When all was quiet Kurt looked over to Blaine and said “Do you realise that this is going to be our lives from now on?” Blaine just shook his head and got up starting to collect the discarded cups to place in the little dishwasher for cleaning.

Blaine came back from the Kitchenette and found Kurt had gone on to the bedroom, so he followed deep in his own thoughts on what tomorrow would bring.

“Blaine” Kurt said in a sultry low voice Blaine hadn’t heard Kurt use before as his head snapped up from deep in his own thoughts.  Wow! Blaine thought, looking at Kurt lying upon their bed in his tighty-whities again, purring almost like a cat. “I thought you would never come to bed” he purred lowering his lashes as he directed a longing look back over his shoulder at Blaine “Is this alright?” Kurt continued with an unsure look passing over his features as Blaine stood thunderstruck awed by the vulnerability, but totally sexiness and sheer beauty of his Kurt.  “Blaine say something” Kurt asked getting no response from Blaine, he snapped out of his stupor and nearly pounced upon Kurt as Kurt tried not to squeal to loudly as he remembered Coop’s words.  Kurt help but laugh at his goofy boyfriend, as he was smothered with kisses and ramblings as Blaine lay on top of Kurt still dressed.

“Well I’m in my underwear and you’re fully clothed something is wrong here?” Kurt teased and Blaine stopped looked down laughed abashedly and got up quickly disrobing his clothes around the bedroom, nearly falling as he forgot to untie the one shoe and ended up in a chair with one trouser leg stuck on his foot. Kurt laughed hard at that and Blaine said “Oh you think that is funny do you” after eventually getting the offending shoe and trousers off, standing in his underwear and then re-pounced upon Kurt pinning him down between his strong muscled legs and started to tickle Kurt who shrieked with laughter that only encouraged Blaine to do more.  Kurt gasping for breath from laughing at Blaine's tickling gasped out “Bla….in…hahahahaha…e stopppp! Hahahahahaha! Can’t breath …….hahahaha” shrieking loudly now.  Just then Coop was standing at the bedroom doorway coughing to cover his own laughter saying “Boys what didn’t you get when I said you both have a big day tomorrow” Blaine jumped nearly having a fit at being caught in such a predicament by his brother “Coop! Privacy you know boundaries… geez!” Kurt squealed with embarrassment and dived under the bedcovers peeking out red from underneath them and Coop winked in his direction, and he groaned.

“As I said Blainers, bed means bed big day tomorrow save your energies you will need it” laughing as he left the boys spluttering expletives at him for ruining the mood.  Blaine followed his brother out and locked the apartment door this time spelling it, so he knew Coop would not be able to open it.  Then returned to the sober bedroom now with Kurt saying “Has he gone now, sorry I should of locked the door but I didn’t think Coop would actually come into the bedroom” still looking red underneath the bed comforter.  Blaine shook his head and replied “With Coop he sees no boundaries and oversteps when he shouldn’t, sorry about him.  Are you alright you still look red?”  Blaine asked Kurt afraid his overzealous brother may have harmed their tentative relationship on bedroom activities.

Kurt smiled and said “Only at being caught, gawd what if we had gone further he wouldn’t let us live that down”

Blaine chuckled at the thought and said we shall have to get our revenge on my brother to put a stop to his teasing then” as he got in to bed and then said “big spoon” smiling as Kurt tutted but rolled over to his side facing away from Blaine as he was wrapped in Blaine’s arms and felt his body pressed tightly against him.  Kurt sighed and said “I really don’t like Coop at the moment” as Blaine laughed again but he kissed the back of Kurt’s neck in recompense saying “Well it may be a physically demanding day tomorrow after all that has been said so I think we should save ourselves for after tomorrow hmmm” as he kissed Kurt’s neck again.  Kurt just purred at the feeling and kisses he was receiving from Blaine but both boys drifted off to a wonderful sleep wrapped in each other’s arms.

Coop listened using his powers to make sure that this time the boys had gone asleep and when assured they had he returned to his rooms and sat down relaxed then contacted his father.  “Dad, I thought you should know Blaine and Kurt have been allowed to move into one of the Staff apartments and I have been given one across from theirs.  Coop waited for the response but could only get disgust at first then his Dad replied “Hmm, who’s idea was that?” Coop replied that it was Clarices’, as they have been proven to be the prophesised two and therefore should be bonded as quickly as possible to strengthen them against what is coming next year.

