Author's Notes: Here's my newest story! Enjoy! Thanks for reading!
Kurt didn't know why he agreed to join Puck and Finn tonight but he did. They hadn't told him where they were going but they told him to bring his new car. At his age, 22 and fresh out of college, not many had a brand new Camaro and he did. Puck had a Challenger and was revving his engine next to him. Kurt shook his head and waited for the light to change. Puck took off, tires squealing, and Kurt just drove behind him.

They went down some side streets until they came to a large alley way. Puck stopped and Kurt hit his brakes as a few guys walked up to their cars. Kurt put his window down as one of the men came back to him.

“Puckerman says you're with him.”

“I am.”

“There's a spot next to his car. You can park there. You don't need to run tonight but...you might want to reconsider. You'll get five hundred cash I you win the night.”

“I'll think about it,” he replied. He followed Puck down to a spot and backed his car in. He got out inspecting it. The red car was spotless. He'd washed it earlier in the day and cleaned it up. Puck and Finn walked over to him smiling mischievously.

“What?”

“You're racing tonight. Your Camaro is a brand spanking new one, Kurt! You would kick all of their asses including Anderson's!” Puck said.

“Who?”

“Blaine Anderson. His father is loaded and got him a brand new Mustang. Before it was even released to the public. His dad is loaded. Anderson shells out all of the winning money from his bank account,” Finn said.

“So what, he thinks he's some bad ass?” Kurt asked.

“He is a bad ass, Kurt. Nobody messes with him. You're a fool to race him. I've tried three times and lost. Now you, you have a really good car and a really good chance,” Puck replied.

“I don't know, Puck. I didn't come to race. I came to watch.”

“Well, too bad. We'll make you race. And, if he challenges you, you have to race.”

“Then I'm leaving,” Kurt replied. Puck and Finn blocked his door and crossed their arms.

“Hey, Puckerman. Come to lose again?” a voice asked. Kurt turned from Puck and Finn to see the most handsome guy he'd ever seen. He had short black curls and breath taking hazel eyes. He had on tight dark wash jeans and a plain dark red shirt that clung to his torso and muscles. Kurt felt his jaw drop and his heart stop beating. The man smiled at Kurt when he noticed him and took in his appearance. His eyes traveled up and down Kurt's body.

“Who's this?” he asked.

“Hey Anderson, and I'm not racing tonight. I brought a friend with me. Blaine Anderson, this is Kurt Hummel, Finn's step-brother.”

“It's nice to finally meet you Kurt,” Blaine said holding his hand out. Of course, the “bad ass” was the guy who looked flawless.

“You too,” Kurt replied stupidly. He mentally kicked himself for that one. He let Blaine's hand go and stepped back to his car.

“Puck here says you have a brand new car. You up to race?”

“I didn't come here to race.”

“Well, if you're challenged sweet heart than you need to run.”

“We'll see about that,” Kurt said crossing his arms. Blaine shook his head and walked away. Two girls suddenly came up to him and kissed his cheeks. Of course, resident dumb ass was straight. Why did Kurt even bother? He turned and unlocked his car but Puck and Finn were still in his way.

“Come on, guys. I need to go. I'm not going to do this...”

“No. You are racing. I'll make sure of it,” Puck said. Kurt sat down against the hood of his car and crossed his arms. Puck was walking back with Blaine talking to him. They stopped in front of him and Puck crossed his arms.

“Let's go, Kurt. I challenge you to a race,” Blaine said. Kurt stood up and looked down into his...achingly beautiful hazel eyes.

“Fine. Let's go,” Kurt said against his better judgment. Turning, he walked back to his car and unlocked it. He turned to see Blaine with a smirk on his face.

“Enjoying the view?” Kurt asked, sneering.

“Yes, I am,” Blaine said winking.

“Then enjoy it, you'll be seeing the ass of my car as I kick yours.”

“Feisty. Let's go then!” Blaine said turning and running to his car. Kurt got in his and started his car. The engine roared to life ready to kick some ass. Kurt pulled up at the starting line next to Blaine. His Mustang was a black one with a white stripe down the side. Blaine looked over at him and winked at him. Kurt shook his head and revved his car. The ditzy blonde standing between them waved the flag and threw it down.

Both of them hit the gas and took off. They were side by side for the first hundred feet and then Kurt pulled away. He pressed down on the gas harder and looked in his rear view. Blaine was still next to him but Kurt had the lead. They crossed the finish line, Kurt in front, and he hit his brakes. Blaine pulled up next to him and got out. Kurt got out ready to face him if he tried anything. Instead Blaine stopped in front of him and put his hands in his pockets. He looked Kurt up and down and then smiled at him. He handed him a wad of cash and put his hand back in his pocket.

“Not bad. You were good.”

“Not bad yourself...” Kurt replied. Blaine held one hand out for Kurt and he shook it. When Blaine let his hand go he ran for his car and got in and sped off. Kurt looked down in his hand and saw a folded up piece of paper. He opened and saw a phone number. Underneath the number it said 'text me. Hope to see you next week'. Kurt put it in his pocket and shook his head. He got in his car and left wondering if he should bother to show up.
