Hey everyone, sorry I didnt upload a while. Im in the middle of exams (I know I hate them two :c) anyway Im 1/3th far already and I wrote a new chapter today. I hope you like it! Let me know.
Blaine cracked an eye open. He was still tired but he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep anymore. One look around told him that all the boys were still asleep. One arm was wrapped around his chest and a head was resting on his chest. Blaine looked down to see Kurt fast asleep. He sighed happily and started to play with Kurt's hair. A few more minutes past and a few warblers were waking up. Some of them were looking around confused until they saw Blaine and Kurt all cuddled up on the sofa. Everyone who was awake smiled and woke up others. The warblers had seen Blaine at his worst when he first arrived but now he seemed more happy, since Kurt became his roomie. And they would be really cute if they'd be together. They all left the room really quietly to leave them alone for a bit.
Kurt was slowly waking up. He wanted to sleep a little longer though. Without much moving he snuggled closer to the warmth. During his actions he realised that there was an arm around him. He slowly opened his eyes and waited until they adjusted to the light. Slowly he moved his head up to see where he was. He was still in the living room, which was empty. Except for the person he had slept on, Blaine. Blaine smiled at him sweetly and looked around too. Apparently he hadn't noticed how the group had left the room. His confused face told enough. Kurt just sighed and snuggled back into the warmth. He felt how Blaine chuckled. After a while, he laid his chin on Blaine's chest so he was able to look at him. Good morning Kurt. Kurt smiled and nodded to say the same. I have no idea where the others went. I never heard them leave. Kurt just shrugged. They looked at each other for a while. It was difficult to talk without paper for Kurt but he didn't want to move. Time went by and Blaine looked up after a while. David and Wes were standing into the doorway. Kurt looked up to see what was going on. They were saying something but Kurt couldn't quiet follow. A hand lay on his shoulder now and he saw that Blaine was talking to him now. You want breakfast? He just nodded and stood up slowly. He took the hand that was waiting for his and they walked towards the kitchen. Everyone just waved at them as they took a place at the long table. After breakfast, they decide to play a few more games as it was the end of their sleepover. All of them left to get freshened up before meeting again in the living room.
Kurt and Blaine entered the living room last. The boys were discussing what would happen next. The boys wanted to play a big hide and seek in the dorms. Everyone liked the idea, except Kurt. He couldn't hear when someone entered the room. But Blaine said he would stay with him, so he could be their ears. David turned around and started to count. Blaine just took Kurt's hand and leaded him upstairs. Kurt had no idea where they were going when they turned around the corner. Blaine entered a room that looked like a supply room. Blaine kept walking until the end of the room until he found a closet. The closet was hidden in one of the corners after a lot of old stuff. Kurt walked into the closet carefully. Blaine stepped into it very carefully. The doors were closed by Blaine. They sat down on the ground. It was too dark too read or talk so they just sat down on the bottom of the closet. What Blaine didn't know was that Kurt was afraid of the dark. It was one of the only things he had left, his view and without it, he couldn't do a thing. A hand found his. Before he knew it, he was sitting on Blaine's lap and they were cuddling. It made him feel more at ease. Moments past and still no one had found them. Blaine looked at his phone to see an hour had passed. Carefully he opened the doors of the closet. A stray of light entered the dark space. Kurt looked carefully as Blaine started to talk. I don't think they will find us. This place is my secret place. A look around told Kurt that there were barely persons coming here. It looked old and even a little dusty. Blaine stood up out of the closet and held his hand out for Kurt to take. Let's go and see if they are still looking. Kurt took the hand and walked downstairs with him. The boys were all in the living room and it looked like they were confused. Kurt grinned as they all turned around to look at them. Blaine was right, they had the best hide and seek place of the whole school.
