Kurt found himself in the middle of the woods with Erica. She looked at him worried and then sighed and spoke up.

“I'm assuming you told Blaine about your vision?”

“Yeah...”

“It was about his brother, right?”

“Yeah. How did you know?”

“I heard the last bit of information as we got closer to the house. So, he told you everything?”

“Yeah...look...I need your help.”

“What for?”

“I want to know what happened to his brother. If I can give some closure to Blaine, I want to.”

“Kurt? Please, be careful. You may not like what you find...” Erica said.

“What do you mean?”

“I'll let you figure that out on your own. Good luck,” she said. She left him in the middle of the forest dumbstruck. Kurt got back to the house and grabbed his laptop. He went right up to their room and locked the door. He got hooked up to the internet and looked up ancestors. He looked up the last name and found a Thomas Blaine and Rachel Blaine. He opened up the family tree and saw the names of their three children. Thomas Blaine, eldest, Andrew Blaine, second eldest, Hannah Blaine, third oldest, and Mary Alice Blaine, youngest. He didn't remember a Mary Alice and clicked on her name.

Looking at it hurt. She had been born a year after Blaine had left his family. She lived to be ten. Why she died it didn't say but Kurt assumed disease. Once he finished his hunt he would inform Blaine of this. He went back to the other page and clicked on Hannah's name. Hannah had lived to thirty five and had three of her own children, all sons. The last name, Blaine, carried on into the late 1800's when it had been changed due to marriages.

He went back to the main page and clicked on Blaine's name. There was nothing on his page besides his day of death. Kurt went back and clicked on Thomas's name. There was no day of death for him also. Kurt knew Blaine's reason of disappearing but Thomas's confused him.

He tried looking up articles about Blaine's brother but found nothing. He found one saying that they might have found his body after 200 years but it wasn't confirmed. Kurt yelled for Erica to come up and he unlocked the bedroom door.

“Get Blaine out of the house. I'm calling somebody...”

“Are you sure?”

“Please?”

“Fine...we'll see you later. Text me what you find out.”

“As long as you don't tell him?”

“I promise,” Erica said smiling. He nodded and closed the door pulling his phone out. Once he saw they had left he dialed the number and hit send. He placed the phone to his ear hoping he'd answer.

“Kurt?”

“Hi, Simon. I can't believe I'm saying this but...I need your help.”

“Sure. Is Blaine okay?”

“Yeah. Look, you know Blaine had a family before you took him. Well, I saw a vision of him and his brother and Blaine told me he never saw him after he left.”

“No, he didn't. We avoided his home for years.”

“Well...I've been digging and found that his brother went missing and was never found. They never officially confirmed him dead, yet Blaine they did.”

“Because, I may have had something to do with that...”

“I don't want to know. But! I do want to know one thing.”

“Okay...”

“Is Thomas Blaine alive?”

“Kurt...don't do this.”

“Is he alive?! If he is I need to be able to get a hold of him.”

“Thomas Blaine is alive, if that's what you want to call it. I can help you get a hold of him but you can't tell Blaine.”

“Why not?” Kurt asked.

“Thomas is the reason he is alive right now. Thomas had something to do with Blaine's change. I won't tell you the story, that is Thomas's story.”

“What's his name now?”

“Cooper James.”

“Text me his number. I'm meeting with him. I swear, if this is all a lie I will hunt you down myself.”

“It's not. Fine, I'll give you his number. Be careful...he's strong. He may be ten years younger than Blaine but he's one of the most powerful I've seen.”

“I'll take that into consideration. Bye.”

Kurt hung up and waited for the number. Once he got the number he called Simon back. But, the phone was out of service. Kurt hung up and growled. He threw his phone on the bed before he could smash it. Once he got over Simon he called the number. It rang but then a man answered.

“Cooper James?”
