Author's Notes:

So what do you guys think? And I'm done with HS now (FINALLY!! WHOHO ;P ) so I'll have a lot of time now to write! I'm going to New York in 9 days (who's counting?) but when I'm home again, I'll write more often!

And just so you know, I'm not that familiar with the music/manager occupation so if this is not what they do or something, I'm sorry about that. But I hope you can just go with it. And if someone knows a lot about it, I would love to know as much as possible, it makes this a lot easier. You can DM me here or talk to me on twitter @KlaineEternity.

I'll see you guys soon! Have a great summer xx

Chapter 8

He wants to meet us in an hour! I have the address, I'll come pic you up at your house in 30 min! Bring your guitar – Q

“Ah fuck… baby” Kurt moans and ignores his phone; he has something more important on his mind right now.

Blaine kisses him down the neck. And longer… longer down. Kurt gasps when he sucks on his hip, just where his tattoo is. He is busted; he likes it when Blaine sucks on his tattoos. And Blaine knows it.

Kurt spread his legs even more apart, wanting Blaine inside him, but he isn't sure if he should ask. Kurt knows Blaine isn't comfortable with that and he isn't sure if he is ready for that either. He has never let anybody do it to him, he have always been the one to top. But Blaine doesn't even want to suck Kurt, so they need to take it slow. Kurt understands why, this is all new to him, so Kurt has to be patient.

“Fuck, baby” Kurt moans again, thrusting his hips up against his own will.

Blaine moans too and rocks his hips down, biting his lip as he looks at Kurt. Kurt looks up; trying to read the other boys face, but all he can see is pleasure. No sign that he wants to go any further.

Kurt phone suddenly starts to ring and Kurt groans, deciding to just ignore it.

It doesn't stop though.

“Are… are you going to take it?” Blaine mumbles, kissing Kurt's chest and neck.

Kurt groans and takes the phone. Blaine is about to pull away, but Kurt wines. He is only going to make this person who is calling to stop calling before going back to Blaine.

He looks at the ID, “What?!” he says angry, pressing Blaine's body closer to his.

“You're not answering your text” Quinn says, sounding stressed.

Kurt gasps slightly, “I'm… fuck… I'm busy”

“I can hear that, but you need to get ready! Mr. Grant wants to talk to us now, and I'm on my way to your house.”

Kurt sits up, making Blaine fall down on the other side of the bed with a little thud.

“No, don't come to my house. I'm not home, so just drive to the park not far away from my house. I'll be there in ten” Kurt says to Quinn and gets out of the bed, trying to find his boxers.

“Okay fine… see you soon” she says confused.

Quinn hangs up and Kurt throws his phone on the bed, looking for his clothes.

“What's going on?” Blaine asks, still lying on the bed, naked.

“I forgot to tell you last night…” Kurt says, putting on his pants, “after the concert this producer wanted to talk to us. I don't know who he is, but according to the others, he's a big famous guy in LA” Kurt shrugs, trying to sound like he doesn't really care.

“Are you serious?” Blaine asks, getting out of the bed, “that's amazing!”

“I guess so… Well I need to go, I'll come back after.”

Blaine smiles a little, “I hope so… we need to continue this”

Kurt grins and kisses Blaine softly, taking one more look at his hot boyfriend before getting out of his room.

Xx

“Okay guys, this is serious, so behave.” Quinn says as she parks the car outside a big hotel fifteen minutes outside Lima.

Kurt rolls his eyes, but can see this means a lot to Quinn, so of course he is going to try. This is a big opportunity, so he doesn't want to mess this up either.

They walk inside and can see this isn't the cheapest hotel. Quinn walks over to a woman in a blue suit and tied back dark brown hair by the desk. Quinn tells her they have an appointment with Jace Grant and she checks something on her computer. With a smile she asks them to follow her. They take the elevator up to 32nd floor and the woman gives directions to the producer's room.

