Chapter 7
It is Friday and Blaine walks down the hall. He smiles slightly when he sees Rachel, but that smile drops when he sees Finn beside her. Ever since Blaine talked to Rachel in the bathroom, Finn has acted weirder than normal around Blaine. They haven't talked to each other though, not since before he and Rachel got together before summer. Blaine wants to ask what his problem is. Finn has Rachel now, so what is the issue? Does he know what Blaine asked about? If he does, then he knows about him being… maybe being gay. No, Finn can't know about him.
Blaine sighs; he still isn't sure what he is. All he knows is that he likes Kurt; he doesn't need to put any labels. He is just a guy that dates Kurt. He smiles, remembering Kurt saying exactly that the night they became boyfriends. He still can't believe he has a boyfriend and that Kurt Hummel, the school skank, is that boyfriend.
After Tuesday, they have only met once. On Wednesday Kurt practiced with the band, but yesterday they went to Blaine's house, watching a movie and just talking. It was weird. He didn't see Kurt as they snuggle on the couch while watching a movie and talking about anything they want to talk about. They haven't had sex since that Tuesday and even though Blaine wants to do it again, he is happy Kurt want to do other things too.
They see each other at school, but it's only a little look before they both look the other way, pretending not to know each other.
It's for the best though. Blaine isn't ready for anyone to know he is gay, or whatever he is, and Kurt isn't ready for anyone to know he is soft, as he put it last night. So they will take it slow, really slow.
Blaine is about to go to his car when his phone makes a sound in his football jacket. He takes it out to look at it. Probably his mom telling him they will be even longer than to Monday. It wasn't her though.
Meet me in the auditorium – K
Blaine frowns, the auditorium? Why does he want Blaine to go there?
He quickly sends a message telling Kurt he is on his way and after making sure no one sees him, he walks into the auditorium. He looks around, not spotting Kurt.
“Hello…?” he asks, walking towards the stage.
Kurt walks on the stage with a smirk and Blaine can't help but smile. He is wearing his usual leather jacket with a grey short t-shirt under. Blaine let's his eyes wonder over Kurt, staring at the skin between his shirt and his black damn tight jeans. Blaine licks his lip and Kurt chuckles.
“Get up here before someone sees us”
Blaine looks up and grins. He walks up and Kurt leads him backstage. Blaine looks around as he follows Kurt; he has never been here before. They walk further back and through a door. Kurt closes the door and takes Blaine's hand.
It's not a very big room and it looks like a dressing room or something that never is being used. Its mirrors on the one long wall, a chair and table in front of every mirror. On the other wall there is a little couch and a clothes rail with a few costumes.
Blaine raises his eye and looks at Kurt, “why are we here? Are you telling me you are joining the drama club?” he jokes.
Kurt grins and holds Blaine close, “I found this room a few weeks ago and no one ever comes here, so…” Kurt kisses Blaine softly, “I thought this could be a good place for us”
Blaine smiles, “no one ever comes here?” he asks to confirm what Kurt said.
Kurt shakes his head no, “not when I've been here”
Blaine wraps his arms around Kurt's neck, “what exactly have you been doing here? Do you come here alone?”
Kurt smiles, “yes I come here alone and it's just a good place when I need some quiet time or don't want to go to class”
Blaine rolls his eyes at the latter reason, “so why did you bring me here?”
“So we can spend time together here too, it sucks that I can't touch or kiss you in the hallways”
Blaine bites his lip, feeling a little guilty. But he knows both of them don't want to come out yet. Or is Kurt maybe ready?
Kurt pushes Blaine backwards, seeing the look on Blaine's face, “but I don't need that now, we can just go here” he smiles and Blaine relaxes and smiles back.
They fall down on the couch and Kurt instantly kisses Blaine on the mouth.
“So this is why you brought me here, you want to take advantage of me?”
Kurt chuckles and kisses Blaine again, “Is that a bad thing?” he grins, “no actually, I wanted to ask if you want to come over to my house now and come to the concert tonight” Kurt whispers and kisses Blaine's neck.
Blaine sighs at the feeling and closes his eyes, “what about your dad?”
“He is working and we can go before he comes home” Kurt says between kisses.
“Okay, sure I'll come… I just need to change at home first”
Kurt nods and kisses Blaine again, deepening it. Blaine moans lightly and holds Kurt close.
Blaine gasps when Kurt sucks on that spot right under his ear, rocking his hips slightly up.
