Kurt was in the hospital. He hated that he was all alone 4 months pregnant. Though Kurt still only knows it's one. He wasn't ready when the doctors said he's carrying two kids. What would he name them? And today he was freaking out because today's the day when he finds out about the sex of the babies. It's been a week since he woke up, after 5 days they let him go home. Will and Blaine and Artie had came along with him to the hospital. He told them he was fine but just like the best of friends they where, he was sitting in a waiting room with his three friends.

"Mr. Hummel." The nurse walked in. The two boys stood up, while Artie turned his chair.

"Y-Yes?" Kurt was shakeing

"He's ready to see you." She smiled and walked away. Before she got to far away she turned and said, "I'm sorry only one friend in the room please." Kurt's heart sunk. how on earth is he going to pick just one? While Kurt was thinking the guys where talking about who's gonna go in. In the end it came down to Blaine. The baby's where healthy but something was off.

"So the babies are healthy." The doctor said, he paused for a minute not knowing how to say this, "Kurt?" A tear rolled down the doctors face. He was there one Kurt was born, he helped Kurt when his mom died. Kurt called him 'BigBro'. The sound of his voice made Kurt's heart stop, Blaine was full on worried.

"You're not healthy." Kurt didn't say anything. Blaine started to cry. Will and Artie could hear Blaine crying. 

"What's going on?" Will asked standing up.

"Idk." Will and Artie made their way to the door and opened it slowly.

"What's going on." Will asked concered.

"Will can I talk to you?" Kurt asked

"Yes." Kurt got up and made his way out the building. Followed by Will

"Kurt?" 

"I'm-"I'm not hea-athly." Kurt cryed

"What do you mean?" Will asked worried

"They don't know what's wrong with me but," Kurt paused "I'm dying." Kurt fell to the ground crying. Will didn't know what to do, Kurt. Kurt the one he's known for 2 years. Kurt the one who stands tall when he gets pushed into lockers. Kurt the one with an angel's voice. Will bent down and held a crying Kurt in his arms. Blaine and Artie watched them. As tears ran down both of their face's.They went back in.

Will went back into the room with Kurt because they still haven't found out the sex of the babies."Okay," The doctor said "One boy and one girl." Kurt had a smile from ear to ear.

The next day. Kurt still hasn't told anyone about his health, not Burt, Finn, no one but today he was gonna tell everyone. But he knew who he was gonna tell first. It might come to a surprise to you. Kurt sat down in a chair. Over the desk was another chair with the one and only Sue Sylvester. Yes I know all your mouth's are droped Sue? Sue Sylvester? It's like the writers don't even try anymore. But if you look back you can see that in fact Sue has always been there for Kurt.

"So little MJ what brougt you here?" Sue asked

"I need to talk to you?" Kurt got up and shut the door.

"Hey, I know when your prego you can have sex, but I don't want to." Sue said

"Ewww."Kurt yelled,"But that's not the reason I'm here."

"You seem out of it." Sue leand forward

"What's going on?" You could tell Sue was worried.

"I'm dying." Kurt cryed. Sue's heart stopped the sunked far,far,far,far,far,far,far,far, far, into her chest.

She was on her feet and arms wrapped around Kurt in no time.

"I got to go to class." Kurt said. Say that ten times fast, wait that's not hard at all. Meh.

"Okay take care."

The day went by fast much to fast, Kurt loved when school went by fast but this time he's telling the glee club about his health.

"Kurt?" Will didn't think he would be seeing Kurt tonight. The whole glee club wonder why Will was surprise to see him. Was there something Kurt's not telling us? Did Will and Kurt get into a fight? Can't be Will sounded worried to.

"Can I." Kurt walked up to the frount of the class. "I have something to tell you." Everyone looked worried which didn't help Kurt one bit. He looked over to find Blaine and Artie walking over. "The doctor said something last night which freaked me out." Kurt paused "I'm dying." Everyone gasped and tears covered the room.

Sue entered the room.