They find it easily and Puck knocks on the door, a big grin on his face. Kurt rolls his eyes at his face that looks like a five year old that is getting candy.

The door opens and Mr. Grant is smiling brightly.

“Demons of the neighborhood!” he says and lets them in.

They walk in and he offers everyone some drinks and food. Puck, of course, takes some food.

“So, should we just go right to it?” he says and sits down on the other couch.

They nod.

“First of: someone had filmed your performance last night and put it out on youtube. I gave the video to some people at the studio, and they really love you guys. So I made some calls and if you guys are interested, you have a record deal”

“Are you serious?” Quinn and Dylan says.

Puck is saying something, but it's impossible to understand since his mouth is filled with disgusting food.

“Yes, so if you are interested, we have a lot of work to do”

“Wait,” Kurt says, shaking his head at what is happening so fast, “didn't you say your studio is in LA? I can't move to LA now, none of us can. We have school. And isn't this going a little too fast?”

“When have you ever cared about school?” Dylan asks, rolling his eyes.

“So you want to quit school and move to LA? Make an album that maybe never gets any success? You are willing to risk that? If this doesn't work, we are all fucked. What are you going to do then?”

“Listen, I'm well aware that you guys are in high school, and I'm not asking any of you to quit school. I know this is happening fast, but I'm really sure about you guys. There is a lot that needs to be done before we can start recording songs, so after graduation, we can really start this for real.”

“Okay that sounds good. So what is the next step now?” Quinn asks.

“Well first, we need to find a manager for you guys. I know some really great once, so we can look at that later.”

The others nods, but for some reason Kurt isn't sure about this. They don't even know this guy, how can they trust him? Kurt decides to forget it and just go with it, for the others.

“Okay so we need to go through everything. Let's start with the instruments.” Mr. Grant says and walks over to the instruments on the floor.

Everyone gets their instruments and Mr. Grant nods, “okay this is good. Kurt you are an amazing guitar player, you need more solos.”

Kurt grins slightly and nods. He is starting to like this guy now.

“Do you sing too? You have a really different voice”

“What's that supposed to mean?” Kurt says, tensing.

Scratch that, he doesn't like him.

Mr. Grant holds his hands up in surrender, “I didn't mean it like that. I'm a music producer; I know when I hear something special.”

“I don't sing”

“So you can't sing?” he asks, starting to get on Kurt's nerves.

“I said no”

“You said you don't sing, not that you can't” Mr. Grant points out.

“Does it matter? I'm not singing” Kurt says angry, feeling like punching the shit out of the man right now.

“Kurt calm down” Quinn says, putting her hand on his shoulder.

“Can we just continue?” Kurt asks, ignoring Quinn.

“Of course, I didn't mean to overstep. So Dylan, you are the vocalist.”

Dylan nods with a smile.

“You have a great voice, but I think all of you have that” he looks at Kurt, but Kurt ignores him.

“So… You don't want me to sing?” Dylan asks, folding his arms, clearly not liking this idea.

“No, no, I think you should sing most of the songs, but I think it would be cool if others could sing too in some of the songs, to get a variation. I think that's an important thing and it make you guys more interesting. So you will sing most of the songs,” he says and points at Dylan, “but the others should have a few songs too, maybe duets. It really depends on how kind of music you want to play”

Quinn and Puck nods, agreeing with what Mr. Grant is saying. Dylan doesn't say much though, looking more skeptical by the minute.

“Speaking of the music… Last night you covered most of the songs, but we can't do this anymore. I want you guys to write your own songs.”

Everyone stays quiet, looking at each other to see if any of them can write.

Mr. Grant chuckles, “come on, I'm sure some of you can write! Why don't we say everyone will write a song each and play it for me in 3 weeks, I'll be back in Ohio then.”

Still quiet.

