Their new kitchen table had been delivered, they'd placed it proudly in place of the old one in the kitchen, soon to be forgotten in favour of making out. Kurt pushed against the side of it, hands using the solid wooden top as leveredge to push back against Blaine's lips enthusiastically. Since Blaine had officially moved in with Kurt nearly a week ago they just couldn't get enough of each other, they were slightly hindered by the pot on Blaine's arm, but that didn't stop much...

Blaine's fingers fumbled with the hem of Kurt's grey T-shirt and he broke away from Kurt's lips momentarily and, with Kurt's help pulled it over Kurt's head, letting it fall to the floor beside them. Moments later Blaine's tank met the same fate as Kurt trailed delicate kisses down the tan chest now encompassing his vision. Blaine's good hand worked through Kurt's hair; he let out a quiet, content sigh as the silken strands fell through his fingers. Kurt pulled him closer as his teeth took hold of the denim wrapped around a little brass button, tugging until it came free, he let out a victorious sound as Blaine hissed out a couple of swears. Kurt smirked up at him while simultaneously ridding him of his jeans, his own following in quick succession until they were pressed against each other, the edge of the oak table digging into Kurt's naked ass. A mischievous grin took over Blaine's features; he carefully sunk to his knees and began nosing at Kurt's cock, dropping sporadic kisses here and there.

"Fuck, Blaine you can't just..." A guttural moan cut off his speech as Blaine took him into his mouth. It was all perfect, wet heat and reduced Kurt to little more than babbling; especially when Blaine looked up at him through dark lashes, his pink lips shiny where they were stretched around Kurt's cock. Blaine's tongue curled around the tip in such a way that had Kurt burying his hands deep in Blaine's curls. A loud bang echoed around the apartment and suddenly the perfect heat had gone.

"Kurt? Dude, where are - Aaahhh!" Finn stood in the doorway, one hand clamped over his eyes, a higher pitched giggle sounded from behind him and Mercedes inched into view.

"Dude! Why are - ew, no, gross." Finn turned blindly towards the living room, stumbling in his haste to escape. Kurt felt heat flood his cheeks as Mercedes leant against the door arch, he buried his face in his hands.

"Damn boy."

"I'm twenty-eight; I should not still be getting walked in on by my brother." Blaine just chuckled, obviously at ease despite the situation, he'd at least had the grace to cover himself with the oven glove, which given another time Kurt would mock him ruthlessly over.

"Well I expected entertainment, but I didn't think you'd be putting it on personally!" Kurt glanced at her amused face from between his fingers.
"You've been spending too much time with Santana." Mercedes just giggled again and went to join Finn on the sofa. They both redressed themselves hastily, Kurt still bright red, but as he tried to run into the living room to do damage control Blaine caught his wrist, pressed a kiss to his neck and adopted the sultry tone that made Kurt shiver.

"We'll continue this later." He stepped around Kurt and exited the kitchen like nothing had happened. Kurt took a deep, somewhat calming breath and followed him somewhat reluctantly, cursing his boyfriend's ability to make him horny even when faced with unexpected family.

It transpired over dinner that Finn had wanted to surprise Kurt, and knowing how hard he'd been working since returning to the boutique he'd brought Mercedes to help relax him. He'd used the key Kurt had given him for emergencies, expecting Kurt to be working, not...well.

"It just feels wrong eating off the table you guys... you know." Finn eyed the table suspiciously, if Kurt weren't so perturbed he'd have laughed.

"Finn we don't - this was just..." Kurt blushed for the thousandth time and struggled to finish the sentence.

"Christening the furniture?!" Mercedes grinned, nudging Kurt playfully. Kurt decided that Santana living with Mercedes was a really bad idea.