“We should go”
Kurt nods and kisses Blaine one more time before getting up. Blaine tries to breathe as he sits up. When did Kurt take off Blaine's jacket?
A sound comes from the other side of the door and both of them look at each other with big panicking eyes. Blaine quickly gets up when he hears steps coming closer. He looks around the room quickly for a place to hide, but can't find any. Kurt pushes him against the wall beside the door before he opens it so he is behind it.
“What are you doing here?” Blaine hears its Finn.
“Why do you care? And what the fuck are you doing here?” Kurt says annoyed.
“It's glee rehearsal… Did you take that?” Finn suddenly asks and Blaine frowns.
Kurt looks behind his shoulder and Blaine looks the same way. Shit his football jacket.
“None of your fucking business. Now get lost” Kurt continues and shuts the door. Blaine hears Finn walk away.
Kurt looks at Blaine, “We'll just wait a few more seconds and we can take the backdoor”
Blaine nods, a little bit more nervous about Finn seeing his football jacket right now.
After a few more seconds Kurt looks out the door before dragging Blaine with him outside. They get to their cars and after Blaine goes home to change into tight dark jeans and a simple white t-shirt, he drives to Kurt's house.
When he gets there Kurt smiles and let's Blaine come inside.
“Hey baby” Kurt mumbles and kisses Blaine softly, “you look amazing” he mumbles the last words, his hands running over his tight jeans.
Blaine smiles and says a little hello too. They walk in to the kitchen to make some food, but their lips are too occupied to eat. Kurt lifts Blaine up on the island in the middle of the kitchen and Blaine moans. Deepening the kiss, they hear someone suddenly cough.
Blaine quickly pushes Kurt away and jumps down from the island. They look towards the source and sees Kurt's father, Burt, standing by the doorframe. Blaine feels like passing out as his face turns a dark shade of red. Not only does someone know about him and Kurt, but it's Kurt's father. The same man that had heard their big fight after they first slept together. Blaine feels his face get even warmer.
“Kurt, a word” he only says and Kurt follows him out of the kitchen, sighing.
Blaine waits, hearing Kurt's father saying something about Kurt taking advantage of him and Kurt's angry voice saying something back. He can hear them whisper something more before they come back into the kitchen.
“Hey Blaine, I'm sorry about that” Burt says with a little smile.
Blaine hesitates before nodding, “it's fine… I should go”
“No, baby, you don't have to go” Kurt says and Blaine's eyes grow at the nickname, “let's just go upstairs”
Kurt takes Blaine's hand before he can answer and leads him upstairs. They go up to his room. It's a simple room; a big bed in the middle of the room, a desk in the corner, a guitar by the bed, closet in another corner and some posters on the walls. It's simply Kurt, Blaine thinks with a smile.
“I'm sorry about that… I know you don't want anyone to know about us, but he won't tell anyone, I promise. I explained him what was going on”
Blaine doesn't say anything, not really sure what to say. Burt knows he is gay. He knows Blaine is with his son. He knows they slept together.
“Baby, are you okay?” Kurt asks, moving closer, “just take deep breaths, it's going to be okay” he adds when he sees Blaine's face.
Blaine does as Kurt say, closing his eyes.
This isn't that big of a deal, like Kurt said; Burt won't tell anyone. This doesn't change anything. Now they can come here without worrying if Burt will see them. Yeah this is a good thing Blaine think.
Blaine opens his eyes again, “okay, I'm fine, it doesn't matter”
Kurt shakes his head, “no it doesn't”
He kisses Blaine softly before Burt calls for him to come down.
Kurt sighs, but takes Blaine's hand and walks down. Blaine lets go of his hand though when they get down, he isn't ready for anyone to see this.
“What?” Kurt asks a little annoyed.
Blaine frowns a little. Kurt acts different with his dad then he does with Blaine. With Blaine he is more himself, but with his dad he acts like he does with everyone else; annoyed and angry. Is Burt some of the reason he is like this? Isn't it only his mom?
“We are having guests for dinner tonight and you need to be here.”
“No, I have the concert on Fridays, I can't tonight and Blaine is going with me”
“But that's not before later, right? Didn't you say you have to go around 10 o'clock? You have time for dinner before that. This one is important Kurt, and Blaine is welcome to stay.”
