“Who is that?” Kurt asked. Cooper turned looking at him confused and then saw the young man on his couch.
“That would be my little brother, Blaine,” Cooper said.
“Brother?” Kurt asked. Cooper had never mentioned a little brother.
“Yeah...half brother really but still...my brother,” Cooper said. Kurt looked at the young man closely. He looked nothing like Cooper. They had the same black hair but Blaine's was gelled back, probably curly normally. Cooper's fell loosely over his face. Blaine had amazing hazel eyes that were so warm and welcoming. Cooper had ice cold blue eyes. And the little smile that played on his face sent shivers down his spine. Cooper barely smiled at him like that anymore...things were getting tough but they'd make it through it all.
“Hi...” Blaine said. That voice! It was so soft and innocent and Kurt liked it. Wait...what the hell? He was dating Cooper...he can't do this to him.
“Kurt. Blaine this is Kurt,” Cooper said.
“Why's he here?” Kurt asked.
“My parents wanted him to stay for the weekend...” Cooper replied.
“You didn't bother to tell me this...” Kurt said crossing his arms. Cooper looked at him and sighed.
“I'm sorry...I didn't think he'd be here already. And how did you get in anyway?” Cooper asked.
“You gave me a key a month ago,” Blaine replied.
“We've been dating for six months and you haven't even mentioned the existence of a brother,” Kurt said.
“I'm sorry. I wanted to make sure we were going to be together for a while and I didn't want you to meet him until I knew we were good,” Cooper said.
“Why? I would have loved to have met him before this...walking in like we were...I really don't think he liked that,” Kurt said.
“The only reason you wouldn't meet me until he decided to let you is because I'm gay...” Blaine said then. Kurt looked over at him surprised and felt something in him stir. This boy seemed so different compared to Cooper.
“Are he serious Cooper? Just because he's gay?” Kurt asked.
“No. Ignore him...that's not the reason,” Cooper said. Kurt sighed and shook his head the mood completely gone.
“Why don't I just go so you can spend time with Blaine?” Kurt asked. Cooper looked at him upset and then shook his head.
“Stay for a bit...then you can actually get to know him. I'd like for you to know him...I really do,” Cooper said. Kurt looked over at Blaine and nodded.
“Sure...order in?” Kurt asked.
“I'll go pick up some food from that Chinese place. I know what you two like so I'll go down now,” Cooper said grabbing his keys and leaving. Blaine sat back on the couch and Kurt went to the chair across from it.
“I know you won't believe me but I'm pretty sure that the reason you haven't met me is because I'm gay,” Blaine said.
“Why?”
“His last boyfriend broke up with him because he met me...and said he thought I was cuter and funnier...he left Cooper for me but nothing happened between me and the guy. I didn't like him. I was happy that Cooper was happy,” Blaine replied.
“How old are you?” Kurt asked.
“Eighteen. Senior in high school. You?” he replied.
“Twenty...sophomore in college. I go to school in New York. It's winter break so I'll be here until I go back,” Kurt said.
“I plan on going to New York for school. I applied to NYADA,” he said. Kurt looked at him surprised.
“I go there too...you'll love it,” Kurt said smiling.
“I just hope I get in...”
“You will,” Kurt said happily.
“I like you...don't hurt my brother,” Blaine said. Kurt sat back nodding and then looked away from those eyes.
“We've made it this far together with him here while I stay in New York for school. I wish he would visit but he says he can't,” Kurt replied.
“I'm sorry,” Blaine said. Kurt looked over at him and nodded. He was captivated by his eyes still. He didn't stop watching Blaine until Cooper came back with the food.
“Eat up guys...” Cooper said putting his arm around Kurt as he sat by him. Kurt picked up a box of the chicken and sauce and started to eat. Cooper and him shared the food and kissed here and there.
“Why don't I take off? I have to drive a bit before I get to my house,” Kurt said.
“Stay for the night? I really want you here,” Cooper said.
“Are you sure?” he asked looking at Blaine.
“Stay. He won't mind,” Cooper said.
“No it's okay...you can stay. I'll be in the guest room anyway,” Blaine said. Kurt nodded and they made their way into the bedroom. Kurt laid down and soon Cooper laid behind him and put an arm around him. A part of him wished it was Blaine. How could I even think that? He thought. That night his dreams were filled with those hazel eyes and that smile of perfection.

I'm actually starting to hate kurt! Don't do this to poor blaine! come on rachel, say something!!!!!!
I don't want anybody to hate Kurt! Not what I wanted but...I mean...with Cooper moving to New York maybe it was for the best to do it...
Honestly, I would love to see Kurt and Blaine stay together cause they just belong together but I don't want Kurt to feel bad about it in the end but some angst is definitely needed...haha
I was going to do the next story with them together....it does need angst but who knows what it will be right now. I'm not spoiling anything. :)
Aww, I just find it sad that Kurt wasn't the first one who liked Blaine better than Coop :,(
I sorry :(