“Guys, if you're not up for this, we can just forget about all of this, I'm not forcing you to do anything. And this is a really great opportunity, I'm not someone that just asks musicians if they want a record deal. I have never done this before, but when I heard you guys sing, I knew I couldn't just walk away. ”

“No, no, we all really want this and we are really grateful that you are doing this for us,” Quinn says looking at the others, “we just haven't written anything before…”

“Well either you guys write your own music or we find people that can write it for you. But try these 3 weeks, and if there isn't anything good, we'll go with the other option.”

“Okay, sounds good” Quinn says with a sweet smile Kurt has never seen before.

Is it bad that Kurt isn't sure about this? He wasn't really expecting this when he started the band. He just wanted some friends or whatever, not a record deal. Is this even what he wants? What if they get famous? He have to deal with fans and shit for the rest of his life. Maybe they should do like Kiss, paint their faces so no one recognize them? Kurt should suggest that because he doesn't want to be followed by hundreds of people every day. But he loves being in the band though, he loves music. So maybe it's all worth it?

oooo

Blaine hears a door open so he walks out of the kitchen and to the front door. Kurt comes in, putting his guitar on the floor before giving Blaine a hug.

“Hey baby” he says.

“Hey… are you okay?” Blaine asks, surprised by Kurt's mood after talking to a famous music producer.

“Mhm fine” he says and kisses Blaine sweet

“So tell me everything” Blaine says, trying to sound excited.

They sit down in the living room, “well we have a record deal”

Blaine gasps, “Really? This is amazing Kurt! Congrats! Aren't you happy?”

Kurt shrugs, “I guess”

Blaine stops smiling, “Okay spit it out, what's going on? Why am I more excited about this then you?”

Kurt sighs, “it's in LA… We aren't moving there yet of course because of school, but still… And we don't know this guy, what if he isn't who he says he is? And we have to write our own songs! We have never done that, and I don't want to sing! I can't sing!”

“Kurt! Kurt! Calm down. Breath”

Kurt takes a deep breath, looking hopeless.

“Let's see” Blaine thinks, “don't worry about LA now, okay? And you don't have to do something you don't want to do. Do you want to be in a band and make music?”

Kurt nods, “yeah I guess, I really like it”

“Well that's good. So don't worry about anything else. And so if you can't sing? The others can sing. You are an amazing guitar player.”

Kurt looks over Blaine's shoulder for a second, “it's not that I can't sing… I just chose not to…”

Blaine frowns, not understanding what Kurt is meaning, “I don't understand”

Kurt takes a deep breath before he gets up from the couch and over to the piano. He have never heard Kurt play before, he didn't even know he played.

Kurt doesn't start to play though, just looking down at it. Blaine gets up too and walks over, not sure what to do.

“Kurt…?”

Kurt's fingers moves to the keys on the piano and after one more breath he closes his eyes and starts to play.

Blaine can't help but smile when he recognizes the song.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night

Take these broken wings and learn to fly

All your life

You were only waiting for this moment to arise.

He can remember Kurt telling him about his tattoos and telling him that blackbird is his favorite song. This makes him smile even more.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night

Take these sunken eyes and learn to see

All your life

You were only waiting for this moment to be free.

Blaine sings with Kurt and he looks surprised up, but continues to play. His fingers are moving gracefully over the keys.

Blackbird fly Blackbird fly

Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird fly Blackbird fly

Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night

Take these broken wings and learn to fly

All your life

You were only waiting for this moment to arise

You were only waiting for this moment to arise

You were only waiting for this moment to arise.

“Wow…” is all Blaine can get out when they are done.

“A good wow?” Kurt asks nervous.

Blaine nods and Kurt stands up, “yeah a very good wow. I didn't know you were that good!”

“I didn't know you could sing!” Kurt says chuckling.

“No one really knows, I have never told anyone”

Kurt nods, understanding, “I haven't played or sung since my mom died… it was our thing you know”

“Yeah…” Blaine moves closer to Kurt, butting his hands on his hip, “but you are amazing”

They kiss softly, their lips moving slowly together.

