Kurt Hummel and his family had just got back from Iceland. They had been there for the past year, to get away from everything that happened the year before. But now they were back and it was time to face everything they left behind the year before. Last summer Kurt and his four friends were having a sleep over, it was there last weekend before school started again, and they wanted to just hang out and have some bonding time of you will.

Now it was a year later and everything seemed like it was the same as they left it, his best friend was still missing; possibly dead, and she didn't know what he was going to do with all that.

Kurt was back in his room, getting ready for the day, even though he had nowhere to go and nothing to do, he still had to look his best. He stepped out of his room to see his step mom Carol, unpacking some boxed, and his step brother Finn, looking though them. He was trying to find his football equipment.

He asked his mom If she would take him to practice, Kurt had to jump at the chance, he did not want to be stuck in the house all day. "I can take you Finn, I am sure your mom would like to get some stuff unpacked." He said, walking over to his step brother, giving him a small smile. Finn nodded at him and gave his mother a quick goodbye before rushing out. Kurt did the same, and then followed Finn to his navigator.

Once he pulled put to the school, Finn jumped out the car. "Hey, Finn." He called to his step brother. "What time do you get out?" He asked.

"Umm, about six." He said.

Kurt looked to the clock, it was only four thirty. "Okay, I am going to go and get something to eat; I will be back later to pick you up." Finn gave him a slight nod before walking off.

Now Kurt was sitting at a bar/restraint.

They bartender walked up to him, "Can I get you anything?"

"Just a burger would be fine, thank you." He said, looking over to the bulletin board. There was a picture of Santana that read ‘Still Missing. Would now be 16" Kurt had to look away.

Kurt looked to the man that was sitting right of him, he was cute, tan sick, curly hair. When the man looked at him Kurt noticed his eyes, they looked like honey.

The man looked over to Kurt, smiling slightly. "You okay done there?"

At the sound of the man's voice, Kurt looks up. "Oh um, yeah, I'm just a bit jet lagged. I just got back from Europe not even 24 hours ago." Kurt lets out a low chuckle.

The man smiles more brightly, looking impressed. "Where in Europe?" He asks.

"Iceland."

The man gives a nod. "I spent some time in, Reckovic, before I went to Amsterdam." He bit his lip before speaking again. "It's a great city."

Kurt looks down licking his lips, he really wants to keep this convocation going. "So do you got to, Ohio State?"

The man looks back to Kurt. "Umm, I just graduated, actually." He pauses a second, taking a drink from his glass. "I'm gonna start my first teaching job." He says, proudly.

"Congrats, I hope it goes well. I once thought about teaching myself." Kurt said, clearing his throat.

They both pause, the man just looking at Kurt in wonder.

Kurt closes his eyes, listening to the song that is playing. "God, I love this song."

"B-26"

Kurt opens his eyes and jerks his head back over to the man, giving his a big toothy smile.

Shaking his head the man speaks again. "What's your major?"

Caught off guard, Kurt looks down, taking a deep breath. "Well.. I.... I think, I'm leaning toward, English."

"Wow, that's what I'm teaching." The man said, laughing slightly.

Kurt follows along with him laughing. "Well, I right too, But so far, It's personal. Only for me." He says, biting down on his bottom lip.

"I'm impressed."

"Why?" Kurt, replied, a little confused.

Grabbing his glass, The man starts moving to the seat closer to Kurt. "Well, I tried writing, and I didn't get very far." He sits, facing Kurt. "You're lucky, if you're writing for yourself it's pure passion." He said, gently.

The man looked down to his glass then back up to Kurt.

"Maybe, you'll let me read some of yours?"

Giving a jerky nod, "Yeah... You really want too?" Kurt asks.

"Of course. You're smart, You have obviously traveled, you have really great taste in music." The man, says, leaning in a bit. "I'd like to know more about you. "

Kurt's mouth hags open for a second or two. "I'd like to more about you too."

"I'm Blaine then."

"Kurt."

Twenty minutes later and they are in the boy's bathroom making out, this is what they call getting to know each other.

Kurt pulled away from looked into Blaine eyes and smiled a big smile before diving back into kissing the handsome man.

"I should really be going soon; I need to pick up my brother from practice." Kurt panted as Blaine started kissing down his neck.

Blaine pulled back fully putting his best puppy dog face on. "I don't want to say good bye, but if you really have to go."

"I do."

"Fine, fine." Blaine said with a chuckle. "I had a really good time tonight."

Kurt bit down at his bottom lip and looked up at Blaine though his lashes. "So did I."

"Give me your phone."

"What why?"

"I am putting my number in it and when you want to hang out again, you should call me." Blaine said in a small tone, thinking he was doing something wrong.

Kurt pulled out his phone and handed it to him. "I like the way you think."

So about five minutes later Kurt us walking out of the bar with a great guys number and a genuine smile on his face for once.
