telling you those things?”
“It’s been a day and you’re jealous already? Actually, you’re the person who tells me that, like almost every day.”
“That’s because you are perfect, honey”
“Did you just call me honey?”
“Yeah, don’t you like it? I can stop if you want to”
“Actually it’s really cute, you don’t have to stop. Now I think we should go to bed because we have school tomorrow.”
Blaine groaned. “Okay, at least I’ll get to cuddle you”
“Who told you that? I’ve said nothing about cuddling.”
“Please, you loved cuddling me when we were friends, don’t tell me anything changed ‘cause I know you’re a cuddle monster”
“Not as much as you are.”
And they continued “arguing” until they got to bed and agreed that, yes, they were both cuddle monsters, at least regarding to each other because being so close to each other was the best feeling in the world.
Blaine fell asleep before Kurt but it didn’t take long until the taller boy was dozing off as well. But then his mobile phone buzzed with a text and he assumed it was from his father telling him he and his aunt had arrived home.
Hey, Kurt. It’s aunt May here! Your father told me to text you to say we got home and I can’t say I didn’t get a little disappointed because you’re not here. I miss you so much. Burt told me you’re at Blaine’s house and I hope you bring him tomorrow when you come home. I remember how polite and adorable he was. It’s a pity you haven’t got your act together because you obviously are in love with each other since you met. I probably shouldn’t have said that, but screw it. Goodnight, have fun ;) – M
He couldn’t help but laugh at his aunt’s craziness. He loved her because of it. When he managed to stop laughing, he answered her text.
God, you talk too much, aunt May! I miss you too. I’ve noticed how much you love Blaine, so I’ll take him there tomorrow. Goodnight – K
It didn’t take long for him to sleep peacefully after that.

Their time at school was uneventful that day. Their classes were all boring, except for Kurt’s History and Blaine’s English class. All they had to look forward to was the time after school, when they got to see each other. Thankfully, it was already lunch break, only one class left for them to go home.
“Blaine, would you like to come to my house after school? My aunt Maysa is there and she wants to see you. You remember her, right?”
“How could I forget? She’s so funny! And of course I want to go.” Blaine gave a peck on Kurt’s lips. “Kurt, don’t you think it’s strange that Noah is nowhere to be found?”
“Yes, but I hope he transferred schools, I don’t want to see him ever again!”

After school, like promised, Kurt drove them to his house.
“Kurt! I’ve missed you so much!” Maysa said, hugging Kurt tightly “Oh my God, you’re even more gorgeous!”
“Thank you but can you let go? I can’t breathe!”
“Oh, sorry…” She stopped hugging Kurt and saw Blaine beside him. “Hey, Blaine! How are you?”
“I’m fine, thank you. What about you?”
“I’m great. So tell me…are you his boyfriend yet?”
“Maysa!” Burt said. “Don’t be inconvenient”
“Actually, dad…there’s something I need to tell you” Kurt sighed, then took Blaine’s hand on his own. “Blaine and I are dating.”
Whatever reaction both boys were expecting, it wasn’t the one they got.
“FINALLY!!” Burt yelled and jumped, actually jumped. “You’ve both been so oblivious to each other’s feelings sometimes I had the urge to shout you were in love. But seriously, I’m so happy for you both, I couldn’t ask for a better son-in-law and-”
“Dad! It’s not like we’re getting married, don’t make me blush!” Kurt exclaimed, embarrassed.
“But you will, honey. Trust me. You seem so in love and you’re both so beautiful together!”
They said nothing, just looked into each other’s eyes and smiled widely.
“Oh my God, I’m going to die with all this cuteness! But, Blaine, tell me something…is my nephew a good kisser?” She asked, almost whispering, but everyone in the room heard it.
Both Kurt and his dad spoke at the same time.
“Maysa!”
“Aunt May!”
