“I can't believe we're engaged!” Kurt cried holding out his left hand a squealing at the thin silver band over his ring finger. Cooper came up from behind him and snaked his arm around Kurt's waist, licking his lips, readying himself for the things he was planning on doing.
“God you're so beautiful” Cooper said before he attacked Kurt's neck with kisses and licks. His tongue grazed over the same spot several times before Kurt had managed to shove him off.
“Cooper...stop please” He moaned, eventually getting his fiance off him. He leaned down and picked up his LV bag with his right hand and slung it over his shoulder while his left hand reached out and grabbed the handle of his suitcase. With Cooper not far behind they left their flat in New York.
“I can't wait to meet your brother and sister!” Kurt exclaimed as he waved his hand for a passing taxi.
“And they can't wait to see you” Cooper responded.
The last time he had been to the Andersons he had loved every minute of it; they were not what he was expecting. When Cooper had told Kurt he had gone to Dalton and his younger brother had followed suit, Kurt was expecting a stuck up rich family with a gold mansion and Prada clothing. He was not expecting a large, homely cottage with an untidy lawn and the owners plump and jolly. Georgina Anderson was quite large and didn't have very good fashion sense but she was the most amazing Mom Kurt had ever met (out of all his boyfriend's parents). They would bake all day and she would teach Kurt how to make pope pure from scratch while Henry Anderson would compliment all of Kurt's outfits and they would sit by the fire polishing their shoes together whilst sharing Cooper stories. Mariah Anderson was with her boyfriend Jacob when Kurt had visited. Every time he was there she wasnt, not on purpose just a coincidence. Same with Blaine Anderson. He was always at school or Warblers. Even though they were living in a cottage with one car they were very rich, they had ordinary items in their house but they were more of the luxury kind; a 50 inch Tv; racing red Bentley and exotic foods in the fridge.
“Blaine's boyfriend will be there I hope you don't mind. His names...” Cooper waved his hand in the air “...Robert...Richard?” He looked questioningly at Kurt who was sitting in the yellow car, his bags over his laps.
“Wow your Mom is so lucky to have two gay sons” Kurt joked
“She loves it really. And so does Dad. He hates girls who are all girly and all ‘oh my nail broke' “ Cooper put on an accent of a high pitched girl, waggling his fingers around and Kurt laughed forcefully even though he found it dreadfully embarrassing.

“Cooper!” Georgina almost screamed while she dragged her oldest child in for a long, heart-warming hug. “Kurt!” She said equally as enthusiastic as she said Cooper's name. They shared strong embrace before she pulled away and spoke again. “Blaine's in the shower and Mariah is eating breakfast. Sorry the house is a mess the blooming dog has been for a walk and you know the fields these days. Oh sorry I'm waffling again look at me! Come in boys come in” She said stepping aside as both men entered the house.
“Blaine!” Mrs. Anderson yelled up the stairs quite sharply. Not ten seconds later a gelled haired boy of no older then Kurt himself approached at the top of the stairs with his blue chinos on but no top.
“Ooohhhh lala Blaine Devon Anderson topless.” Cooper called up the stairs. Kurt saw Blaine grab a shirt from the door handle, shove it on hard then thump down the stairs staring at his one-year-older brother.
“Bastard!” He shouted half joking. He looked like he was going to pounce on Cooper but not before he dropped his bags and began to run, Blaine close on his heels.
“Boys! Boys stop!” Georgina cried grabbing Cooper by the arm and putting her hand out to stop Blaine at getting at his enemy. “Blaine we have a guest you should know better” she pointed to Kurt who was watching the whole scenario and he found it pretty hilarious.
“I'm Blaine Anderson” He said stretching his hand out and Kurt returned the favour.
“Kurt Hummel.”
“I know who you are. Cooper's told me everything about you. Won't shut up actually” He winked then immediately remembered his manners “Here let me takes these” He took Kurt's suitcase but left the bag with its owner. As Cooper was arguing about the drinks in the fridge, Kurt followed the small, sweet smelling boy to a big room on the left from the stairs. “This is Coop's room. Used to be ours then he got into dating and horrible things so I moved to my own room. Mariah has her own room, we all do. You wouldn't think this place would be big enough do you?” Blaine mumbled to Kurt while placing his case on the bed and looking around at the walls which were filled with photos with two handsome young men, one aged 11 one aged 10. There was another with the 11 year old now 15 with a beautiful girl of 12 under his arm. “His family wall” Blaine explained while Kurt looked further along at the pictures of Mrs and Mr Anderson, Mariah, Blaine, Cooper and Kurt himself. He smiled when he got the picture of them at the beach, both with chocolate ice creams.
“I hear your boyfriend's coming?” Kurt asked eyes still focused on a series of pictures with old men and woman round a table playing BINGO.
“Errr...yeah, Kane.” Kurt smiled to himself at the difference in names his fiance thought he was called and what he really was named. “But that ended like four months ago”
“I'm sorry...” Kurt said turning round to find Blaine smiling.
“ Hey, I'm over it! He was just experimenting. I knew the risks.” He continued to smile but it didn't seem forced at all. It seemed natural. Like he really meant it.*
“You didn't tell your brother you broke up?” Kurt asked and Blaine just shook his head.
“Rarely see him even though we're only an hour drive away in NYC” They both laughed simultaneously more out of nerves then actually laughter.

