Next morning Blaine heard a hammering on the front door of the apartment and looked over to see Kurt still fast asleep.  He mumbled something under his breath and got up and then walked to the door grabbing a robe before leaving the bedroom to answer whoever was pounding on the door.

He magically unsealed the door and opened it up to see his brother beaming at him with coffees and bagels in his hands.  Blaine was always grumpy without his full 8 hours sleep and Coop had guessed what they had been up to last night, but had thought to get them coffee and bagels before the school day started.

Blaine grumbled a thank you and showed Coop into the apartment, then took one of the offered coffees smelling then taking a quick drink before settling down on the couch.  Coop looked down at his brother noticing a difference but couldn’t quiet place his finger on what.

Just then a sleepy Kurt walked in and said “Coop what are you doing here at this ungodly hour” then flopping down next to Blaine.  Blaine wrapped an arm around Kurt and Kurt snuggled into his arm and chest, sighing then Said “You brought coffee and bagels how thoughtful Coop” before grabbing one of each mentally transporting them to him so he wouldn’t have to move from Blaine’s embrace.

Coop sniggered at the use of Kurt’s powers and thought if only the council members could see you now.  Then Blaine did the same thing with a bagel not wanting to disturb Kurt he one-handed grabbed the floating bagel and began chomping down on his favourite fillings, cream cheese and bacon.  Coop mouth dropped open as he knew his brother wasn’t that powerful to have mentally done that then asked “Blaine how did you manage to do that?  I thought only Kurt and maybe David could mentally levitate things” Blaine finished his mouthful of bagel and replied “Don’t know Coop, but I didn’t want to disturb Kurt and just mentally reached for the bagel then it started floating towards me.”

Coop sat down opposite the pair as they devoured their bagels and coffee before he reached for his own and then Blaine asked him “Any more Bro I’m feeling really, really hungry this morning” and made a sad face, as Coop replied that he thought one each would have been enough with their coffees.  Then brightened as he saw the clock on the wall and knew he would still have time to get to the cafeteria for breakfast.  Kurt knew what Blaine was thinking and got up and then said “Okay boys I’m showering and getting ready for the cafeteria before lectures start” and disappeared into the bedroom. 

Blaine and coop talked a bit as Coop passed a message on from their parents to say that his Dad was sorry for overstepping his boundaries and that Kurt was always welcome in the Anderson household. Blaine snorted his response to that and Coop looked over saying “Hey Blaine Dad’s trying give him a break will you.” Blaine glared back at his brother and Coop pre-empted Blaine by continuing “Mom said to let you both know that Mercedes will be joining us today in magic classes and to look out for her”

Blaine felt Kurt brush his mind and he knew Kurt had heard the conversation, and that the shower was free for him to use.  He got up and said “I’m getting ready for school Coop and Yeah I’ll let Dad off the hook this time but I may not be as forgiving next time got that” Coop nodded smiling at the brashness of his little brother. 

Blaine went to get up and then felt as if he had been poleaxed, he screamed as if all of his body was on fire and began to glow, and emitting a powerful light Coop jumped up and backed off not knowing what to do so he mentally screamed for his Mom to come to help.  Kurt came in  half dressed and nearly fainted at the image of his Blaine being lifted off the ground and glowing with a powerful light.  Just then Maria Anderson materialised and stood next to Coop saying “What on earth..” then dashing over to her youngest son to help him.  Maria screamed as she touched Blaine and backed off then said for Coop to fetch Clarice quickly, then to Kurt to go to Blaine and help him instinctively knowing that Kurt wouldn’t be hurt. 

Clarice arrived with a ‘pop’ of rushing air as Coop trans-located them to the apartment and she stood shocked with awe. Then said to Maria “Maria come back here with Coop and me, we are about to watch a miracle come into existence”  Maria came back to the other two and stood looking at her youngest not knowing what to do for him and tears were finally rolling down her face.  Coop embraced his mom, as he too felt tears streaming down his face as Blaine whimpered in the air as Kurt reached out and took him into his arms supporting his weight again as the light dimmed and went out leaving an unconscious Blaine in Kurt’s arms.  The other three reached Blaine and helped Kurt take him back to their bed. 

Kurt placed Blaine into the bed as gently as he could with tears shining in his eyes then a small voice sounded behind the four older people saying “Hello, Daddy is going to be alright. I’m sorry I caused him so much pain but he will be better soon.” Kurt gasped as he looked down to see a little girl with cerulean eyes with deep dark curls cascading down her head.  Then he fainted, Coop caught him just before he hit his head on the bedside table and then struggled to place him next to Blaine.  The little girl ran over to her daddies and sat in between them and placed a hand in each of theirs, then began to glow emitting a powerful light through her hands. 

