Author's Notes: I know this one is short.
Morning hangs over the two lovebirds and so does the realization that Kurt has to come clean to his dad about Blaine. His dad knew they were dating but I don't think he pictured sex in the mix.
Kurt got up slowly trying not to wake Blaine but sorta rolled out creating a loud thud.
“Huh? What?” Blaine awoke.
“Sorry, I fell.”
“Oh, oh my. Are you okay?” Blaine asked.
Blaine pushed the sheets passed and leaned over to help Kurt up.
“Thank you.”
“Now the moment of truth.” Kurt mumbles putting clothes on.
Blaine reaches over for his phone and reads the time. 7:05.
“If you'd like, I can still sneak out?” Blaine asked.
Oh no, Blaine had heard Kurt's mumble. Oddly Kurt wanted to say yes just because it would be easier, but he didn't want to treat Blaine like a common whore.
“No-no, stay, please. Everything will be okay. I promise.”
“Kurt don't worry. This is not usually they way to bring up sex with the parents. I can leave. No big deal. I won't feel slutty or anything.”
Wow, it was like Blaine could read Kurt's mind.
Kurt was seriously wanting to take Blaine up on his offer. His head screamed Yes, but kept thinking what if it was reverse and Kurt was in Blaine's shoes. Would he want to be snuk out?
Just then fate decided to chose for him. Two hard knocks rapped the door.
“Want me to hide?” Blaine asked.
Everything was happening so fast and Kurt didn't know what to say. He just stood there, silent, but then, the door swung open.
“I'm out of sham- What's going on here.” Finn, stood wide-eyed at the door, shifting his looks from Kurt to Blaine and vice-verse.
“I can explain.” Kurt interjected.
Blaine closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Finn took another couple steps in to his step-brothers room and closed the door behind him.
“Kurt.” Finn said.
Kurt felt like he was being interrogated. Both eyes were on him. He didn't know what to say.
“I'm not dad. Tell me, so I can help. I don't think dad is ready to know his son, is sexually active.”
Blaine smiled. Kurt blinked a couple times and then turned to face Blaine.
“Whatta we do?” Kurt finally asked.
“Blaine, sneak out. Trust me it's for the best. I suggest you do it through my bedroom window. There's a small but stable landing and from there you can jump down. Quinn uses it all the time.”
“Okay?” Blaine said about to stand up but then stopped.
“Wait, I don't you to go.” Kurt turns to Finn. How mad will dad be?”
“Not mad really, just surprised. Trust me, Kurt, buddy. This isn't how you should tell Burt about you and Blaine getting this serious. Talk to him about dinner about it. Don't startle him with bringing him down for breakfast.”
“I agree Kurt. Please, don't worry about me.”
“Fine.”
“Meet me in my room in 5 minutes.” Finn walks out and closes the door behind him.
“I'm sorry.” Kurt says. He moves over to Blaine and hands him his pants.
“Don't be.”
Kurt watches Blaine dress and then leads him quietly out of his bedroom, over to Finn's.
Burt, Kurt's dad, seems to be still sleeping and everything is going as plan.
Kurt watches as Blaine jumps off the landing and then continues down the street.
“Thank you.” Says Kurt hugging Finn.
“No problem. You really love him don't you?”
“Yes. I do.”
“Well then I'm happy for you.”
“Thank you.”
“No more sleep overs next time okay?”
“Yes sir.” Kurt raises his hand to his head and smiles.
“Now... back to the original problem, I'm out of shampoo. Do you have anyone that doesn't smell fruity.”
Kurt thinks it over. “I have one that smell like oranges.”
“Yeah no...”
“Sorry, Finn.”
“No problem.
End Notes: The next one will be longer. I promise.
