Author's Notes: I'm so, so sorry about the late update! If you asked me when the update was coming I said yesterday and I'm sorry it's Saturday! D; I had it ready but scarvesandcoffee was down again. -sigh- Anyways, please enjoy! Hope it was worth the wait! :) (Warning for bullying. Not sure if you have to warn for that... but oh well. Just being safe.)

"Uh... What are you two doing?" Puck eyed Kurt and Blaine's hands, which were nervously intertwined. Kurt had just helped Blaine from his Tundra and hadn't released his hand.

Both boys shared a glance before gripping each other's hands tighter. "Um, we... we have something to tell the whole team. Do you think you can gather everyone together?" Blaine rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly as he spoke and Kurt pulled it down, mouthing ‘It's okay.'

"Yeah, sure, I guess... Hold on, guys. Stay here," Puck gave one strange look at their hands before jogging away, shouting to every guy on the football team to follow him.

"Is this a good idea?" Blaine took his hand away from Kurt's.

"Yeah, it's totally cool. Remember, we're telling them the truth, that it's just faking and they can't let it slip out," Kurt patted his shoulder.

Blaine nodded and remained silent until the entire football team showed up.

"What's going on, dudes?" Mike Chang, an Asian boy, nodded his head towards Kurt and Blaine, who were standing awkwardly in Blaine's empty parking spot. "Your car in the shop or something?" He asked Blaine.

"No... um... I... We have to tell you guys something. But you have to promise you're going to keep this a secret," Blaine made eye contact with each boy on the team, every single one of them nodding, confused. He looked towards Kurt, allowing him to continue the explanation.

"Well," Kurt took Blaine's hand into his own, resulting from gasps from the rest of the team. "Relax, guys. It's not what you think it is. We realized that we don't want to spend our senior year making girls feel bad. That seems really conceded, but we really don't want to hurt people, you know?" Some members of the team nodded, others had their eyes glued on Blaine and Kurt's intertwined hands in shock.

Kurt was about to open his mouth again when Finn pushed through the crowd and stood right over Kurt, "What the hell is this, man? Pretending to be gay? Are you making fun of gay people? Listen, I used to be a homophobe, but now that I'm in Glee club and I know Brittany and Santana... You can't do this. It's not right!" He turned to Blaine, "You! Are you the reason for this?"

"No, we, I didn't mean to, I'm sorry, Finn, I didn't know that you..." Blaine stammered, not sure what to say.

"Finn, stop," Kurt stepped ahead and released Blaine's hand. "We're not making fun of gay people, okay? We have nothing wrong with that. We just... It's like when gay people have beards so that people think they're straight, but it's the opposite with us. We have... Mustaches? ...to make people think we're gay." Kurt shrugged his shoulders at his creation of the new term.

"I don't know, man... It's just... It doesn't seem right to be pretending to be a minority," Finn shook his head.

"It's going to be okay, Finn. I promise. It's not really a big deal. We're not going to change who we are at all, we're just going to be ourselves... with a bit of couple stuff in there. Once we're out of high school it'll stop. I mean, we're probably going to save some girls' hearts in the process, right? Don't tell Dad, please. I don't think he could handle it," Kurt looked at the ground and back up at Finn. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." Finn shrugged. "I guess it makes sense now that I think about it," he gave a small smile. "Yeah," he repeated. "Cool. I think this is a good thing. Yeah, it is a good thing. I won't tell Burt, I promise. Thanks, man." He patted Kurt's shoulder and did the same for Blaine.

"Thanks for what?" Kurt was puzzled.

"For opening my eyes to something new, I guess," Finn shrugged. "I gotta go. Guys," he directed at the football team, "Be cool about this and don't tell. Pretend that it's real." He walked away.

"It's okay to pick on us every once in a while," Blaine nodded and squeezed Kurt's hand. "We need that because it's really not logical that a small school in Ohio would support two gay guys dating."

The team nodded. They patted Kurt and Blaine's shoulders, uttering small goodbyes and "Good Luck's." Soon, Kurt and Blaine were standing alone in the parking spot. They both breathed a sigh of relief, but held their breath as they began to walk into the school, hand in hand.

-

"Woah, woah, you guys don't seem to have any problem with Brittany and Santana!" Blaine was slammed up against a locker by the member of the hockey team. Four other members were standing aside, waiting for him to try to escape. They each had a slushie in hand, waiting to attack.

"Dude, they're lesbians. That's hot." There was a murmur of agreement from all the other guys. "Plus, we can't hit girls. That's just not right."

Another member of the team began to speak up, "Man, we shouldn't hit either of them, then. Guys don't take things up the ass, Hummel."

Blaine was confused. Kurt wasn't there; the comment had to be directed at him. Why had he said Kurt's last name? However, he didn't have to wonder for long. He was mortified as he saw Kurt being held by two of the team members. He had been caught as soon as he stepped outside the Spanish classroom. There were two slushie cups over his head, one blue and one green, ready to be tipped at any moment.

"Hey, don't hurt him!" Blaine shouted, not even aware what he was saying. He didn't realize, in the moment, that he just provoked the boys more.

"Oh, protective, are you? You must be the one on top, then. Alright, boys, let go of Hummel, he's the lady boy," the boy holding on to Blaine's collar smiled wickedly. "You, however, don't get out so easy." He got right up into Blaine's face and slammed him against the locker once more. Then, before Blaine even knew what was happening, all four slushie cups were being dumped on him or thrown at him. His football jersey, which was white, became a rainbow.

"Ooo, look boys, a rainbow! How perfect?! Don't flaunt your fag ass in my face, Anderson. Tell your boyfriend the same thing or else you're gonna pay." The boy let go of Blaine as if he was some sort of germ and walked away muttering something about washing his hands.