Again, Coop’s father was quiet then said “Then how are things going with the preparations for the teams?”  Coop answered and said “Bit of luck it looks like we may have a complete team already from Blaine’s friends and one former enemy” Mr Anderson interrupted his eldest saying “Enemy?” Coop told him about Bas and what had occurred and his now servitude to Kurt and his family for all time.  Mr Anderson whistled slowly after that bit of news and then said “I take it Kurt accepted and Blaine was okay with that decision?” “Yes Kurt accepted after Bas informed him what it meant and explained that this had come from the ODD Chancellor and his Father.” Coop replied.

Again, silence then Mr Anderson answered his son “Coop I don’t like that you had best keep a sharp eye out for them both and Bas.  Watch carefully, but report back, anything you uncover.  I think there may be more to this than is being said the ODD and the Chancellor is anything but naïve and will want something huge in exchange for this servitude of one of the founding member families.”

Coop remained silent as he knew his Dad was thinking before continuing, “Coop can you get … what was his name Wesley I think to follow the boys around when you cannot, although a DG he will become another Guardian for them and should be informed of his duties, and what his new abilities will allow him to do.” Coop replied “Okay Dad anything else, if not I’ll say goodnight to you and Mom and I shall keep my eyes open for anything” his father replied that was it for now and to have a good night’s rest then broke the contact.  Coop reflected upon what had been discussed and decided how he was going to implement things, once he had clarified what his action plan was then he got ready for his own bed.  He again quickly used his powers to check that the boys were safe and asleep before he turned his light out and succumbed to his own tiredness sleeping deeply.

Mr Fredericks’ class was fuller that morning because there were a few new students attending and another younger adult standing behind Clarice.  Kurt, Blaine and their friends looking around nodding to a few other students they knew and frowning at others because they belonged to Mr Morris’s class for the OOD. 

Mr Fredericks spoke first to the assembled group of students saying “Right now we are all here we can begin. Clarice do you want to say anything?” he asked and Clarice nodded saying “Nick and John come here to me and I shall introduce you to your personal teaching guide my assistant, Gabriel”

Nick and John left the others and walked over to Clarice and Gabriel, introductions were made and then Clarice told Blaine and Kurt to come with her leaving everyone else in the room.  Coop was waiting outside for them and Clarice smiled at him saying “Good you remembered to wait for us” Coop smiled back and said “You only told me last night how could I forget” smiling one of his best smiles that only the Anderson brothers could manage.  Clarice looked at him intently and said “Hmm, your father has contacted you, what did Richard want you to do now?” Coop looked surprised but replied “Nothing that isn’t outside the Orders directives Senior Member Clarice” Coop answered Clarice officially as a junior member of the now defunct OOL.

Clarice looked at Cooper seriously then and thought Ah-ha his father has told him something he wishes not to be divulged…. Oh how interesting this is becoming, circles within circles hmmmm.  Clarice then proceeded the boys and Coop into their Special Common room where sat a waiting Bas and Sam.

Sam looked a bit uncomfortable, as though he and Bas had had words over the way in which he left Dalton, but they were being civil towards one another.  Clarice said “Hello Bas, this must be Sam, my name is Clarice and I was one of the ‘Senior’ members of the Order of the Light, but now known as the Order of the Two, as is the OOD.”  Sam said hello back and smiled at Blaine and Kurt, but was a bit concerned about Coop being there, as he remembered what had happened to him after Coop spoke last time to him and he found himself attending McKinley High School.  Truth be told he was glad to be going to the new school the other students didn’t know him enough for him to tell them the truth of what he was and he had already joined the New Directions enjoying the freedom of the group.

Coop saw Sam’s trepidation and tried to put him at ease with his being there by winking at him and smiling easily.  This sort of did the trick but immediately put Bas’s back up as he thought Coop was trying to poach his boyfriend off him more so than what he had done. Coop chuckled to himself and wandered over to the windows and took a seat out of the way as Clarice began her lecture concerning the four students in front of her.

Clarice studied the four young men in front of her and thought ‘We have one Demon, One known Demi-God, one Angel-fallen-risen and Kurt the DG anomaly that we aren’t quite sure what he is.’ Instead she spoke “Right young gentlemen, We” pointing at ALL present now constitute a new order against the ‘Void’.  Kurt and Blaine are paramount to the success of defeating the void and all it brings, but it is up to us to make sure that they remain safe until they can face the ‘Void’ itself together and defeat it forever.” Kurt and Blaine looked at one another and both asked the same thought to Clarice “What is the ‘Void’?”

Clarice looked at everyone and said “The ‘Void’ is an entity that we have never encountered before even the OOD has never come across it either.  In order for us to be able to defeat this thing then we must start to understand what it is. We first came across the name when one of our seers, a lady called Catherine had a vision a pretty powerful one right in the assembly of the Inner council and forewarned us of the Void.  It was powerful enough to know it had been discovered that it’s raged spanned eons of time and space to attack Catherine who died from the attack before a counter defence could prevent it.  Catherine was your mother Sam, and you don’t know how grateful we are to your family for Catherine’s divine vision.” 