After the big hide and seek game, they decided to just watch some movies. During the movie, Kurt got a lot of text messages. Blaine was curious but didn't want to ignore his privacy. Every once in a while, Kurt would chuckled and his curiosity was growing. After a while, he just wanted to know. Maybe Kurt had a boyfriend, who knows? A little sting of jealousy grew into his belly but he didn't want to give in to it. Blaine took a paper and started to write. Are we boring? He tapped on Kurt's shoulder. Kurt looked up confused but shook his head. He took a paper and started to write. No, why would you ask? He looked really confused. Well, you're texting the whole time. I just wondered. His phone was beeping again and Kurt replied quickly before writing a new message. The new directions, they miss me and wondered when I would be back in Ohio. They want to hold a party this weekend with all of them and me. Looks like I'm famous this month for sleepovers. Blaine chuckled when he read the last sentence. I hope they like to share as we have our fair share of sleepovers. Between messages he read the note. Maybe we can hold a sleepover all together, that way you can get to know my other friends. That would be nice. Considering the idea, he turned around to the others boys to ask what they wanted to do. All boys agreed even though Wes was a little hesitant. They were their competitions after all. Blaine started to write on the paper. The boys would like that. If they are ok with it, we're in for it. Kurt read the message and started to type to one of his friends. The movie was still playing and Kurt could finally watch for a while as the new directions didn't text back. It took half an hour before he got a message back. Kurt read it and a huge smile spread on his face. He started to type something when Blaine's phone beeped. Blaine saw it was from Kurt and looked up confused. Kurt just made a sign that he should read it. Blaine started to read it. You are all invited on the new directions sleep over next weekend if you like. They just want to know how many will come along. This is the address: …. Blaine asked the warblers who would come along. All of them lifted their arms. Blaine just chuckled and started to reply to Kurt. We're with 20 without you and me. Ask the new directions if we should bring any snacks or drinks or something. He pressed send and Kurt smiled when he read it. A quick message was send to the new directions and they let them know they didn't need to bring anything. All warblers were exited but also a little nervous as they didn't know Kurt's friends. Sleepover ended and they all decided to sleep tonight in their own room as tomorrow would be a school day. Kurt lay down in his bed and waved one last time to Blaine's bed before closing his eyes and falling asleep.
The week passed quickly. School was much heavier here. He had a lot of tasks to make and to read a lot of books. He loved the times after studying when he and Blaine would sit down on one bed and watch a Disney movie all cuddled up. It made him feel safe and relax. A few times, he had fallen asleep on Blaine but he didn't seem to mind.
It was Friday evening. Kurt had packed all his bags and was ready to leave. Blaine was sitting at his bureau and writing an essay. Kurt tapped on his shoulder while holding a paper. I'm ready to go. I guess I see you tomorrow afternoon. Blaine smiled and nodded his head. He stood up and gave Kurt a hug. Kurt held him a little closer before taking his bags and leaving the room with one last wave.
Burt was waiting on the parking. Kurt stepped into the car. Burt smiled and started to sign to him. Hello kiddo, how are things going at school? Kurt smiled because he had missed this. It was nice at Dalton but it was so much easier to just sign what he had in mind. Everything is going alright. They are all coming over for the new directions sleepover tomorrow. Burt smiled happily before he started the car. They drove out of the parking towards the highway.
Kurt stepped out of the car to get hugged by Carole. She had waited for them and was so happy to see Kurt again. Kurt, how are you doing? I feel like I haven't seen you in ages. Kurt chuckled. Carole, it has been two weeks. I'm ok though. Carole just smiled and took a few of the bags that Burt had pulled out of the trunk. Kurt walked inside to see Finn bent over in the fridge. Kurt just laughed and placed a hand on his shoulder. Finn shot up and his head hit the upper row. Kurt couldn't stop laughing while Finn rubbed his head. Burt and Carole walked into the kitchen to see Finn rub his head and Kurt laugh really hard. They could only imagine what just happened and all chuckled. Finn pouted before giving Kurt a huge hug. Finn was the only one in the family that talked to Kurt with papers or while he looked at Finn. He just couldn't remember the sign language after he learned and Kurt totally understood. Finn back away out of the hug and started to talk slowly. Hey little brother, I missed you dude. Kurt just groaned and looked at him with a bitch glare. What dude? Kurt took out his phone and typed a message before showing him. Stop calling me dude! Finn just chuckled and went with his hand through Kurt's hair. Kurt tried to duck away but was too late. He gave Finn a slap against his arm before walking to his room.
The evening was spend watching a movie together and catching up. Not much had happened in Lima. The usual cliché fights between the new directions, the same costumers at Burt's shop and Carole had worked a lot in the hospital. All of them were really curious how things were going into Dalton so Kurt had told them about the warblers and their sleepover and of course Blaine. Burt noticed how Kurt's face lit up when he talked about him. He would keep an eye on it but was happy for now that Kurt had a good friend that understood now.