Blaine was terrified. He stayed pressed against the locker, and saw Kurt beginning to slowly walk over. He really wanted a hug right now, something he wouldn't be ashamed of asking his mom for. But Kurt? Kurt would certainly give the best hug ever and he couldn't- wait. Yes, he could. Because they were in public. And Kurt, in public, was his boyfriend.

Blaine ran over and wrapped his arms around Kurt's neck in a tight embrace. He burrowed his head into the crook of Kurt's neck. His skin was so soft and his hair smelled better than anything Blaine had ever smelled. His shoulder and neck seemed to be made to fit Blaine's head perfectly.

After a few seconds, Blaine tensed up. He could feel eyes on them and thought that Kurt would want to pull away, but instead he felt Kurt wrapping his arms around Blaine's waist and rubbing circles into the small of Kurt's back. He put his other hand in Blaine's curls and stroked them gently.

"Shh, baby, it's okay," Kurt soothed. "It's okay."

Blaine pulled away a bit and let his hands rest on Kurt's waste. His eyes, which were filled with tears, found Kurt's and he began to smile. He even giggled a bit. He'd never noticed Kurt's eyes and how deep they were. They were a soft shade of blue that he'd never seen before, but yet they could be piercing when they were gray.

"Thank you, Kurt," Blaine smiled and pulled away. "Ready for lunch?" He held out his hand and Kurt took it. They began to walk down the hall with their heads held high.

Kurt nodded and laughed lightly, gesturing towards Blaine's jersey as he took his "boyfriend's" hand. "What are we going to do with you?" It was only when he sniffled that Blaine realized he had been crying, too.

"I want to leave it. I kind of like it, actually," he chuckled and shook the shirt a bit to get the stickiness away from his body. "Hey," he stopped and took Kurt's chin into his hand gently, forcing him to look into his eyes, "What's wrong? Why are you crying?"

"I just didn't like seeing you hurt," Kurt's eyes became a darker blue, one Blaine thought was gorgeous. However, Blaine preferred never to see that blue at all if it meant Kurt was upset. "You're my boyfriend. What am I supposed to do? I can't just... Of course I'm upset about it."

"Oh, Kurt, it's okay... I'm fine, really," Blaine squeezed Kurt's hand and they continued on to lunch.

Once they'd gotten their trays, they began their walk to sit down. They had to release each other's hands to get food, but both of their shoulders occasionally brushed and they would give each other a slight smile every time.

Kurt's tray came in contact with his face before he could even notice. The girl had been so nonchalant about it, but was laughing insanely when she ran back to her table. Pictures were being snapped on cell phones and Kurt was mortified.

"Kurt!" Blaine jumped. He dropped his own tray in the trash and took Kurt's as well. He grabbed the other boy's hand and led him to the bathroom. He wet a paper towel and began to help Kurt wash the food off of his face.

"No make out sessions in here, boys," They heard a snort from the doorway. They both tensed up, but were happy to discover it was just a boy from the football team, joking around.

"Oh, thank god it's you," Blaine sighed of relief. "We've gotten so much shit today it's not even funny."

"It's really brave of you guys to do this, though," the boy said, handing Blaine another paper towel. "I just came to make sure you guys were okay. I'll see you at practice."

"Thanks," Blaine smiled and finished wiping Kurt's face. "But I think I'm just going to take Kurt home. Can you tell Coach?"

"Yeah, she'll understand the bullying thing," The boy nodded and began to step out of the bathroom.

"Thanks again, man!" Blaine raised his voice and heard the other boy's "No problem!"

"Okay, Kurt, I think you're good," Blaine smiled and washed his hands. As he was drying them with a paper towel, Kurt gulped.

"Can you... Can you kiss me?" Kurt looked up at Blaine from his spot on the toliet, his eyes a very soft, light blue.

"Kurt, no one is in here," Blaine gestured to the empty room. He wouldn't tell Kurt that, for some reason, he had wanted to kiss him, too.

"I know, but... We have to pull this boyfriend thing off real good, right?" Kurt made up the excuse. He really just needed some comfort.

"Uh, yeah, the fake boyfriend thing, right," Blaine rubbed the back of his neck. He took it down quickly, though, because he knew Kurt didn't like it.

Kurt was about to say something when Blaine interrupted him with a kiss. Both boys' eyes instantly closed as if it was an unwritten rule. He pressed his lips to Kurt's and dug his hands into Kurt's hair with one hand, cupping his cheek in the other. Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine's neck. When they finally released, they left their foreheads pressed together.

"That was... that was good," Kurt smiled a bit.

"Thanks," Blaine giggled softly. "Let's... why don't we stay in here all period? I'm not really that hungry for food, anyway." He stood up and locked the handicap bathroom stall.

"I like the way you think, Blaine Anderson," Kurt raised an eyebrow and rested his chin on his hands. He gave Blaine a look pleading for more kisses.

Blaine chuckled and shook his finger, "Oh no, no. We're going to talk all period. About you. About me. About us. About whatever you want." Kurt gave him a puzzled look. "I mean... we have to know a lot of silly stuff about each other if we're dating, right?"

"Oh, yeah..." Kurt let his voice trail off. He wouldn't mind knowing a bit more about the secret Blaine Anderson.

Blaine couldn't help feeling the same about Kurt Hummel as they spent twenty minutes discussing every silly little thing they could come up with.

Just as I thought Kurt won't be referred as girl, he was. Sigh. I like the idea, though, and I think you should keep the M rating, if you know what I mean. ;)

I'm sorry if that bothers you. It's just how the story seemed to fit for me. And I'll take that into account, haha. ;)

Omg this is sososo good! I want more kisses! Lol can't wait for the next update!!!(:
