The two boys nodded and waited for him to continue.
"And Carole and I have work during the day..." Burt waited for an understanding. Instead, Blaine and Kurt sat speechless on the couch, waiting for more. Burt sighed and rubbed his forehead.
"Look, I know that you guys will probably be together during most of these days. I want to know that I can trust you two here alone and-"
"Oh, Dad..." Kurt's face reddened and he dropped his head into his hands.
Blaine grinned and patted the other boy's back. He always loved it when Kurt blushed. Something about it was insanely adorable.
"Kurt, I'm just trying to-"
"Embarrass me into not having sex?" Kurt finished, "Because it's working."
Burt shook his head and groaned. He waited a moment before speaking again, "No, that's not..."
Burt took a deep breath, "I want you to be responsible. Sex is a very big step in a relationship... Just be careful and respect each other, okay? Don't do it just to do it. Do it because you love each other."
"Alright, well," Burt cleared his throat and check his watch, "Good talk. I'll just..." Blaine watched as the older man practically ran from the room.
He turned to Kurt, who sat frozen, staring at where his father had just been. He tilted his chin in Blaine's direction with raised eyebrows.
"I think my dad just gave us permission to have sex," Kurt looked back to Blaine.
"Have I ever mentioned how great your dad is?" Blaine said as pulled Kurt closer to him on the couch, "Because he is."
Kurt laughed, but pulled away, "Come on, let's go downstairs."
Blaine swung his leg over Kurt's lap and hooked it around his waist. He pressed himself against his hip and gripped his side.
"Trying to get me in your bed already, Kurtsie?" Blaine grinned at Kurt's flustered expression.
"Oh my gosh, Blaine!" Kurt said, higher pitched than usual and blushing redder than ever.
"Ready when you are," Blaine whispered in the other boy's ear. He then rolled his hips into Kurt's side as he squeaked in shock. Blaine grinned wider and quickly pulled himself off of Kurt.
He stood and offered a hand, "Shall we?"
Kurt's shocked face faded away. He squinted his eyes and shook his head as he took Blaine's hand, "You're terrible."
"I know," Blaine pressed a quick kiss to Kurt's cheek, "C'mon, we have your surprise 'welcome back' party to plan."
---
"It's only the glee club, I made sure Finn only told them about it, and it won't be a drunk fest or anything," Kurt sipped at his coffee, "And it's supposed to be a surprise party, remember? You know them, they're not very good with secrets..."
Blaine snorted at the understatement. Their relationship had only been a secret for a few hours at most.
"Kurt, I'll be fine. It's your party anyway. As long as you have fun, I'll have fun," Blaine squeezed Kurt's hand that wasn't tapping nervously on the table.
Kurt looked doubtful, but stopped tapping and checked his phone. "We should probably head over there, Finn said about eight twenty would be safe."
"Okay," Blaine sighed, "Whisk me away to Hell."
Kurt turned to look back at him with a worried expression, "Blaine..."
Blaine laughed as he held the door open for the other boy. Kurt stepped into the parking lot and began running a hand nervously through his hair. Blaine smiled and gently pulled his hand away.
"Kurt," Blaine waited until Kurt was looking him in the eye, "I was just kidding. Stop worrying about me, okay?"
Blaine brushed his lips across Kurt's knuckles, "Promise?"
Kurt sighed and let his forehead touch Blaine's, "Promise."
Blaine smiled and gave him a chaste kiss. Kurt broke away and walked to the drivers side. Blaine turned to shotgun when he noticed a few customers at the Lima Bean watching him disgustedly from the window. Blaine thought about going in there, but instead, simply smiled brighter and flipped the two off before shutting the car door and pulling Kurt into a heated kiss.
Kurt seemed shocked, but quickly melted into it, letting his hand drop from the wheel and grip Blaine's knee.
"Maybe we should just skip the party..." Blaine trailed off in a gravely voice.
Kurt sucked in sharply and turned back in his seat. He pulled out of the parking space and began the fifteen minute drive back to his house.
"I'm stopping this conversation before I start strongly considering it."
Blaine laughed and turned to look out at the blur of trees passing by, "Maybe another time then..."
Blaine could just see Kurt shudder out of the corner of his eye.

Thanks for the update.....it's all about your friend at the moment - wherever she feels the most love & comfort is where she should be and only she can make that decision. I look forward to reading more.
Eeeeeep! Smutsmutsmut :D
Loved this chapter :)
Awww! I loved the awkward Burt bit at the beginning! He's always good at that! I hope your friend does stay close, I think she needs someone as brilliant as you :) It must be devastating how much their lives has changed in just a few weeks, I am really deeply sorry, I couldn't possibly imagine what it must be like.