Everyone looked at Sam, who looked down with tears in his face saying “I never knew the whole story, just what my father told us about how Mom was attacked and killed but not by what”

Clarice placed a benevolent hand upon Sam’s shoulder and said “Your Mom was an Angel too did you know that?” Sam’s looked up with wonder shining from his face saying “Dad, never said anything but that Mom was a Seer for the OOL”

“She was much more than that Sam, much more as your Mom was also a member of the council too” Bas looked shocked at this because he realised with his manipulations for the down fall of Sam he thought he may have been used to that end without his knowing.  Clarice saw Bas’s reaction and said “Yes Bas you had your part to play in Sam reaching his full potential neither an Angel or a Fallen one, but becoming a new Arch-angel”  Sam’s face lit up with that discovery and he felt wonderful as he now realised all that had befallen him had already been fated.

Bas looked at Sam and said “Where does this leave us?” Clarice interrupted them before Sam could answer and said “Nothing has changed except you and Sam are equals in power”

Sam reached over and took Bas’s hand smiling at him Bas took his hand and smiled back slightly knowing that their times together were going to be even more interesting from now on.

Kurt lent forward and said “How could the ‘Void’ attack from that place that it lives within, I mean if what you say about time and space the theories go sort of out the window at this point.  So, how are we pointing at Blaine and himself going to win against something that powerful?” pointedly looking at Clarice for an answer.  Clarice then looked down at Kurt and Blaine thinking how young they truly were for such a heavy burden, then replied “That Kurt is for you two only to hear and no-one else” Blaine had a sudden fearful insight into what that might be but the look from Clarice warned not to divulge anything even to Kurt.

Just then Gabriel poked his head around the common room door saying “Clarice a quick word please” Clarice nodded her head and walked out to join Gabriel leaving Coop and the boys alone in their own thoughts.  Coop had his own suspicions about how Kurt and Blaine were to defeat the ‘Void’, but he didn’t like what he had thought and gave a worried look over to his younger brother.  He then decided to contact their father and appraise him on what he had just learnt and his worries for Blaine.

Cooper what is it I can sense your fear what has happened, Richard Anderson thought to his eldest; Cooper replied to his father and told him of what he had learned and his own worries concerning Blaine.  His father mentally paused thinking then replied again Did Clarice actually say Blaine was in dire danger from the ‘Void’,  Cooper said not in so many words but was going to explain further to just the two of them without him being there.  His father then decided that he needed to come over and said he would see him in a few moments.  Coop knew something wasn’t right, but held his own council as Clarice re-entered the room after talking with Gabriel.

Clarice then said “Boys we are getting prepared for the fight all is not lost, Gabriel has just informed me John has shown an amazing tactical side and has been found to be a ‘War God’.  Oh this is simply too good the teams are being prepared and their powers are exponentially expanding as they learn and practice.”

Then suddenly, there was a shimmer and out stood Richard Anderson, looking at Clarice with murder in his eyes. “Clarice a word if I may” leading again out through the door from the common room Blaine jumped up at the sudden appearance of his father and looked over to Coop who shrugged his shoulders.  They listened as there came heated voices from behind the door but nothing discernible was caught.  Clarice came back into the room looking angry followed by Richard and the Dean who heard the commotion from his office.

Mr Anderson then said “Blaine come with me, Coop stay with Kurt” with that he took hold of his youngest and vanished. Kurt was dumbfounded where the hell had Blaine disappeared to and what did this mean for them and the coming battle with the ‘Void’.  First he looked at Coop then Clarice and then the Dean, before anyone could say anything he felt a sudden anger and vanished himself.

That stunned everyone in the room, as Kurt wasn’t supposed to be able to do what he just did and Coop didn’t know where to follow, as Kurt had successfully blocked all traces of his powers so Coop couldn’t locate him.  Coop reacted by shouting telepathically for his father again telling him Kurt had vanished soon after he and Blaine had gone.  Richard was impressed that Kurt had vanished and then worried what this could mean for Blaine if Kurt was gone.

The Dean and Clarice decided to give Kurt’s father a quick call to inform him of his son’s sudden disappearance and any ideas of where he might have gone.  Coop looked at Bas and Sam asking did they know where Kurt could have gone to but Bas looked paNicked as soon as Kurt disappeared, saying that they didn’t really know enough about him to try to find him.  Coop went out of the room over to the classroom to speak with Nick, as he suddenly had an idea that he might be able to help locate Kurt’s whereabouts.