“So I'm kinda special huh?” Kurt says with a grin, breaking the kiss, “since I'm the first to hear you sing I mean”

Blaine rolls his eyes, still resting his hands on Kurt's hip, “shut up and kiss me”

Kurt chuckles, but does as he's been told.

They make lunch together in the kitchen while they are listening to music while singing and dancing together, laughing. Blaine has never felt happier in his life.

“So, any idea what you are going to write about?” Blaine asks, putting the last glass in the cabinet after they are done eating.

Kurt sighs, shaking his head no, “I have never written anything before… I don't know where I would even start.”

Blaine bites his lip and hugs Kurt from behind, “do you need some inspiration?” he asks and blushes just thinking about what he just said.

Kurt turns around with a grin, “I could really use some help”

Blaine runs his hand over Kurt's chest, “I'm sure we can figure out something”

Kurt doesn't stop grinning before Blaine kisses him, not as softly and tender this time though.

Are they really turning into this couple? The couple who can't keep their hands off each other and spends the whole day in bed? No they are more than that. There's nothing wrong with having some fun right? And who knows, maybe this will help Blaine be absolutely sure of what he wants.

He really should stop doubting right? He likes Kurt, a lot, so what is the problem? This is more than sex and even though Kurt is the only one he have ever been this close to, he knows it's different with Kurt. But he liked Rachel too… maybe not as much as he likes Kurt, but he still did. Is that a sign?

His phone buzzes in his pocket. Blaine pulls away and takes out his phone, mumbling a sorry.

It's a text from Nathan. Blaine frowns and opens the text, reading it.

Hey, so are you busy for a coffee today? –N

“Kurt… do you have any plans today?” Blaine asks, looking up at Kurt.

Kurt sighs, “Sorry baby, I have. The band wants to celebrate a little” he rolls his eyes, “but I won't be long”

“No that's okay, I have some stuff to do today anyways, I'll see you after”

Kurt nods and after Blaine finds a spare key incase Blaine isn't home when Kurt comes back, he walks out of the door again after giving Blaine one last kiss. It feels weird giving Kurt a key to Blaine's house; it feels more serious if that makes any sense. It doesn't have to be a bad thing though, it's not like Blaine isn't serious about this, right?

Blaine shakes his head, tired of his thoughts fighting with himself. He needs to stop doubting he likes Kurt. He does. He really likes Kurt, and that's not going to change. He is… He is…

Blaine shakes his head again, he is that. It doesn't matter if he isn't ready to say it yet, that's natural. But he likes Kurt and that's all that matters. So shut up! Blaine thinks to himself.

He remembers the text from Nathan and answers quickly that he is free and can meet him now. Nathan answers quickly with a place they can meet.

Blaine gets in the car and starts to drive. Blaine didn't tell Kurt where he is going, but it's not like there is anything to tell. Yes, Kurt got jealous yesterday because of Nathan, but it's not like Nathan likes Blaine. And Blaine doesn't like Nathan that way of course! He just likes him as a friend. So there is no point in telling Kurt.

The drive isn't too long and Blaine parks the car outside a nice little café. He has been here with Rachel once. It's nothing special, just a quiet place with good coffee.

Blaine walks inside and looks around, Nathan is sitting by the window, looking down at his phone. Blaine takes a second to look at the other boy. They have never been very close; just a few small talks through the years, but nothing like this. It's nice though and Nathan has good timing, he really needs a friend right now. He kinda has Rachel, but they aren't close. Rachel just knows about him and Kurt. She says he can talk to her, but Blaine doesn't like that since they used to date. Rachel puts on a good face about it, but he knows it hurts when he talks about Kurt. And after what happened last night with Finn, he isn't sure they are friends anymore. So he hopes he and Nathan can become good friends because he really needs one right now.

“Hey” Blaine says with a smile and sits down on the chair on the other side of the little round table.

Nathan looks up and puts away his phone, “hey, glad you came” he says with a smile.

Blaine nods, “so have you ordered?”

