Chapter 20 –The Audition

Kurt was thankful that he had already begun to prep for dinner with Amber, Blaze, his father, and Blaine that evening. The sauce for the pasta was perfect after he added a tad bit more seasoning, and there was already eggplant baking in the oven. Kurt was happy he was getting to prepare everything without his father in the kitchen to complain that there wasn't enough fried food, and he was also thankful for the company he did have.

Blaze was sitting at the kitchen counter, flipping through one of Kurt's Vogue magazines and eating a pear. He was dressed very nicely in a sea foam green button up shirt and khaki slacks. Kurt liked his friend's ability to always dress appropriately for the occasion—sure Blaze had his skater boy thing going on where he'd wear the Obey t-shirts and the snapback caps just like the rest of their friends, but for moments like this where he'd be with his mother and Burt, the teen always dressed to impress. It may've made Kurt smile more than it did his dad, but he knew Burt appreciated and found it respectful as well.

The boys hadn't said much of anything at this point. Every few moments, one could hear the rustling of the pages as Blaze flipped through the magazine, or Kurt humming a song to himself as he wiped down his workstation, but beside that, it was simply the two potential step brothers quietly enjoying each other's company. Blaze was the first to break the silence, though.

"So only a couple days until that audition, huh?"

Kurt nodded as he ceased to whistle now. "It's exactly one day, twenty two hours, and eleven minutes away." Blaze smiled at the response, "It's a bit nerve wracking to be honest with you. This is my first serious audition since I tried out for Oliver Twist in middle school. That ended decently for me but the competition wasn't nearly as stiff. One of the kids sung Hot in Herre by Nelly at an audition we were simply meant to read and act for."

Blaze tossed the remains of his pear into the trash bin as he laughed; spinning back around on the stool he sat on. "Okay so first of all, I'm upset I didn't go to middle school with you because your time as a preteen must've been hilarious," Kurt rolled his eyes with an amused smile. His younger years were far from hilarious, actually, but things got better. "And secondly," Blaze continued, "since when does Kurt Hummel get nervous?" he asked the question with a smile, fixing the collar of his top.

Kurt laughed at that as he began to chop up vegetables. "Kurt Hummel gets nervous when he has everything riding on one moment," he glanced back at Blaze who listened with sincerity, "I don't even want to think about what happens if I don't get in because I'm sculpting my future career on gracing the halls of that school."

Blaze smiled as he closed the magazine. "I think you're stressing yourself out. I'm still in awe of that performance you put on for us. Your dad was in tears and my mom still talks about it." Kurt turned to face him as the elder teen continued, "Honestly, it was one of the best renditions of Being Alive I've ever heard."

"Well as much as I appreciate that," Kurt smiled and did a little bow, making the boy chuckle, "there's been a slight change of plans."

Blaze perked up at that. "What do you mean? It was honestly great, Kurt. If it were me I don't think I'd change a thing, really…"

"Well I thought it was great too," Kurt shrugged, returning back to what he was doing, "The thing is, I have much better competition than I had for Oliver Twist. There just might be someone who out performs me and the best way to ensure that that doesn't happen, according to the lovely Jeffrey Levi Sterling," Kurt added the veggies to the pan and before resuming, "would be for me to maybe sing a duet with my boyfriend."

Blaze smiled at the thought. "That sounds pretty genius. If you could get Blaine to sing, that is."

"And that's the thing," Kurt said with a laugh, "at first I thought he'd shun me for asking. You know of Blaine's no singing rule, I'm assuming?"

Blaze nodded. "Yup, though Justin says he sounds amazing."

Kurt agreed. "He definitely does. He's my favorite singer to be completely honest with you. I'm not just saying that because I'm in a relationship with him," they locked eyes and Blaze nodded that he understood, "The good thing is Blaine said he'd love to sing with me on stage, no matter how nervous he is," the younger sighed with a satisfied smile, "he's an amazing guy. I am so lucky to have him."

"You two are great together, and it'd be perfect." Blaze told him, just about cut off by the sound of Beyoncé singing Dance For You as Kurt's cell phone started to ring. "Oh, go ahead and take it."

Kurt stepped away from the stove and dug into his pocket, pulling his iPhone out and biting his lip at the name that flashed across the screen. "Speak of the devil," he turned around to face Blaze and gestured out into the living room, "This is Blaine. Can I trust you to keep an eye on dinner without burning the house down or should I tell him I'll call back?"

Blaze stood up and stretched as he wore a smirk. "You know I can cook. I boiled those hotdogs for Mikey and he loved them…"

Kurt deadpanned at him.

"Okay, okay," Blaze laughed and walked over to the stove, "hurry up and answer before he hangs up. I can handle things in here."

Kurt pressed accept and started to walk towards the door. His eyes never left Blaze even while he was pulling off his apron. "Do not live up to your nickname, Blaze. I'll be back."

Blaze laughed and grabbed the spatula, looking back at the stove. Why he needed a spatula, Kurt wasn't sure of.

And maybe leaving him alone wasn't the best idea…

Nevertheless, the teen exited the kitchen and stepped into the living room, looking around to make sure his father hadn't slipped in yet before finally answering. "Hi, Honey."

"Kurt," Blaine's voice immediately made the blue eyed teen smile, "what are you up to, beautiful?"

"Just hanging with Blaze and cooking for tonight. How are you enjoying spending time with those nutty friends of yours?" Kurt went to sit on the sofa, grabbing a pillow into his lap. "And do you miss me as much as I miss you?"

He could hear Blaine laugh lightly before a reply came through. "You know I miss you, beautiful. And hanging with our nutty friends was pretty typical, they're still ass hats," Kurt laughed, "but Nick and Jeff are adorable ass hats, so that's beginning to make them tolerable."

"They have the potential to be as cute as us one day, you know."

"But there's only one Kurt and Blaine, baby," Blaine told him, "and this Blaine is parking in his uncle's driveway and would love to see you. Can you come?"

Kurt grinned, shaking his head when he heard Blaze say 'ow' in the kitchen and walking towards his front door. When he peeked outside, sure enough Blaine was parking the Lexus and stepping out of it a moment later; phone pressed to his ear.

"You look really good, you know that?"

Blaine rested his arms on top of the car and smiled at Kurt from where he stood, winking at him when his boyfriend sexily bit down on his bottom lip. "Of course I know that. Are you coming over like you promised or not?"

Kurt rolled his eyes at the cocky teen before nodding. "Someone has to deal with that ego. Let me slide some shoes on and I'll be right over."

Blaine laughed and nodded, backtracking over the lawn and over to his aunt and uncle's door. "Come straight up to the guest room."

Kurt nodded in response, smiling at Blaine before going back into his house. "See you in a few."

