The three of them hopped into a taxi and rode to Steph's house where they dropped her off. “Are you sure you don't need help getting to bed?” Kurt asked concerned. Steph shook her head.
“No, no. I'll be fine. I'll talk to you later, Kurt,” she turned to Blaine. “I'll see you at the first rehearsal, Blaine.” Blaine smiled at her, “I'll see you then.”
Steph climbed out of the car and took the steps up to her apartment. Kurt sighed and turned to the dark haired man beside him. The darkness in his eyes still hadn't worn off since the bar, and all Kurt wanted to do was screw the talk and jump Blaine's bones right there. But he closed his eyes and willed that feeling to go away. He knew he needed to have this talk with him. He heard Blaine tell the driver an unfamiliar address and Kurt panicked.
Are we going to his place? Kurt thought frantically. He almost had a full blown panic attack until he felt a warm weight on his hand. He looked down to see Blaine's hand settling down on his own and he breathed a sigh of relief. He didn't know how this talk would go, but he did know that he would get through it if Blaine was holding his hand. He chanced a glance up at Blaine and he was staring right back at him, eyes kind and golden. Kurt gasped, blushing furiously. He lowered his head and rested it against Blaine's shoulder, intertwining his fingers with Blaine's. He felt Blaine's hand squeezing his briefly before he fell into a state of blissful ecstasy.
His mind shut off and all he felt around him was Blaine. It was all him and he could feel his chest compressing on his lungs. He was breathless and lightheaded, but he couldn't care less because he felt love encompassing him. He felt warmth and care. A small sigh of contentment escaped him and his body fell lax against the firm body beside him. He felt as if time was slowing down and it was just him and Blaine. His body felt suspended in the warm, thick liquid that resembled Blaine's eyes. His honey gaze encasing his heart, trapping it until he felt nothing but love.
Love that was stronger than anything he had ever encountered and the happiness he felt almost killed him because he finally found him. After all those years of trying to find what was missing from his life. Trying to find the missing piece to his New York dream. It wasn't landing Parker in My Heart's a Haven that fulfilled his New York vision. It was the fact that he found a man so kind and caring. A man that happened to take his heart, snatching it from his chest the minute he walked onto that stage.
Fate brought them together and Kurt couldn't argue with what fate wanted. Blaine was everything to him already and Kurt was undeniably and irresistibly Blaine's until the day he died. He was bound to Blaine and nothing but death could break them apart.
Before he noticed, the taxi was stopping and Blaine was handing money to the driver, opening the door and beckoning Kurt out, coaxing him with his hand. Kurt scooted to the door before climbing out, shivering from the cold. Blaine noticed and quickly shrugged his jacket off, throwing it over Kurt's shoulders. He shut the taxi door and wrapped an arm around Kurt, walking him up the concrete steps until they were in front of Blaine's door. Blaine unlatched his arm from Kurt to unlock the door, returning it to his waist immediately after. They walked into his home, and Kurt instantly felt safe. He felt at peace and now more than ever, he wanted to drop down to his knees in submission.
“Are you thirsty, Kurt?" Blaine asked softly in Kurts ear, slipping his arm off of his waist. Kurt missed the warmth instantly but nodded.
"Water would be amazing. Thank you," Kurt said, walking to Blaines living room while Blaine walked to the kitchen. He sat down on the couch, tightening his hold Blaines jacket. He rested his body against the couch and closed his eyes, exhaling loudly to calm his nerves.
It felt weird to him that he was in Blaines house. Or rather, it should be normal to feel weird about being in his house, but all he felt was safe. The minute he walked through the door an overwhelming feeling of belonging rushed through him. It felt as if this house was waiting for him to come home. And he finally did. He smiled lazily, feeling the drunkenness from before fade off until he was left with a sober contentment. A feeling of absolute happiness.
He heard soft footsteps approaching him and a weight settle beside him. He turned his head and opened his eyes to see Blaine sitting there, staring at him as if he was the only one in the world. Kurt blushed and licked his lips, throat suddenly more dry than before. He noticed the water in Blaines hands and moved to grab the glass, downing it in a few gulps. Blaine chuckled and took the glass from Kurt when he was done, setting it down on the coffee table in front of them.