Nathan shakes his head so they walk over to the desk to order. Blaine takes his usual, medium drip, and Nathan gets an ordinary black coffee. We sit down again when the coffees are done.

Blaine looks around and can only see two girls sitting a few tables behind him. They are laughing at something and the one with long brown hair looks up at him. He looks away quickly, pretending to be looking around and not just at them.

“You've been here before?” Nathan asks and Blaine looks at him.

“Yeah once with Rachel” Blaine says and regrets saying her name.

Nathan nods, “sorry to hear about you two by the way”

Blaine shrugs, “what have you heard?” he asks curious.

Nathan shrugs this time, “nothing, it's probably not true”

Blaine sits up, even more curious now, “what are they saying?”

Nathan shakes his head, but gives in, “just that you cheated with Claire, but she always twists the truth, so I'm sure no one really believes it” Nathan comforts Blaine.

They both know everyone believes it though and Blaine hates that it's partly true. He didn't cheat on Rachel with Claire, but he did make out with her. And he did cheat on Rachel, but with Kurt instead.

Blaine stays quiet too long and Nathan sighs, “I remember you said you cheated at the party…” he starts.

“Oh… I was really drunk…” how much more does he know about that party? He remembers Kurt sitting with him and Nathan…” but yeah I did, but I never wanted to do it.” Blaine adds, not wanting him to think that's who he is.

Nathan nods, “I understand. Well, I've never done it, but I understand that you didn't want to do it. I'm sure you and Rachel will be okay”

Blaine smiles, happy Nathan understands he's not a cheater.

“We're only friends; we both knew we would never be more”

“Oh… well that's good” Nathan says and drinks from his coffee.

Blaine does the same, happy it's still hot. His phone buzzes and Blaine looks down at it. It's a text from Kurt, but Blaine puts his phone away. He doesn't want to be rude.

“So what about you? Any one special?” Blaine smiles a little, ignoring how weird this really is, talking to Nathan like a good old friend.

Nathan shakes his head, looking down at his coffee, “not really”

They should really change the subject… But he can't think about anything. He is still wondering what Kurt sent to him. Nathan clearly thinks the same.

“So the band yesterday is really good, do you know if they will play again?”

Blaine nods, “yeah really good and I think they are playing every Friday”

“Oh that's cool”

Blaine nods again and drinks come coffee again, keeping his mouth busy. Blaine decides to just look at the text quickly.

Where are you, miss you – K

Blaine smiles, “sorry just give me a sec”

“Of course, no problem” he says with a smile.

What should he write back? That he is with Nathan? He doesn't want to lie, but does he lie if he doesn't tell Kurt? Yeah, he just has to tell him.

I'm with Nathan at the café by the park, don't worry we are just talking ;) I won't be long -B

He puts his phone on the table and gives Nathan a smile. Nathan smiles back and they start talking about football practice.

After two coffees and a muffin each, Blaine suddenly hears someone behind him.

“Well, well what do we have here?” a teasing voice says.

Blaine turns around and looks up at Kurt. Blaine isn't sure how to react right now. They aren't alone so they are not together. Kurt is the school skank and Blaine is the popular straight football player.

“What are you doing here?” Nathan asks, clearly not happy to see Kurt.

“I saw you guys sitting here and I thought I could join you” he says with a grin, but clearly not happy to see Nathan either.

Blaine rolls his eyes, worried how bad this will get. He doesn't want to know how bad it gets so he just excuses himself.

“Sorry, too many coffees” he tells Nathan with a little smile before walking over to the bathroom, ignoring Kurt.

Blaine looks at himself in the mirror, sighing. He hates that he can't be with Kurt publicly, but he doesn't have any choice right now.

It doesn't take long before the door opens and Blaine rolls his eyes, knowing it is Kurt.

“What are you doing here?” Blaine turns to look at Kurt.

Kurt moves closer, “what are you doing here?” he asks.

“I said I needed to pee…” Blaine says.