Blaine opens his mouth to say he shouldn't, but Kurt tells his dad before he gets the chance, “No, that's not a good idea, and why is this so important? I don't have to be here”
Burt sighs, “Kurt you need to be here because I have someone I want you to meet. I've met someone and she and her son is coming for dinner”
Blaine looks at Kurt, he doesn't look happy. He looks… hurt?
“You… You've met someone?” he says with a tense voice.
Blaine has never seen him like this and it scares him a little bit.
Burt nods, “I know this might be hard, but-“
“Hard? Are you kidding? It's been six fucking years!”
Blaine feel like he should go or hold Kurt's hand or do something, but he can't move. Only his eyes are moving between the dad and son.
It looks like Kurt wants to throw up, cry and scream all at once.
“I know Kurt, but you can't expect me to live alone the rest of my life. I will always love her Kurt, but I need to move on.”
Kurt shakes his head and shouts, “I can't believe this… Screw this!”
He turns around and walks towards the door. Blaine glances at Burt before following after Kurt. Kurt walks out and he can't get fare before Blaine stops him.
“Kurt wait!” he says and grabs his arm to hold him back.
Kurt turns around, an angry look on his face. Blaine stops breathing for a second. He hates seeing him like this.
“Kurt…” Blaine sighs, cupping his cheeks so he will calm down, “I'm sorry”
For a second it looks like he is about to turn around and walk away, but he doesn't move. He looks into Blaine's eyes for a few minutes, calming down. No one is saying anything.
Kurt moves closer and kisses Blaine softly on the lips. Blaine kisses him back, forgetting they are outside.
“I know this is hard, but no one can replace your mom” Blaine whispers, kissing Kurt one more time.
Kurt doesn't say anything. After a few more minutes, Kurt leads him in the backyard to a hammock. They lie down quietly and just look up at the sky. They lay like this for a long time, before someone breaks the silence.
“I've always loved laying here when I want to think” Kurt says softly and Blaine smiles, understanding why.
“What are you thinking about?” Blaine asks, his head resting on Kurt's chest.
“My mom” Kurt says, shrugging.
“Can you tell me about her?” Blaine asks, playing with Kurt's fingers.
“She was my best friend…” Kurt mumbles, “People say I look a lot like her… She was my person, she would always make me feel better and I remember we always used to play the piano and guitar. Those are the best memories I have of her, just sitting beside her and listening to her play and sing.”
Blaine smiles, “she sounds amazing, I wish I could have met her”
“Me too”
“I don't really know how hard it is to lose someone, but I know how it feels like to be alone… But I'm here now, and your dad will still love you even though he is with someone else. And the other women will never replace your mom”
Kurt sits up, “Blaine stop, I don't want to listen to this.”
“Why not? It's true” Blaine tries to sit up too, but it's too difficult in this hammock.
Kurt gets up, making Blaine almost fall out.
“I just don't want to listen to this feelings crap; I just don't care about that.”
Blaine stands up, hurt, “oh so there aren't any feelings involved between us anymore?
Kurt rolls his eyes, “of course there are baby, but there are no feelings when it comes to my dad and mom, or anything else. Just you”
“It looked like you were pretty hurt when Burt told you…”
“I just didn't expect it, but I don't care.”
Blaine shakes his head, “so you're just going to shut it out? Just like everything else?”
Kurt shrugs, “I'm not going to stop my dad from being happy”
Blaine nods, “fine” trying not to show how hurt he is.
Kurt can tell Blaine is angry so he moves closer again, “baby, I'm sorry this wasn't supposed to happen… Can we just forget about this?”
Blaine want's to say no. He isn't someone that just pushes his problems under the bed, but the look in Kurt's eyes, hypnotize him to say yes.
Kurt smiles and kisses Blaine softly. They walk towards the front door.
“So you are going to have dinner with them?” Blaine asks.
“No, we are”
Blaine is about to protest, but someone behind them stops him.
“Hello?” a women asks and both boys turn around.
Blaine stops breathing. This isn't happening, this can't be happening.
“What the hell are you doing here?” Kurt asks, but not the women.
Finn.
oooo
Finn looks at them both surprised, but he looks longer at Blaine.
“Doesn't Burt Hummel live here?” the women asks with a charming smile, clearly ignoring the way Kurt is acting.
Kurt nods, “yeah he does, just go inside”
The woman smiles thanks and walks up to the door. Finn doesn't move though.
“What are you doing here?” Finn asks this time, looking at Blaine.