"So, talking," Blaine said quietly. He rested his hand on Kurts knee and looked up, eyes burning with possession and ownership. It was the first time Kurt felt wanted by anyone and it made him fall deeply.
"Yes. Um. Can I try something first?" Kurt asked shyly. Blaines eyebrows furrowed in confusion, but he nodded anyway. Kurt got up and knelt down in front of Blaine, head resting on his knee. Kurts heart pounded because the last thing he wanted was to be rejected. He just knew it felt right to be there. He suddenly felt Blaines fingers brushing along his forehead and dragging forward to twine in his chestnut hair. Kurt sighed in relief, burrowing his head further into Blaines lap.
"Kurt. Before we start talking I want to place a few rules," Blaine said firmly. Kurt nodded, surprised that Blaine would start so soon.
"When I ask you a question I want you to be completely honest with me. Understood?" Kurt nodded again, unsure if he should speak or not.
"And when I ask you a question you may speak. But only if I give you permission. Understood?" Blaine asked. Kurt nodded. "You may speak, sweetheart." Kurts heart pounded. He called him sweetheart. Then will it be okay if...
"Yes, sir."
Kurt felt Blaine fingers tighten in his hair and the temperature in the room seemed to rise rapidly. He hoped it was okay that he called him that but he got the answer to his question when he heard Blaines reply.
"Good boy," Kurt smiled stupidly, basking in Blaines praise. He felt the sudden urge to kiss Blaine. To feel used by him. He really felt like he was on his way to loving the man. For real.
"Okay. You can speak for these next questions," Blaine said, running his fingers through Kurts hair. Kurt moaned when Blaines nails scratched gently behind his ear.
"How long have you known about Dom/sub relationships?" Blaine asked. Kurt inhaled slowly, picking the wording of his answer carefully.
"I first learned about them in sophomore year of high school seven years ago. I forced myself to take this sex ed class and Dom/sub relationships were apart of a topic we covered. We only briefly talked about it, but I was interested in learning more, so I looked into it more thoroughly on my own," Kurt said softly. He waited quietly for Blaines next question. He hoped his questions werent anything he couldnt answer.
"When did you first realize you were a sub?" Kurt blushed. This is when it starts involving their relationship.. Or whatever this was.
"When I met you, sir. I always knew I was an impressionable kid in high school which is why I was so easy to bully then. I submitted to authority easily, but I never made the connection that it could be because Im a sub by nature. I finally made that connection when I saw you for the first time. I realized then that I would do anything for you. I would give up everything to see you happy. I would do everything in my power to take care of you and let you take care of me," Kurt finished. He didnt know why, but he felt emotional just talking about it. He felt tears bubbling over and a hand resting on his cheek.
"Come here," Blaine said softly. Kurt got up quickly and sat in Blaines lap, legs straddling him. Blaine wiped away the tears from Kurts face, forehead scrunched up in concern. Kurts pulse slowly got back to its regular pace and he rested his chest against Blaines, hiding his face in the crook of his neck.
"You mentioned bullying before. How bad was it and why was it happening in the first place?" Blaine asked. Kurt could hear anger in the tone of his voice and the hand that was rubbing his back felt tense against him. Kurt closed his eyes.
"I grew up in Lima, Ohio. I went to a school full of homophobic jerks who couldnt wait to destroy the only gay kid in that God awful town. I came out pretty early in my high school years and it backfired on me. I was continuously shoved into lockers, thrown into dumpsters, and given slushie facials. One of my tormentors even kissed me," Kurt squeezed his eyes at the memory. "I wasnt given a break during my four years at that school. But I pushed through and I came here after graduation. I never looked back," Blaines ministrations on Kurts back never stopped but it did when Kurt finished. Kurt couldnt read Blaines body language and he didnt know what he was thinking so he looked up and into his eyes. There was fire burning behind his hazel, but it wasnt because of lust. He was angry. Kurt frowned.
