After the... Interesting, encounter with his new roommate, Kurt began to scope out the scene.

He picked up the map he was given to by sue sylvester, and his map schedule, and made his way from classroom to classroom, jotting down on a piece of paper how to get to each classroom from his dorm room.

While wandering the halls, he had noticed various people looking at him weirdly. He saw 2 boys probably in the same year as him, holding hands walking down the hall side-eyeing him. One, had platinum blonde hair and hazel or maybe green eyes, the other had jett black hair and dark brown eyes. No matter how strangely the pair were looking at him, he was pleased to see that there was a gay couple holding hands down the hall.  

That was something you never saw at his old school.

Kurt knew Blaine was gay but he assumed that it was just Blaine plus a few others and that the rest of the school (if you could even call it that!) were just as bad as the jocks in his old school.

But this wasnt McKinley.

This was Dalton.

And he would just have to accept that this was were he was.

When Kurt returned to his new dorm room, Blaine still wasnt back yet, but at that moment exactly, an angry looking Blaine stormed into their room, kicking the door open with his foot and charged towards his bed. 

Each dorm had 2 single beds, 2 closets, and 3 shelves each. Students could buy store boxes and picture frames from the reception if needed and pupils who were not on parole, could go on the weekends to the local mall as long as their purchases were taken by the security guards there and scanned.

"Fucking dick" Blaine mumbled.

Kurt raised an eyebrow at him when he heard Blaine murmur that. Blaine noticed Kurts curiosity and explained to Kurt what happened.

Ever since the trial that sentenced Kurt to Dalton, he hadnt had any contact with Mercedes or any of the glee club and had therefore been withdrawn from gossip for over a month, and Blaine seemed like the kind of guy who knew everything about everyone, so an ass he may be but if this guy had gossip Kurt wanted to know everything and anything, and he would do anything to do get it.

Blaine was reluctant at first, but after a promise from Kurt that he could ask any questions he wanted about him, Blaine accepted

Basically, Blaine and this guy (Mark maybe?) had been friends with benefits - as Blaine had put it - for quite a while. And Blaine had apparently just found out that Mark and a guy called Austin had been fucking behind Blaines back.

When Kurt asked why Blaine was so upset about this, Blaine replied with, 

"Normally I wouldnt be so worked up about it, but Marks been a good friend of mine for a while and frankly, Austins an ass! And yes thats saying something coming from me!" 

Kurt gave a light chuckle and Blaine laughed along with him.

"But im serious Kurt, dont get involved with this Austin guy okay? Hell do nothing but screw you over and break your heart." Blaine said.

"Ooohh! Sounds like a story there! Care to elaborate" he didnt mean to sound so feminine when he said that but he was in full bitching mode now! 

"I get 10 more questions then!" He replied

"5 and youve done a deal!"

"7!" Blaine countered

"Done!"

"So, at one point austin was actually a kind of alright guy, but when hes your first boyfriend and cheats on you a week after getting into your pants, you learn to avoid that dick head!" Blaine says shaking his head.

"Oh. My. God.... Im so sorry blaine." Kurt whispers with a solemn expression on his face.

"Naah dont worry!! Just stay away from him alright!" Blaine says, shaking it off.

"Okay. You ready to ask me those questions?" Kurt asks, trying to lighten the mood.

"Nah dont worry bout it! Well do it again another time yeh!?" 

"Okay then!" Kurt agrees

"Get some sleep new kid!" 

Blaine stands up and walks across the room to lie on his bed switching off their shared lamp as he walks by.

"Goodnight Blaine!" Kurt calls

"Night kurt!" 

And they both slept soundly that night