“I'm going to bed lads and lasses” Mr Anderson said as he rose off his chair and grabbed his wife's arm to help her up from the sofa, her knitting needles in her left, their hands connected with each other's right. Blaine stood up and followed them but he came over to his brother and sister and brother-in-law-to-be.
“Night Bro.” He said hugging Cooper from behind. Cooper returned the hug then nestled back into his previous spot by the open fire.
“Mariah.” He nodded at his 17 year old sister.
“Give a hug now!” She demanded holding her arms out for her older brother to fall into. She was currently studying Law and was extremely good at convincing people. Blaine, now 19 and was in NYADA in New York but being in one of the best drama schools in the world he didn't have any spare time to travel across the whole of New York just to see his big horrible brother who worked at Coca Cola while Kurt worked at Vogue.
Blaine leaned down and hugged his sister before turning to Kurt. He shifted awkwardly before Kurt opened his arms, and with a massive grin Blaine leaned in for a quick hug.
“Night brother from another mother” He punched Kurt's arm lightly then headed for the stairs.

Kurt stormed into the kitchen and started washing up the dishes that were on the side for something to take his mind off of what had just happened. His hands were shaking as he heard Copper, drunk, swearing at the TV. Not two minutes before Cooper had shouted at him and threatened to hit him with his hand if he didn't shut up so Kurt left to leave his frequently drunk spouse-to-be alone. He had threatened to hit Kurt on several occasions and they were always empty threats. At the beginning of their relationship Kurt has often been scared but after around twenty threats he knew they were always empty. His mind was distracted as a hand palmed his soft, calm cock.
“Cooper!” Kurt said spinning round coursing him to drop the plate he was washing up on the floor. Both men eyed the pieces of broken china.*
“How dare you!” Cooper's eyes had flared up as he grabbed the air by Kurt's head.
“Coop I'm sorry it was a plate I'll pay for it god just go to bed your drunk.” Kurt kept his voice down as careful not to wake any of the Andersons up.
“Don't tell me what to do” Cooper had a bottle with a drip of beer in it in his left hand, it was swinging around with no control at all just like the owner of the hand that was holding its neck.
“Cooper go to bed. You'll feel better in the morning.”
“No!”
“GO.TO.BED.” *
Cooper burped and shook his head.
“God you're so beautiful” Cooper said going at Kurt with his mouth open but Kurt was too quick and moved out the way, grabbing Cooper's arm so he wouldn't fall into the sink. Without thinking Cooper's left hand swung around and with an awful crash the bottle broke on Kurt's head forcing him to the ground.
“Shh..iiii...tttt” Kurt put his hand to his head and could feel glass was still stuck in his skull. Shaking he pulled his hand away and examined at how red his fingers were. His body went limp and he let the tears pour as he rested his head against the kitchen sink his bum flat on the floor.
“I'm...going” Cooper managed to cough up as he ran to the front door.
After what seemed like hours but had been seconds Blaine was down stairs. He opened the kitchen door where he saw the light streaming into the hall. He opened the door slowly and squinted at the sudden light.
“Bla...ain...e” Kurt managed to whisper. He closed his eyes and let his head hit the cupboard with a loud bang.
“Oh my god Kurt” Blaine gasped and put his hand to his mouth in shock. “Kurt stay with me. Kurt” Blaine said now next to Kurt he was lightly shaking him, trying to keep his eyes open. He looked up and saw the bits of green sticking out of the chestnut hair. “I'll get my Mum but promise me you'll stay with me. Kurt you promise. You can't sleep.”
“I...I...I Promise.” He whispered trying to lift his head. Blaine shook his own skull in frustration.
“Eyes open. Head back. Two seconds Kurt. I'll be two seconds.” Blaine got up and headed to the door gingerly and without thinking he ran up to his Mom's room burst the door open and explained.
“How did this happen?” she asked shocked but at the same time lifting the sheets off her over weight skin and making her way to her youngest son.
“Mom he didn't say how he's too...Mom it's bad please just call 911.” And with that both Andersons hurried down the stairs. The expression on Georgina's face was the same as Blaine's the first time he had seen the almost lifeless white skinned porcelain man in a pool of his own crimson blood. Her hands were shaking as she dialled the three numbers. She could faintly hear the conversation going on behind her between her son and Kurt.
“Kurt please tell me who did this?” Kurt swallowed as he tried to answer.
“It wa...was...Coo...cooop....eeer.” He coughed, blood spraying from his mouth across the tiled floor.
Blaine and Georgina shared a look of disgust at what their son/brother had done to such a sweet innocent boy like Kurt.
“Ambulance. 20 year old male with head injuries. Yes. Glass. From a bottle in his head. No. Yes...what does that mean? I see. Address. Ok hang on a second. It's Past Lane, number 66. Postcode? Ermmm...YM34 7HG. 10 minutes? Thank you” Mrs. Anderson hung up the phone just as Henry entered the room. “We have to keep him awake for another ten minutes or he could go into cardiac arrest. Henry Oh thank God you're awake!” She flung herself at him while Blaine stayed at Kurt's side whispering words of encouragement. The lights flashed blue, red and white outside as Kurt's lids closed. He whispered into the darkness that was closing in on him.
“Don't leave me Blaine” His hand loosened around Blaine's but Blaine held on tightly even when the paramedics tried to prise him away he clung on for dear life.
