Author's Notes: Oh the fluff going off in this chapter... put it this way, you'll be able to tell I'm in a good mood today!
Blaine opened bleary eyes and tried to remember where he was. He could hear faint humming from above him... wait he knew that song, Teenage Dream. He turned over onto his back and realised he had fallen asleep in Kurt's lap, he looked up into twinkling blue eyes partially obscured by the sleep gathered in the corners of his eyes.

“Welcome back.” Kurt smiled down serenely at Blaine as he rubbed his eyes with the heel of his hand.

“How long was I out?” Blaine's voice came out rough and low. Kurt thought it was the most beautiful sound he had ever heard, he ran his fingers through Blaine's mussed curls happily.

“Only about an hour, you talk in your sleep, did you know?” Blaine raised his eyebrows at Kurt and groaned.

“Oh God... what did I say?”

“A lot of mumbling to begin with, but then something about purple trees? It was very entertaining.” Kurt bopped Blaine's nose lightly.

“Purple trees, but that makes no sense, I was dreaming ab...” Blaine didn't finish his sentence and Kurt giggled as he watched Blaine flush bright red.

“About?” Blaine mumbled something that sounded like 'nothing' and avoided Kurt's gaze.

They sat there for a little while, just enjoying the others company. Kurt ran his fingers unhindered through Blaine's un-gelled hair, happy that he had caught Blaine just after his shower, thinking to himself how he could just do this for the rest of his life. Blaine closed his eyes, enjoying the feeling of just being with Kurt like this.

“Ah – ah... nope, you are not going pack to sleep, we have to drive back to mine yet, and you need to dress in something other than sweatpants. I know you're low key but I refuse to have you in my house in sweatpants. Understood?!” Kurt pushed lightly at Blaine's warm shoulders to urge him to move.

“I wasn't going to sleep... you are such a fashion Nazi.” Blaine stood regretfully, missing Kurt's warmth and grumbled all the way to the bathroom. He looked in the mirror staring at his messy hair woefully. He reached into the cupboard for his gel and found his fingers closing around thin air.

“Kuurrrttt!” He stumbled back through to his gradually darkening dorm room where Kurt was arranging an outfit on the bed, he turned to look at Blaine and raised an eyebrow at the amber puppy dog eyes being directed his way.

“If you're looking for your gel I've hidden it. I like how you have your hair, but sometimes it's nice just to be able to get my fingers through it.” He looked at his pouting boyfriend pointedly.

“How do you expect me to look presentable if I can't even tame my hair? All your hard work on my outfit will have gone to waste if I look like a hobo because of my hair...”

“Don't even try it Anderson. You may use some of this, it's much better for your hair too.” He passed a small bottle to Blaine and folded his arms to put an end to the conversation. Blaine trudged back to the bathroom hoping whatever was in this tiny bottle would actually help. He squirted a bit of the product onto his hands and began working through his hair. Well it took some of the frizz out of his curls, but he missed the ease and formality of his gel. When he exited the bathroom once again Kurt raised his head from where he was sat on the edge of the bed and smiled appraisingly at Blaine. Blaine stuck his tongue out and gathered the clothes neatly laid out on the bed.

“Oh that's very mature.” Kurt snorted and returned his attention to his phone. “Dad says to text him when we're twenty minutes away, which you'll have to do since I'm driving, okay?” Blaine nodded and pulled his deep red polo over his head. Kurt and he had been dating long enough for them not to bashful around each - other when changing, but Blaine loved when Kurt's eyes roved over him like they were currently.

“I can go without pants if you'd prefer, not sure your parents would approve though.” Blaine winked cheekily and pulled his jeans up and fastening the three brass coloured buttons slowly.

“I think my Dad would make use of his shot gun for the first time in his life.” Kurt grabbed his over night bag, double checking he had everything when he felt a pair of strong arms sneak around him from behind. He let the bag fall to the floor and turned his head to kiss Blaine's cheek, his head now resting on Kurt's shoulder awkwardly.

“Mmm, you smell good.” Blaine smiled and buried his head into Kurt's neck, inhaling deeply. Kurt giggled and slapped his boyfriends arm playfully.

“Of course I do. Come on we need to get going otherwise we're never going to get there.” He could hear Blaine grumbling good naturedly as he collected his own bag and headed for the door. He watched as Blaine turned off the light and locked the door behind him. They made their way to the car hand in hand, bags slung over opposite shoulders so nothing was between them. They stowed the bags in the boot and Kurt was just about to move off to the drivers side when a hand grabbed his, spinning him around and pushing him gently against the car.

“Blaine, my clothes!” Kurt tried to look annoyed but one look into those gorgeous golden orbs had him melting. Blaine leaned in and whispered against Kurt's lips “ They're fine, I just wanted to kiss you without your Dad or Finn watching me like a hawk.” With that Blaine closed the almost non-existent gap between them and captured Kurt's lips in a slow but passionate kiss. Kurt responded enthusiastically, hands grabbing at Blaine's sides to bring him even closer. When Blaine pulled away after a few moments (or was it days?) Kurt sighed contentedly and pressed one last kiss to his lips before moving to get in the car. He waited for Blaine to join him, buckling his belt. Blaine did the same and instantly swapped the Beyonc CD for a Bryan Ferry one he had insisted on keeping in Kurt's car a few weeks ago. Kurt just smiled and turned on the engine.

They exited Dalton's grounds, Blaine already singing along and Kurt reluctantly humming along with him. He adamantly refused to admit to Blaine that he actually knew some of the lyrics. Blaine grinned knowingly over at Kurt, watching his boyfriend check the road. Right now he couldn't have been happier if he tried.

End Notes: Any notes, constructive critism? Anything at all? I don't bite.. well... only on Thursdays... :P
