Kurt sat down at his usual table in the Lima Bean that Thursday afternoon, not even the slightest bit annoyed that Mercedes was late for their TRH meeting that morning. Every Thursday during the summer they would discuss TRH – The Real Housewives – making arguments about the dirty details of the girls on the show, talking about ridiculous outfits and girls being bitches to other girls. He always looked forward to this talk, considering he got to do two of his favourite things in the world: drink coffee and gossip.
Since Mercedes bought the coffee last week – Kurt lost his credit card in his Escalade that morning – he had to return the favor and buy her a drink, so he wasn’t going to get his non-fat mocha until she got there.
Just then, a coffee appeared right in front of him at his table. For a moment, he thought it was Mercedes, and he was about to say how it was his turn to buy it when he noticed that the hand was more masculine and tanned. He had an idea about who it was but the whisper of “Good morning sunshine,” in his ear confirmed that it was Blaine. Kurt almost jumped straight out of his seat at the surprise, and got goose bumps when he settled back down.
“Jesus, Blaine!” Kurt shrieked as Blaine backed away and sat down at the seat across from Kurt. He had his infamous grin on his face, and had a navy blue lip ring in to match his tight, navy blue shirt. Kurt though back to last night, looking at his profile picture, and his abs... He could almost see the outline of them in his incredibly fitted shirt today too, and gulped as Blaine leaned forward, noticeably still staring at Blaine’s chest. He also had on tight fitting ripped skinny dark denim jeans, black high tops, and his black leather jacket. Why does he even wear a jacket in the summer?
Staring back into Blaine’s hazel eyes with a slight gold tint, Kurt couldn’t think straight, and said the first thing that came to mind. “Aren’t you hot in that leather jacket?” He asked, flushing himself a little bit, feeling hot.
“Honey, I’m always hot,” Blaine said smugly.
“And cocky.”
“I guess I am cocky,” he retorted, putting great emphasis on the “cock” part.
Kurt gulped loudly, the warm feeling in face traveling south. Was he actually getting turned on? This boy was turning Kurt into a mess. He no longer wanted to be an innocent guy. He had to change the topic, and fast. He took a drink of what Blaine got him, trying to calm his nerves, and realized that it was his regular non-fat mocha. “You know my coffee order?”
The expression on Blaine’s face lightened then, his voice a little softer than usual. “Yeah, I guess so,” he replied. “I heard you say it to Rachel yesterday.” He then paused for a moment, and a smirk came back to his face. “Thanks for that friend request, by the way. However, I think we should be more than friends. Fuck buddies, possibly?”
Kurt nearly choked on his drink. Stay calm, he thought to himself.
“No, but thanks for the coffee anyways!” He answered, mirroring Blaine’s smirk.
“Oh you can thank me later,” Blaine said.
“And how would I do that?” Kurt asked, expecting something sexual. What Blaine said next took him completely by surprise.
“Go out with me.”
“What?” Kurt exclaimed, taken aback by how straight forward Blaine was.
“Go out on a date with me.”
“You barely even know me.”
“Exactly,” Blaine explained, “hence why you should go on a date with me. We can get to know each other more, even though you probably Facebook creeped me enough to at least get a few details.”
Kurt blushed at that comment. What was he supposed to say? He figured he trusted Blaine enough to know that he wasn’t joking. He really wanted to say yes, but what if he stood Kurt up, or did something else to embarrass him? Kurt rarely trusts anyone, how is he supposed to go out on a date with someone he barely knows? “Seriously?”
“Of course I’m serious. Why would I miss out on a chance to go out with you? You’re so incredibly sexy.” Blaine stated, giving Kurt a wink. Kurt swore his blush made his face almost fuchsia colored by now.
Just then, Kurt saw Mercedes walk into the Lima Bean and head over to their table, not yet realizing that someone else was there. “Sorry I’m late, Kurt,” she started, “some asshole parked his motorcycle over two parking spots, so I had to walk from a different parking lot.”
Blaine chuckled softly to himself at that comment, getting a confused look from Kurt, and a look of surprise once Mercedes noticed that he was there.
“And who are you?” She asked.
“I’m Blaine,” he said. He stuck out his hand and Mercedes took it, shaking it. Kurt waited for him to make some kind of snide remark about Kurt.
“I’m Kurt’s fuck buddy, who are you?” There it was.
“I’m Mercedes, Kurt’s best friend,” she replied, giving Kurt a suspicious look, and Kurt just shook his head. It took her a second to realize that this was the bad boy Kurt was talking about.