"Alright, beautiful."

Kurt hung up the phone and sat it down on the coffee table. He quickly went to check on Blaze in the kitchen to see the elder teen adding pasta into the pot of boiling water. When the water splashed a little because of how hard he dropped the linguine, Blaze jumped back and Kurt shook his head.

"I'll be back in like… I don't know. But it'll be soon. The eggplant comes out in exactly 5 minutes." Blaze looked back at him and nodded, mentally taking note with an oddly confident look on his face. Kurt sighed and resumed. "Don't worry about the brownies; I'll put them in when I get back. I'm sure you'll know when everything else is done, right?"

Blaze put the spatula down and leant against the counter. "Of course. I told you I have everything under control," he smiled even though Kurt was once again deadpanning at him. "Where are you going?"

Kurt tried not to blush as he thought about where he was about to go and for what. Leaving your friend and possibly soon to be step brother alone for a booty call wasn't a cool move by any means, but that voicemail was in his head all day and if he wasn't inside Blaine in five minutes, he'd probably die. "I um, Blaine needs help picking out an outfit for tonight, and he's next door now so I was going to—"

"Sex. I got it," Blaze laughed and turned back to the stove, "I hope it's just one round. You know I don't know how to lie to Burt and if he asks what's going on—"

"You won't say a word," Kurt told him seriously. "C'mon. Remember the hotel party after Championships a couple weeks back and that girl wanted to talk to me but I said you were single?"

Blaze rolled his eyes. "You can bring that up because you have no interest in girls, Kurt. If you did I probably wouldn't have gotten with her at all that night."

"Well you did, so you owe me one. Learn how to cover up," Kurt started to take a few paces backwards as Blaze nodded to him, "if we're going to be brothers, we're going to have to do these things for one another."

Blaze laughed and nodded, "I got it, bro. Just don't be long, please?"

Kurt nodded. "Thanks. Be back soon."

….

"Hanging out with Blaine is so much better."

Cooper laughed as he plopped down on the sofa between Justin and David. He looked over at Nick and smiled his classic million dollar smile, wondering what the young brunette could have possibly meant by that. "Are you insulting me, Nicky? Because this surely sounds like an insult, young man."

Jeff lay back, plucking at the strings of his guitar. He ignored Nick and Cooper going at it for the umpteenth time since they got over to Justin's place. Of course, they were supposed to be helping him start moving things to David's apartment—well the apartment that would from now on be known as David and Justin's place, but right now the guys just settled back in the living room to catch a breather. Shopping with David could take the wind out of you.

"I am insulting you, actually." Nick took a sip of his pineapple soda, turning to face the elder Anderson. "All you've done since we got here is tease me about Jeff."

"I'm just saying," Cooper shrugged and folded his hands behind his head, "you and Blaine must really be best friends. I mean you both started losing teeth around the same time. You both had your balls drop at the same time," Justin snorted into his ice cream and Nick glared at him; Cooper continuing, "Both of you lost your virginity over the same weekend. Now, you're both switching teams in the same summer. I think that's an excellent friendship!" Cooper faced Jeff and grinned. "My best friend happens to be a dick who thinks we're not too old enough for the Bangkok joke."

David was upset that his best friend would be traveling the country for BMX competitions without him while he was beginning his freshman year at USC, but he was proud of Justin for doing something with himself. Staying in Long Beach and not going to college or working wouldn't be a good look at all. Not with the blonde's father constantly bringing him down. The fact remained though, while Justin was out competing, their two floor apartment would be lonely.

"Are you implying that he's only with me because Blaine fell for Kurt, and he and Blaine have to be the same?" Jeff asked while slowly strumming his guitar. Cooper looked away from the game on television and shook his head no.

"I'm not implying anything, my dear Jeffrey. I just think it's funny how their lives coincide, that's all."

Jeff smiled and looked at Nick who was rolling his eyes at Cooper. "It may be funny, but I really like him. And I'm lucky that he's giving me a chance in the first place."

Cooper stood up after pretending to gag.

"I think CJ is just mad that Jasmine isn't giving him any play," David said as he laughed into his bottle of Coke. Unfortunately it wasn't free and wasn't provided by Farrah, but it was good nonetheless. "This has been going on for how long now? Since high school man?" Cooper smirked at David as the boy continued, "We all used to look up to you."

"I'm not trying to get any play, David."

Justin rolled his eyes. This was his older sister they were talking about.

"I actually want to be with the girl, you know."

"Must totally suck," Nick smiled at Cooper and turned to face the television. "Now shut up so I can watch this."

"You remember when you used to have sleepovers with Blaine when you guys were like 8 or so, and I used to give you wedgies every time you two came in my room and I had a girl over?"

David smiled as Nick scoffed. "I remember."

"You're not too old for that to happen."

Justin smiled as he stood up too. "CJ, come upstairs and help me pack a few things, will ya? We need to talk."

Jeff laughed at Nick as his boyfriend stuck his middle finger up at Cooper as the man walked away. He honestly didn't know what to do with either of them. "Nicholas…"

"What do you want?"

David lay down on the couch as Justin and Cooper went upstairs.

"Come over here. I'm lonely."

Nick smirked and shook his head no. "You come over here."

"I need a girlfriend," David sighed and stared at the TV. "Between you two and Klaine, I can't take this anymore."

Upstairs, Justin sighed as he looked around his small bedroom. This was the same room he'd grown up in- the very room he ran to when his parents would fight. The one he spent hours in listening to music and sometimes crying after his mom left them. The one his dad encouraged him to bring girls back to every weekend. It was a safe haven and a place with terrible memories all in one. As much as he'd miss it, he knew it was time to go.

Cooper stared around the room, admiring all the awards and posters of swimsuit models and even the small picture frame of a girl on Justin's nightstand. "She's cute. Finally settling down?"

Justin turned to look where Cooper was and smiled, shaking his head no. "Not yet. I intend to with her, but then reality knocks me back a couple steps." he grabbed a couple empty boxes Don had given to him from the shop and tossed them on the bed, "Her name is Quinn. She's one of Kurt's old friends from Ohio."

"Ah," Cooper nodded as he leant against the boy's dresser. "Long distance. Been there, done that, and got the t-shirt."

Justin smirked and started taking down his BMX things. "I'm guessing that didn't end well since you're chasing my sister?"

"I'm not chasing her, believe it or not. I'm here. Whenever she's ready to leave him, I'll be around." Justin nodded at the words and Cooper walked over to begin to help. "And the long distance thing wasn't for me. I admire people that can make it work, but I was nowhere near mature enough, especially living on the beach with naked women pretty much throwing themselves at me. I blame myself for how Blaine turned out."