" Come on Kurt, I walked in on you two more often than not when you first moved here." Kurt trained his best bitch glare at her while Finn's eyes widened to the size of saucers. Blaine was trying and failing to hide his smirk, so he pretended to be very interested in what minimal food was left on his plate. They finished up and Kurt and Finn cleared the table in awkward silence. Once everything was loaded into the dishwasher Kurt leant against the counter and just breathed for a few minutes. Finn hung around slightly awkwardly seeming to want to say something. Kurt didn't even open his eyes to speak to his brother.

"Finn just get it out, whatever it is." Finn jerked at the call out but shuffled his feet around and stuffed his hands in his pockets.

"I just think it's really great that you're happy again." He shrugged a shoulder absently before continuing under Kurt's somewhat confused stare.
"I mean, you were better with Brett, but you guys just didn't... fit I guess. And with how you were after Burt... it's just nice to see you smile, and I know that it's partly to do with Blaine. So... yeah." Finn looked at the floor, scuffing his toes against it. A smile spread across Kurt's face; he really loved his brother. Sure, sometimes he was clueless, but he cared and really, to Kurt, that was all that mattered.

"Come here you big lug." Kurt pulled him into a tight hug which Finn returned looking a little dazed.

"It's got everything to do with Blaine, and my awesome family." He said quietly next to Finn's ear. He received a nod and Finn clapped him on the shoulder and moved to the living room where the opening score to 'Pirates of the Caribbean' was playing.

Blaine is restocking the CD racks when he hears the jingle of the bell above the door, he places the pile he's working on to the side and moves over to the counter where a young man wearing baggy jeans and a band T is hovering expectantly.

"Hey, can I help you?" He smiled broadly, taking in the various wristbands and beaten up sneakers.

"Yeah, Hi, I'm Kev, Um my lead singer just upped and left and we're kind of in a jam, do you mind if I put this poster up in your window, I really need a guy, like soon." Blaine ran an eye over the poster for any offensive content, taking in the hand penned guitar backing block
writing.

"No problem, do you have a contact number?" Kev glanced at the poster again.

"Oh shit, yeah, gimme a sec." He pulled out his cell and hastily scribbled his number on the bottom of the poster. Blaine tacked it up near the door, moving a couple of smaller notices to make room.

"Great, thanks...Um..."

"Blaine."

"Blaine, thanks again, see you later man." Blaine raised a hand in farewell and returned to his duties. He worked steadily until Kurt appeared an hour before closing. While Blaine hoovered and generally tidied up before having to cash up, Kurt perused the various signs and ads in the window, chuckling at a few of the wackier ones. He pointed to the one Kev had brought in earlier.

"They need a singer? What kind of music is it?" Blaine glanced over at him from the counter where he was counting the money.

"Hmm? Oh yeah, apparently their normal guy backed out last minute. Um.. not sure I haven't really paid attention, there's a couple of their inspirational bands listed at the bottom I think, above the phone number..." He trailed off trying to keep count in his head. Kurt hummed and bent to read it properly, screwing his eyes up since he was technically reading it backwards.

"Oh god, Blaine they've listed inspiration as Katy Perry, you sure you didn't make this?" He cocked a teasing eyebrow at Blaine, who just stuck his tongue out in return. They settled into a comfortable silence for a while, Blaine locking the doors, all but the back one; which he'd exit shortly, and Kurt perusing the shelves. Blaine went to lock the money in the safe ready for his manager to collect in the morning for banking, while Kurt quickly took down the number off the poster... just in case.

They were cuddled up on the sofa next to Finn, Mercedes having retired earlier, her hectic New York schedule having worn her out.

"Have you thought anymore about going back into music?" Kurt turned away from the wildlife show Finn had put on to look up at Blaine.

"Um, sort of, I guess I've thought of retraining, but a full course is too long really, there are a few refresher courses I can attend though. Why?" He rubbed gentle semi-circles into Kurt's shoulder blades as he answered.

"I just know how much performing means to you, and while the Karaoke bar provides a little of that, but maybe you could branch out a little..?" Blaine furrowed his brows, but said nothing.

