It all began when Kurt started a new job teaching drama at the local school, Andy was the first person there to take an interest in Kurt; he showed Kurt around the school and pretty much became his "buddy". They quickly became friends which then formed into a full blown affair. Kurt still loved Blaine, of course he did they had been together since High School, but he wasn't the only person in Kurt's heart anymore, Andy had taken up a percentage of it now.

Blaine did get suspicious of Kurt's new best friend, and on occasion would question Kurt about their relationship, but he would just dodge the question or tell Blaine there was nothing to worry about as Andy was straight. Deep down Blaine knew Kurt wasn't being faithful and it killed him but he never actually questioned Kurt on cheating, because even if Kurt wasn't being totally truthful with him he was still in his life and they were still married, and Blaine still needed Kurt in his life.

Kurt and Andy had been together for two years before Blaine got actual proof of Kurt's adultery. Kurt had come home from work one night and said he had to go on a school trip that weekend for all the drama students, Blaine was disappointed as that weekend it was going to be all about him and Kurt, as Kurt had been staying at work late to mark essays - although both Kurt and Blaine knew essays was the last thing on Kurt's mind.
So that weekend Kurt went off on the school trip, Blaine actually thought Kurt was going on a school trip though, little did he know that he was going to stay with Andy in New York for the weekend. The Saturday night of that weekend, Blaine got a phonecall at midnight there was no caller ID, Blaine still answered though, on the other line he heard deep breathing and finally someone said "Your sweet ass husband is cheating on you. He is in New York with his lover. The pictures will be arriving on Monday." The caller then hung up, Blaine shot up in bed and immediately flet dizzy, he ran to the bathroom and violently threw up in the toilet.

For the rest of the weekend Blaine stayed in the house and watched TV, he couldn't concentrate on anything but the phone call he had received prior to the day before. Monday arrived and just as the caller had promised so did the photos, Blaine ripped open the envelope and stared at the photos, there were several photos of Kurt down an alley locking lips with Andy, other one's of them holding hands in the middle of New York city, the next one shocked Blaine more than the others; the photographer had zoomed in on Kurt's hands and there was something missing from Kurt's left hand. His wedding band. Blaine could really feel the tears coming strong then, he managed to check the time on his phone and realised Kurt was going to be home soon, he quickly ran into the bathroom and tried to make himself look presentable for his husband, his cheating husband.

Blaine never asked Kurt about the photos he just hid them and waited for the next source of evidence to arrive. This time it was a voice recording and a video, Blaine had watched American Soaps he knew what was on the video, he listened to the voice recording; it was Kurt and Andy talking in Kurt's classroom, most of it was muffled but Blaine heard the odd word and sentence. He heard Kurt telling Andy that Blaine was at a family arrangment so he was free to come round. Blaine remembered when he had told Kurt about his Mother's birthday party and how he had told him that he had masses of essays to mark, now Blaine thought about it Kurt just wanted him out of the house so he could fuck his lover. Then reality hit Blaine hard, what if they had done it in their bed? Blaine gasped and suddenly jumped up from the bed and slowly slid to the floor. He remembered back to their wedding day when they had vowed to stay faithful, he wanted to know what he had done to deserve this.

About a week later Blaine couldn't take anymore, he was going to tell Kurt he knew. Kurt came home from work, late again, Blaine was stood by the kitchen table with a suitcase by his feet, on the table was the voice recording, the video tape and the photographs. Kurt opened the door and immediately saw Blaine.
"Blaine? What's going on?" He began to walk closer to his husband and wiped away the tears rolling down his cheeks.
"I'm leaving you Kurt."
"What? Why?"
"Why? WHY? BECAUSE YOU'RE CHEATING ON ME KURT!"
"I'm not!" Then Blaine turned around and picked up the evidence from the table and threw it at Kurt, he looked at the photos and gasped, Blaine started to nod his head and picked up his suitcase he walked over to the door and dropped it.
"Why did you do it Kurt? I loved you, I fucking loved you!"
"I'm sorry Blaine, I never meant to hurt you!"
"I would have done anything for you, anything, and you go and throw it all back in my face. I would have fucking died for you Kurt, but you'd much rather fuck Andy!"
"I love you Blaine"
"Clearly not enough, or you wouldn't have ripped out my heart and stamped all over it!" Kurt walked closer to Blaine, but Blaine just shoved him away.
"How long?" Blaine asked.
"I need you Bl-"
"HOW FUCKING LONG KURT?"
"Three years.."
"Do you love him?"
"Not as much as you!"
"No, fuck you Kurt. Not anymore, this is going to murder me, but I can't live with you anymore."
Kurt practically begged Blaine to stay, Blaine kissed Kurt's cheek and took his wedding band off and placed it in Kurt's hand and walked out of the door.
Kurt stood in the middle of the room and slowly sunk down to the floor, this couldn't be happening to him. Kurt's hand came up to his cheek and he kept it there, it was the last time Blaine was ever going to touch him, he then kissed Blaine's band. He thought Blaine hated him, little did he know Blaine was crying his heart out in his car thinking he had just made the biggest mistake of his life.