“I need to go” Blaine says, but Kurt stops him.
Kurt moves closer to Finn, “I don't give a crap about who you are, but if you mention anything about me and Blaine, I will hit you in the nuts so hard you will never go a day without pain, got it?”
Finn is looks at him shocked and scared before he nods, “I don't really understand what is going on here, but I'm not going to say anything. I promise”
Kurt nods and Finn gets inside. Kurt takes Blaine's hand and Blaine is about to go towards the car, but Kurt turns them around and walks them up to the door.
“No, Kurt, I can't do this. Finn knows. Kurt, Finn knows! He is dating my ex, I can't do this, this is family time and I should go home. Yes, I need to go home”
“Baby, shut up. It's okay, Frank or whatever his name is, isn't telling anyone. I know he won't because it looked like he was about to piss in his pants when I told him what would happen if he did. Just relax” they go inside, even though Blaine would rather turn around and go home.
“Oh there they are” Burt says, leading the women and Finn to Kurt and Blaine. Blaine quickly removes his hand from Kurt's hold.
“This is my son, Kurt and his friend Blaine” Burt says and looks at Kurt with a serious look to tell him to behave, “this is Carol and her son Finn”
Kurt rolls his eyes and looks at them He doesn't smile though. Blaine gives the women a little nervous smile though and she smiles back.
Burt coughs at the awkward tension and tells everyone to sit down by the table. Burt isn't a really good cook, so Kurt isn't sure what to expect.
Finn and his mom sits down by the table and Kurt is about to walk over to sit down too when Blaine stops him.
“Kurt…” he whispers, “I should go”
Kurt frowns, “no don't go… don't worry okay? Finn doesn't understand that we are together and Karen probably doesn't give a shit” he says, ignoring Blaine telling him the women's name is Carol.
Blaine sighs, looking down at the floor. Kurt has never seen him like this. It looks like he is about to pass out.
“Is everything okay?” Burt asks when he comes in with the food.
Kurt ignores him, still whispering to Blaine, “if you really don't want to, I understand, but it's only for an hour. After that we can get out of here, okay?”
Blaine takes a deep breath before he nods, “okay fine, an hour and we get out of here”
Kurt nods and leads Blaine over to the table. They both sit down beside each other. Burt and Carol are sitting together on the other side and Finn is sitting at the edge, between Blaine and Carol.
Blaine wasn't so happy about the placement.
For the first ten minutes Burt tries to make small talk with everyone, but ends up just talking to Carol. Blaine spends the time looking down at his food, glancing a few looks towards Kurt and trying not to look at Finn. Finn glares at Blaine for most of the time and Kurt can't help but glare at his father's new girlfriend and occasionally glaring at Finn before back at the woman.
Who does she even think she is? Just coming in here and pretending nothing is wrong. And Burt, not even telling Kurt about her!
“So you three go to the same school?” Carol asks with her stupid smile.
Kurt doesn't bother to answer and Finn doesn't listen. Blaine looks up at her and gives her a little nod.
“Well that's nice” she says and Kurt rolls his eyes.
“It's marvelous” Kurt says sarcastically and Blaine automatically takes Kurt's hand so he won't go over hand.
Burt glares at his son and Kurt only rolls his eyes in respond, feeling better when Blaine touches him.
Carol just smiles and Kurt hates it more and more.
“Oh you are already with someone else?” Finn suddenly says and everyone looks at him.
Finn is looking at their hands and Blaine quickly pulls it away from Kurt's.
“W-what?” Blaine asks, looking confused.
Kurt sits up in his chair, looking at Finn with a warning look.
“I didn't know you were interested in guys. Where you while you dated Rachel?” Finn asks, sounding mad.
“Do I have to remind you what I said to you outside?” Kurt warns, but Finn ignores him.
“What did you say?” Burt asks Kurt with a serious tone in his voice.
“This is none of your business” Blaine suddenly says, surprising everyone, “and you have her now, so why do you care?”
“You cheated on her and messed with her head” Finn says angry, “I don't want her to be around someone that sleeps with the whole school like a-“
Kurt gets up and pushes Finn out of his chair, “don't even dare say another word. If you want to call someone a slut of whatever shit were going to say, say it to me. Don't fucking call him that!” Kurt says angry, holding Finn against the wall.
Burt quickly gets up and pushes Kurt away, “okay guys, that's enough.”