Kurt raises an eyebrow and looks at him obviously, “you know what I mean”

“Nathan asked if we could meet up and I said yes, it's no big deal”

Kurt moves closer, grabbing Blaine's hips and pushing him against the sink, “Mhm…” he mumbles, not convinced.

“What? I can't have friends?”

“Of course, but not the one that is clearly drooling over you”

Blaine rolls his eyes at Kurt's jealousy, “he doesn't-“he starts.

Kurt kisses him hard on the mouth, pressing him hard against the sink, “He does, but you're mine” Kurt says and kisses him again.

Blaine moans, feeling warm by Kurt's voice. He remembers where they are, so he pushes Kurt away.

“No stop, we can't do this here”

Kurt groans, “fine…” he steps back, “I'll see you home”

He gives Blaine another kiss, sucking slightly on Blaine's bottom lip before walking out of the room.

Blaine breathes heavily, feeling himself getting even hotter. He turns around and looks at himself in the mirror again. He looks flushed and warm. He splashes some cold water in his face and calms down a bit more before finally getting out.

He walks over to the table; Nathan is still sitting there, “Sorry about that”

Nathan shakes his head, “it's fine, I think Kurt left”

“Good” Blaine half lies.

It's not that he doesn't want to be with Kurt, but not here with Nathan.

“So are you coming tonight?” Nathan asks.

Blaine frowns, not understanding what Nathan is talking about.

“The party” Nathan explains and Blaine remembers his teammates talking about it a few days ago.

“Oh… no, I don't think so.”

Nathan looks disappointed, “why not?”

Blaine shrugs, “I have a lot to do… homework”

Blaine hits himself in his mind, homework? That's the most cliché excuse ever.

“Come on, you can do that tomorrow. It'll be cool”

Blaine thinks about it, he has to ask Kurt first. It sounds like he had some plans for them tonight so Blaine needs to know what that's first.

“I'll think about it”

Nathan nods “great. So I should get going, but I'll see you tonight” he says with a grin.

Blaine chuckles and stands up, walking with Nathan outside.

After a goodbye, Blaine gets in his car. He can see Nathan drive out on the road and down to the right. He watches the car for a while before starting his own car. He takes the other way home.

It's not long before he is home and inside his big lonely house. The good thing is that Kurt is here though. But where is he?

“Kurt?” Blaine calls out and he can hear an answer upstairs.

He walks up the stairs and walks into his bedroom, certain Kurt is there. And he is right.

He opens the door and his jaw drops at once, his mouth instantly getting dry.

Kurt walks over, a smug look on his face, just a towel wrapped around his slim waist and his hair dripping wet. Blaine looks over Kurt, but eventually he can only see Kurt's face close to his.

“H-hey…” He says, “What are you doing?” he asks dumb.

Kurt smirks, “I took a shower”

Blaine makes a strangled sound and flushes hard. Damn!

Kurt chuckles, pulling Blaine closer, “I wanted to wait for you, but I'm sure we can take one together later”

Blaine doesn't get a sound out so he nods, feeling like an idiot right now.

Their lips touches and Kurt pushes Blaine against the closed bedroom door. Blaine gasps and deepens the kiss, Kurt's slightly wet body pressed against his.

Blaine's shirt gets thrown on the floor and Kurt's quick fingers, pulls down Blaine's pants. It's all happening so fast. It's not like they haven't thrown their clothes off before, but they have never done anything like this; Blaine coming home and Kurt just throwing himself on him. Well it was probably something like that his first time when they were drunk, but this is different. Does Kurt only care about sex? No. Blaine trust Kurt, it's more than that.

Blaine steps out of his pants and pushes Kurt closer, his naked back rubbing against the wooden door. Kurt lifts Blaine's leg up to his hip and the towel falls off, landing on the floor. Blaine jumps up so both his legs are tangled around Kurt's hips. Blaine gasps again at this new position.

