Author's Notes: Thanks for reading! :)
Kurt saw Blaine's eyes darken and he shrank back. Blaine looked away from him and down to the ground.

“He's only a creation...Sebastian means nothing to me,” Blaine said. Kurt glared at him.

“I'm only a creation too. Do I mean nothing to you also?” Kurt said getting up. He crossed his arms and glared down at Blaine.

“No! I mean...you mean everything to me Kurt! Sebastian is nothing to me. We had a fight and he's hated me since,” Blaine said standing up.

“What did you fight about?” he asked. Kurt was glaring daggers at Blaine by this point.

“Sit,” Blaine said. Kurt shook his head and stayed standing. He saw something shift in Blaine's eyes.

“Sit,” Blaine repeated. Kurt gave in and sat down.

“Stop using compulsion!” Kurt yelled. He hated when Blaine used compulsion on it. Kurt listened and did as he was told because every fiber in him made him listen. Blaine had only used it though when things got close to a fight.

“Stop making me use it. So sit and listen to me,” Blaine said. Kurt crossed his arms again as Blaine sat on the coffee table and faced him.

“Don't sit on the furniture...you'll break it,” Kurt said.

“No, I won't,” Blaine said scoffing. Kurt sat back and waited.

“After spending a few decades on my own I met Sebastian. I was living in France at the time while he was living with his parents in France. I found him alone one night outside because his dad had kicked him out for being gay,” Blaine said.

“At this point in time, gay was unaccepted. It was hated and he would be despised once people would have found out about him,” Blaine said. Kurt nodded slightly and looked back up at Blaine.

“I told him who I was and what I was. He was intrigued. He wanted to know more so I took him back to my house. I explained what he could have if he let me change him,” Blaine continued. Kurt looked up at him and saw an emotion in Blaine's eyes. They had softened and looked down sadly.

“You regret it?”

“I don't know...let me continue and you'll see what I mean,” Blaine said. Kurt nodded and let him go on.

“Sebastian let me change him and bring him here. We got close and soon we we're officially dating. I was happy for a while. Then he got too close...too touchy for me. He wanted more from me. I had started doubting our relationship at that point. That he just wanted one thing. I wasn't like that and he was only my first relationship,” Blaine said. Kurt saw he started getting upset at this point. Kurt patted the cushion beside him for Blaine to come and sit. He did and Kurt put his arms around Blaine.

“I wasn't sure he was the one I wanted for life. He was so possessive of me. Like I was a trophy to him...I hated it. I dumped him after a few months,” Blaine said quietly. Kurt nodded and kissed Blaine's forehead.

“He wasn't happy was he?”

“No...he followed me wherever I went. He kept trying to get me back. After a while he left me alone. I was surprised but knew he was still around wherever I went. Then two years ago I met you. He left me alone but he was always giving me dirty looks,” Blaine said. Kurt smiled at the fond memory. Blaine had started attending high school with Kurt. Kurt didn't know until a year after they started dating that Blaine had been watching him for a while beforehand. That was when Blaine told him he was a vampire. Kurt loved him still and Blaine couldn't have been happier that Kurt still wanted him.

“So...he hasn't bothered with you until now?” Kurt asked.

“Pretty much,” Blaine said. They lay cuddled on the couch for a few minutes until Blaine got up.

“I'll be right back,” Blaine said. Kurt watched him leave and then laid down on the couch. A knock sounded on the door and Kurt got up to open it thinking it was Blaine. It wasn't. Who stood there was Sebastian. Kurt started to close the door but Sebastian put his hand out and stopped it and walked in. Kurt moved away from him as Sebastian shut the door.

“What do you want?” Kurt asked. He was scared wondering what Sebastian wanted. Sebastian walked around the room looking at him.

“I can see why he changed you...you're gorgeous but you just aren't good enough...” Sebastian said shaking his head. Kurt was watching him and noticed a black outline forming around Sebastian. Red had surrounded him earlier and now black was? Kurt was thoroughly confused on what was going on. He thought he was starting to black out until he blinked and looked away and it was gone. Sebastian was now right in front of him and startled him. He jumped when he felt Sebastian's hands wrap around the upper part of his arms. He looked up to see Sebastian glaring down at him.

