Author's Notes:

So, this was just a filler, and well get some actual drama during the next 1 or 2 chapters.

A few days later, Blaine and Kurt had settled into a sort of routine. Kurt would wake up a few minutes before Blaine to turn the water on and would then leave the water on for Blaine.

Kurt often found it hard to wake up Blaine in the mornings, because even though Kurt new his much of a badass Blaine was, when he was sleeping he looked like an angel.

There was no denying that Kurt found Blaine undeniably attractive, and not that kurt knew, vice versa. But Kurt was just experiencing the fact that he could now say he knew another gay man other than himself, so the fact that one of these men were 1) his roommate! And 2) a possible friend of his! Kurt was completely out of his element.

Once both Kurt and Blaine were ready, they headed to there next class which luckily they had together.

They headed down the hallway, again passing the couple kurt saw in the hallway a few days ago. It turned out that Blaine new the pair, and quickly introduced them to Kurt, who he learned to be called Nick and Jeff. Kurt also discovered that Blaine, Nick and Jeff were a part of the glee club at Dalton, The Warblers. Blaine said that if you join you can get extra credit which will help you get into college on your final report card when you graduate.

Kurt said hed think about joining, even though he knew he was going to audition as soon as possible. The Warblers were an a capella group and practices every lunch time on a Friday. Probably to get him to join, Blaine openly expressed how the warblers are like rock stars! and since it was a Friday, Nick said he could audition today if he wanted to.

Kurt could see the excitement on all of their faces, so he said hed see them there.

A few hours later, Kurt was walking down that very same corridor, heading towards the Warbler practice room.

When he arrived there, there were plaques and trophys and portraits of important men all leading up towards the practice hall. Kurt thought that everything was far too sophisticated to be a reform school. And even though the sign said Dalton institute for troubled young men, Kurt assumed that was just a fancy way of saying reform school.

He walked into the practice hall and was immediately greeted by wo he assumed were other Warblers. Everyone started trying to talk to him with questions such as:

"What are you going to sing?"

"Will you be needing back up vocals?"

"Are you singing the original or the cover?"

However, they all parted like the red sea when someone who admist the crowd Kurt couldnt quite identify.

Until he saw, there, wearing his leather jacket, in all his glory was Blaine. Blaine ushered him over to where Nick, Jeff and himself were sitting. Practice began and everybody turned their attention to an Asian man named David, and an African American man called Wes.

"Hello everybody! As I am sure tour aware of, we have a new comer here with us today!" David said

"Kurt? Are you ready" He asked

"Yup!" Kurt exclaimed

"Can I use the piano?" Kurt asked pointing to the tattered wooden piano in the corner.

"Sure"

"Thank you."

Kurt stood to make his way over to the piano in the corner.

"I will be singing Dont cry for me argentina."

There were murmurs and mutters coming from the other warblers.

As he sang there were shocked faces and glazed over eyes staring at him. It was no secret that Kurts voice was slightly higher pitched than the majority of the Warblers, but no one had expected him to be a counter tenor.

When he finished the song, David stood up and exclaimed

"I think I can safely say that, Kurt, Welcome to the Warblers!"

There were cheers of excitement rushing throughout the room, until Kurt felt a farmiliar voice whisper in his ear

"Welcome to the Warblers, gorgeous."

Blaine.
