Author's Notes: here's part two, enjoy! I just wanna post all the ones I already wrote, to see if anyone even likes them. we'll see :)

After Blaine roamed some random floors, he decided to try the lobby. Maybe Kurt was passing through here. Not that he was trying to look for him or anything...he was merely just seeing the rest of the hotel, and maybe he'll just so happen to run into Kurt again. Yeah, that's it.

He was about to try the gift shop—because who knows, maybe Kurt had to deliver food in there—when he spotted the fair-skinned man making his way through the front entrance. Blaine smiled to himself; this was totally fate. He made his way over to Kurt, who was accompanied by a small brunette girl.

"Hey! Fancy seeing you here," Blaine smiled as he walked up to him.

"Oh, hey Blaine," Kurt's eyes filling with delight. "I work here, so of course you're going to see me around." He chuckled, as did Blaine. The brunette girl smiled and excused herself from the boys.

"I know, I know. So um when are you off? Maybe we can hang out, explore the city and what not...if you want to, I mean," Blaine finished kind of nervously. Kurt had that effect on him.

"Of course," Kurt replied, almost breathlessly. This had to be a dream, there was no way this handsome, sweet, and amazing guy was asking him out. Well, to hang out, but still. "I get off at 2, so any time after that is perfect."

"Awesome," Blaine smiled widely. "Okay, so I'll see you then? How about we exchange numbers so you can text me when you're done?" Kurt smiles and nods while he gets his phone out of his pocket. They exchange numbers and look at each other again.

"Well Blaine, I have to get back to work, but I'll see you later." Kurt smiles, saying bye to Blaine as he walks back over to Rachel. He glances back at Blaine who smiles at him before walking away, the grin never leaving his handsome face.

"Soo what happened with Mr. Cute Laugh?" Rachel giggles as they go back to the employee lounge.

"Nothing, nothing," Kurt rolled his eyes playfully but couldn't stop smiling. "He asked me to hang out with him later...and we exchanged numbers!" He bounces a little, his giddiness getting the better of him. Rachel squeals quietly.

"See! He obviously does like you! He couldn't stop smiling. Oh this is so cute, what's his name again? Blaine? You guys can be Blurt, or...Klaine!" Rachel rambles on enthusiastically.

"Alright whoa, slow down!" Kurt laughs at his best friend's antics. "We barely know each other. There's no 'Klaine' yet, and we don't know if there even will be."

"Please, you guys couldn't stop smiling at each other, it was adorable." Rachel giggles, putting her hat back on. "After your date, we are so having a sleepover with Mercedes and making you spill all the details."

"Okay one, it's not a date...I mean, he did ask for my number so I'm assuming he's gay too, but remember what happened last time I thought a guy was gay? That ended in utter humiliation." Kurt sighs, putting his hat back on too. Never has he been so embarrassed before, especially when the guy was just really friendly.

"Oh come on, if he's not gay than I clearly have really bad gay-dar." Rachel giggles again. "Even so, there's nothing wrong with making a friend, and maybe eventually becoming more. I mean, it doesn't work for me because I'm very, well, straight forward when I like a guy...but you're different so just see what happens."

"Yeah, I know. And we all saw how it was with Finn, so I promise to not do that." Kurt smiles jokingly, giving her a quick one-armed hug before both of them have to get back to work.

After the last few hours of his shift, Kurt is finally done. He sighs as he sits on the bench in the employee locker room, tying up his shoes after changing back into his normal clothes. He smiles to himself when he gets his phone out, sending a text to Blaine.

Hey, I just finished. Wanna meet up in the lobby?

Blaine responds almost immediately, which made Kurt feel warm that maybe Blaine was actually staring at his phone, waiting for Kurt's text.

Yeah! I'll head down in a few, I just need to get my shoes on. See you then :)

Instead of responding, Kurt smiles and stands, walking out of the locker room and takes a quick look in the mirror; he silently praises himself for wearing a decent outfit here, because even he had to admit he looked good. His light brown hair was a bit messy from wearing that hat all day, but with a quick run of his fingers, he fixed it right up. His light blue v-neck shirt clung nicely to his biceps and chest, and complimented his dark washed jeans. Yes, it was summertime, but that didn't stop Kurt from wearing long pants to look good. Besides, it was not that hot today.

He can't wait to tell Rachel and Mercedes this later—he has a feeling today is going to be one of the best days of his life. After finally heading out to the lobby, he glanced over at the elevators just in time to see Blaine getting off them. He smiled, but discreetly checked him out at the same time. And damn did he look amazing.