“Fuck, baby… Can I?” Kurt moans out and Blaine can feel Kurt hard against his ass.

“Y-yes please…”

Blaine can't think straight right now, he just knows he wants Kurt. This is a good enough sign right? That he is gay? Blaine curses to himself for even thinking about this now. ‘Can you just shut up and let your feelings decide. You like Kurt!' thinks Blaine.

Kurt pushes two fingers inside Blaine and all of Blaine's thoughts are gone. It's an awkward position, but Blaine holds around Kurt's neck for support. He can feel the door handle rubbing against his ass and Blaine bites his lip at the feeling of everything.

“I'm ready” Blaine gets out and his legs fall back down on the floor, not having the strength to hold them up anymore.

“Are you sure?” Kurt asks, licking his lips.

He nods and presses Kurt backwards, kissing him. They fall down on the bed and they both chuckles. Blaine straddles Kurt and kisses him down the neck.

Kurt moans and tilts his head back and gives Blaine more access. Blaine sucks hard over Kurt's tattoo which makes him moan.

“Blaine…” Kurt moans out and lift his hips up to get more friction, clearly wanting more.

Blaine looks at Kurt and rubs his ass against his hard boner, watching his eyes roll back and his mouth wide open. Blaine's breath hitches and kisses Kurt again.

He lies on top of Kurt and they roll over. Blaine spreads his legs and Kurt lies on top, thrusting down slowly, too slow for Blaine's liking.

“Please” Blaine pleads, running his hands down Kurt's warm back and towards his ass.

“Knock, knock” someone suddenly says on the other side of the bedroom door and it opens.

Blaine gasps and pulls the comforter over them, but it's too late, he sees who it is before he can cover as much of himself and Kurt as he can. Kurt hides his face in Blaine's neck, but it's no use, he saw them both in bed together… naked… on top of each other… two guys… fuck!

“Oh sorry” Blaine hears before the door closes.

It's a moment of silence before Kurt whispers, “was that your dad…?”

Blaine shakes his head, “n-no… my brother…”

They don't move and Kurt doesn't say anything, just placing sweet kisses s few times on his neck, trying to comfort Blaine.

After a while Blaine pushes Kurt off of him and sits up in the bed. Kurt gets up and gets dressed.

Blaine does the same and walks towards the door, “just wait here, I won't be long”

Kurt nods, “okay sure”

Blaine walks out of the room and downstairs. He takes deep breaths, trying not to pass out.

Blaine's brother is standing in the living room, and looks up when he hears Blaine come down.

They don't say anything, just look at each other.

“Hey…” Cooper eventually says.

Blaine doesn't respond, he is too shocked right now.

“Blaine…”

“Don't” Blaine says quickly not ready to hear it, “just don't ask right now, okay? I'm embarrassed enough already”

Cooper nods and they can hear Kurt come down. Blaine turns around.

“I'm gonna go” he says uncomfortably and walks towards the door.

Blaine walks after him, “wait, why are you leaving?”

“I shouldn't be here right now”

“No it's fine” Blaine shakes his head, “and where would you go?”

“Home” he says simply and opens the door.

“I thought you didn't want to go home” Blaine says desperately, not wanting to be alone with Cooper.

“No, but I should. I'll call you later” Kurt says and kisses him quickly on the cheek before walking out.

Blaine sighs and closes the door. He turns around and sees Cooper looking at him.

“Why are you here?” Blaine ask the question he's been wondering since he saw his older brother walking in on him and Kurt.

Cooper shrugs, “I wanted to come say hello”

Blaine rolls his eyes, “you all this way from LA to just say hello after what? 3 years?”

Cooper shrugs again, “Yeah… I guess”

“So it has nothing to do with you being broke just like last time and need money?” Blaine asks, feeling anger boil inside of him.

Cooper rolls his eyes, “Oh come on, Blaine, I had just lost my girlfriend and my job. It's different this time.”