Soon enough, Kurt woke up from his faint and looked up smiling at his daughter, and then looked over to see Blaine’s eyes flutter open as well.  Looking around the room seeing his Mom, Coop, Clarice by the bed and Kurt next to him and a little girl staring intently at him then he too smiled and opened his arms wide.  The little girl squealed with joy and pounced onto her Daddie Blaine smothering him in little girl kisses as he laughed.

Kurt looked on and then at Clarice, Maria and Cooper to see if they had any answers to what had just happened. Clarice spoke and said “This Kurt is yours and Blaine child.  It was prophesised that you would beget Blaine with child and she would herald in a new era for all our kind”

Kurt looked at Blaine and Blaine looked at Kurt blushing furiously as he remembered last night’s antics. ‘Wow he thought that was quick and painful but I hope never to repeat it maybe Kurt could do it the next time’ then he tickled his little girl who again squealed as Blaine tickled her laughing with her.

Kurt thought for a moment then turned to Blaine saying “Well if we are young parents now then what do we call her?”  Blaine stopped tickling their little girl and looked at her thinking then said “I think we should call her……. Elizabeth” Kurt’s breath hicked and Blaine looked at him and he saw sorrow but pure unadulterated love from Kurt’s eyes as Kurt said “That…. That was my mothers’ name” smiling down at Elizabeth and Coop reached over and said “Well Elizabeth let your Uncle Coop show you the kitchen and get you something to eat”  Blaine was about to protest but saw his mom’s face and nodded for her to go with Cooper.

Kurt sat up as did Blaine gathering the robe around him fuller and looked at Clarice, “What did we do exactly?”  Clarice smiled a broad full on big beaming smile at the two and was quite overcome at first then pulled herself together saying “Blaine , Kurt my dear, dear boys you have just saved this world of ours.  I knew you two were special but so special, oh thank you for your gift to all of us” with that she got up and placed a kiss upon both their foreheads and sat back down in the chair by the dressing table.  Maria was still standing but now holding he youngest son’s hand afraid to let go, after the shock of seeing what she had witnessed, then hearing the announcement Clarice made had made sense with the coming battle with the ‘Void’.

Kurt spoke then and asked “Well what do we do now we have our little girl” smiling at Blaine holding his other hand.  Clarice answered them “I think I better let the council know what has happened and you two had better get ready for more visitor’s” Clarice got up then and held out her hand for Maria to take so the boys could share a moment before everything became chaotic.  Maris kissed Blaine and held him tight for a little while, then she went over to Kurt and embraced him kissing him too before heading out leaving the two alone, while the grandma and uncle entertained their girl.

Kurt looked at Blaine then said “Are you okay baby…. I didn’t know we could do that?” then felt arms around him and he fell into Blaine’s embrace again as Blaine said “Neither did I, but it must be because we are the ‘Special’ two.”   Then laughed looking at Kurt and said “What are you going to tell your Dad Kurt” Kurt shot up ramrod straight and blinked “OMG Blaine he’s going to go nuts for her and Carol OMG! OMG! OMG! ” Blaine reached up and pulled Kurt back to him kissing him soundly upon the lips and then said “Thank you honey for our little girl but next time I’m making you do it instead” Blaine still felt sore all over his body and for some reason he felt a need to pee quickly.  He got up out of bed and rushed shutting the bathroom door behind him.

Kurt got up and went over to the bathroom asking Blaine “Baby you okay?”  Blaine answered “I needed a pee that’s all, be right out” Kurt wandered back to the dressing table and brushed his hair into place and waited for Blaine to finish in the bathroom.

Blaine came back out feeling drained again then asked “I don’t really feel like going to lectures today do you think they would let me stay here with Elizabeth today” and then added “It’s not every-day a man gives birth to children”.

Kurt smirked at that and then said “That’s fine with me Baby and I’ll ask Clarice to tell the Dean and Mr Ripley to excuse you until your back to your normal adorable self.”

Just then Elizabeth came back in still nude so Kurt opened a drawer and got one of Blaine’s t-shirts and put this on her “What is this for?” Elizabeth asked her Dad and Kurt replied “Well we shall be having visitors soon and we need to make you look your best for them with what we have until I can go to the store to get you some clothes”

Elizabeth looked into Kurt’s memories and saw children ‘s wear, picking out a little outfit that she knew her Dad liked and glowed slightly and then stood looking at herself admiring the clothes and shoes she was now wearing.  Kurt looked shocked and then marvelled at his little girl because she was head to tail in designer wear for little girls and he guessed she must be able to see into his memories to get the look.