"Blaine was the way he was because you guys lost two people you loved, CJ. It was easier not to love than to fall in love and lose again," Justin turned to face him and shrugged, "I think I'm experiencing the same thing from time to time. But luckily, Blaine found his soul mate."

Cooper nodded. "That's true. I don't know if Jasmine is my soul mate, but I definitely know that I've always cared about her. And you know I'll treat her like a queen."

"I know you'll treat her better than Tony does," Justin told him. "You have to prove you'd treat her like a queen."

"If she lets me prove it, I'll do it in a heartbeat."

"Okay," Justin smiled and went back to packing his things up. "That's great. Whenever she's ready, then, I guess."

Cooper sighed and nodded, turning away and packing up a few of the things Justin saved as mementos. "Yeah, Jus. Whenever she's ready."

….

Blaine lifted his arms as Kurt pulled the shirt up and off of him. They tossed it down in the hallway as the two made their way to Blaine's old bedroom; not before Kurt pushed him against the wall and attacked his lips for the hundredth time since he'd shown up.

There were clothes stranded along the way, from the living room, up the steps, and in the hallway. Kurt said there'd be time to clean it up since Pam and Mikey got home around 6ish, and Blaine honestly didn't care because that really wasn't his concern right now.

Right now, he just really wanted Kurt inside him.

His nails scratched down Kurt's back as the younger teen's hands slid underneath his boxers; roaming over his ass and palming each cheek. Blaine bit his lip; eyes tightly closed and dick getting harder and harder by the second.

"You have an amazing ass, Blaine."

Blaine groaned when Kurt pushed him further into the wall; his boyfriend grinding against him in the jeans he wore as Blaine was left in only his underwear. The friction was rather beautiful, a little too beautiful if he could be honest.

"I'm serious," Kurt's hands moved to his waist as Blaine reached for the doorknob to the guest room, "an ass like this deserves to be worshipped."

Blaine struggled for only a moment before the door was pushed open, and he tried not to make any more pathetic moans as he kissed Kurt, pulling them away from the wall and into the bedroom. Kurt bit Blaine's bottom lip and licked across it, smirking as he closed the door shut behind them.

"Unfortunately, I can't give it the time I'd like to, but I still intend to make you feel incredible."

Blaine gulped hard as he watched his boyfriend shimmy out of the dark jeans he had on. With each inch of pale skin that was revealed, he felt himself growing hotter and hotter. He knew he was probably blushing but couldn't bring himself to care too much; instead staring at the bulge in Kurt's briefs and licking his lips.

Kurt wanted to laugh at his boyfriend, but he had a heart. He didn't—this time, but he did get a little amusement out of how excited his boyfriend looked. It was equal parts of lust and realization that he was about to get his ass handed to him. As Kurt dropped his briefs to the floor and stepped his long legs out of them, he slowly swayed over to Blaine, smiling at the deer caught in headlights look his boyfriend put on the closer he got.

"What's the matter, honey?" Kurt grabbed the waistband of Blaine's Hugo Boss boxers, slowly pushing them over the swell of his ass. "If you don't want to go through with this—"

"I d-do!" Blaine answered, a bit too ecstatically which made Kurt laugh. "I do want to—oh fuck—"

Kurt kissed Blaine's lips and down to his chin; his smooth hands massaging up and down Blaine's ass. "Relax, Blaine."

Blaine nodded hard and held onto Kurt's waist as he stepped out of his underwear. "I'm relaxed, baby."

Kurt smiled, walking him over to the bed and pushing him down on top of it. "Good. Now," as Blaine sat up, leaning back on his elbows and staring at Kurt, the younger teen climbed on top of him and pushed him back down flat. "This is how it's going to go. I'm going to turn you over and stretch you, and then if you're a good boy I promise I'll fuck you nice and slow. How does that sound?"

Kurt felt Blaine's cock twitching underneath him as the boy nodded his support of the idea. "It s-sounds fabulous, Kurt." Blaine licked his already wet lips and as he stared at Kurt's hand moving slowly up and down his own cock. He didn't know what he did to deserve this. There was no doubt in Blaine's mind that Kurt was the biggest tease in all of the earth. Everywhere. The biggest.

"Is the lube still where we kept it?"

Blaine shook his head no and pointed to the small closet in the corner of the room. "I had to put it up because Mike always went in our… drawer. Where we kept our things."

Kurt smiled, leaning down to kiss his boyfriend's lips. As Blaine closed his eyes and reciprocated, he pulled back quickly. "Give me a minute."

"A-Al-Alright," Blaine stuttered out, cursing himself for losing his cool.

This was new. He was used to being the one in control during sex pretty much always. But maybe it was knowing that he'd be on the receiving end of things this time that changed his demeanor.

Kurt stood up and walked over to the other end of the bedroom. He could hear Blaine adjusting himself on the bed as he went, purposely swaying his hips to mess with his boyfriend even more. The groan he heard a second later told him it was working, and Kurt smiled. "Top shelf, I assume?"

"Yeah," Blaine moved his positioning up to the pillows and let his legs fall open a bit. He swallowed air and started to play at the skin along his happy trail. "In the um, the black bag."

Kurt reached up and grabbed the bag after moving aside a couple sneaker boxes. Inside were a box of condoms and a partially used bottle of lubricant. He smiled and took out the bottle, tossing it over to his boyfriend who caught it; of course after fumbling a bit, and then started to open the box of the condoms.

"Hm, we've never used this kind before."

Blaine looked up and nodded. The need to touch himself was driving him crazy, and of course Kurt would more than likely tell him not to.

Nah. His boyfriend wasn't that cruel.

"Those are the kind my… Aunt Pam got us some a while back, you know." Kurt smirked as Blaine started to touch himself, "They'll do the job, but I wouldn't mind if you didn't wear one at all…"

"I'm wearing one," Kurt knelt onto the bed and watched his boyfriend, "and I don't remember saying you could touch your cock, honey."

See.

Blaine bit his lip, moving his hand back up over his body. Kurt smiled at the tattoo on his chest and reached for the lube. "Turn on your back."

….

Blaze was proud of himself. He had the pasta done al dente, and the eggplant was out of the over in five minutes as he was instructed. He looked through the cabinets until he found the strainer and rinsed it out, placing it in the sink and going to get the pasta.

Burt had walked in right as he dumped all of it into the strainer. He found the fact that his son was missing and instead Blaze was cooking in the kitchen very odd. That was one word for it.

"Richard."

Blaze turned around a little bit startled and smiled at the man. "Mr. Hummel! Hey! Um I was just—"

"You're cooking dinner…" Burt looked around for Kurt once more for good measure and then back to the young man. "A dinner my son and I intended to make together. The question is why?"