Finn is still standing by the wall, surprised at what happened, but Kurt couldn't care less. No one calls his boyfriend bad words, ever. And Kurt will make sure everyone knows that.
Kurt looks towards Blaine and see him walking towards the door.
“Blaine!” he says and gets out of Burt's hold so he can run after him.
Blaine walks towards his car, but Kurt stops his before he can get inside.
“Baby, I'm sorry about that… He had no right saying that”
Blaine turns around, tears in his eyes. Kurt sighs and pulls him closer into a hug.
Blaine hugs him back, “he is right though…”
“Don't even think about it” Kurt says seriously and looks at Blaine, “he doesn't know what you are going through.”
“That's not an excuse… I cheated on Rachel and tried to sleep with another girl so I would forget about you… now I'm dating a guy! What is wrong with me?” Blaine shakes his head.
“You are just trying to figure out who you are, baby” covering his hurt feelings.
Blaine shakes his head, looking down at his feet.
“Let's get out of here… We can go to your house for a while before we go to the club”
Blaine nods and they get into the car. They drive the five minutes, none of them saying anything until they are inside Blaine's house.
“Let's just forget about what that idiot said, okay? None of it is true, so stop thinking about it” Kurt says and kisses Blaine softly.
Blaine kisses him back. They end up watching a movie before they have to go to the club. The drive is again silence, but it's not awkward, it's never awkward between them. It's nice just being around each other.
When they get to the club, Blaine is already feeling a lot better.
Kurt walks out first after Blaine tells him good luck. Blaine doesn't want anyone to see them coming together of course, so he waits a few minutes.
Kurt walks backstage and looks around, seeing Dylan tuning his guitar.
He walks over, “hey, where's Quinn and Puck?”
Dylan looks up and licks his lips, “on their way”
Kurt nods and starts to tune his own guitar. Dylan moves a little closer to Kurt. Kurt ignores him and listens to the soft sound of the guitar strings vibrating as he tries to find the right tone.
“So want to celebrate after the concert?” Dylan asks with a smirk.
“No I'm busy” he says, looking down at his guitar.
“You have something better to do?” Dylan mumbles and moves closer to kiss down Kurt's neck.
Kurt moves away from Dylan, “actually I do, so back the fuck off”
Dylan frowns this time, “you have a boyfriend or something now?”
Kurt rolls his eyes at the sound of Dylan's voice. It was a reason he never slept with someone too long in case they got feelings for him, and now it seems like he slept too long with Dylan judging by the jealousy in his voice.
“I just don't want to sleep with you anymore, I need something new. We are still in the band together so we can be friends”
“Whatever…” Dylan mumbles and walks away.
Xx
The concert went great as always, the audience was cheering the whole time and Blaine seemed to enjoy it a lot. The only problem was this guy beside him that couldn't stop looking at him. Kurt had seen him before, but he couldn't remember from where. He has to ask Blaine about that later.
The band walks off the stage and starts to pack their things. They are about to go when a short man in his late thirties and in what looks like an expensive suit, walks over to them.
The four stop as the man smiles at them excitingly.
“Demons of the neighborhood!” he says, smiling, “that's a good name… and you guys are amazing.”
Quinn smiles, “thanks, and who are you?”
“Oh sorry” the man says, “I'm Jace Grant” he smiles and shakes our hands like he is their biggest fan, “I'm from Sunny Studio in-”
“Shut up?!” Puck says excitingly and Kurt frowns at how excited and interested Puck suddenly got.
Who the hell is this guy? He doesn't look like a music producer. He looks more like a mole with glasses.
“I knew I had heard that name before, it's so nice to meet you Mr. Grant” Quinn says with a charming smile.
“Please call me Jace. My nephew goes to McKinley High School and told me about this really great band and I guess I just had to see it for myself. And I have to say, he was right. I haven't seen anything like this before.”
“Wait, who are you?” Kurt says with a frown.
Quinn rolls her eyes, “sorry about him, he is new in the music business.” Quinn turns to look at Kurt, “Jace Grant is a famous music producer in LA”
By the look on Quinn's face, this was a really big deal.
“Oh right, I'm sorry sir, like Quinn said, I'm really new at all this” Kurt says polite and he can see Dylan looking surprised that he can actually be nice.
Jace nods, “that's alright, no problem at all. So I'll be in town for a few more days, can you guys come to my hotel tomorrow? I have a little proposition we should talk about.”
