"Alright, looks like everything is okay but we still need to know whether you wanna do a Cesarean Section or a Natural birth?" Doctor Jenkins said as she walked into the little room where she held Kurt. Kurt looked up at Blaine,

"Which one's safer?" Kurt asked, never moving his eyes from Blaine.

"Well, a C-section involves opening you up and extracting the babies by hand. The only problem to that is keeping you and the babies alive, especially with three you will need to go under longer and we have to work quickly to get the babies out or..." She trailed for a second then got back on, "Or if we do a Natural birth it can cause internal damage to you. It's already life threatening to a woman imagine the possibilities with you?'

"Everything's much harder for a man." Kurt whispered to himself.

"Only of it's meant for a woman." Doctor Jenkins chuckled, "So, which would it be?"

"The C-section sounds safer." Kurt said without taking much consideration.

"So, you would like to do the Cesarean section?" Doctor Jenkins reconfirmed. Kurt nodded, "Alright, Blaine if you kindly wait in the waiting room outside while Kurt goes back to the operating room after he goes under?"

Blaine nodded. After Kurt went under Blaine kissed him on the forehead then left for the waiting room, stopping Doctor Jenkins as she came walking down the hallway, "Are-are you doing the operation?" He asked.

"Oh, no a medical practitioner will be doing that. I'm not certified." Doctor Jenkins said.

"Oh, I had the most trust in you though."

"I may be the best in the hospital but I'm just not certified to do this kind of operation. But we have an amazing team going in there so he'll be fine. I have faith in the doctor who's doing the operation. Doctor McCully is an excellent doctor Mr. Anderson-Hummel." And with that she left Blaine to his own thoughts.

Blaine got a Mountain Dew and a bag of chips from the vending machines to keep him awake then took a seat in the waiting room of the maternity ward. For early morning, before sunrise it was quite busy. There were a bunch of soon-to-be fathers sitting anxiously  with the soon-to-be grandparents of the children. A younger woman with a couple kids, an aunt or something. Blaine heard out in the halls a man scream "Karen" as he ran down the hallway. An elderly woman leaned into her husband and whispered, "Poor man's wife went into labor without his knowledge." A man came in running with his lagging wife screaming, "Baby- baby- labor- gone- wife!" up to the desk. Why were all babies born in the early morning hours?

The rest of the time in there Blaine thought about the clear statement that the old lady said about the one man that Blaine could hear made him worry. What if he never would've woken up when Kurt called him just a few short minutes ago? What if he went by himself? Blaine probably never would've forgave himself.

One right after the other fathers were called back to see their babies, those who's wives decided on C-sections that is. Finally a doctor, Dr. McCully came out to get Blaine. It was a relief for him. Blaine nearly ran to the room Kurt was put in when they were finished. The bump was gone, Kurt was sleeping but there was not a child to be seen.

"He might not wake for a while and he might be a bit groggy when he wakes." The doctor said, "The triplets are in the nursery if you want to see them, assuming you would want to see your children. Everything went well, thirty fingers, thirty toes, three more mouths to feed. All healthy and well, two girls, one boy. No known birth defects."

Blaine could only nod as he watched his husband sleep, his slow, steady breathing. How peaceful he looked. Doctor McCully then left Blaine alone in the room. Blaine walked over and pulled up one of the chairs so it was sitting on one side of Kurt's bed. Although he really wanted to see his kids he remained in the room to wait for Kurt to wake up. He wasn't going unless they got to see them together.

Blaine placed his hand on top of Kurt's which was sitting beside him. He squeezed his hand, "You did excellent. I may not have been there to witness it you were excellent for as long as I got to see you in that state. The kids are healthy, according to Dr. McCully. I haven't gotten to see them yet but I bet they are the most gorgeous things ever, because they're our kids." Kurt stirred in the bed but did not wake. He must be really tired after a long night? But Blaine wasn't, that Mountain Dew really helped him. He sat there for a good hour or so doing nothing but watching Kurt sleep before Kurt finally awoke slowly.

He turned in his bed and smiled when he saw Blaine sitting there. Blaine smiled back. His eyes moved down to where their hands were touching each other, he flipped his around and held onto Blaine's tightly. He used his free hand to feel his flat stomach, he was awake enough to know that his babies were born he just couldn't believe it. Kurt sat up slightly and searched around the room, still saying nothing. Blaine watched quietly in his chair, unsure if he should say something or not.

"What?" Blaine did ask eventually.

"Where are they?" Kurt asked quietly.

"In the nursery. Doctor McCully said everything went perfectly, they're healthy and well." Blaine informed Kurt.

Kurt laid back in his bed, "I wanna see them." He whispered, "Did you see them?"

"No," Blaine shook his head, "I wanted you to be with me. I wanna see them, together." Blaine said.

"Why, I want to see them now." Kurt said.

"Are you sure? You still look a bit groggy."

"I'm awake, I wanna see my children." Kurt said.

"I'm anxious too." Blaine breathed out with a light chuckle to go along, "I'll ask Doctor McCully and Doctor Jenkins and then we'll go out and see them."

It was now four in the afternoon. Blaine stayed in the hospital with Kurt. They were currently sitting in the hospital room. Kurt with the two girls, Blaine with the single boy when Lucy came in with Jesabelle, Damion and Cory in tow.

"Hi." Kurt greeted quietly as he looked down and watched the girls in his lap as they slept.

"Hi." Lucy greeted back as she aproached the bed, "How are things?"

"Good, good. I'm fine, the babies are fine. Everythings going well." Kurt said, just above a whisper.

"Any names for them?" Lucy. The men looked at each other.

"Well..." Blaine said nodding at Kurt to continue.

"We've been thinking and decided, the kids each get to name one of their sisters or brother." Kurt finished. The three kids' faces lit up.

"Jesabelle?" Blaine said. Jesabelle aproached the bed.

"This one looks like a Macy." She said stroking the head of the chestnut haired girl.

"Ooh, Macy, that's a cute one." Kurt smiled, "Macy, she does look like a Macy."

"Damion?" Blaine said, nodding at his oldest son.

"I wanna name the boy." Damion said.

"He's in my arms." Blaine said. Damion ran to his father and stared intensly at the boy.

"Matthew?" Damion asked, looking back up at his dad.

"Matthew, I like Matthew." Kurt said.

"Yeah." Blaine said playing with the fingers of Matthew, "Okay, Cory, your turn."

Cory aproached the bed and looked at the last baby, a red head. He thought for a while, humming to the tune of "Mary had a Little Lamb"

"Gah, Cory, can you stop humming that ridiculous tune. He's been humming that tune all day." Jesabelle said.

"I think he's on to something." Blaine said.

"What, how?" Jesabelle asked.

"Well, maybe Mary is an excellent name for the baby?" Kurt said.

"Huh?"

"Mary." Cory nodded.

"Mary, that's it, Mary for the final one." Blaine said.

"What about middle names? The other three have middle names." Lucy asked. Kurt and Blaine looked at each other once again.

"Well... how 'bout Mary Desdemona?" Kurt asked. Blaine's eyes widened, "And Macy Jatinder?" Kurt smiled, Blaine smiled too, "And for Matthew, Lucifer, Matthew Lucifer."

Blaine couldn't help but let a chuckle out.