Blaze smiled dumbly and looked at the food on the stove, and then the pasta draining in the sink. "Well, he was here a minute ago but—"

"Where's he now?"

Blaze ran a hand over his hair and looked down at the floor. "Blaine needed help with something for dinner tonight, he told me. They went to get it s-settled and," the boy looked up to Burt who was staring straight through him, "um, he said he'd be back in like… in a little while? I'm not actually 'cooking' for him, I was just taking the things out the oven and… the vegetables are done now…" he turned the pot off and smiled at Burt.

Burt nodded and walked over to the refrigerator. "Ok, sport."

Blaze smiled, letting go of a breath he didn't even know he was holding onto and pouring the pasta into the dish Kurt left for him.

"I'm going to assume they're next door since Blaine parked in his uncle's driveway."

Shit. Blaze tried to act nonchalant as he continued what he was doing. "W-Well he didn't tell me where, he just said that, you know, he was—"

"I don't know," Burt smiled, enjoying playing around with the kid a little too much. He intended to marry Amber. May as well get used to embarrassing another 'son'. "So tell me, Rich."

"You know," Blaze shook his head as he repeated it again and Burt held back a chuckle, "he just said he was helping Blaine with an outfit I think. So. Yeah."

Burt nodded. He told his parents the same nonsense when he was that age. "Okay." after taking out a bottle of water, he approached the boy. "So what are we making?"

….

Blaine's fingers held onto the pillow as he felt Kurt's lips at his lower back. It wasn't even a second later before his slick fingers were pressing at the rim of his ass; slowly circling the puckered entrance and making Blaine sigh.

Kurt was having a hard time pretending he wasn't insanely turned on by all of this, because truth be told his dick was the hardest it'd ever been. He was certain he had never been this hard before.

Bottoming was amazing. Kurt knew he wanted his first time to be exactly how it was—with someone he was in love with, taking things at a beautiful pace, and the most important detail was that he wanted to receive. He was happy that it happened this way. A lot of people's first times weren't special at all.

That was a while ago, however, and the other dreams he used to have when he was younger were occurring much more often now. The dreams he had of screwing some guy's brains out. It was nice that the 'some guy' would be the man he believed was the love of his life, of course, and he hoped that Blaine didn't think because they were each other's loves that he'd go easy on him.

Kurt was not going to hold back.

He pulled the single finger out and added another, pushing it far inside of his boyfriend. It was helpful that Blaine had called him moaning the night before as he stretched himself, because this wasn't going to take too long. Kurt simply wanted to do just enough to make Blaine writhe and beg for it, because what good would sneaking over here for sex in the middle of the day be if he couldn't hear Blaine beg?

"Ah- Kurt… Kurt please, baby."

Well that wasn't hard.

Kurt curved his fingers again as he kissed gently over Blaine's back, rubbing the little nub that had his boyfriend's thighs clenching and unclenching.

"One more finger…"

"Kurt," Blaine turned his head and rested the right side of his face on the pillow, sighing when his boyfriend began to scissor his fingers inside of him, "baby, I don't need another, I promise." Kurt pulled his fingers out and started to push three in anyway, and Blaine closed his eyes tightly as he rubbed himself against the mattress. "Oh god, Kurt."

"Soon," Kurt said with a smile, sitting up on his knees between his boyfriend's legs and wiggling his fingers as best he could inside the tight heat. He looked at the alarm clock on the bedside table and told himself this couldn't last more than ten minutes. "I bet I'm going to die at how tight you are, Blaine. I'm so hard right now."

"Let me suck you," Blaine mumbled into the pillow; his ass rising up in the air with each of Kurt's fingers moving inside of him. "Let me, please."

Kurt pulled fingers out and nodded, slapping Blaine on the ass and smiling. "C'mon. Only for a minute, baby."

Blaine groaned and turned onto his back now, sitting up as Kurt crawled on the bed. The younger brushed a few chestnut colored strands out of his face and held his dick in front of Blaine's lips. As soon as Blaine had leant back against the headboard; eyes focused on Kurt's pretty blue ones, he parted his lips.

Kurt threw his head back as he pushed in. Only a minute, he told himself, ignoring the voice in his head that answered that's bullshit, fuck his mouth, now! He smiled as his boyfriend reached for the condom and took it with a shaky 'thank you', sliding in and out of Blaine's moist lips and groaning as he pulled out completely.

That was the hardest thing to do.

The condom was on after Kurt rolled onto his side of the bed, tearing it open with his teeth and rolling it onto his erect cock. Blaine watched with a newfound lust Kurt had never seen his boyfriend wear. It was such a turn on knowing Blaine wanted to be fucked that bad.

As Kurt warmed the lube and lathered himself generously, he bit his lip and stared at his boyfriend. Blaine was licking his lips and staring back at him, waiting for instruction just as sexy as he'd ever seen him.

"Turn on your side," Kurt told him, easing down the bed a little, "facing the wall."

Blaine looked at him for a little bit longer before nodding his understanding, turning onto his left and laying down on the mattress. He took a deep breath as he folded his arm beneath his head on the pillow; his other hand resting on the mattress for now. He didn't really know what to do with it. Playing the little spoon was new to him.

Kurt smiled as he pressed his chest to Blaine's back, hoping to ease the nervousness a bit with a kiss. As soon as his lips touched Blaine's neck, the boy relaxed a bit. "Do you know what I'm going to say?"

Blaine nodded. He could feel Kurt pressing his cock between his ass, slowly rubbing it up and down the crack, and it took a lot not to push back. "You're going to say if I need you to stop… I should tell you," he finished lamely with a moan as Kurt started to push in. "Oh, baby—"

"And," Kurt held the base of his cock with one hand and spread Blaine's ass with the other. How he hadn't cum already, he wasn't sure, "if you want me to fuck you harder, you should tell me too," with a smile he slowly began to push past Blaine's entrance, closing his eyes and moving that hand to Blaine's waist. "D-Damn, B…"

Blaine bit down on his tongue and sighed, "I-I will. Promise."

Kurt nodded; his nails digging into the skin of his boyfriend's hip as he pushed a little further. "Good. Let me know when to move."

"Now is good," Blaine answered quickly, "now is perfect." He laced his fingers into his own hair and the sheets on the bed as Kurt did just that. And fuck, the stretch was nothing compared to that vibrator the night before or Kurt's fingers just now. This was so different. Kurt was so big. "Fuck, fuck, fuck, Kurt…"

Kurt's toes were curling as he moved another inch in, biting down on Blaine's shoulder as he tried to stop himself, "yeah?"

"H-Hold on," Blaine opened his eyes and stared at the wall, taking deep breaths. "God, your cock is massive."