“What? You only lost your girlfriend this time”

“I don't have one. Can't you just accept the fact that I wanted to come say hello? It wasn't exactly what I was expecting to come home to, but still…”

Blaine stops breathing for a second, not sure how to respond to that.

“Blaine… I know I haven't been much around, but I want you to know I will support and love you if you are gay”

Blaine flinches at the word and quickly says, “I'm not gay!” but they both know that's not true.

“Okay… I don't know what you are feeling and thinking, but what you did upstairs with another guy, is what we call gay.” Cooper says and it looks like he is trying to joke a little about this.

“Stop okay!” Blaine says angry and walks up the stairs.

Cooper follows after, “I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you” he says but Blaine ignores him.

Blaine walks into his room and clean up the towel on the floor and some other stuff, trying not to think about what just happened a few minutes ago.

“So… you're not gay?” Cooper asks carefully.

“Stop saying that word!” Blaine shouts, surprising both of them, “I don't know what the fuck I am okay? Yes I like a guy, but that's doesn't mean I only like guys, I've had a girlfriend. And why do you even care? I haven't talked to you in 3 years, and you just decide to show up here and ask me these questions? You have no idea what is going on in my life! No idea!”

“Okay okay!” Cooper says, trying to calm down Blaine, “I'm sorry. I know I haven't been a good brother, but I want that to change. I want to know what is going on in your life, that's why I came back”

Blaine calms down and takes in what Cooper is saying. Is he really here for him?

“Come on, I'll make some coffee” Cooper says with his too well known smirk and Blaine can't help give him a little smile back.

They walk down to the kitchen and Cooper makes the promised coffee. They don't say much for a while, just sitting on the couch drinking their coffee.

“So you have a thing for badboys huh?” Cooper suddenly says, obviously trying not to laugh.

Blaine tries too, but he can't hold it long, “this is why I hate you”

Cooper smirks, but it goes away, “So you want to tell me what's going on?”

Blaine drops his smile too and sighs. Blaine tells Cooper about Rachel and how everything changed when Kurt came to town. He even told the ways he tried to get the feelings of Kurt away and he hates himself a little for telling Cooper that. He will pay for telling him that in the future.

“So you lost your job?” Blaine asks, knowing the answer already.

“Yep” Cooper says simply and looks at Blaine, “but that's not the reason I came here okay? It was that the last time I came, but it's different this time. I have enough money, it's not about that”

“That what is it?” Blaine asks, looking back at his brother.

“You I guess. Mom sent a picture of you in a football uniform and I don't know… I just don't want to be miles away when my brother is here playing football.”

“Oh so you wanted to see a football game? Well there is one in a few weeks” Blaine jokes.

Cooper laughs, rolling his eyes, “you are always so good at ruining perfect moments”

“You are no better; I think it's something about the Anderson family”

Cooper nods, smile on his face, “yeah I think so too”

Blaine chuckles, realizing how much he have missed his brother. There's a big age different between them, but before Cooper moved away, they were best friends. Hopefully they can become as close as they used to be some day.

“So 3 years…” Cooper says and shakes his head at the thought of it, “and you don't look as much as a hobbit anymore, impressive”

Blaine rolls his eyes, chuckling at his dumb brother.

“You are really turning into a man… And from what I saw upstairs, some other stuff is turning out good too” he says and directs with his eyes to Blaine's lower body.

Blaine gasp, “oh my god Coop! Seriously! God, please say you didn't see that” Blaine says, feeling his face getting red.

Cooper smirks, “Oh I saw more that I would wish to”

Blaine buries his head in his hand, moaning a disapproving sound. He can hear Cooper laugh and that is not making it any better.

“And the ‘oh my god' thing you are doing, it's not helping you buddy” Cooper says and walks away.

Blaine makes the sound one more time. He knows Cooper is joking, but a little part of him gets hurt by Cooper's words. Is he that clearly g… not straight? Blaine sighs; will he ever figure this out? Will he ever just forget about it and let his feelings decide?