"I'm just thinking you know, find some like-minded people and get back into it, even if you just write the music." Blaine seemed to ponder this.

"I guess, I can look into it." His tone was puzzled, but Kurt seemed content with that and Blaine let his thoughts wander. He really had been looking into refresher courses; and had even contacted a couple, but as for teaming up with people... almost like a band... Oh. Blaine got where Kurt was going.

"You want me to ring the band from the shop." He blurted more than commented and Kurt jumped at the sudden statement.

"I had thought about it, briefly." He spoke steadily and cautiously; as if he knew he'd been busted, which of course, he had.

"And I'm betting you have the number too..." Blaine's tone had turned more teasing and he squeezed Kurt's side to reassure him. A murmur of assent sounded as Kurt leant further into Blaine's side. A loud snore erupted from Finn making them both jump and turn to look at him where he was sat; head lolling to one side. Kurt smirked.

"You don't have to call them, but you know, you have the talent and it could be a way to meet more people here, make some friends even if you don't do much on the music front." Blaine nodded and rested his lips on top of Kurt's hair.

"Besides, they listed Roxy amongst their inspirations Blaine... I mean come on... surely that's fate... " A cheeky grin pulled at the corners of Kurt's lips and Blaine swatted his arm playfully. They settled down after that, just enjoying the silence punctuated with Finn's snores, he poked Blaine in the side playfully.

"What do you say we leave him to his nap and go cuddle in the bedroom?" Blaine waggled his eyebrows comically, ignoring the dig in his ribs from Kurt's elbow.

"I hope you're not suggesting what I think you are Mr Anderson." Kurt's voice carried a teasing quality and he helped Blaine up and led them both to the bedroom.

The movie theatre was small and not terribly crowded, thankfully. Kurt, Mercedes and Blaine had left Finn at the concession stand while they got good seats, Mercedes scoured the seats before deciding on a few free near the middle just as Finn joined them laden down with snacks and drinks. Blaine leaned in close to Kurt's ear.

"How about we take the back row...?" Finn turned to face them, a shocked expression on what of his face you could see.

"Dude, I don't wanna see that.. you guys, I saw enough the other day!" Blaine grinned and made his way to where Mercedes was settling in.

"And if we sat behind you how would you see what we were doing exactly? Unless you were perving on us..." Finn's eyes widened comically and he spluttered seemingly uncontrollably, Kurt took pity on him, resting a hand on his arm.

"We were kidding Finn." Kurt grinned and took off in the same direction as Blaine. He sandwiched himself between them, forcing Finn to sit on the end next to Blaine. They chatted idly until the lights dimmed and the previews started playing, Finn tossed a couple of pieces of popcorn at Kurt when he started snuggling into Blaine's neck and Kurt retaliated with popcorn of his own - only his aim was far better and it bounced neatly off Finn's nose onto the floor. Blaine shook his head and confiscated both of their tubs of popcorn until they behaved a little better. Kurt decided to seduce his popcorn back with tiny flicks of his tongue against Blaine's neck, he waited until Blaine was distracted enough to snatch his tub back with a triumphant 'Hah!'.

"No fair... you cheated!" Finn glanced at Kurt munching his popcorn happily and rolled his eyes grabbing the remaining tub from Blaine's lap and focusing extra hard on the screen until his brother settled down a bit. The film started and Finn couldn't concentrate, he couldn't help his gaze slipping over to Kurt and Blaine. They just looked so comfortable and Kurt was so happy, he worried about that. Kurt had been this happy last time and then he'd been so crushed, Finn wasn't sure he'd ever recover and while Brett had been a distraction it was obvious that Kurt still wasn't right. Blaine had shown he was serious about this, especially when Burt died, but Finn wondered whether he should just make sure...put the fear of God into him or something...yeah. He glanced at Blaine now; Kurt was curled into his side as Blaine dropped a kiss to his hair.

Later, he'd put the fear of God into Blaine later.