Kurt kissed across his boyfriend's shoulder and to the nape of his neck, staying as still as he possibly could, even though it was probably the worst form of torture. "Let me know when you're ready, honey." He continued to kiss him and rub along the boy's thighs and waist, eventually wrapping his hand around Blaine's cock.

Blaine's breathing hitched right away. He nodded feverishly and looked down at Kurt's hand stroking him slowly, letting the teen know he was ready. When Kurt still didn't move, Blaine closed his eyes and pushed back.

"F-Fuck," Kurt gasped and plunged in further, cursing to himself when he felt Blaine clench around him, "shit, I'm so sorry!"

Blaine laughed a little mixture of giggles and moans as he told his boyfriend it was ok. He even went so far to grind his ass until Kurt was breathing into his neck, "It's ok…now fuck me, Kurt."

Kurt bit his lip after he caught his breath, pulling out slowly and moving back in. He still wasn't completely inside, but he was working on it. A couple strokes later and Kurt had Blaine by the waist, burying himself as deep in Blaine's ass as he could get.

"Yes," Blaine threw his arm behind him and wrapped it around Kurt's neck. His eyes started to roll back when Kurt's hand returned to his cock, "Oh, shit… this is what I wanted baby."

Kurt looked at the mirror hanging on the wall across from them as he fucked Blaine; forcing himself in and out of Blaine's ass, "Is it good, baby? Am I taking good care of you?"

Blaine found that being the little spoon wasn't so bad. He lifted his leg in the air as Kurt's hand roamed up his abdomen and to his chest, rubbing over his nipple as he worked his cock inside of him. "It's s-so good, s-sexy," Blaine started to pull on Kurt's hair as the teen kissed his neck, "I don't want you to stop…"

"I won't," Kurt was struggling to breathe as he felt himself getting carried away. He meant to stay slow and steady but Blaine's ass was just so tight and he was just being so good, taking it like this… Kurt had never moved his hips harder and faster than he was right now. And when he moved a little closer and altered his thrusting a bit, Blaine cried out so beautifully he wanted to fuck him forever, "I won't, baby."

Blaine's leg slowly started to fall until Kurt grabbed it just under the thigh, holding it in the air and continually pounding into his prostate.

"Fuck, Kurt," Blaine dropped his arm and moved forward a little bit, arching his back as he moved his ass back, "holy shit! Right there, baby…please don't stop!"

Kurt bit his lip as he watched Blaine bury his face in the pillow now. He held onto his boyfriend's knee, making sure it stayed in the air as he moved in and out of his ass. "You can touch yourself now."

"Oh thank god," Blaine gasped for air as he turned his head to face the wall. As he looked in the mirror across from them he could see Kurt behind him. The sight of him fisting his cock with Kurt holding his leg in the air; eyes focused on his own cock as it moved in and out of Blaine; it was the hottest thing. Just as hot as getting fucked on his side this hard by a man that sexy.

A man.

His man.

"You better cum," Kurt started to pant as he started to fuck him faster; his toes almost cramping from how hard they were curling, "I'm so fucking close, Blaine—"

"Oh, fuck!" Blaine came all over his hand in that very instant and Kurt let out a sigh of relief, knowing he was right behind him. "K-K-Kurt, baby yes—"

"Blaine," Kurt thrust in hard and felt his boyfriend shake as he hit his prostate again, "oh… Blaine…"

"Come on," Blaine continued to stroke himself as Kurt let go of his leg; it dropping hard as it hit the mattress, "come on…oh shit."

Kurt pushed Blaine onto his chest, lay down on top of him, and fucked his ass with two more long, deep thrust before his orgasm hit him. The only thing he could hear was his boyfriend's whines of pleasure and his own heart beating as he shook on top of him. He quickly pulled out and jerked his cock, careful not to cause his boyfriend any oversensitivity. But apparently Blaine was fine because he pushed him off of him and got between his knees, pulling off the condom and licking up everything he could catch.

Now would be the best time to cuddle and go to sleep. Only they had dinner with Kurt's family in a few.

"Oh god."

Blaine breathed heavily as he continued to lick swirls over Kurt's cock, kissing down the length of it. Kurt lazily pushed his head away after a few seconds and groaned.

"Blaine, stop it…"

Blaine kissed the head and sucked it into his mouth, all before Kurt grabbed his hair hard.

"Blaine, you know that hurts…"

"I just really, really, really," Blaine kissed along the vein once more and smiled, "really, really love your cock. Really…"

Kurt smiled as he struggled to sit up, taking the condom from Blaine and wrapping it in a few tissues. "And I really love yours. But we need to get going."

Blaine collapsed on the bed and stared at the ceiling, wincing once he realized he was laying in his own cum. "I can't imagine having to go sit down for dinner with your family after you just fucked me that hard, Kurt. God, that was so amazing."

Kurt sat up now, looking down at his body and scratching his leg. "Well we have to, love. I actually need to go now." He stretched a bit before leaning down to kiss Blaine, "I left the food with Blaze and my dad will probably be home in a little bit."

Blaine leant up and kissed him again, nodding. "Alright, babe."

"What time will you be over?"

Blaine inched up a bit, wincing at the pain. "Ok. Ouch."

Kurt smiled a little sadly. "Uh oh—"

"No, I'm fine," Blaine smiled and looked around the room, "I'm gonna shower and get dressed and come right over. Okay?"

Kurt looked at his boyfriend with a little more concern before checking the time again. "Don't be too long, okay love?"

Blaine nodded, pulling Kurt down for another kiss. "I won't. Now get out of here."

Kurt smiled and kissed him again before standing and going over to his clothes. Well, he went over to the clothes that were in the room. Blaine smiled as he watched the boy lazily pull on his jeans, laughing a little because it was a struggle and then blew a kiss to the blue eyed teen as he exited the room.

"Now how the hell am I supposed to walk?" he asked himself, staring up at the ceiling and smiling because he knew he had that to look forward to for the rest of his life.

What a wonderful life.

….

When Kurt had snuck back into his house, he grabbed his cell phone from the coffee table and headed straight for his bedroom. On the way up he could hear his father laughing at something in the kitchen.

Kurt quickly showered and wrapped the towel around his waist, heading back to his bedroom. On the way, Burt Hummel just so happened to be in the hallway on his way to his room. The look on his face told Kurt this wasn't going to be a conversation he enjoyed.

"Hey, kiddo."

Kurt forced a smile onto his lips and waved hello. "Hey dad. I need to get dressed and head back down, so excuse me."

"Blaze said you were with Blaine. You come home and need a shower. What were you two up to?"