“Care to join us, Mercedes?” Blaine asked, giving her a huge grin and putting his chin down in his hands, his elbows on the table.
“Uh… yeah,” she replied, grabbing herself a chair from another table.
Kurt glared at Blaine, “That was her seat, you know.”
“Well that’s mine,” he pointed across the table at Kurt’s chair, “but you don’t see me complaining.”
“Yeah, yeah.”
Mercedes pulled her chair in and sat down on the right of Kurt and left of Blaine. She started a conversation with him, asking where he lived, and Blaine did the same, continuing the small talk for a few minutes.
“So, when did you get that lip ring?” She asked.
“This summer,” Blaine answered, “my friends dared me to get a piercing. I thought the lip ring would be the best bet. Kurt agrees, right?”
“Yeah,” Kurt replied nonchalantly, “it’s totally hot on you, Blaine.”
Blaine wasn’t expecting Kurt to say that. He never flirted back. For the first time, Kurt noticed that Blaine was gaping at him, and not the other way around. Was he blushing?
“I’m glad you think so,” Blaine said blankly.
Mercedes looked at them looking at each other. It’s almost as if they were talking to one another without even saying anything. Or maybe they were just getting lost in each other’s eyes. Mercedes was secretly hoping they’d get together; they obviously liked one another, even if they didn’t seem like each other’s type.
Mercedes decided to break the silence, and get to the most important topic of the day. “So Kurt, what did you think of The Real Housewives last night?”
Kurt started to reply, but then he felt something hit his foot. He quickly looked down and realized it was Blaine’s. Was he really going to start playing footsy?
He started telling Mercedes about what he thought, and they started having a heated conversation while Blaine just sat there. He decided to play with Kurt a little and start rubbing up and down Kurt's calf with one of his feet. When he first did it, Kurt stuttered his words a little, and Blaine grinned and winked at him without Mercedes noticing.
“Sorry to interrupt,” Blaine said in the middle of the conversation, “but I’m getting a coffee. Mercedes and Kurt, would you like anything?”
“Nope, I’m still finishing this one,” Kurt replied as Mercedes asked for a grande iced coffee. When Blaine left the table, Mercedes immediately started questioning Kurt. “Alright, spill boy. This is that bad boy, right?”
“Yeah,” Kurt stated, “it is. He came to chat when Rachel and I were here, and I wore an awesome outfit, thank god. I think he’s not as rebellious as he seems, and deep inside is a sweet boy. Also, isn’t he incredibly hot?”
“Hell yeah!” Mercedes replied, grinning. “That boy is fine, Kurt. You really know how to pick ‘em. Also, he bought me coffee, so he’s in my good books.” As Blaine started walking back, they quieted up; Mercedes didn’t want to embarrass Kurt. She was glad that he found someone; at least she hopes it’s someone.
As soon as Blaine sat down and handed Mercedes her coffee, her and Kurt continued their discussion about TRH, and Blaine just sat there, sipping his coffee, and from time to time winking at Kurt or licking his lips. At one point, he sucked on one of his fingers, pretending he had coffee there, and Kurt couldn’t help but swallow really loudly across the table. Why would Blaine turn him on so much in the middle of a coffee shop?
An hour later, Mercedes had to go meet up with Sam for a “non-date”, so she said bye to Kurt and Blaine, and when she left they both stood up and started walking out of the Lima Bean. Kurt didn’t realize where he was heading until Blaine started putting on a helmet.
“You drive a motorcycle?” Kurt asked, somehow not surprised.
“Yeah,” Blaine replied, “they’re so much fun! Want a ride?”
“I’ll pass this time,” Kurt said, and then realized something. “So you’re that asshole with the motorcycle Mercedes was talking about.”
“You betcha,” Blaine smirked, sat on his motorcycle, and turned it on. “So Saturday we’re going out. I’ll let you know when and where,” he stated simply, then drove off. Kurt just stood there, looking at Blaine driving away. After a few moments, he squealed quietly and bounced up and down, excited that Blaine Anderson just asked him on a date. He had to tell Mercedes so they can start planning out his outfit right away!

This is amazing!!!! I love badboy!Blaine but I like how he actually likes Kurt and wants to date him. This is so good, I can't wait for more!
such a good story:)
Omg! Kurt has an Escalade...so do I! But how does Kurt have a $90,000 car, aren't the Hummels kinda low on extra money?
Yeah haha I think in one of the very first episodes Kurt drives people around in his Escalade. I'm pretty sure that's what car it was, so I'm just using that!