“Blaine doesn't love you Kurt...it's what he says to change you, and once he's through with you he leaves you to fend for yourself,” Sebastian said. Kurt shuddered and tried to pull away again. His hold tightened on Kurt's arms and Kurt glared daggers at him.

“Go away,” Kurt spit at him.

“No...I'm here to stay,” he said.

“Blaine told me about you...you just can't take no for an answer can you?”

“Blaine never wanted you...and he still doesn't. He never spoke highly of you here no matter what those fools say. You're nothing to him,” Sebastian said. Kurt saw the shift in Sebastian's eyes and tried to look away but it was too late. He felt the compulsion working on him. He felt Sebastian being ripped away from him and he blinked a few times. He looked up to see Blaine holding Sebastian by the neck against the wall.

“Don't you ever, ever come back here again!” Blaine snarled at him. Kurt went over slowly. He'd only seen Blaine like this once before and he had killed the guy.

“Blaine...?” he said quietly. Blaine looked over at him. Anger was written across Blaine's face and Kurt shrank back.

“Blaine you're scaring the poor boy...let me go,” Sebastian hissed. Blaine turned back to him and growled.

“Get out,” Blaine spat at him and let him go. Sebastian fixed his shirt and walked out of the room. Blaine stood with his fists clenched.

“Blaine? Are you okay?” Kurt asked quietly.

“What did he say?” Blaine asked. Kurt looked down and sighed.

“He said...you'll leave me once you're done with me. That you never even wanted me...I'm nothing to you...” he said quietly. The next thing he knew he was wrapped by Blaine's arms and kisses were being placed all over his neck.

“Don't you ever...ever think that what he said is true. You mean everything to me and you always will. I love you so much Kurt and I plan on never letting you go,” Blaine said.

“Promise?” Kurt said.

“Kurt I promised you forever and I meant it. I want you with me forever. Sebastian is mad because I don't want him like I want you,” Blaine said. Blaine's hands were now on his face and he was smiling lightly.

“I want you too...I just can't stand how he thinks he can just come in here and say that I mean nothing to you,” Kurt said.

“I know...he's a pompous jack ass...I love you so much Kurt and always will...forever,” Blaine said. Kurt kissed him and sighed.

“Can I ask you something?” Kurt asked hesitantly.

“Sure...anything,” Blaine said.

“Earlier...I saw something golden around Wes...then orange around you...then Sebastian was red and when he came here I saw black. What is it?” Kurt asked. Blaine looked at him confused and shook his head.

“I don't know...it might just be your eyes getting adjusted to the colors. If it happens again let me know,” Blaine said. Kurt nodded and Blaine led him to the bedroom. Blaine turned on the TV and switched to the news channel.

“I'm sorry Kurt...but I want to show you this...” Blaine said. Kurt looked at the TV hesitantly. A news reporter was standing in front a black mass.

“Two teenage boys perished in a house fire earlier this morning. Right now there is no idea as to what started the fire but investigators have started to investigate what may have caused it. The house is so far gone that they have not been able to locate any bodies but the families are at ease with that. Now they just mourn their children that perished so suddenly,” the lady said. Kurt sat down on the bed stunned. Blaine had made sure the house burned down completely.

“This leaves it open to go back if you ever want. We can say it was a break in gone wrong...we managed to get away and come back home,” Blaine said. Kurt stared at him and then the floor. Before he knew it tears were streaming down his cheeks and Blaine had him under the bed covers and was laying with him.

“I'm sorry it had to be this way but it was for the best. Especially with you being a newborn...you don't have that much control when you smell blood,” Blaine said.

“I know...I understand,” Kurt said nodding. He laid his head on Blaine's chest and sighed. Soon he fell asleep still wrapped up in his boyfriends arms.
End Notes: So...can I get at least one review on this so I know what people think of the story so far? :) It'd mean a lot to me!