Kurt's face turned completely red as he held up his towel. "I am just showering because we have dinner guests and I—"

"You always shower when you get home from work, Kurt," Burt leant against the wall and folded his arms; smirking at his son. "You say you need to get the smell of metal, hipster teenagers, and Farrah off of you."

Kurt sighed and looked straight ahead to the wall. "Can I go to my room, dad? Amber should be here shortly, right? I would like to be dressed and ready when she arrives…"

Burt smiled, patting his son on the shoulder. "I'll see you downstairs in a minute, son."

Kurt watched his dad walk into his room before letting go of a long breath. He was definitely hitting Blaze when he went back down there.

….

"Maybe Kurt and I can come when dinner is over tonight, but I can't make any promises." Blaine looked at himself in the mirror as he fixed his tie, "I really want to go over our song a few more times so that it's perfect."

"I get it, dude," Jeff cleared his throat and continued to eat whatever the hell he was eating this time, "have fun tonight. Don't do anything stupid. And rehearse that song as many times as you need so that I get to run the halls of Pace with you and your cutie."

Blaine smiled and nodded. "Ok, Jeff. I'll text you later."

"Alright, bro. Later."

Blaine put the phone down and looked up at his crazy hair. He sighed and dipped his fingers in a little bit of pomade, running it through the curls and trying to add some sort of style. Wild probably wasn't most appropriate form of hairstyle for the dinner he was about to attend.

The boy stepped back and began to comb his hair, eventually finishing up after it was tamed a bit and heading to the restroom.

Mikey ran up the steps a second later, as loud as he possibly could be, and Blaine smiled when he heard Diesel's barking.

"Blainey?"

"Bathroom, buddy," Blaine finished washing his hands and dried them, looking at Mikey when he stepped in front of the door. The little boy's hazel eyes lit up and he smiled right away.

"Woah, Blainey! You look very handsome."

Blaine put the hand towel back and walked over to his little cousin, lifting him up into his arms. "And look at you, hot stuff. I bet the ladies couldn't keep their hands off you today at day care, huh?" Blaine kissed his cheek and laughed as Diesel came into the hallway, trying to jump onto him, "Down, boy."

"There is this one girl…"

Blaine smiled as they went down the steps. "There's always this 'one girl' with you, Mikey."

"Well, well, well," Aunt Pam grinned as she stepped out of her high heels, "someone's looking sharped. Dressed to impress, are we?"

Blaine winced as he hit the bottom step and put his little cousin down. Diesel barked a little louder and Blaine leant down to pet him. "I'm having dinner with the Hummels and the Knights. My boyfriend should have a dapper young man on his arm, don't you think?"

Pam nodded, folding her arms with a smirk as she looked at him. "Nice grey slacks, a pale blue dress shirt, a bow tie," she nodded her approval again. "You're looking mighty classy, nephew."

Blaine smiled, wincing when he stood up again. His aunt noticed and smirked. "Thanks, auntie."

"Is everything ok?" Mikey walked over to her, requesting dinner, and she patted the boy in his blonde curls. "You seem a little bit in pain."

"Oh," Blaine blushed and chuckled a little, "I was riding my bike and had a little accident. I'm cool though," he started to limp towards the door; biting down on his bottom lip as he went. "Kiss unc for me, please?"

Pamela shook her head and went towards the kitchen. "Will do, Blaine."

Blaine smiled at Diesel as the puppy barked a goodbye, promising to be back for him in a couple hours. Instead of going straight over to his boyfriend's place, though, he first got in his car and decided to make a quick stop.

….

Kurt put the dessert on the stove as his father grabbed some plates to set the table. Blaze and Amber were in the living room waiting patiently. The only person missing was Blaine, who Kurt currently pulled out his cell phone to text.

To Blaine:

We're waiting for you, honey. If I find out you went to sleep…

"Where's Blaine?" Burt asked, glancing over to his son. Kurt went to hang his apron where he kept it before heading over to the silverware.

"I just texted him. I'm hoping he didn't fall asleep, but if he did he's right next door so-"

"So you came from next door with him earlier?" his father questioned with a smile. Kurt nodded, not even bothering entertaining the man's teasing right now.

"Yes, I did."

"So you came from next door, rushed right into the shower and he's probably asleep? I wonder what happened over there…"

Kurt ignored him and didn't dare face the man. His skin was a scarlet color, he was sure, because it felt like the room's temperature had increased four hundred degrees.

From Blaine:

I'm at the door. :)

"He's at the door," Kurt said after reading the message, putting the silverware down and heading into the living room. Burt smiled as he followed him.

Amber and Blaze were watching something on the Discovery Channel when Kurt made his way through the room. He smiled at them and headed straight for the door, turning the knob.

Blaine's smile widened as soon as he laid eyes on his boyfriend. He felt a little nervous for a number of reasons—1) he was dressed like a dork according to one of his high school friends who'd seen him just now, 2) he was about to have dinner with two people he treated like shit for years, as well as his boyfriend and his father, and 3) Kurt had just fucked his lights out. But seeing his boyfriend's eyes meet his, and the smile that formed on his face when he took in what his boyfriend was wearing and the flowers he had in his hands- all of it eased his nerves a little.

"I'm sorry I'm late," Blaine looked Kurt up and down and smiled, "wow, you look incredible."

"look incredible?" Kurt shook his head and stared at Blaine, "Baby, you're dressed up! You're wearing a bow tie and you look absolutely adorable!"

Blaine blushed and stepped up a bit, looking down at the flowers. "I got these for you. I don't know if you like lilacs but—"

"They're a shade of purple and you think they're beautiful?"

Blaine laughed as he shook his head no. "I think you're beautiful, yes, but the flowers represent a first love and you're mine, so I bought them."

Kurt grinned as he smelt the flowers and leant against the doorway. "You sure do spend a lot of money buying me flowers, baby. Thank you so much. I love these."

"You're the one who broke up with me," Blaine mumbled, laughing as Kurt pulled him inside a bit. "And you're welcome. Anything for you." He bit his lip, fighting not to wince when he saw Burt approaching and heard Kurt close the door behind him.

"Is the second bouquet for me?"

Blaine smiled down at the carnations and gestured over to the sofa. "Actually, they're for Ms. Knight."

Burt smiled and put his hands in his pockets. "You trying to outdo me, boy?"

"Never that," Blaine smirked and turned to face Kurt, "I just, you know…" he faced Burt again and took a quick breath, "I have some apologizing to do, and while I know for certain this won't ever be enough, I think it's a start."

Burt looked at Kurt who held his flowers to his nose with a smile, looking back to his father. Kurt's face was a mixture of 'I told you he's a great guy, dad' and 'I am so in love with this boy'. Burt looked back to Blaine and nodded.

