“Ah, Mr. Anderson, so good of you to come.”

Anderson, Blaine Anderson… that was the name he went by now a days. Throughout the Centuries he’s had so many its hard to keep count, but what do you expect from a Vampire, espeacially one as old as he.

“So I take it my package has arrived then. Very well, wrap it up and send me the bill.”

“Yes Sir, Not a problem. Would you like to take it with you or should I have it delivered to your hotel?”

“ I’ll take it with me, I plan on leaving the City before the days out” He excepted the parcel from the man behind the counter. Its taken him decades to track down these books and he wasn’t about to part with it just yet.

“ oh yes, one more thing Figgins before I go. This little transaction stays between you and I. Do you understand? If that’s too hard for you to do… I will be back, and it won’t be very pretty”

Figgins tried to clear the knot in his throat to speak but no matter what, he couldn’t get a sound out. He knew that of all the creatures that roamed the earth, a vampire was one he did not want to cross. All he could do was stand there and stare as Blaine walked out the door and into the night.

The Limo was waiting for him as soon as he walked out. Blaine climbed into back and settled in the leather seats. He opened the Parcel and removed the small book that was inside.

“hello old friend, its been a while” All he could do was hold it in his hands. He dared not open it fearing the memories it would bring back. Through his life, ever since his embrace with darkness, he’s done his best to keep a record of his life, a journal of sorts. There had been over a thousand journals through the years, most still in his private library, but some were lost in time. Its Quite difficult if you think about to keep track of a book while navigating through battlefields during WWII, The American Revolution, even the Spanish Inquisition. As He thought about this he couldn’t help but giggle at some of the memories it brought back, like the time he almost fed on Dr. Einstein. Who knew that that fuzzy haired nut job would go on to do all he did. Just goes to to show you can never judge a book by its cover.
He turned the book on its side to see the dates.

“hmm, 1798 -1805. Not sure if I remember much about that time period. Oh well, if it was important I would have remembered it. “

“ Ok Blaine, Where to? Any Place you wanna check out before we check out? Catch a show? I know you love show tunes! Hmmm”

“No Sam, Not tonight. Ive seen everything already, after 3000 years Nothing really new surprises you anymore.”

“Ah Come on.. don’t be that way. “

“ Im serious Sam, Once you’ve done it all. Life really has no point anymore. I have wealth and power already, now its just going from day to day. But We will be making at least one stop before heading to the plane.”

“Oh really now? What you got in mind. Strip Club? You know I love a good titti bar.” Blaine just laughed at his friend , no matter how hard he tried Sam could never stay serious very long.

“ Sam..” He said trying not to smile

“ Oh god your not gonna make me go to a gay bar again are you? Cause last time, you totally let me flirt and kiss that chick who wasn’t a chick at all. Not cool Bro, NOT COOL!”

“Its not my fault you slept through basically biology the day they went over adams apples.”

Sam had been Blaines Human Assistant for 5 years now. He took care of all the day to day stuff that Blaine himself wasn’t able to do. He accompanied him to all his business meetings, chauffeured him around when need be, and above all else was his very best friend. Even as far as the bromance went, the one thing Blaine was missing, he could never find, and ended up giving up on it years ago…..Love.

“Sam…. I need to eat before we get to the airport”

“Oh…” No matter how long they’d be friends. Sam has never gotten use to the whole feeding off humans thing. The mention of it usually shuts him up and keep him quiet for the rest of the evening.

Sam shifted uncomfortably in the drivers seat and then cough a bit to clear his throat.

“Sure thing Mr. Anderson, any place in particular tonight?”

Blaine new the one in his voice, he knew that Sam didn’ t approve of his life but the boy would never dare to speak against his master.

“ I believe NYADA is on the way is it not?”