“Sir?” Kurt asked timidly. What got Blaine so fired up?
“No one is allowed to touch you like that, Kurt. Do understand? No one,” Blaine said, hands gipping Kurt's hips harshly. His teeth were clenched together tightly and the vein on his neck was popping out furiously. Kurt's eyes relaxed and he brought both of his hands to Blaine's face, caressing his cheeks. That seemed to get Blaine's attention because the fire in his eyes died down slightly. He looked into Kurt's eyes, eyebrows relaxing from its furrowed position.
“That was a long time ago. I'm better now. It was a rough thing that I went through, but I came out stronger and more refined. Hopefully those things will never happen again now that I'm in a more accepting place, but I promise Blaine,” Kurt leaned forward so that his mouth was resting against his ear. “I won't let anyone touch me from now on,” he paused. “Unless it's you, sir.”
Blaine's hands unclenched and clenched Kurt's hips, an animalistic growl escaping him. Kurt could feel his cheeks reddening. He didn't know what came over him to say something like that, but his confidence seemed to be growing every second he was around Blaine. Blaine was breathing rather violently, but he was trying to calm himself down, head resting against the back of the couch. Blaine looked up, eyes darkened.
“I can tell you've gotten more comfortable around me,” Blaine said, scanning over Kurt's face. Kurt blushed and looked down.
“I can't help it. You're my home,” Kurt said quietly. It was times like these where he got more shy and timid. When Blaine looks right through him. When his gaze burns right into his soul. Blaine's mouth formed into a smile.
“You're mine, too,” Blaine said. Kurt looked up at his response, cheeks growing more red by the second. They stared at each other for what seemed like a lifetime until Blaine broke the silence.
“Next question,” Blaine cleared his throat and took Kurt's hand in his own. “What are you looking to get out of this? I mean, what is this to you?” That was the last thing Kurt had expected to hear from Blaine's mouth. He opened and closed his mouth a few times before he could form a response.
“This..” Kurt inhaled. “This is the closest thing to a relationship I've ever felt. This is the safest I felt since I moved here and.. I can't explain it very well, but when I saw you for the first time, it felt as if my heart finally found it's missing piece. As if it's only been half of a heart my entire life and you were holding the other half this whole time. And when I made eye contact with you, my heart clenched because the other half of it was so close. It was right in my grasp,” Kurt closed his eyes and opened them to stare into Blaine's eyes. “Blaine. Until I met you my life was a mess. I was still trying to find that one thing that would fulfill this dream I've had since I was a kid. I always dreamed of coming here. To be in New York was my dream, but when I came here, it wasn't anything like I thought it would be. But after meeting you, I know my dream has been fulfilled. You are my dream Blaine. You are my happiness. You're my everything and I want nothing more than to spend eternity with you,” Kurt was slightly panting after that, and his eyes were wide with anticipation. He couldn't tell what Blaine was thinking, but in that moment it didn't matter because before he knew what was happening, full lips were covering his own.
He gasped into it before he realized what was happening. He smiled against Blaine's mouth before kissing back fervently. This felt nothing like his kiss with Karofsky. It was everything a first kiss should be. Both sides were completely okay with it happening. Both sides wanted it to happen. There was energy charged in every touch they gave each other. Blaine's hand cupped Kurt's cheek, pulling his face towards his own. It was a sweet, tender kiss. To Kurt, that was his first kiss, and it was everything he could have dreamed of. They pulled apart, foreheads resting against each other. Both Blaine and Kurt were smiling like idiots until neither of them could hold back the laughs that escaped them simultaneously.
“I feel the same way, Kurt. I want nothing more than to be with you for the rest of my days. And I know we've only known each other for less than a week, but I know you're the one. You're mine. Forever,” Blaine said. Kurt's face felt like it was ready to split in half, but Blaine's touch seemed to keep him in tact. His gaze seemed to hold him together like glue. Kurt fell forward, wrapping his arms around Blaine's neck. Blaine, in turn, wrapped his arms around Kurt's waist and they just sat there. Bodies molding together and heart's beating as one.