"That's great, Blaine. Why don't you walk over to Amber and give them to her? I'm sure she'll love them." he smirked and took a step back, crossing his arms as he waited. Blaine's face dropped a little bit because he realized that he knew.

He knows that his son just fucked me, doesn't he?

Kurt had to fight so hard not to face palm as he went over to put the flowers in a vase. He shook his head at his dad on the way, and Blaine swallowed hard, walking into the home and over to the two in the living room.

"Hey Blaze," Blaine smiled at the two of them as he held the pink carnations in his hand. "Hello Ms. Knight."

Amber stood up as soon as she saw Blaine and opened her arms for a hug. "Hey, sweetie. How are you? How's mom and the baby?"

Blaine smiled as he hugged her back and saw Blaze watching with a soft smile of his own. "I'm doing well. Mom and the baby are great. I wanted to give you something," Blaine pulled back from the hug as Blaze stood up. "I bought you some carnations. I know they were your favorite flower and I wanted to… say sorry. For how immature I was with everything."

Amber smiled and looked over to Burt who watched the two of them, a proud smile on his own lips. Kurt pretended not to listen as he prepared the plates.

"I—We both lost loved ones and I behaved like a spoiled brat. It was easier to blame everything on your family, but I want you to know I've done some growing up and I'm not that kid anymore."

Amber nodded and accepted the flowers, but not before she pulled the boy into another hug. "I'm not holding anything against you, Blaine. Everyone deals with grief differently and you were just a kid yourself. I'm not holding you responsible."

Blaine nodded, trying not to tear up as she pulled back.

"You lost a lot, and you took it hard, but look at you now, Blaine. We're so proud of you. And thank you for this," she smiled down at the flowers, "they're beautiful, and you didn't have to do it—"

"Nonsense," Blaine waved her off and smiled as Burt took the woman's hand, leading her into dining room. "It was the least I could do," he said more to himself than anyone else. He smiled when Burt kissed her cheek and offered to put the flowers in water.

"Hey bro," Blaze smiled and pulled Blaine into a hug as well, "Like my mom said, we're all proud of you."

Blaine nodded, "Thanks, man. I'm just grateful that Kurt's gonna have you around. You're a great guy."

"C'mon fellas," Burt pulled the chair out for Amber and smiled at the two in the living room. "Dinner is going to be cold."

Blaine sighed, trying to keep a straight face as he very slowly walked over to the dinner table. Burt smirked at him the entire time, proudly patting Kurt on the back.

….

"I'm sorry, Mr. George. You get one opportunity and we've already given you two. If you can't remember the lyrics at a time like this, then I have every reason to believe that you won't be able to remember them in my class when we're rehearsing for a musical. Maybe you can apply again next year."

The boy had to be no older than 15, and Blaine frowned when he saw the heartbreak on his face. It was tough, but that meant that it was one person out of the way for Kurt. He turned to face Kurt who looked as nervous as he'd ever seen him, and smiled as he leant over to kiss his cheek.

"We'll be fine, baby. You know it."

Kurt nodded as they announced the next person on stage. This kid was a senior, too, looking to transfer from another performing arts school a town over. "I know. But you aced your audition, babe. They loved your piece. You're already in, what if I screw up and don't get in?"

Blaine slouched down in the auditorium seats as he glanced around. There were only a few more people waiting to go on it seemed. Blaine turned to face his boyfriend, wrapping his arms around him. "First, there's no way you aren't getting in. I have that much faith." Blaine made sure Kurt was looking at him as the next guy stepped onto the stage, "Second, there's no way I'm going here if you aren't. Wherever you are senior year, that's where I want to be. I don't care if your dad decides to homeschool you."

Kurt laughed and looked back at the stage, sighing quietly. "I love you, Blaine."

Blaine smiled and stared a little longer. "I love you too."

"Hello. My name is John Herald and I'll be performing Being Alive from Company."

Blaine's eyes went wide as he turned to look at Kurt. Kurt's face pretty much looked the same.

"Remind me to let Jeff touch my ass as a thank you for this later."

Blaine faced the stage again. From the corner of his eyes, he could see the judges try not to look bored. They must've heard this song a lot. John Herald didn't seem to notice though. The music began and he stepped forward, beginning to sing.

Someone to hold you too close,
Someone to hurt you too deep,
Someone to sit in your chair,
To ruin your sleep.

Someone to need you too much,
Someone to know you too well,
Someone to pull you up short
And put you through hell.

Someone you have to let in,
Someone whose feelings you spare,
Someone who, like it or not,
Will want you to share
A little, a lot.

Kurt looked at his boyfriend as Blaine continued to watch the performance, tapping his violin case. He took a deep breath and looked at the judges next; all three of them watching the performance closely.

A girl Blaine knew he recognized from somewhere looked back at him and Kurt, only looking away when she noticed he had caught her staring. He shook his head and watched John Herald get deeper into the performance.

Somebody, need me too much,
Somebody, know me too well,
Somebody, pull me up short
And put me through hell
And give me support
For being alive,
Make me alive,
Make me alive,
Make me confused,
Mock me with praise,
Let me be used,
Vary my days.
But alone is alone, not alive.

"He's pretty good, baby."

Blaine took Kurt's hand in his and brought it over to his lap, "Not as good as you are."

"That'll be enough, thank you." the female judge, Mrs. Perkins said.

The musicians stopped at once and John stopped mid note; his face falling when he looked at the judges. "Would you like me to sing another song, maybe?"

"That was just fine, Mr. Herald." Leonard Riley said next, writing down a few notes and nodding to the young man on the stage. "Thanks. You'll hear from us."

Kurt licked his lips as the nerves set in even harder. He could tell when someone would get accepted and someone wouldn't. After Blaine performed his musical number for the orchestra department, he pretty much got a standing ovation and an "It'll be lovely working with you". That clearly meant they accepted his boyfriend and he couldn't have been any more proud.

Kurt may or may not have cried during the performance and kissed Blaine's face off afterwards. That wasn't important, though. What was important was that he did amazing and he would definitely be attending Pace his senior year.

As long as Kurt got in too, according to him.

After a young lady named Laura did a monologue from something she'd written herself, Mr. Thomas had literally said "We'll see you on the first day of classes."

With almost everyone else, it was a "You'll hear from us." To Kurt, that meant better luck at your next audition elsewhere, because this one didn't work out for you.

What if they said that to him?

"Stop worrying."

Kurt sat up in his seat and shook his head. "I'm nervous, Blaine."

"Stop worrying or you're not getting any more kisses."

"You can't stop me from having kisses," Kurt anxiously awaited the next name to be called and he relaxed tenfold when the judges asked for a Maria Sanchez. "If I want kisses, I'll have kisses."