Blaine looked over to the two with raised eyebrows, then said “I think I need to lie down for a bit I’m feeling a bit weak”.  Blaine walked over to the bed and then fell unconscious onto it, again Kurt rushed over and felt for a pulse and getting one, adjusted Blaine back under the covers and then told Elizabeth to get Grandma Maria to come in to the bedroom. 

Elizabeth shouted happily as she politely asked her Grandma to go see Kurt and Blaine and then started to play a game with Cooper.  Maria went into the bedroom again and was about to as the boys what they wanted then noticed Blaine under the covers again with a worried Kurt hovering by his side “Maria he said he felt weak and then fell onto the bed unconscious.  I didn’t know what to do for him can you help Blaine” Kurt asked as Maria came over placing her hands upon he sons’ forehead and heart then using her powers started healing and replenishing Blaine’s body.  Blaine opened his eyes again and smiled tiredly at his Mom and Kurt saying “What happened this time”, Maria answered “Kurt said you said you felt weak and fell unconscious onto the bed, so how are you feeling now?”

Blaine thought and said “I still feel sore all over but it seems to be getting better” Kurt gripped his hand as he said “Stop scaring me like this okay baby.  I don’t need any more surprises”, then felt Blaine return the pressure as he replied “You and me both babe”.  Maria laughed at that then and said “Well I better go back to your Father and give him the good news that he is a Grandfather now” laughing at the two faces of concern from the boys.  Then Maria just smiled then said “I love you two guys so much and thank you for my granddaughter how you did it I don’t want to know but I love you for her”

Blaine pleased by his Mom’s reaction to discovering that she was now in fact a grandmother was fantastic news to hear, his dad was another matter entirely and he wasn’t relishing the next meeting with him.  Kurt said then “Well I must make our guests some breakfast then at least they can eat something before interrogating us.” Blaine snorted his response to that then his stomach growled loudly and Kurt and Maria laughed, as Blaine looked horrified at his own stomach giving away the fact that he was hungry again.

Kurt left Blaine and Maria alone for some Mom and Son bonding time before the madness descended and went into the kitchen to make some breakfast for Blaine and the others.  He set about with Elizabeth watching him intently as he went about the kitchenette getting the utensils out ready for cooking a breakfast for Blaine.  He got Coop to go get some more bagels and put more coffee on then turned to see his little girl watching him and he smiled at her.  She raised and opened her arms for Kurt to pick her up which he did and he looked into a copy of his own eyes and kissed her cheek saying “Do you want anything to drink or eat honey” but she shook her head laying her own down in the croak of Kurt’s neck.  He then checked the coffee and waited for Coop to come back from the bagel shop, thinking quietly then remembering Mercedes was to join them today for lessons.

Kurt walked back into the bedroom still with Elizabeth croaked into shoulder and smiled as he saw Blaine and his Mom cuddling on their bed.  “Hello do you have room for a little one, as I have to start breakfast cooking when Coop gets back and I think someone maybe tired” Blaine opened his arms wide making grabby hands for Elizabeth, as she laughed at her Daddies actions Kurt placed her gently into Blaine’s arms and laughed when Blaine started tickling her with Elizabeth squealing with laughter. 

All the adults were then laughing alone with the little girl.  But it soon became evident that she was very tired and Blaine slipped her shoes off passing them to Kurt to place near the table, and then putting her next to him under the covers watching as she snuggled back onto the pillows closing her eyes and sighing, fast asleep as only little toddlers are able to do.

Maria looked on at her now extended family smiling with tears in her eyes, as Kurt leant down kissing Elizabeth on her head and then Blaine on his lips.  Blaine smiled and wanted more but knew Kurt wouldn’t want to as Maria and Elizabeth were both there. Kurt excused himself again and went back to the kitchen and soon enough they heard him singing softly as he began cooking breakfast for everyone.

Maria then said to Blaine “Darling I’ve got to go but we will be back as soon as we can.  I know…. No stop worrying once your father sees this precious angel he will love her and be so proud of you and Kurt.” With that she quickly kissed the pair in the bed and lovingly caressed he handsome younger sons’ face before giving him a wink, just like Coop’s before vanishing.  Blaine loved his Mom so much then and looked down again at the surprise gift he and Kurt had created cuddling his daughter into him and falling lightly asleep too.