“We'll be there, thank you so much!” Quinn says and takes the card Jace is offering to her.
He gives them a big smile before he walks out.
“Fuck I can't believe this!” Quinn says and hugs Puck who smiles too.
Kurt frowns, “okay what the hell is going on?”
“That guy is a music producer, what do you think? He probably wants to talk about a record deal! We can move to LA!” Quinn says happy and hugs Kurt.
Kurt is surprised by the hug, but hugs her back, trying to take what she just said in. Move to LA? He can't do that now.
Dylan and Puck high five with a big smile as Quinn pulls away from the hug.
“Okay so I'll call him tomorrow and send a text to you guys when I know what time and place.” Quinn informs as they walk to the parking lot.
Kurt looks down at a text and reads that Blaine is waiting down the road. He smiles even though he tries not to.
“We need to celebrate!” Dylan says and it reminds Kurt of earlier when Dylan told him they should celebrate.
“Totally!” Puck says, putting his arm around Quinn's neck.
“I can't tonight” Kurt says and they all look disappointed, “why don't we celebrate after we actually know what is going on? See you guys later”
“Okay tomorrow!” Quinn yells after him as Kurt walks down the road to Blaine's car.
oooo
Blaine smiles up at Kurt as he watches him play on his guitar. He looks amazing, he is amazing. Blaine can tell Kurt really loves this. Kurt looks happy as his fingers are pressing down the right strings on his guitar and his head nodding to the music.
“They are really good!”
Blaine looks away from Kurt and looks to his side and nods with a smile. They really are.
When Blaine walked into the club he met Nathan. Both were happy about this since they didn't have anyone to be with. Well Blaine has someone to be with after, but he doesn't have anyone to watch Kurt and the band with. Nathan is a really nice guy though. Blaine doesn't think he is like all the others on the football team who will probably shut Blaine out the moment they find out he might be gay. Nathan is better than them and he is kind, not like the others that care about their reputation more than people.
Blaine hates himself for saying he might be gay, but he can't say that he is gay because he isn't sure. Right now he is a guy who likes Kurt. He likes Kurt, not the gender. If Kurt was a girl, Blaine is sure he would like Kurt then too.
Blaine sighs, tired of these thoughts. But the fact is he really isn't sure yet.
Blaine looks up again and can't help but smile when he sees Kurt wink at him before looking back down at his guitar.
Nathan moves closer and shouts over the music into Blaine's ear, “Do you want something to drink?”
Blaine shakes his head no with a smile and after a few seconds Nathan nods and pulls away to watch the concert again.
Blaine looks up again and sees a little frown on Kurt's face. Blaine gives him a questioning look, but Kurt ignores him. Taking one more look before he looks down at the guitar again.
When Dylan, Blaine thinks his name is, sings the last note everyone cheers and claps. Blaine smiles and claps too, only looking at Kurt though. The four bow before they walk off the stage. A man announces a new band will be on in a few minutes, but it looks like most of them weren't interested in the new band. Almost everyone starts walking out of the club and Blaine and Nathan follow the others out.
They walk in silence for a few minutes as they walk with the big crowd. When they get out Blaine shivers slightly at the cold wind hitting his warm skin.
“Oh here, take this” Nathan begins and starts taking off his jacket.
“No, that's okay. Thanks though, but my car is right over there” Blaine assures him as he nods towards his car.
Nobody can see it though since it's parked a few meters down the road.
“Well I'll see you at school on Monday” Blaine says with a little smile and is about to walk away.
“Wait… are you busy now? We could go for a coffee or something… maybe it's too late for a coffee, but…” Nathan says with a shrug.
“Oh sorry I can't… another time okay?”
Nathan nods, “yeah of course, see you at school dude”
Blaine nods, “bye”
Blaine walks to the car and gets inside. He sends a quick text to Kurt to tell him where he is before he sits back in his seat. He turns on the radio and listens to the soft sound of it. A smile grows big as he thinks about Kurt. He can't wait to hug him and tell him how amazing he was tonight.
It takes a few minutes, but finally Kurt walks over to the car. Blaine smiles as Kurt gets into the car.
“Hey” Kurt says.
“Hey” Blaine says with a smile, “you guys were so amazing!”
Blaine is about to hug Kurt, but for some reason he don't. Something about Kurt makes him think he doesn't want one. Instead he starts the car.
After a few minutes Kurt says something for the first time since he said hello, “so who was the guy beside you in the club you talked to? Does he go to our school?”