Blaine watched the girl from earlier walk onto stage as the arm he had around Kurt rubbed soothing circles into the boy's shoulder. "I feel like I know this girl."

Kurt looked at her and hummed acknowledgement. "Did you do her at some point because she keeps staring back here?"

Blaine rolled his eyes. "No, I didn't do her baby. But she looks very familiar."

"My name is Maria Sanchez and I'll be dancing to I'm A Slave 4 U by Britney Spears."

Blaine saw Mr. Riley nod and gestured for her to begin.

The music began to play and Kurt sat back in his seat, watching the girl in the navy blue leotard begin to move her hips to the music. He rose an eyebrow at how sexy it was as the song began.

All you people look at me like I'm a little girl.
Well did you ever think it be okay for me to step into this world.

Always saying little girl don't step into the club.
Well I'm just tryin' to find out why cause dancing's what I love.

Blaine watched as she started to move her body to the music; not sure if this was a strip tease or an actual audition for a school.

"Are you sure you didn't hit that?" Kurt watched with his mouth open a little bit, "because I think I might. Damn…"

Blaine smirked at his boyfriend and nudged him. "Shut up, Hummel."

I know I may come off quiet, I may come off shy.
But I feel like talking, feel like dancing when I see this guy.

What's practical is logical. What the hell, who cares?
All I know is I'm so happy when you're dancing there.

I'm a slave for you. I cannot hold it; I cannot control it.
I'm a slave for you. I won't deny it; I'm not trying to hide it.

"That's good right there, Ms. Sanchez."

From Santana:

Best of luck, twinkle butt! We love you and your vertically challenged boyfriend. :-* xoxo Break a leg!

Kurt read the message with a smile before replying.

"Thank you for your time," Maria said. She was out of breath but bowed for the judges. As she went to walk away they stopped her.

"We'll see you on the first day of school."

Maria grinned and nodded, running off backstage. Kurt smiled for and looked at his boyfriend who looked a little conflicted.

"Seriously if you did her, it's in the past."

Blaine shook his head. "I think she's a friend of my ex or something. I just can't place the name."

Kurt nodded. "The ex before me, I'm guessing?"

"I think so. Doesn't matter though. I—"

"Next up, Mr. Kurt Hummel."

Kurt froze and Blaine stopped speaking immediately, turning to face the judges. They waited expectantly, still looking down at their notes.

"Are you ready?" Kurt asked, looking at his boyfriend. "Are you sure you want to sing?"

Blaine rolled his eyes and stood up. "Let's go, baby. We have an audition's ass to kick." He stood up with a smile and took Kurt's hand, urging him out of the seat and leading the way to the aisle.

Kurt assumed the judges were getting restless because Mrs. Perkins looked up and glanced around the auditorium for 'Kurt Hummel'. When she saw Blaine Anderson from earlier approaching with a fair skinned young man, hand in hand, she sat back in the seat and watched.

Blaine let Kurt make his way up the stage steps first, following behind him. The heels of Kurt's shoes clicked against the stage as he walked to center, nerves controlling his body. He took a quick breath and smiled at the judges; all three of which looked at him with such a stern nature it almost paralyzed him.

"Good afternoon. My name is Kurt Hummel and I'll be auditioning a duet with Blaine Anderson." Kurt turned to look at his boyfriend who smiled at him encouragingly, though it was clear to see he was scared too. Kurt smiled and faced the judges once more. "Our audition song is A Thousand Years by Christina Perri."

"Hm," Mr. Riley nodded and looked up at the stage, now interested. He adjusted his glasses and stared at Blaine, remembering him as the young man they accepted from earlier. "Please begin."

The good thing, Blaine knew for sure, was that none of the judges really knew who he was. They couldn't care less about BMX or any of those competitions. Nick told him that they thought he was a soccer player up until he actually explained that he was a racer. It was good to be judged based on his skill and not because he was Mr. BMX, so he appreciated that.

And the same thing would go for now.

The music began to play as Kurt stood center stage, smiling softly as he sung. The smile was forced now, because he was nervous as all hell, but everything was riding on this moment. Everything.

The day we met,
Frozen I held my breath
Right from the start
I knew that I'd found a home for my heart...
...beats fast
Colors and promises
How to be brave?
How can I love when I'm afraid to fall
But watching you stand alone?
All of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow

Kurt looked up at turned to his left. All that he saw was Blaine smiling at him; a very proud look on his face. As Blaine started to walk over to him, Kurt smiled back and sang in harmony with his boyfriend.

One step closer

Blaine continued to walk up to him as Kurt sang the chorus; their eyes locked.

I have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don't be afraid I have loved you
For a thousand years
I'll love you for a thousand more

Kurt held out his hand for Blaine to take, and his boyfriend took it in his own, stepping up to him and taking the second verse. The few people in the audience watched in awe. There was no denying the chemistry on stage, and many of them pulled out their cell phones to tweet that Blaine Anderson and his boyfriend were auditioning for the same school as them.

Time stands still
Beauty in all he is

I will be brave
I will not let anything take
away
What's standing in front

Of me

The judges looked at one another as Kurt smiled, leading as he and Blaine danced around the stage singing to one another. It was clear to the judges that those initial nerves they had were gone and they were lost in each other's voices.

"Are they a couple?" Charlene Perkins asked. She was a former Broadway actress and Kurt almost fell to her feet when they walked into the school building.

"You think?" Leonard Riley replied with a sarcastic tone.

Eugene Thomas smiled as he continued to watch them. He was the third judge, and he happily scribbled down notes on Kurt's wonderful range and dancer's body as the two played off of one another on stage. "They're incredible together, Riley. I know we accepted Anderson for the orchestra program, but their voices together... phenomenal."

Leonard nodded. "There's no denying it."

Every breath
Every hour has come to this

They both stopped dancing and sang together; eyes still locked on one another.

One step closer

I have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don't be afraid I have loved you
For a thousand years
I'll love you for a thousand more

And all along I believed I would find you
Time has brought your heart to me
I have loved you for a thousand years
I'll love you for a thousand more

Kurt smiled as walked across the stage, glancing back at Blaine who followed him with that charming, stupid, beautiful grin on his lips. They continued to harmonize the ooohs with one another until one of the judges stopped them.

"Thank you, Mr. Hummel. Mr. Anderson."

Kurt snapped out of it as he realized that he was on stage in front of the three judges, as well as a few students waiting to audition after him. Blaine was staring at his lips when Mr. Riley interrupted them, and he quickly turned to face them.

"That was very… nice, young men."

Kurt tried to read the judges' faces but didn't get very far before he heard Mrs. Perkins speak next.

"You'll hear from us."