Blaine had on a nice white polo on, which was tucked into tan capri pants. Not only did the pants show off his perfectly shaped butt, but also Blaine's arms were practically bulging out of his shirt...not that Kurt was staring. He even put a little gel through his hair, keeping his small crop of curls in tact. And Kurt thought he looked good today...well, so much for not being nervous.

"Hey you," Blaine walks over to Kurt with a charming smile. Blaine also discreetly checked Kurt out, but Kurt was too busy looking down at the time to notice.

"H-hey," Kurt looks up and smiles, shaking off his nerves. Blaine is practically taking his breath away. Out of all the hot males that walked through the hotel over the time he has worked here, Blaine has got to be the hottest by far. "You look great. Um, so where do you wanna go?"

"Thank you. And I was thinking we could just walk around a little, and then maybe later grab a bite to eat? I'm sure you know this city better than I do." Blaine chuckles a little. Kurt nods and smiles.

"Yeah that sounds perfect. I can give you a tour of the place I've been living in for the past year and a half." He responds, his heart thumping faster as Blaine nods and gives a soft laugh. Kurt could really get used to this. Being with Blaine, hanging out with him, maybe kissing him one-day...okay stop. Getting carried away there, Hummel, he reprimands himself.

"Okay awesome. So let's go then." Blaine smiles and leads them out of the hotel. They walk next to each other in comfortable silence for a little, taking in the hustle and bustle of New York City. "So where are you from?"

"Lima, Ohio. The epitome of my childhood." Kurt states sarcastically, causing Blaine to laugh lightly again.

"Oh come on, it couldn't have been so bad. I'm from Westerville, Ohio actually. So not too far from Lima." Blaine smiles.

"Really? That's funny, we could've known each other then!" Kurt chuckles. Damn, if only he ventured outside his town more often. Blaine chuckles too. "But honestly, it wasn't so great. I got bullied through most of high school, mostly because I was different from all of them. That and the fact that it had to be one of the most homophobic towns ever."

"I hear ya," Blaine nods. "I was bullied too, and I even took a year off from public school to go to a private one. Which was good for me, but I missed my friends so I went back...I didn't get bullied when I came back though, because the kids who were cruel to me got expelled."

"Oh wow...it's nice to be able to relate to someone about that. All I get is sympathy, never anyone who really understands what I'm going through." Kurt pauses. "Why were you bulled, if I may ask?"

"It's okay, I'm fine now...I was bullied for the same reasons you were. Because I'm gay, and I guess everyone just had a problem with it." Blaine sighs, stuffing his hands into his pockets. Kurt looks at him, half-surprised that Blaine's gay too. He didn't want to assume, but who knows? He could've been just a flirty straight guy.

"The world is full of assholes, it just sucks that most of them start off as the bullies in high school." Kurt says, smiling softly at Blaine. "But we both got through it you know? Through their hate and pushing around...they didn't win."

"Yeah, exactly." Blaine smiles at Kurt, loving the way his pale blue eyes shimmer in the afternoon light. "So did they like, beat you up or...?"

"No, they just constantly threw me in dumpsters, shoved me into lockers and threw slushies in my face. I'm surprised my face isn't permanently a shade of blue from the amount of blue-raspberry ones that were thrown at me." Kurt chuckles.

"That wouldn't be too good," Blaine laughs. "But you'd still have an amazing face." He smiles sheepishly. Kurt only blushes, not quite used to hearing flirty lines like that.

"Thank you," Kurt smiles too. "It got pretty bad, especially when this one bully who would NOT leave me alone for the first few years. He actually gave me death threats. But anyway, how about you?"

Blaine sighs softly again. This was a tough subject for him to talk about. He didn't exactly want to remember that night, let alone tell the whole story again. But he likes Kurt, and he should tell him. He did share what happened to him.

"If you don't wanna talk about it, that's fine. I completely understand." Kurt said after Blaine was silent for a while.

"No, no, it's not that...it was just a really hard time in my life, that's all." Blaine smiles reassuringly, though the smile doesn't make it to his eyes like it did before. "I'll tell you later, I just wanna have fun now."

"Okay," Kurt nods. "I know this cool shop we can go to." He smiles and leads Blaine towards it. He just hopes that Blaine will actually open up later. If this is going anywhere, they can't exactly be strangers.

End Notes: oh so it mentions Mercedes, but I don't know if I'll actually write her in later. It's not that I don't want to, but sometimes writing TOO many characters can get hectic. But I do love Rachel, Kurt, and Mercedes' friendship on the show:) even though they don't show it as much anymore:(anyway, give me feedback please! :) Even if it's constructive criticism lol I'm not an amazing writer, I just like doing it for fun so yeah sorry for any awkward phrases or bad detailing. I'm working on it! :P