Kurt and Finn were standing before the door of Puck's house. Finn knocked on the door. Puck opened and looked who was there. He saw Kurt and hugged him tightly. There was a time where they weren't friends. Puck used to be a bully and a really bad one but the boy had changed. Finn had become his brother and they started to hang out altogether. Puck and Kurt had become pretty close and Puck had promised him that he would always protect him. Puck had like most of the new directions learned sign language. He started to talk to Kurt. Hey you! How are things going at Dalton? It's good to see you again. Kurt smiled widely. Things are great at Dalton. It's good to see you too Noah. Puck groaned and shook his head. He hated it when people called him Noah. Kurt was the only one who used the name full time but he got used to it. He gave Finn a half hug before they walked to the basement. All new directions were already sitting and waiting for them. The girls raised up when they saw Kurt and attacked him with a group hug. Kurt was laughing and hugging all of them back. He didn't notice how Puck went back upstairs to let the Warblers in. All girls were talking at the same time and Kurt had troubles to read all of their words. He started to get really confused and Mercedes was the only one who seemed to notice. She said something to the other girls who shut up immediately. Kurt looked up at Mercedes and gave her the thank you sign. She just smiled bigly. The girls looked up as they heard some noise. Kurt followed their view to see the warblers coming downstairs. A huge smile made himself known. Kurt got out of the hug and walked to the warblers. Most of them gave him handshakes. The last person was Blaine. He wrapped Kurt into a big hug and placed his head on Kurt's shoulder, breathing in all that was Kurt. Kurt wrapped his arms around him happily. When they pulled away, they both smiled brightly. Blaine started to talk to him. Hey Kurt, how are you doing? Kurt smiled and gave him a thumbs up. Blaine just smiled. They went to sit down on a sofa when they saw all new directions look at them with huge eyes.
Blaine looked confused to Kurt. Kurt just shrugged and started to sign. Anyone care to explain why you are all staring at us? He saw a few smiles appearing before Puck answered him. Nothing, just happy to see you happy. You like to introduce us. Kurt started to point towards each warbler and signed their names. Everyone tried to follow and the warblers just looked with weird faces. Blaine felt a little jealous. He wished he could talk to Kurt with sign language. Kurt had promised him to learn it someday but it still hadn't happened. These people seemed so much closer than he was. The new directions spoke up and said their name. The party started pretty soon. Some music was pulled on a little louder than normal so Kurt could feel the beat. Blaine and Kurt danced on the dance floor with the other warblers and new directions. Kurt felt free and happy. He hoped he would get more times like this.
The party was in full swing when Puck announced that they would play some games. He had told Kurt after as he had missed the announcement. They all sat in a huge circle. Rachel came back with a bottle. Kurt groaned when he realised what game they would play. The classic of all party games but also so very cliché. Puck was the first one. He let the bottle spin and waited patiently. The bottle stopped in front of Brittany. Brittany just smirked and they shared a long kiss. A few catcalls were made while Kurt just rolled his eyes. Brittany needed to spin after Puck. The bottle stopped in front of Thad. Thad smiled widely before he lent forward and kissed her. They played a while longer. It was funny when Wes and David had to kiss. All warblers were taking pictures and filming it because they were Wevid after all. They were playing the last few turns. Santana was up and spinned the bottle. She waited and watched it turn. It stopped in front of Blaine. Blaine felt a little panicked. A few warblers were snickering. Santana started to talk. Hot stuff, you better be worth it. Blaine just lent over and gave her a small peck on the lips. Santana didn't looked pleased but Blaine didn't mind. He saw Kurt laughing from next to him. Blaine turned to the bottle and waited for it to spin. It spinned a while before it stopped in front of Kurt. Kurt looked a little pale and looked up at Blaine. Blaine sat a little closer and cupped his cheek slowly. He kept eye contact before he lent forward and pressed his lips slowly against Kurt's. Kurt closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around Blaine's necks. Their lips moved a little longer before Blaine pulled away slowly. He gave Kurt a small smile before sitting in the corner again. Kurt was still looking at Blaine, a little lost in the feelings. He hadn't expect to feel the butterflies but he did feel them. He looked back at the circle to see everyone smile knowingly. The bottle was pulled away as they had decided to play another game.
A few of them went to the side to play bear pong. Kurt sat down on one of the sofa's with Mercedes. He had missed the girl a lot. Blaine was sitting on his other side and was talking with Finn. Mercedes smirked knowingly as she asked the next question. So Kurt, the boy, he is special to you isn't he? Kurt felt a blush spread over his cheeks. He just nodded. Mercedes smile went really big before she hugged him tightly. Keep me updated ok? Kurt nodded and watched her go to the girls. Blaine watched Mercedes go. He sat a little closer to Kurt and wrapped his arm around him. They snuggled closer and looked at the party. A few warblers had fallen asleep with a few new directions on the ground. Most of them were drunk. Kurt and Blaine were almost the only sober ones left. They gave each other a knowing smile before Kurt held out a hand for Blaine. He let Blaine to one of the spare rooms that Puck's house had. They cuddled close under the sheets before falling asleep.