Blaine takes a quick look at Kurt before he forces them back on the road. He is impossible to read, but Blaine can see something is wrong. He frowns before he answers.
“Eh… Nathan? Yeah we're on the football team together. He's a nice guy”
Kurt nods, but doesn't say anything more. Apparently he wants to look out of the window instead.
Is he… jealous? Blaine thinks to himself and takes another look at Kurt.
Blaine stops the car outside his house and gets out. He can hear Kurt follow behind him as they walk to the door.
“Are you okay?” Blaine asks.
Kurt looks at him, “yeah, why would you think I'm not?”
Blaine shrugs and opens the door, “you're just quiet”
“Just have a lot on my mind”
Blaine sighs, “do you want to talk about it?”
Kurt shakes his head and gets some water in the kitchen.
Blaine gets up on the kitchen bench and looks at Kurt, “you're not jealous right, of Nathan?” he asks the question he thought about in the car. He needs to know.
Kurt scoffs but doesn't look at Blaine. Blaine can't help but smile slightly.
“Come here” he says and tugs on Kurt's t-shirt.
Kurt rolls his eyes, but moves closer and stands between Blaine's legs.
“Are you jealous?” Blaine asks again, looking at Kurt with his puppy eyes.
Kurt rolls his eyes, “of course I'm not”
“Mhm…” Blaine grins and wraps his arms around Kurt's neck, “what if I think it's hot to see you jealous… Will the answer still be no?” Blaine asks, biting his lip as he runs a finger down Kurt's chest.
Kurt looks up at Blaine and his eyes darkens, “I'm so fucking jealous”
Blaine chuckles and kisses Kurt hard on the lips. Kurt moans and brings Blaine closer, sucking on his lips.
Blaine moans too and jumps down from the bench. He runs his fingers under Kurt's t-shirt, feeling his warm skin under his fingertips. He can feel chills on Kurt's back as he moves down towards his ass.
The kissing is getting really sloppy as they try to get even closer; teeth clinking and tongues everywhere.
Blaine suddenly gets nervous when he remembers they haven't done anything since they first got together. What if he has forgotten something? What if he is bad?
“You okay?” Kurt asks like he just read his mind.
“Fine” Blaine smiles and kisses Kurt again.
Blaine can feel Kurt hesitate for a second before he kisses him back. It's much slower this time and more loving. Blaine gets that feeling in his stomach he got before he started to date Kurt when he saw Kurt and thought he was hungry. Blaine can't help but chuckle at the memory and Kurt pulls away with a question look.
“Sorry I just thought about something”
“What was that?” Kurt whispers and kisses Blaine's neck.
“Ehm… nothing” Blaine gasps when he sucks behind his ear.
“Let's go upstairs…” Blaine gets out and Kurt nods, taking Blaine hand.
They walk upstairs hand in hand, both a smile on their faces. They don't waste any time though. Kurt takes off Blaine's shirt and his own before his own pants. After a few more kisses, Blaine pulls off his own pants and underwear.
Blaine pushes Kurt down on the bed, biting his lips at the view. He sits down in Kurt's lap and Kurt moans at the feeling.
“You're so beautiful…” Kurt whispers and kisses Blaine softly.
The feeling comes in his stomach again and Blaine can't help but smile down at Kurt's perfect face. He runs his fingers in Kurt's brown and pink hair as he looks into Kurt's blue eyes.
And just then, Blaine suddenly realizes something. He doesn't only like Kurt, does he? He… He…
“What?” Kurt asks and Blaine had forgotten he had been staring at Kurt.
“Sorry…” Blaine chuckles, shaking his flushed head.
“Tell me” Kurt says, running his hands over Blaine's thighs.
“I just…” is it too soon? Is he even sure? How can he be sure? “I just really like you, Kurt. A lot… and I don't want this to end”
Kurt looks at him for a few seconds with and open mouth. He doesn't say something, but a smile forms on his face.
“No one has ever said that to me…” he says still shocked, “I really like you too Blaine… I have never felt like this before” Kurt says looking a little embarrassed, “and this won't end, I don't want that either”
Blaine smiles and kisses Kurt again.
Blaine might not be sure what he is and who he likes, but what he knows is that he likes Kurt, a lot. So maybe he is gay or bi, but that doesn't matter right now. He is with Kurt and he doesn't want to be with anyone else.
